12 minutes to get an ice tea and the table that came in after us had their food before they even took our order. Place was messy, no music and you could hear them yelling at eachother in the kitchen.

Had the Bacon Benedict, it was delicious. The best hash browns I ever had.

Food was good , took a long time though . Was freezing cold in lower part of restaurant.

Ordered wonton soup online and it was the worlds smallest container for $9.95! It was maybe a cup of broth with 3 wontons.

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the only reason I didn t give it a 5 it s because it was quite cold where we were siting. Heating needs improvement! Parking: Easy to find parking

The Korean owner is very kind and the food is very good! They provide good guidance on nearby areas, so if you are Korean, I recommend stopping by during your trip. ^^ Awesome brunch restaurant by Korean host. Strongly recommended!

An out of the way unassuming diner which serves great brunches and lunches. Dont judge by the exterior, go inside. Worth a visit..

Nothing more nostalgic for me than a diner. There are a few options in mission but this is my preferred. The service is always friendly, food is always hot and exactly what you would expect and the prices are reasonable.

Dec23/23 Three times in 1 week! Had a bacon cheeseburger this time around, with fries (love their fries), oh my goodness...this burger!...so so good! Dec21/23 Had eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns cooked to perfection. Dec16/23 The food was excellent, the staff amazing and a fun time was had chatting with the other customers. Had Turkey club & fries.

Horrible experience, In the years coming here... sadly I have to say we will not be back. The waitress was friendly I give them that much credit. But it comes to customers service & waiting 4 food you, Dont pick and choose what orders to make first. As we were waiting for our food a couple came in and got their food before us. We still had to wait an extra 5 minutes for our food, after that couple came in after us. They got their food Serve to them within 10 mins. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food.

Best breakfast...cooked exactly as I requested. Have been here a dozen times and they never disappoint. Not the prettiest but the low cost and great food is worth it.

A small lunch shack with alot of family heart and soul. They are very friendly and cook up a mean Eggs Benidict. Just happened to see this place on my way through and highly recommended it to anyone in the area. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner items all times of operating hours.

One of my favorites in Mission. Girlfriend working there is amazing. She handles that place like a well-oiled machine all by herself. The food is always excellent. Ive never had anything I didnt like. The only thing I would change is adding screen doors to keep flies out while the doors are open to let the breeze through.

Excellent small restaurant. Service is excellent, and they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. Seating is a bit limited, but everyone is very accommodating. Menu is also limited, but everything we have had is terrific. The hamburgers are awesome!

Jimmy s Lunch Box is a very nice small local cafe in Mission. Host Hamzamita a korean lady was very welcoming. The food is nice and portions are decent sized and priced.

Always was told good things so I gave it a try. Got the ham Benny and the hollandaise sauce was flavorless, ham? Barley any less then an 1 Oz of ham on each side. Paid 8$ for fresh fruit that taste like they cut the fruit with the same knife as an onion. Only decent thing was the pancakes. Disappointed to say the least. Unfortunately I wont be back Also never write reviews but the fruit/onion taste mad me a upset

Will not order from here again. Did a skip the dishes order and it took almost 45 minutes instead of the original 17 it said.. omelet was flat and leathery, my toddler didnt even like it with the cheese. Wanted shredded hashbrowns but they had ran out so had to get cubed. Which goes to show they arent using fresh potatoes.. just very disappointing food

Delightful restaurant. Great food. Ordered omelette with cheese and spinach and sausages, friend had a vegetarian omelette. We were served quickly and the server was great for giving coffee and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was colder than outside. We were shivering. Wore our hoodies, coats & gloves. Asked why there was no heat. Server says, Oh yes there is. Im like, really? As both her & her son are wearing hoodies & parkas. The other 5 patrons there, where also wearing their coats. They left & it was just we 2. Whilst freezing , we waited 45mins for a soup, burger & California Bennies. The goulash soup was awesome, even took some home. Burger good. Bennies undercooked with the most dreadful excuse for a Hollandaise sauce. I couldnt eat it. To add insult to injury. The server then decided we were guests in her home. Which entitled her to remain @ our table talking nonstop nonsense. Good gravey! Most unpleasant. Will NEVER return.

Great home style brunch, huge portions for what you pay! I had the chicken eggs benedict and would order again. Looking forward to trying other menu items when Im in the area again.

Stopped here on the way home from camping. Was me and my dog so they allowed us on the outdoor patio. Staff were awesome. So friendly and great with my dog too. Food was nice and at a good price. Would go back

Our server was lovely, and the prices are super reasonable. But my hashbrowns were so water logged, soggy and greasy that it kind of ruined it. My eggs were not great either Maybe this was a bad day for this location as I really enjoy the Maple Ridge one

Great local place to eat for cheap. The prices are great and the food is even better! This is definitely a go to spot for us to eat. Farmers breakfast is delicious and their shredded hashbrowns with onions diced up in it is so good! Also, their wonton soup is my favourite Ive ever had! The service is also very good and they are super friendly. Highly reccomend.

Great little mom and pop restaurant! The food is very much like a home cooked meal. The building itself is small and intimate. The menu has plenty to choose from. The staff are very friendly and for the most part the building is clean, a little dated but clean. Not many places to park and can get very busy at times. Price is Right on point for what you get which is great. One of my favorite places to grab breakfast in mission. For sure worth checking out.

A very small restaurant owned and operated by a Korean family where they serve great Eggs Benedict for breakfast and other very Canadian dishes. The service is fast and very friendly. The coffee flows and your cup never stays empty for too long. THe place is always full and I understand why. Good service, good food, good location.

I really enjoyed myself here. Food was great and not to expensive either. Good service and nice place. I got the eggs Benny with avocado and was really well made. Although I asked for my eggs medium and received them very runny. Regardless I liked it either way!

Great breakfast food and really great prices. I ordered my meal with the ham and it was 3 real sized chunks of ham not just the thin sliced lunch meat looking stuff you generally get. Delicious, quick, inexpensive. Great place all around

Missions best place for breakfast and lunch!

Everything tasted like it came out of a freezer or a can. Super disappointed. My wife to be and I went for lunch at 12:30. I ordered the beef dip with the corn chowder. She had the crispy chicken burger and fries. My beef dip came with almost no meat in it, almost pure fat, had to pry the bites away! and the soup was basicly a can of cream corn with milk and half a piece of overdone crumpled bacon in it! Her burger came open faced with 2 chicken strips in it. Couldnt even bite through one of em it was rock hard. Tossed half the burger. She literally got 14 fries on the plate. Looked empty and we guessrd it was the last of the batch. Pretty sure they were McCain fries. We paid good money for what seemed like stuff we coulda made at home for a fraction of the price. No hurry to go back....

We went for breakfast at this tiny little whole in the wall in an industrial area . I had the shrimp Benny my cousin had a burger and my other cousin had an original Benny and tge food was so fresh and fast . busy little place but I can understand why . its was amazing food
