I have been here a couple times and it has been OK, today I walked in and I ordered the sandwich of the day which was a meatball for $7.99. The woman at the counter asked me what size I would like And I said Small. When I paid, I noticed the price was more than what was advertised on the sign. Confused, I asked the woman why and she said because I ordered a small and the deal was only for a medium. I said that that was frustrating that I was paying more for less of a sandwich and that didn’t seem right, her response was oh well That’s what you ordered. Her and the other associate were unwilling to do anything as they said it was my fault. Very disappointing and I will not be back here again.
I went to this location for dine in, and it appears the AC isn't working. It gets hot in the dining area, so I can't imagine what the workers are feeling. I always come here, and the girls working there are really nice, always greeting the customers, and we appreciate that. Could you please fix the AC issue. Atmosphere 0/5
the staff at this location are great and make nice sandwiches. however the air cond does not work here, for a long time. so over the summer when its 30 degrees outside, you go into the restaurant and its 5-10 degrees HOTTER. staff and customers deserve working air cond. its in a mall, not like its a stand alone building. why doesnt it work, for so long.
I visited this place today in the evening, I really appreciate their service and taste. moreover two girls helped me to customise my own Veg sub. Will definitely visit again and recommend this to everyone!!
The sweetest owner I have ever met. She remembers my order each time I go and I saw her today after months and she knew my exact order before I even said it.
Ordered 3 of the Monday subs and was told changing the sauce from honey mustard to anything else was not allowed. So fine I asked for no sauce. Then I watched the lady weigh the meat slices and take slivers off the deli turkey slice sliver by sliver until the half piece of turkey matched what you were wanting. If you worked today you know who I am and why I waited to walk out when you finally threw them in the oven.
We ordered food online for pick up and it told us 25 minutes. I went there after 45 minutes and they hadn’t even started making our order yet and I had to wait for it anyway, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. There is also no separate pick up counter like there is at most places so everybody in line thought I was cutting in front of them because you basically have to interrupt the person making the sandwiches to ask for your pick up order. I don’t think I’ll order online from here again. A lot of other easier places in town to order takeout from where I’m in and out.
This review isn't a reflection of staff at all. They are good. This is more regarding Corporate/product/pricing. The prices are no longer feesible here. I got a sandwich, pop and bag of chips and it cose $17.08 - at Quizons not some speciatly sandwich shop. The subs are much slimmer than they used to be.. there starting to look like thos torpedo sandwhiches they tried to market prior. Subway although pricey also is still cheaper and a bigger sandwich. Today was my last day eating at quiznos.

Havent been to a Quiznos in quite some time, so I thought to try it again. Staff was patient with me as I ordered for my partner on the phone. Ordered for myself. Total $22.25 for the two subs, then went home. Once I got home I had notice I was given the wrong sub and left. Didnt notice my partners sub was incorrect. It had onions on it when ordered without. Went back, and they remade my sub. Apologies, and that was it. After wasting an additional 30 minutes of my time driving back and forth.
I dont usually come to Quiznos but thought I would try and get a couple simple sandwiches or so I thought... Ordered the Baja chicken sub and a honey mustard chicken thought hopefully like Subway(in which I prefer) I would be able to choose my toppings to my liking. But first let me start by saying that during the ordering the person did not make the correct sandwich initially..OK fine, maybe misheard due to the airpod in the workers ear maybe not..? Anyway get that sorted out and get to the next station where I want to make sure I get cucumber in addition to lettuce on my Baja chicken sandwich. Well for me its crucial that I have that perfect crunch on my sandwich. I said it once but it didnt seem like the employee heard me or did not acknowledge my request so I repeated myself again. This time I got a response OK. Might I add that this employee also had an airpod in their ear as well...hmm. I then asked if I could have the hot peppers on the side as Quiznos is known for. Long story short I get home my sandwich only has cucumber no lettuce and there is no peppers to be had. All in all disappointing experience and will definitely continue to enjoy my sub, my way at Subway.

Its hard to find a good sandwich shop in town. This is the nest best thing! Good food decent price and very friendly staff

The food tasted pretty good the price is good for what you get but the costumer service makes me not want to come back. No greeting when we walked in the door, rude tones when replying.
$37+ for 2 12 subs and one drink. Ok but.... Ordered through skip, got to us approx. 30 mins. Recieved them and they were not even eattible. We called right away, tried to explain the issue with the subs. The girl who made them proceeded to not let us say a word, not offer to fix them, she just freaked right out and eventually hung up the phone. She yelled and screamed, that she made them and they were right, she did this for about 6 mins straight and did not even allow us to fully explain what the issues were. She kept reapeating one had a VINEGARETTE (and yep one it did) but that one wasnt the one wet and soggy couldnt get that out with her yelling like she was. Moreso, niether felt or appeared to be toasted at all. They were stone cold. Cold to the touch ....like fridge cold and today was hot out so ?!?!?! And the one sub (NOT THE VINEGARETTE ONE BUT the MAYO AND MUSTERD ONE) WAS WET AND SOGGY at one end like it had been dunked in water. It was litterly soggy. Both were dough like, cold like fridge temp and raw, cheese was not melted at all, onions that were to be sauteed were cold like they came out of the fridge if not freezer. . absolutely uneattible. She littery gave no options , not bring them down well get new dry bread for the one and make sure the order is prepared and not near frozen. yelled about her perfect sandwhich job. It went into the garbage and we ordered from somewhere else. Never again.
This is for the Manager or the Owner of this particular store in Mission - please make sure your staff understands the importance of bacteria contamination while handling the food and cash with bare hands all at the same time. No good

I havent given Quiznos a try for a while, I regret giving them try. The service was ok, nothing horrible but bland. Which is pretty much the same with the sandwiches. They were actually quite awful, all bread, quite bland. Also left us feeling full and gross. Quiznos is going on the list of never go there again
Delicious subs and the ladies that work here are super nice and always ready to have a laugh. Last week I told the lady making my sandwich I wanted the hot peppers on the side. And in my pocket. She almost did it! We laughed. Ill be back
Eaten at this establishment for many years with no issues .. even during pandemic...a friend of mine and myself went to eat here and no sign of vax pass required on the door.. and hasnt been yet as this is a fast food place.. so we ordered, proceeded to pay, then the woman in charge yelled from across the cooking area, inquiring if we have been double Vd which is an invasion of personal medical privacy! Whether anyone has or has not is no ones business, period...As we were on foot with no car and pouring raining out we said sorry...not doing take out.! No longer supporting this establishment...Ate at Wendys without issues.

Stopped in for their 6$ 9inch sub of the day... Different on for each day of the week... Scanned my irq code to my quiznos app on my phone, free app... Compile your points for a free sub... one more purchase and a free one for me.. owner very helpful.. staff great service
This quiznos is the worst one Ive ever been to. Staff were careless and when I took a sip of my fountain drink, all I could taste was bleach, Stomach hurt instantly. Avoid this place.

The worst sandwhich. Ordered a special with chicken alfredo with mushrooms. There was barely anything on my sandwhch. Such a letdown.
