Burger King in Mission

This is one of the better BK locations Ive been to.

Why do they park everyone. They tell you to park up front but there is no parking.

I love this location! Much better than the abbotsford one on sumas. JeNNa thinks the mission BK is terrible compared to the abbotsford sumas location. Worth the drive! JeNNa should keep her negative comments to herself.

Good price if you get a meal deal

Ordered a double whopper with a large fries and a buffalo chicken fries snack box with fries. There were zero fries and my chicken fries came with onion rings

I went through the drive thru. It cost $30 and the order was completely wrong! They forgot to give me my drink, burger made with pickles and onions even though I asked for them to be taken off. They added bacon for some strange reason, which I didnt order. Service was slow and they werent friendly. I wont return.

2 Chicken sandwichs used to be 2 for 6$ went there the other day it was 2 for 14$ +tax thier Prices are almost disgusting as thier food, so definitely wont be going back

Made a minor mistake on my order, forgetting cheese, asked if I could pay the difference at the window. No I cant do that, it wont let me okay, it did the last time I mucked up the app but w/e. Asked if I could buy 2 sides of cheese as a new order, also no. I havent forgotten it often, but definitely fixed it before.

Food isnt even cooked. Stay clear of this place if you dont wanna waste you money.

My favourite part about this location is how they ignore me at the drive thru until Im pretty certain something is broken, then when I nervously ask, Hello? after several minutes of total silence I get told just a minute.

Its been a long time since I went to a member. Burger King is delicious. I drank Root Beer, a refillable drink.

I believe this to be THE best Burger King in the Valley... I drive from Abbotsford when I get a craving. Staff are always friendly, food comes out quickly - hot and freshly made! Delicious!!

It was ok

Went for lunch today with my mom. We decided to eat in, bad mistake restaurant was VERY smoky, they need to have someone check their ventilation system for sure. There was 1 other person eating in and no one in line when we went in at noon, which is odd. As soon as I placed my order the drive through started to get busy and there were 3 or 4 door dash/skip orders being picked up. And they apparently took priority because we had to wait almost 25 minutes for 2 hamburgers and fries. And no one said a word to us. Very poor service. There was also a lady that came in and was waiting for a drive thru order in the parking lot for 25 minutes and proceeded to wait at least 10 more. And after all of that our burgers were cold. Will not be back anytime soon.

Just ordered via drive thru at 11 in night and the staff was so polite and got me fresh burger they are so nice people even at their almost closing time/ending of their shift. Not like some other places who don t even have certain items. This place is great and whole staff is awesome.

Food is always decent but there hasnt been a single time Ive come here for the most basic food where they havent made me pull out front and wait.... super annoying.

I was very unsteady when i walked into the restaurant. The counter person, Davinder, showed great concern for the state of my health. She took my order, asked if I was eating in and when I said I was going home insisted she would bring my order out to my vehicle. I was impressed with her attention to her customers needs. Food is pretty good most the time but what frustrates me is the ladies in back have hairnets on but the guy with the big nasty beard doesnt have a hairnet covering his beard that falls out as much as hair

Good staff and the food is actually not too bad most of the time. Plenty of parking but the lot has 2 massive pain-in-the-keister speed bumps.

The service was satisfactory, though my order took a bit longer than expected. The restaurant wasn t crazy when I arrived. The food, as always, was delightful. However, the atmosphere felt somewhat lacking, and I noticed that one of the menu monitors was not functioning. Despite these, my overall experience was okay.

Im literally waiting in the parking lot for my veggie burger. I absolutely love all the staff here .The food is obviously fresh( since Im waiting) , but you still dont have to wait too long. Prices are so reasonable considering the cost of living is atrocious these days .

You guys need to change the staff. Everybody know the manager is an elderly lady . Whenever someone calls about the complaint whoever picks up the phone will say she is the manager just to hide this from the real manager. They do not have manners to talk with the customer . i want real managers reply.she needs to change the staff.

It was clean, Very nice waitress. Food hot.

Came in to eat at this Burger King and don t think I would come back. There were no other customers inside so I could sit at any table, but most were quite dirty. It was also a sunny day and with no blinds on the windows most of the seats were in direct sunlight. The food I ordered was good, but in the future I would get my food to go.

The workers are on some kind of death timer and they try and park you to save their job

Historically, this location has not been great, but lately, the food has been quite good.

This is very hard to find vegetarian food bcz mostly people like to eat meat or chicken but if u visit Burger king its good news for vegetarians bcz they have veggie burger and impossible whopper which is delicious and also plant based So , i would say everyone need to try that also they have very good staff .

Worst BK around. Ive been a few times and the food is never hot or fresh. It would be nice if the burger was warm enough to at least partially melt the cheese...... staff are also rude and unprofessional. Ill drive to the maple ridge or abbotsford location before going here again.

Fresh food, however I ordered iced tea and recieved some sort of extremely diluted iced tea, it was almost clear in colour and tasted like water. Im not sure what that was, but it wasnt iced tea.

Not even deserve for single star. I order 4 meals , 2 with fries and 2 with onion rings. But when I got the food I didn t check, that s my mistake. I came home wife asked me where is the onion rings. What they did is put fries on the bottom of rings. When I called them , they said both have same price and she put extra fries for me. Kind staff. Happened on 18th September evening..

Really upsetting experience. Ordered Roadhouse king burger combo and received just patty and bun with no onion rings. Spending near 30$ , not in a busy time and receiving this is totally unacceptable.

I live their crispy chicken and every time i go, always got the fresh one. Also the team is very nice and friendly. I love their parking in the night time and day well maintained property. Vegetarian options: You can veggie burger and impossible burger and you can put that in the combo with mozzarella sticks and fries or onions ring or they also have poutine.

Best place to dine -in, cleanliness is 100%. Had 2-3 vegetarian options which are great. Always loved their food. Staff is friendly and suggestive.

I like Burger King for the food. However, I do not care much for the service or the fact that I have to ask someone to buzz me into the washroom. I have the crispy chicken & bacon burger, which was great. The chicken was fresh and juicy, and the bacon tasted good with it. The fries were okay.

Food was as expected. Ordered a whopper meal. Got a whopper meal. Service was sufficient. However my issue lies with their faulty speaker. Its on and staff dont seem to care. The speaker continues to give high frequency feedback, really annoying to ears. I brought it up to the counter, they shurgged it off.

Closes at ten pm? Bull. Its 9:50 pm and its looking very closed. Last time i go to this place for a burger. Pitt meadows location from now on. This location sucks!

Here is a thought. When your debit is down and you only can take cash maybe put a sign alerting people at the beginning of the drive thru? Its not fun backing all the way out of the drive thru because you put to he sign halfway through it.

Hello all let me start by saying the food quality,and service are excellent In my over 125 visits this last two years alone, Ive been very satisfied.(I keep coming back) EXCEPT tonight, and my last two visits. I ve had this same slightly older lady , waite on me at the drive through. PLEASE forgive me if this staff person has some degree of mental illness (1) greeted at the order speaker by what do you want? (2) My order consisted of two King Meal Deals(, two chicken)and (two cheeseburgers). Please exchange the fries for onion rings, and put the two drinks into one cup please. My usual order, always complied with and always with a smile. (3) usually the order is repeated back to me, if verification is needed, This ,and the last two visits there was no response after i put in my order. I proceeded to the window, on my assumption that there would be no discussion. The window was then thrust open aggressively, and a demand was made for just under $15.00 It tried to calmly explain that it more than expected and there must be an error. IMMEDIATELY the window attendant raised her voice loudly, and exclaimed that i was wrong. She did pour my cola into a larger cup but no ice.and no inquiry as to condements At this point the lady walked away and was not seen again. Fortunately, a very polite young lady resumed service, and completed my order with that usual smile. I also did not receive my receipt. In short third time dealing with this staff member, and again was a very unpleasant experience! Thus my complaint . Is customer service not a thing anymore ??? Came through the drive thru tonight ordered 2 whopper meals mozza sticks and extra onion rings. The girl on the intercom confirmed the order with us we went to pay. Total was a little high but thought it was just the extras we ordered. She gave us 3 drinks let her know that there should be only 2. She checked the order and seen that she accidentally charged us for an extra whopper meal. No problem manager came over and refunded us and re charged. Keep in mind we are in the drive thru and there are cars now behind us. I have my husband check the bag and we are missing the mozza sticks. Informed the manager and she said they were never on the bill. I laughed and said okay. She s like but if you would like them I will give them to you .I said sure thank you thinking she was going to give us the mozza sticks we ordered to begin with and confirmed it was on order .no she said 3.75 please. I said oh no I m not paying for them you said you would give them to us. She said no ma am they were never on your bill she sticks the receipt in my face saying she can show me .no thank you and we drove away. You can t give a customer free mozza sticks that are 3.75 are you kidding me. We didn t mess up the order. We ordered correctly. I was kind and patient with them as they were fixing their mistake. I worked in customer service I get it but really. Did I have to scream and stomp my feet to receive good customer service .what a joke

Out of stock on something almost every visit. Order lady is kind rude everytime im thru there. Orders are 50/50.. sometimes its right sometimes its not. Definitely can do better at this location and care a little about your job.

We just went to this location on drive-through at @5:43pm, and the staff told me that they are close, and no other words to say to us. Can not believe that!!!

Worst chicken burger ever. Came in there June 14 2021. I had only 3 pieces of lettus and half the bun had mayo and the top bun was burn OMG. TERRIBLE PLACE. and the table wasn t wiped properly. Ewwww I did take pic of it want to show them Filled out that receipt for to let them know but most likely won t hear back we were the only ones in there at the time so it should have been made perfectly!!!!!!!

We were really impressed with their staff yesterday. Very friendly and prompt service. We used coupons and they saved us quite some money. Good deals!

Gotta use their coupons then a burger meal doesnt hurt, almost $40 bucks if we ordered individual meals but you can use their app and get those 4 whopper meals for only $25 or the family one, which has two whopper meals and two junior Whopper meals all for like $21 CRAZINESS!! LOL

God awful wait times at drive-thru, couldnt get my order correct even having explained it many times over. I explained i ordered 2 meals and they gave me half the food then shut the window on me after i had paid for 2 meals. Clearly i ordered 2 meals if i paid for 2 meals.

Restaurant wasnt busy. 12 minute wait for food because no one made fries. Once the fries were done, I watched the employee serve fries to the people that ordered AFTER us. 4 mediums, we got whatever was left. Not sure why she did that. We received our 10 minute old burgers and sat down. Newer and clean restaurant. Drive thru is prioritized which is a good thing. Washrooms are locked so you have to get back in line to let them know to buzz you into the washroom (order counter and washrooms are on opposite sides of the restaurant which was nice ) Overall service was meh.

Favorite fast food joint

My order came up 2 minutes after I ordered it and the staff ignored it and dealt with 3 Skip the Dishes orders and drive through orders instead. After 10 minutes and 10+ drive through orders, yes I timed it, they finally decided they should grab my food and give it to me.

Cold food and missing part of the order. You get home and BAM, its not all there. You gonna drive back and fight with management over burgers?
