Subway in Mission

The last two times i had Arvind serve me he is awesome at making sandwiches also he has very good people skills. And is very nice and very funny. Thank u so much Arvind. It would have been all the stars if they had spinach lol. I cant figure out how to do another review so Im going to add to this one. They are so wonderful Manjot is such a BEAUTIFUL lady and makes me amazing subs and she is very polite and funny but also gave me complements which was so nice thank u for making me awesome subs. You guys are amazing at that subway i always perfer to go there. I really wish u would bring back the potatoes bacon soup i love it.

I will not go there again, there burned out a bread in toaster and put my friend s sandwich in it right away after that.

Arvind gave me and my family an amazing customer service experience. He was super fast and polite as well.

Well they sold me 3 Gift cards with $20 on each, I paid $60...to find out later that they only loaded one, and Im assuming they pocketed the other two and gave me cards that werent actually loaded with anything....they ripped me and my children off , $40 ...brutal, and they arent doing anything about it, not trying to fix their mistake , nothing!! I have contacted Subway Canada and hope to get a response soon!

Arvind served my fiancé and I on the May long weekend and it got decently busy, and he stayed so calm and was very professional! I am very happy with the customer service he provided, because of him we will only be coming to this subway in mission now.

Order a tuna sandwich and the girl gave me one and a half scoops of tuna, very skimpy and not worth the money, save your self the trip and go to the one by Walmart

Is best subway in mission I will only go here because of the employees. They are absolutely fantastic. Super nice and only make you food that they would eat themselves. This Subway is by far the best in mission. Dont even bother with the other 2. Absolutely. Amazing stuff. Just ask for arvind

I thought Subway had made some progressive changes so I gave it another chance. Awful skimpy sandwich on stale bread that left me still hungry. Combo price was comparable to going to a steak house and having a real meal.

Manjot did a fantastic job, she had smile on her face all the time, handling all the customers well,dealing with everyone in a really polite manner. One customer was fighting with her on cookies but she handled it really well so that customer is satisfied with the service. Rishab is an absolute superstar! The 5 stars is for him! My colleague and I came in around 6:00 PM to see one employee (Rishab) behind the counter tackling multiple Door Dash orders, a large (~7 sandwiches) in store order, and a growing line up. He handled it extremely well while reassuring anyone waiting that they would be served as soon as possible. Rishab absolutely killed it but speaking from experience if your store has door dash you should likely try and have 2 employees on at once, it is not fair to a single person to try and manage delivery orders and in store orders especially during dinner rush.

The new order by number system is disappointing. Order by number and then add what you like to fill out your sandwich otherwise it will fill like its unfinished. If you like Subway, its still Subway (so pretty tasty )

Very,very pricey now. 12 sub with small fountain drink almost 20 bucks.

Every table was filthy, and the rest of the restaurant was dirty too. The staff were chatting behind the counter.

Closed 20 minutes early because the young girl wanted to start her cleanup so she could leave early and was extremely rude about it...never goin to come back to this location

This subway girl was so rude and unprofessional. I wanted a veggie sub, and by the time I was waiting for my patty to be heated, he made a meat sandwich, and then right away touched the veg patty. When I said what are u doing, she had the authenticity to tell me why I said that. Extremely rude and dumb. She is the heavy dark girl.

Third time to come to this location and no soup at dinner time !!! they say we make it in the morning !! ?? Who eats soup in the morning ? Double meat is 4 scoops they did 3 They had no clean dishes to heat meat up so they did it on paper then the paper broke apart all into meat they started digging it out I said I want a new one as I was doing topping for first sandwiches they toasted the one I did not want toasted I would recommend going to another location

Ordered a very large order to be delivered. Took almost 2 hours, but that was understandable given the size of the order. When the food arrived, my daughter opened her salad to have bugs fly out. I called the store and they told me thats just tiny fruit flies. Its perfectly normal. I told her that was not normal and they were not tiny. We took video of the flies. I said I would be bringing the salad back in for a refund the next day. Later that night, I got violently ill. I had a roast chicken sub. I was horribly sick for 2 days and had to miss work. I finally got back to the store 3 days later to return the salad. The manager gave me my money back. However, an employee, Manjot, was extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. She wouldnt let me speak, nor would she listen to her manager. The manager did not want to see the video we took. I walked out. Be careful eating here. Their standards are extremely low and there is minimal accountability.

I work graveyard shifts and I eat here more now.I had Manjot tonight and she put on the perfect amount of veggies, not too many and not too little. Shes served me a few times and shes an absolute pleasure ! All the staff are nice, and prompt . Heres an add on, I wasnt going to write this but a couple of these reviews just sound like complainers . The Eva one is hilarious . I wouldnt believe it for a minute ( and no , I dont know her )

I went to order a sub which I do every week today the chicken was very hard and dry so I asked for something different she heated it up again which only makes it worse then argues with me horrible customer service her name is Bible I believe the name tag says what is with these places arguing with customers lately how did customers service go down hill so badly id say what the main reason is lately but

The owners of this place obviously dont care about customers or they wouldnt hire people who dont cover ther nose with a mask, put stuff in the garbage and dont change gloves. Also speak in their own language and carry on conversation and look at you like youre bothering them. The place is unclean!!!!! Dirty and gross!!!!

The best subway experience. I wish I got her name(the sweet indian girl.who made our sandwiches). The lunch hour was hectic, and she always had this nice smile while she made food for all the customers. Funny thing is she wore a mask, but you could tell by body language and eyes that she was here to help and serve customers. Thank you for doing your best, even at the busiest hour.

Extremely upset with how my experience went today. Ordered everything in advance on the app, once we arrived to pick up our food it wasnt made and there was no recipt there, after the staff dug through the garbage they found my receipt (let me add we PAID ahead on the app) Staff then said we just assumed you werent coming to pick up. The food tasted okay but was extremely upset with the experience and will be going to a different location from here on out.

Always under staffed, extremely slow service. Average wait around lunch is 25 minutes for a meal. Better off just not coming in and go somewhere else. Wouldent even give one star.

Super slow, if you want to spend an entire hour go here. Had one person ahead of us and we spent an entire hour waiting for our food. Had hardly any vegetables and didnt tell us anything until putting iur vegies. I wont go here again. Really bad service.

If I could give it no stars I would this is by far the worst subway Ive ever been to. Subs are slapped together and come out looking like a toddler made it. You will need lots of patience to get the toppings you actually want on it. If you want a.good sub go to the subway on the way out of town (34981 Lougheed Hwy, Mission, BC V2V 6T1)

Picked a mobile order and the employee wasn t even wearing a mask. Ridiculous. Hope my food wasn t prepared unmasked.

The restaurant owners have their two babies sitting on tables screaming with their things sprawled out everywhere, grandad and husband just sitting around. Not sure if this is a bring your family to work kind of day but I was hoping to have a quiet lunch indoors.

They made us wait until they wiped down the whole area, moving very slowly. We had two 6 inch subs, but it was more like a 4.5 inch and a 7.5 inch because of the uneven way she cut the 12 inch bun. There were many fruit flies on the glass and on the food. GROSS!!! Never coming back to this location.

I ordered two subs, which were decent enough. The staff were friendly. My issue was the massive amount of fruit flys crawling around the food area. Plus the veggies were disgusting and old. I had to forego the tomatoes and lettuce as they looked like they were a few days old. Had I noticed all this from the beginning I would have walked out. Quite a horrifying experience.

Honestly, this subway was probably the worst subway I ve been too. Their customer service isn t great, but what really made me uneasy was the amount of flies and fruit flies in and around the food. (Visit - September 11, 2021 at 12:40pm)

Employees are working in slow motion. Absolutely pathetic. Also they barely speak English.

Lettace was rotten. When I asked if I could have fresh she took the lettace to the back and came back with lettace that was just as rotten. Had to ask if she could pick the rotten pieces out. Touching the meat and veggies in my sandwich after it was made. Nothing about my sandwich was fresh. When I got home I took one bite and threw the rest in the garbage. Just disgusting. Never go back to that store again.

I ordered online because I was meeting someone and have a sleeping baby in the car. I was running 10 minutes late, walked in and no sandwich. I went to the counter and took another 5 minutes just to talk to someone. They said yes we have it the lady walked away to do dishes and the other man went to make a sandwich, I assumed was for the next customer in line because, No one spoke to me. I was ignored by the 2nd lady. What is the point of ordering online if the sandwich is made when you get there? Very disappointed with the lack of communication or apology.

Nice place to eat... but they horde napkins. Had to ask because they are kept behind the counter. Then I had to ask for more then one. Still good place.

Come at 830pm on a Saturday and had nothing but problem first the are out of all the bread except for one type then they dont have enough ingredients to make the first 2 sandwiches i asked for then they couldnt understand i want cheese on all of the sandwich not on half. Just an all around bad experience and its not the first time, this is the third time. Same location. Would not recommend

If you re going to accept skip the dishes orders, you should invest in more staff so the 5 people waiting in line inside the actual restaurant don t have to wait over 15 minutes just to place an order, let alone get their food. One person working is ridiculous.

This is definitely the worse subway I have ever been to! No clue what the hell they even have on their menu Eggs were not heated up All bacon and sausage were ice friggen cold. Did not listen to what u wanted! No wonder the place was empty!

Staff is friendly but finding this location is slowly going downhill. I just had a cold cut and had to take the meat off due to it tasting bad and this is my favorite. When I looked at the meat the color was off too mostly the bologna.

Got a cheese and bacon panini... no cheese to be seen. Just dry bread and bacon ask why and get shown the recipe card? I don t care what your recipe says... on the photo u show cheese and I couldn t find the cheese unless I moved all the bacon out... what I got was dry bread with bacon!!

Was very very unhappy with the service here tonight. Nothing was stocked. My husband and kids n I stopped to get something for dinner. The girls workings were not listening at all to what we were ordering. I asked to use my Subway app to get my points and she ignored me. I paid and then asked to get points and she straight up said well you already paid so no you cant. I cant believe I paid close to 30 dollars for 5 meals n had very poor service at the same time! This subway doesnt deserve 1 star it should just be zero. Very very unhappy!!

Staff were terrible. Just put whatever cheese they feel like and toast everything till it is super crispy.

Its pretty much what youd expect. Some dude or lady will make a sandwich to your liking you know. Like if you dont want pickles, they wont put pickles on, but if you want onions, they will totally do that for you. Its nice because I dont have to make it myself, they do that for me. OH! its fresh too!

Well, its 6:00 on mothers day Sunday... 1 person on staff, have people coming in and ordering for families. 1 person works slower than paint drying on a cold damp day. Like said above, if you want to stand and wait for your food for about 20 mins or so, you might want to go else where to get sub. I knew I shouldve made one at home! Lesson learnt!
