Worst service ever

6 pm 1 person working, stood in line for hour and left dont want to support a business not willing to hire enough employees.

What can be wrong with same ole same ole as long as veggies are fresh . Nothing worse than brown lettuce

I went in to order ..Someone came in after me and then she went on her phone .. I was up to pay and the cashier wouldnt let me pay till she was off her phone.. and then expected a tip .. very rude service

Bad experience. Do not know how to fold wrap Very rude and when asked to do it properly said i know thats how its done. My friend with me was in line and she made him wait again in line. No customer service and greeting.

Really good food and very fast

The bread was very stale (either toasted too long or old bread) and I was really grossed out because the guy handled multiple peoples sandwiches AND their cashier system with the SAME gloves very unsanitary. I have a stomachache today now.

Stale bread. I was there this morning around 10:30 to pick up my lunch for later. Just finished half of it now, and the bread is VERY stale. Like left over night fully exposed to air kind of stale. This is literally the first time I have experienced this from a Subway.

Trying to pick up a sandwich for lunch 1 person working. Someone had a large order and we ve been sitting here for 30 mins trying to get a sandwich and have now missed lunch . Can t even come here to get a sandwich on lunch break. Please hire more employees

Rude is the only way I can describe the service. Told me she could not chop the chicken smaller for a wrap that was for a person with digestive issues. My salad would have fit in a soup bowl. Girl also made plain that she didn t like to make this menu option. Shall never return

Racist staff. Didnt pay attention to me because I didnt speak Punjabi. Staff had 3 minute conversation in Punjabi while I stood there trying to get lunch.

Not open until 11, they shut down early so they can have a conversation with their friend on the phone

I work just a few minutes away from this location every weekend, the service I get has never failed to impress me and I m always beyond satisfied with my order. In fact it is because of how good the service is that I have become a weekend regular. I don t usually write reviews but I just needed to this to be known. 10/10 experience every time.

Rude staff. Stale bread. Attitude when asking for more veggies. Would not recommend. Go to the next subway.

Me and my girlfriend went to this location late in the evening, around 8:30-9pm, and we were surprised to find only one employee working. There was a significant lineup, which we determined was largely because there was only one person behind the counter. Her name was Harpreet, and she was incredibly courteous and polite. Her service was outstanding and the food was well prepared, despite the obvious pressure she was under. I asked her why she was working all alone so late at night, she said it was a management decision. As someone whos worked late shifts in similar workplaces, I felt that it was unsafe and unreasonable for her to be working alone, especially in the area where the location is located. I know plenty of gas stations that lock their doors at 9pm because of safety concerns, and if they are open late, they consistently have one other person in the building for mutual safety. I would visit this location again, however, I do not wish to endorse unsafe workplace practices made by inconsiderate management.

Gurkirat is rude to white people and makes terrible sandwiches. Very sad she has a job here

The girl that works here so rude for no reason if you re gonna live in this country then don t act like ur better then everyone else when if I ask for toasted you make me repeat like 10 times and give me attitude like I m being nice to u what s ur problem ?

Waited 10 min for the employee to finish her personal phone call on her cell. Didnt say hello or even great us. Stale bread and browning veggies at 8 a.m. On top of all of that she overcharged us. Youd be better off getting a ready made sandwhich from Walmart.

First off only one staff working she was very impatient and snappy, there was not a single clean table had to whip a table to even sit down. Very poorly managed

Not sure who was working there tonight around 8 but I dont appreciate being lied to. Asked for double meat on a wrap which Ive done many many times, even at this location and she tells me they dont do double meat on wraps because it makes it to hard to wrap up. So I said weve done it before, is there anyway you can put a little extra, to which she says yes... then the second I was done paying she says, oh I forgot the double meat, I dont believe for a second she forgot... how convenient you remembered the second the transaction went through. And still did a terrible job at wrapping the wrap...

Vegetarian options: Veggies look so bad and even it was a morning time. And the lady her name is Mandeep is mostly on her phone she was so rude whenever I enter the store she was looking like so depressed like he just want to make money don t want to work. We are paying number of bucks for a single sandwich even then we are not getting fresh food. I had never saw her washing hands she directly touches the food while using her phone.

First experience of a Subway takeout and not disappointed. Very tasty meal en friendly service.

My girlfriend and I came to this location to get a quick supper and the employee was so rude!! Not only did I have to repeat myself several times but after every vegetable I listed sometimes before I could even finish speaking she said anything else in a snappish tone. I was getting a veggie sandwich and she was putting almost nothing in it. Shed take the smallest handful and throw it carelessly in before squishing it so much I thought shed break the bread. She sighed anytime I asked for more of something and when I asked for lots of jalapeños she gave me five and then proceeded to ignore me when I asked for more. She did the same thing to my partner! It was horrid service, I dont think anyone should step foot in there.

I had the best experience while getting served by ish. She was AMAZING. I never leave reviews but I just had to for her. She is the sweetest person I ve ever met, and amazing at her job, I was served quickly, neatly, and kindly. she went out of her way to make sure that my sandwich would be good by tomorrow for lunch by putting the sauce is small containers for me. Again I NEVER leave reviews but I had to. SO SWEET. 100/10

Cant get an order right to save their lives so disappointed that I wasted my time and money here, wont make that mistake again.

Hoping this makes its way to the owner of the subway at 31956 lougheed hwy. mission bc All of the other 4 locations in our town make chopped salads no problem and seems this site some of the staff will do it and most of them claim they don t offer that service anymore. So hard to support business when they allow there staff to just choose when they want to make orders or not

Its an okay to have a quick lunch but what I notice about subways when you ask for extra something they NEVER give you enough and you have to keep asking for little bit more.

Terrible non inviting service, didnt toast my sandwich when I asked them to. Doesn t give full portion sizes in comparison to every other subway. And to end it they throw it on the counter and just walk to the back! No napkins or anything put in the bag you have to ask, this was not one occasion this is every occasion I have been there. Will never go to that subway again, if I find that the owner owns the other ones in mission I will not go to any for how rude their employees are. This is directed towards the young lady. The tall guy is good. But haven t seen him the last few times.

Terrible service, never visting this location again, I usually donot put bad reviews even if the service is not okay, but todays experience was really unacceptable. I asked for a veg sandwich and I asked her to put veggie patty after she put all the veggies because i forget to ask when she started preparing my sandwich. I was so polite but she was rude and she told me that you could have asked before. Then, I requested her to grill my sandwich and she just resisted that she cant do that because it is full. I have had same sandwich at least 15 times from all other subway locations and they always do it without any excuse. Well, there is a huge need of improvement in customer service. I am hoping that management should take this into consideration.

Disgusted in employees conduct. I asked employee to please pull up his mask as his nose was not covered. He spoke in his language to the other employee and would not help me. I waited for other employee to finish then I was helped. He was unkempt, rude and did not follow protocol!!! I will not be returning!!!!

they need to hire someone else and let go of current staff. got 2 foot longs tonight and the worker was clearly not wanting to be there. and it resulted in the worst sandwhich experience, the food was not up to standard. had to repetitively ask for items as the amount put on wasn t sufficient even for average joe and her response was really aggressive started to throw food around. then proceeded to incorrectly pack the food after twice being told clearly how to do so. definitely need mew staff this is unacceptable

Never open on time. And meatballs are never ready in the morning.if you come after 10am its usually fine. Usually when you open you have been in store for about an hour getting things ready for opening. Ot this store.

Whenever I come to this subway the girls that are behind the counter are always super sweet and always have such a great attitude, even though Ive personally seen them be mistreated pretty badly before by customers. Always super professional and doing their best. Shoutout to Ishmeet for always making the best wraps :)

Finally a subway that can make a good sub... no shortage of veggies. Most of the subways I go to lately want to skimp out on toppings well not this one. The gentleman making my sandwich would even squeeze out all the pickle and banana pepper juices, making it a soggy free sandwich and when you ask for a little mustard and mayo that s what you get, not a half bottle squeezed out on it. Well done...

My kids and I just had a great meal at Subway this evening and enjoyed very well made sandwiches (didnt skimp on the veggies) and great customer service. The gentleman who served us even threw in a few cookies for my kids. Very kind! We will be going back.

I ordered a 6 inch sausage, cheese and egg on a flatbread. The egg was a premade egg mat, the sausage patties were okay, the cheese is what youd expect, the flat bread seemed very rubbery. Although the facility was clean and service good, the food seemed over processed. I felt like i was eating some sort of rubbery food substitue. I guess Im just not someone who likes this type of food. Some locations Ive been to make the eggs fresh and serve it on a soft roll. I liked that, but that was not available here.

I usually get great customer care at subway, subway in mission BC was one of the worst experiences, the lady treated us a piece of trash, and right there when a white person show up, she was all smiling and almost bow down to show him of her poor mentality. Very disappointed

Quiet cozy place with good food and staff

Thoroughly disappointing experience, and will never return. Its unsurprising the place was empty as basic menu items were not available at 6PM, some veggies were still partially frozen.

Dap is the most amazing sandwich artist, he will probably be a professional chef some day. He made the most beautiful and carefully made sandwiches. I ve never witnessed such a talented subway sandwich maker. It was certainly the most delightful sub we ve ever had. We are going come back to this location only because of Dapinder s skills.

Usually, its good. But today Sunday, November 26/17, around 12 pm I went there, the staff was rude with an attitude problem. No greetings & smile. Absolutely sad face and dont pay attention to my order. I did not see her before there. In fact, she is not fit for front to serve customers, its bad for the business.
