Love Firehouse subs, good quality, good sevice

This is a good sandwich/sub place. I still prefer Subway, but I like their selections of sandwiches. I had their New York Steamer on white bread, and it tasted great. The sandwich meat portions are plentiful, and the bread is fresh and crunchy. The service was acceptable while the Firehouse theme was interesting. I also tried their Hook & Ladder Salad, and thought it was decent. I would like to come back to Firehouse Subs again.

My hubby picked up sammiches today and we were quite excited to try this place. I ordered the club on club. Pumped by the meats and all the things. However I chose this because of bacon as a topping. Gotta have the bacon on my subs. Always. Well he brings my large sub home, no dang bacon. I was half way through the first half when I was thinking this was quite meh. I realized there was no bacon. Checked online to double check, maybe my mom brain was wrong. NOPE deffs has bacon. However I wasn t there to order it, no clue if it s like subway where you can watch them build these things.. Also the cheese. Why was there only cheese on half of my sub? And why are the tomatoes at the bottom of the sub? Weird.So I m giving them a 2 just for those reasons. Bread was nice. But hugely disappointed that there was no bacon and like half the cheese to make this a home run.

Had another excellent experience at Firehouse Subs in Mission today. We have tried the Surrey and Abbotsford locations as well, and liked them too, but Mission is our favorite spot. Rupinder helped us today and gave excellent customer service. She and her other coworker were friendly, and happy, it made for a great experience. The food was also absolutely delicious, and customized to our preference. Thank you Rupinder, we had a really nice time. And the place was very clean. :) Vegetarian options: We do make your own sub option, and have tried a few different sandwiches. Every one we have tried, including the vegetarian version is very delicious.

First time at firehouse subs and was looking forward to it. However the beef dip sub I had was bland and tasteless, bland dipping broth. Music was so loud I could barely hear the person taking my order. Probably won t go back.

First time the girl could not figure out how to do the order on the till after 20 mi utes we walked out -second time again they couldnt figure out how to make change for a toonie 30 mi utes to get a sub -3rd visit again girl cant figure the till cant input the special they refused to get a manager etc-quite simply they rely for u to order online only 2 people are not prepared for customers to walk in .There customer support is non existing.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredible team of Onkar, Baldish, and Jashan. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive, making my order process seamless and enjoyable. Onkar was particularly helpful in suggesting menu items, ensuring I got exactly what I was craving. Baldish worked swiftly behind the counter, preparing my sub to perfection, and Jashan checked in to make sure everything was to my liking. Their teamwork was evident, and it really enhanced the overall dining experience. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was also delicious, as always. Im usually satisfied when I go but the past 2 times im not a happy camper,I got steak and cheese meat cold cheese not melted and burnt bun with a piece missing, hope things change next time if I go again.

Firehouse Fridays are always great, food is always good, any sandwich with meat is absolutely packed full every time, sandwiches are huge enough for lunch and then the other half for after work, amazing place to grab lunch or even dinner.

The pizza meatball sub is a hit with both my husband and I. We drive out from poco and much prefer spending our money here vs other local sub shops. The ingredients taste fresh, the food is always hot, super satisfying and filling. Highly recommend checking them out! Parking: Ample parking for the surrounding businesses. The area is still under development so this may change in the future but weve never had a problem parking right outside. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramps nearby the business

I get large group orders every few weeks for my job and we are so glad we recently switched from Subway to Firehouse! Ive been impressed with their exceptional customer service - they always offer to help me carry it all to my car, label all the sub containers, and are very polite. And the food has always been fantastic! Big, filling subs: they arent stingy with the toppings! With modifications to the veggie sub, my vegan coworker can eat here too. Dietary restrictions: My vegan coworker gets the veggie sub on wheat with no cheese, and no mayo.

Not happy at all, returned for only my second time because of the food and the cause behind firehouse subs only to be ignored by 3 employees way in the back. In fact the only ones who talked to me were 2 contruction workers hanging a sign. The only firehouse staff that talked to me was the one emptying garbages at the dumpster after i walked out due to ZERO service and was forced to go to WENDYS instead. Couldnt even csll them because it goes to voicemail. Not recommending UNABLE TO POST NEW REVIEW SO HERES AN EDIT. I have returned as a customer sime time ago but forgot to update my original review. I returned one day and was skeptical about service but i was really hungry and i had just enough money and wow did i get my moneys worth this round and i sat in quiet contemplation enjoying a hot meal in comfort for that im very thankful. I suppose i just had a bad experience that one time and i now fully recommend FIREHOUSE SUBS

Ive been to the Mission firehouse subs a number of times since its opened and I find its normally a hit or miss. Ive had good subs and also lack luster subs missing ingredients. When its a hit the subs are fantastic and when its a miss they are horrible. If you go I hope you go on a good day because its worth it when the order is made correctly.

Just ate there for the first time. Sagar provided wonderful customer service, something that is lacking in places these days. He made sure are order was just right. I noticed that they don t have a tip option when paying, the tips are for a donation to First Responders. Food was good. All in all a good experience and we will definitely be going back

Its a new location, but over 25 min to make a sandwich? I think thats excessive even for a franchise location thats just a month old. The sandwich itself was just ok. It wasnt great. It wasnt bad. I mean the Meat was piled on there high, flavors were good, toppings were fresh, bread was ok, wasnt horrible. It just didnt leave an impression on me. Keep in mind that was the only one sandwich that I tried here, the brisket one. Ill be back and try another and update the review again... Also a bit pricey I think for a medium sub (not a footlong), I paid $17, sub only. Personally, Id take Quiznos over these subs.

The food is amazing, the service.. Not so good. I brought coupons in and was told I could not use them. Then three customers that came in after me got served before I got the 2 subs I ordered. If the service was better, I would never go back to subway.

Food poisoning from meatballs beware

I went to Firehouse a few weeks ago and it was okay but I wasn t overly impressed. I decided to give them another try today, partially due to their BOGO special and it was a disappointment. I brought the subs home and one of them was so soggy (beef) at the bottom, the bread was mush so I threw most of it away. The other one was ham and a few other meats and the bun was the best part tbh. Both sandwiches had half the amount of toppings as last time. I really hope they step up their game.

Fresh and excellent, service is amazing, clean environment

Ive eaten here about 5 times since they opened.The staff work hard and the subs are excellent .I noticed they have skip the dishes , and I really hope they dont put those orders first......Its irritating because 3 weeks ago a driver walked in ,I was literally speaking to the person doing my order and the driver icking up his order interrupted me mid sentance .I told him to not interrupt people .so rude .... The people complaining about the wait should use some common sense ...I dont mind waiting for 15 minutes as it means the food is fresh and its clearly a busy place .We can give them some time to become established .....

Update: - The manager reached out and made up the sandwiches no charge on another day. So good customer service. The sandwiches remind me of Tim Hortons sandwich. If you like their medium sandwich the club is about the same size and taste. Original- Unfortunately they were really busy and after a half hour my lunch hour had run out before they were able to prepare the food so I paid but was unable to take it. Place is clean and everyone seemed pretty good, just quality food can take longer to prepare I guess. I just couldnt wait more than 30 minutes for it to be finished preparing. I didnt have to wait in line to place the order they were quick with that. Will probably give them a bit to settle into their rolls before trying again as they only have been open a few days.

Good value tasty subs and friendly staff

My husband and I visited the Firehouse Subs (Mission location) and we were thoroughly impressed with the service and especially the quality and freshness of the food. There was a very short wait time to receive our order (under 5 minutes). We will definitely be returning as regular customers.

Very happy and fully satisfied wirh the service given to me as it was my first visit.I ordered the large veggie with extra bananna peppers and the tast of the food was mind blowing and I cannot even imagine of thinking the yummy food. And when someone enters they use to say welcome to fitehouse which I had never seen before and is uniques. Overall the staff was polite and the service given to me was awesome. I will come again.

I ordered a sub there a few days ago and the girl that served me. I asked her to change her gloves after she touched money. And the cash register and a few other things before continuing to make my food and she just ignored me

Ordered a large smoked turkey on white with a garlic add on. Cost including tax was $17.06, don t waste your time with the $1.25 garlic add on, couldn t even taste it. Sub was okay but rather tasteless as there was not enough garlic or mustard on it. As for smoked turkey, no smoked taste at all. This is just like subway but you can t choose from the toppings. I had to wait ten minutes(-1 star)for the sub even though there was three people working there, sub was tasteless, pickle on the side was warm and $17.00(-1star).

FINALLY! Firehouse makes its way to BC with the first location in Mssion and more to come in Abbotsford and Delta Fantastically steamed sandwiches that Have a flavor rush Unique subs on like other places

10/10. Prefer over subway or quiznos

Great sub but $16 won t do again very poor value

The subs r incredible there brownies homemade r incredible. Service was great definitely going to give subway a run for there money. Definitely best subs on the market. Parking: Huge lot new shopping plaza lots of parking.

Just went in for the first time and did the build your own sub option, waited 20 minutes for a sub and got it with a bunch of things I didn t ask for on it and after a little bit of a disagreement about what the meaning of what the build your own sub is they, remade it for me properly and let me take the one they wrongly made as well overall good place just a bit weird when you build your own sub and it comes with a bunch of things you never asked for. Will definitely give it another shot but my suggestion is to be as specific as possible as they do have lots of new staff in training still.

The wait is too long for a sandwich. I ordered in person and waited over 25mins. So I decided to use online ordering to alleviate me standing around the restaurant for 25+mins. I may as well spend that time at home was my thinking. I placed 2 separate online orders on different days and picked a pick up window. Both times I find myself again standing around their soda machine waiting 15+mins after my pick up window for a sandwich. There isn t even a formal waiting area so you have other customers trying to grab their napkins, drinks, garbage etc around you and where you have room to stand. Not very organized or thought out with how wait times would affect space within the restaurant. It s a shame the wait issues are still going on as I love the food and the people are kind. Wait times are going to be the reason I do not patron this restaurant as often. This is so unfortunate because their subs are very good.

I had Firehouse all the time in South Carolina and was so happy to see one in Mission! I met owner Kim on their first open Saturday. I ordered and confirmed 2 times with the cashier that it was a large Hat Trick combo, but checked the receipt and it said medium. So I showed Kim and she let the line know. When I got home unfortunately it was a medium. Keep in mind, they were packed to the gills with customers as was pretty chaotic with orders. So I m not too upset about it and just got to make sure I check the order before takeout. Owner and staff are really friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect balance between subway and quiznos but better. The subs tase amazing and are fresh. I had the meatball and it was excellent. It does get really busy and they are a bit slow. Tried this place out for the first time and overall it was a 3.5/5 for my first time experience. I had ordered for takeout the new york steamer. I waited for a good 15min for my sandwhich. Whole waiting, i saw everyone with a hairnet except one gentleman who looked like he had more hair than anyone...i was suprisrd and was hoping no one would have found an accident stray hair in their food. Sat down for a bit until my food was ready and when i got home, i noticed therw was no mustard...only mayo on the sandwhich. Mustard is a key component with this specific sandwhich. Either than that, Plenty of meat. A bit on the expensive side, but it was okay. I will give them another chance and see if any other sandwhiches are worth it with whats included...well...included.

Went here with my partner and we each got medium subs. She got a steak and cheese and I got a turkey club. Both were excellent, the subs are flavorful, the bread is soft and tasty we will most certainly come back here as much as we can. It is way better the subway and the best part is you are helping firehouse locations get fire fighting equipment with part of your purchase. If you like sub sandwiches you need to try this place!

Wow! The food was delicious, fresh tasting and had great flavor. We had the veggie, hat trick, meatball & hero subs. At subway we were constantly getting stale hard bread on the rare occasion that we would get it. We have been wanting to try this place since it opened and it did not disappoint. I think we spent $12 more than we typically do at subway. When we first ordered my husband gasped at the price as it was a bit more expensive than our typical subway order, but after eating his meatball sub he wont be ordering anywhere else. I should also add that the packaging is also superior. The hard shell paper containers ensure your sub doesnt get crushed when piled in with others. Looking forward to my next visit. Vegetarian options: They have your standard sub veggies along with caramelized peppers & onions.

Wont be going there at all,they are completely unprofessional when it comes to hiring staff,tell people they are hired,so when they call for their schedule thats when they informed they are going in a different direction, if they are that way with staff,Im scared to see what the food will be like..doesnt sound to appealing in my books

My family and I were invited to the friends and family opening. We were greeted by the staff right away! TONS of options. The cashier was wonderful and let us know the history of Firehouse Subs and what they are all about. All of our subs are AMAZING! All fresh ingredients, clearly they care about our community. Highly recommend! We will be back, and often! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread too!!

I wandered in for a sub and it happened to be their friends and family opening. I was invited in and enjoyed the Pizza Pepperoni Meatball sub. The highlight of the sub was the toasted garlic roll and the crispy pepperoni. The staff were friendly and my order was prepared quickly. If Subway and Quiznos had a baby it would be named Firehouse Subs.

So place is great. Food was OK and service was taking a while especially qith like 8 people in the back working. Too many chefs in the kitchen perhaps. My sandwhich was filling but soggy. I ordered an Italian and made it a combo. Was close to $21.00 The wet sandwhich was also sweet. Not what Id expect for an Italian. Maybe other sandwiches are better in their lineup. Not gonna attempt to find out. One and done for me.

They took 30 mins for a sandwich and then they got the order wrong and then the staff tried stuffing the missed topping with his fingers making a mess of the sandwich, just gross. They saw that I seen that and then they decided to make a new one, And they messed that up to. These people shouldn t be working here

I saw this place from the road and decided to pop in to grab a sub. So good I had to have it again the next day. Pretty good value too for the amount of meat they stuff in the sub.

The sub we got was ... honestly next level yummy. 100% recommend Parking: Its a fairly large parking lot with plenty of stalls for all the businesses developing around the plaza. Kid-friendliness: They have kids combos including an awesome fire hat for the kids to wear and take home with their meal. Small seating area, but beautiful store.

Firehouse Subs Mission is amazing. We went on their 3rd day they were open. As we had guessed, they were absolutely slammed and we waited 25-30 mins for our subs but it was absolutely worth it! Just wish they had the various hot sauce options like in the US locations.

I have been to this Firehouse Subs a few times and want to share my thoughts and also constructive criticism for this business starting on its Western Canada expansion. First off, the wait times are too long from time of order to when the order is ready (take-out or dine-in). The past two times I have been, it has been an around 18-20 minutes to complete an order of one sub. On one of my recent trips I noticed that they were portioning the meat (by weight) for each order as they came in. My order was placed ~11:40AM, this tells me that not enough, if any, prep was done to pre-portion. On both of my two recent orders, there have been no large buns available for subs. Which is fine as they are getting adjusted to the demand of a new province, however, on my last order I was not told that there was also no white bread left and after ordering a medium sub, I got home to notice that it is grain/wheat and not white bread. If I was told in advance there was no white bread (large or medium) I would not have ordered at the time. I have experience with this franchise before in Eastern Canada and remember during the first few weeks of a grand opening, order times were around 5-8 minutes. I am not sure whether this location is owned by a franchisee or corporate, regardless I feel that this location needs a little bit more oversight and care.
