I had an amazing experience at Pizza Pizza! The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Jaspreet Kaur, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. The pizza was perfect crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. Jaspreet made sure our order was exactly how we wanted it and went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable. I ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend Pizza Pizza for both the food and the great customer service! Ordered extra toppings on a pepperoni pizza, hamburger, italliin sausage, double onions . There were maybe 5 pieces of sausage and barely any ground beef..and since I ordered double onions I expected more than the few pieces on it..so annoying.. the best part was it was hot.bit I wont do that again

Jaspreet help us a lot while ordering on pizza pizza , because for some odd reason our order did not come through after having a call on the main phone number on pizza pizza ( head office ) ,Phone call is ganna be a big porblem for them in the future ordering here , they both needed to keep calling each other just to confirm order . Jaspreet was nice to talk to but all this cause them a big problem , hope the head office compensate them for this. Over all though Pizza is good, customer service is excellent . Jaspreet excellent customer service saved me from giving them a low review , she s always been nice since before. Hope you guys keep it up .

Edit: worst pizza location. I won t coming back to this location ordered double mushrooms and they put little bit mushrooms quality is worst don t come here. More often the guy on the counter is a disgrace to his kind. Dietary restrictions: They have halal chicken and halal pepperoni they are halal certified by ISNA

One of the best pizza in Mission City. I bought 2 Pan Chicken Pizza and Chicken Wings for my family. Pizza was Superb, Cripsy, Fluffy with equally distributed toppings. Really loved the Pizza and diligent customer service. I will recommend everyone who lives in and pass by the city. ( Must Try )

Some people are just trying to let them down, I think it s just these people have never even tried their pizza, no problem just keep on going and believe in god. I have never been disappointed by their pizza. Hands down best pizza in town!! Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options available- tandoori paneer, butter paneer!

The Pizza was delicious and affordable. We had a gathering last night and ordered 5 large pizzas , and two boxes of fries and they were all fresh and delicious. Friendly staff working behind counter. Will definitely return again.

Staff were friendly. Extremely over priced for what you get. Pizza is one of the lowest cost highest margin good for restaurants out there. I have eaten at most of the pizza places in mission and this one is the worst. The quality of ingredients is very low. They are greasy, and they are very very skimpy with how much toppings they put on the pizza. The chicken pizza I ordered didnt even have enough chicken to have a single piece of chicken on every slice. The hot peppers were mostly stems and had to be picked out because they were inedible. I asked for extra cheese and there still want enough on them to even cover the pizza. 2 medium pizzas and 10pc chicken wings came to $67. I expect a lot more for that price.

I love ordering pizza from here and maybe they were just getting into the swing of things when they first opened, but not a lot of cheese on it. So I always get extra cheese now. And the most frustrating thing of ALL locations is please would you just let us call each location!!! Luckily for this one, the owner gave me the direct.

Loved the pizza and the service. The staff was quick and made a delicious pizza. I also got chicken wings from there and they were perfectly tossed in the sauce. Must go. This was a much needed food joint in mission.

it is great to see the new Pizza Pizza location open in our local community. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was great and the X-large special Pizza was delicious. Eat half of it already in my way back home. Definitely will revisit you guys!

Good quality of food, good price, respectful staff and clean environment. We got a creamy mushroom florentine vegetarian pizza and Halal butter chicken pizza. Superb! I loved their cheddar Jalapeños sauce with my pizza! Pizzas were warm, fresh, and full stuffed. The bread was cooked well, as I like, not too salty and not too oily! There is a parking lot in front of the store with lots of parking spots. Vegetarian options: Creamy mushroom Florentine pizza was amazing!

We had a butter chicken pizza and a creamy mushroom Florentine vegetarian pizza from this location. Amazing! I recommend you try their Peppercorn Ranch and Cheddar Jalapeño sauce! They also have Halal meat pizza. Respectful and welcoming staff, clean and organized environment. Definitely will be there again. Vegetarian options: Lots of different vegetarian pizzas! Try creamy mushroom Florentine if you love mushrooms with lots of cheese!

Great customer service with the owner (Anket) and the staff. The pizza was made fresh and it was just how I love Thin crispy crust, fresh ingredients and just the right amt of cheese. Yum!!! We usually make homemade pizza, but when we don t this will be our go too. Vegetarian options: I had the vegetarian pizza .. which I love!! Healthy pizza yummy!!

Everything is cold, portions are small. Hardly any topping on the pizza. Much better places in mission. Waste of money..

Decent pizza for a decent price. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. We ordered: Sausage Mushroom melt add pineapples We love a thicker dough from Time to time, rather than a classic Italian thin crust but what I also love that their crust or pizza isn t greasy. Giving it a 4 star because it isn t amazing, the quality of ingredients is probably from frozen and there s not much ingredients on the pizza and their flavours are basic. Like I said, quick hitters for cheap prices. Great for reheating in air fryer if you get the thick crust. I would still suggest mission city pizza to be the best pizza in mission for taste.

Waited 20minutes to just walk out and get Wendys instead.... walked in as a group of 3 and the first person ordered just fine, then we waited, and waited for the cashier to take the rest of the orders. After 20 minutes I left and and the second order was then placed. Pizza looked sub par and looked like it was cut by a kindergarten student.

Brutal ..Delivery Driver lost for over 30 minutes and still lost..Cacelled order even with GPS still couldnt find the house...

We ordered take out from here tonight and were very excited about all of the options but went with a build your own pizza and cheesy bread with their Sriracha ranch. The pizza had little to no cheese and it was cold by the time we recieved it. The peppers were advertised as fire roasted but they were underwhelming and huge raw chunks with small roasted parts. The dough was bland and there was really no flavour at all without dipping it in the sauce which was the only good part of this meal. The cheesy bread had barely any cheese, pretty disappointed as we were excited to have a new go to in mission. Service and atmosphere I cant really rate because we had ordered take out. They are still a new location so I am hoping this will be corrected over the next little while.

Amazing place! The customer service is amazing. Jaspreet explained the menu to me really well. She introduced me to a Stromboli Pizza which I had Never heard about prior. It tasted like nothing I had tasted before. Will visit again soon

This place has no respect for customers. We ordered pizza and we were late for picking up the pizza. guy he called us and start yelling at me that why we didnt come to pick up the pizza.He didnt even give me chance to speak and hang up on me. I called him again and he said you can complaint about me.. I dont care and then he hang up. Very disappointed and disrespectful. Never going back to this store. The staff has bad attitude towards customers.

Becareful they over charge, Normally I order pizza online, but this time I decided to call it in and order. Asked for a basic Large pepperoni pizza online it s $12 ish and when I went in to pick up lady says $19.00. I asked why the price difference she try s to justify by saying she added extra cheese, extra sauce, extra pepperoni never asked for extra anything and honestly there was nothing extra on the pizza
