Called this afternoon at 1pm to order a 5 sandwich platter for a birthday party for 6pm. Confirmed the store and time. Went to pick up the order and was told they had zero knowledge of the order and when I tried to call the number back I was hung up on twice. Now truly it's not the end of the world and I'll take our business elsewhere. Just very frustrating.
Please pay attention to what the customer asked for. Please don't skimp on vegetables and I don't mean don't give me more than I deserve. Give me the base amount six tomatoes six cucumbers. A decent amount of stuff across the freaking sub for god sakes. Wrap this up tightly please. If you're going to cut it in half don't cut it half in half. Cut it all the way down so the sandwich is cut in half. Otherwise don't bother cutting it at all. Also the bags are $0.25 that paper bag which was needed because my sandwich wasn't wrapped. Also sticker was not used. It was a girl that I've never given a tip and I leave a tip every single time Sunday evening shift this girl with the glasses terrible at making her sub does not care. I wouldn't eat this. I wouldn't make a sub like this for somebody else. I used to work there when I was a teenager. That's my review
The issue I'm having today is the flatbread. I've been eating subway flatbread for years & they've always been thick & chewy. Not today! I got home, opened it up & noticed it was SUPER thin & noticeably dry & hard. I didn't realize how dry & hard until I actually took a bite & it sounded & felt like I was eating a cracker or bread that had sought out on the counter for hours. It wasn't just the corners or edges, it was the entire piece of flatbread, & it is SUPER thin. I'm really hoping this is just a one-time situation & someone who is making the flatbread didn't get the formula correct & this is not Subway's way of cutting back now!! Because if that's the case, I won't ever order flatbread again, when I could have a whole footlong bun. The roof of my mouth is scratched up now from biting it, so I'm really not at all. satisfied. Even the pictures give me anxiety looking at it because it almost fell apart just trying to take the photo. Oh and the lady in front of me and myself sat there waiting for over 10 minutes for the one lady that was working there to even acknowledge Us in the store because she was more focused on getting the breads into the oven then even making eye contact
I get off work at 9:30 PM, I have tried to eat at this location approximately 945 to 10:15 PM about 15 times in the last several months. The girl that works there is so concerned about getting home, that she is packing up the restaurant by 945 and nothing is available, you are lucky to get maybe one meat and the cheese on your sandwich if you agree to get a sandwich that she has left the meat out for. I could understand if it was 10 minutes before closing, but I am there usually one hour or more before closing, and I cannot get anything that I want to order because she has already put it away into the back and she is quite rude when you bring this to her attention. I have always been polite and tried to explain that it is only only 10 PM. Why can I not order a boat 90% of the subs on the menu? I am met with “we start packing up early because we need to go home on time” which is not how a franchise or a business should be run. I know I am just one customer and that Subway Canada likely does not care that they are losing me, but I would have spent at least $150 a month here but I can never ever get a sub at 10 PM or 9:45 PM and I have to literally go to other locations which I never have a problem at, or I have to go next-door to the pizza place because they refuse to serve their customers After 10 PM, unless you are willing to take ham and cheese because that is the only thing she decides to keep out on the counter. I am sorry, but I have no issues leaving a negative review for this location because whoever is running this location needs to understand that their employees are costing them large amounts of money because I have been in the lineup when seven or eight people are there and they are literally walking out because she is telling them that no, they cannot order the sandwich they want because she has already started packing up. I have been there as early as 9:40 PM, and saw her turnaway people because she does not want to go into the back to get the sauces or the vegetables for the subs. Hopefully this gets to the franchise owners because I am telling you as of business owner myself, you were losing massive amounts of money.
This is my first Google review ever. I am currently writing this review as I force myself to eat this absolute disaster of a sandwich that was made in front of my very own eyes. I recently moved very close to this subway and have given this place THREE chances… THREE!! Every time my sandwhich is a dam mess! These sandwiches get thrown together blind I swear. Not a care in the world! Didn’t take a picture I ate the sandwhich already lol. Probably should have thought of that before. In positives it seems clean and tidy in the restaurant itself. Goodbye
Went in to this location tonight and got over charged by almost $10 which to me was kinda crazy but whatever things happen, and i get home after spending $42 on subs and two of my subs are very stale and flakey and not enjoyable at all, definitely not fresh.. and when i called to talk to someone noone even answers the phone at all
there were 4 employees on shift and not one of them knew how to make the spicy chicken melt that was advertised on there menu board ..... they all went into a panic when I asked them to make 5 sandwiches. Every single sandwich was made wrong and one staff member messed up my daughter's sandwich so badly it had to be remade.... I will definitely NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN
This place doesn't even deserve a 1 out of five. There was four workers who didn't know how to make a sandwich. They had no idea that the sandwiches on the menu how to make them and they were very confused. They put extra mustard all over my first sandwich which it was seeping out the sides. No one ate the sandwichs. by the time we were able to leave there was at least 10 people standing behind us as it took so long.
The worst service and food preperation ever, sandwiches were not made right, refused my cookie coupons and refused to give me my subway club points. All arounf bad experience.
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I WAS ABLE TO. LADY WORKING THERE IGNORED MY WIFE AND I WAITING FOR OVER 10 MINS WITH NO ONE ELSE IN RESTAURANT. THEN, SHE LOOKED AT US AND DIDNT SAY A WORD AND STARTED MAKING AN ONLINE ORDER. WE WALKED OUT AND I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. ZERO STARS!

Girl working in evenings has long nails which is totally food hazard, please let her know to groom properly before come to work.
Don t go to this subway if you value your time. Skipthedishes & subway app orders will be catered to before storefront, after waiting for previous orders ahead of you. Understaffed. Poor girl overworked trying to do absolutely everything. Employ another person during peak hours.

When you have waiting customers it is rude to load 10 stacks of bread without taking somebodys order with nobody else in line. Horrible customer service.

My favourite Subway. When they ask about veggies and I reply All of them I am not disappointed. A sub packed with all the good stuff. Staff is always friendly. They work hard and try to get everyone served quickly.

Wow what an experience, The Servers at subway were down at the junction one so it had no debit/credit, and so i came to this one hoping i could pay debit and unfortunately i couldn t but I ran into my mom there and she had a $fiver so i threw in my $10 and boy it must have been fate, Because this sandwich was the absolute best sandwich i ve eaten at subway. Thank you to the sandwich artist for putting the perfect amount of veggies for me as i asked him to do light veggies. overall great experience

Very disappointed that it was too much trouble and or not understandable to wrap my sandwich in LETTUCE. After explaining I dont eat bread but wanted everything else the same, just wrapped in lettuce caused the employee such grief and confusion I left and went elsewhere for lunch. Once again, Wendys for the KETO win!
Have to ask 4 times for more toppings , 5 olives the first time ,say more and throws on 4 more ,are you kidding me ? Every topping went the same way except for the lettuce, they will pack that in there overflowing to make it look like you got a big sandwich, oh great a lettuce sandwich , thats why they try and get that on first , I avoid the cheap fillers until the last toppings which forces them to fill your sandwich with decent toppings, its annoying you have to ask for more multiple times though.
The last 3 times ive gone there they have not had soup even though the sign says they do. Recommend going to the other one in mission.
Service can be slow at times, portions are hit and miss.
Dont have english muffin on the menu, say its too frozen to use, offer bread or wrap, and then charge for the more expensive option. Probably not coming back.
Placed an order to this location through skip the dishes at 3:07 pm ( not a busy time for any subway location ) the order showed up just over an hour later at 4:10 cold and soggy. I asked the skip driver if the location was busy and he told me not at all no customers in the store. My order was estimated at 20 mins will not be ordering or visiting this location again.

I ordered door dash today. I ordered a 6 sandwich so it was a surprise when I opened up my order and found a foot long!! Everything was 100% correct. Even if it was a mistake it made my day. This is not the first time I ve ordered door dash from here and every single time I place an order it comes to my door extremely fresh and well packaged :)
I don t know about the other staff but their staff for the week days during day time is very good. They know very well how to treat and greet their customers. Iceing on the cake food is very delicious and healthy.

The all time worst subway sandwich I have ever had. When putting vegetables on my sandwich, I asked for normal amounts of everything, and was given quantities that were of someone asking extra. That wouldn t be so bad, if it wasn t every single veggie I asked for. Trying to fold the sandwich looked like a redwood tree trying to fit itself in a flower pot. I have nothing against the location, but my complaint is against the worker. Looks like the lougheed/co-op locations keeps it crown.
Bad experience. My husband and I ordered a long foot sandwich this late morning , When I payed and was waiting for my receipt , the woman tossed my receipt towards the table while my hand was there for her, really rude!

Well not sure what to say here after my visit. I guess disappointed. do they train the employees after hire ? doubt it, but gave the kid a chance who had no idea what he was doing. Had to walk him through how to put the sub together. Most subways are pretty good, wont be going back here for a while
I dont usually rate this low and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I have been to countless subways and this is by far the worst I have been to. I had my second visit at this location today same lady as last time helping me. Once again, based on her attitude and mannerisms towards us, this worker seemed to dislike the fact that I was even there, she rushed me and my two kids through the line (no one behind us). As for our sandwiches - wow! Never have I seen a subway employee slop something together so carelessly. Needless to say I had to rearrange our sandwiches and got covered in sauce from the outside of the sandwich. Save yourself the trouble and pic another location close by.

This is the worst Subway out there, do not go here if you can avoid it. I work in the plaza and its the only healthy option for food but not even will I go back. They rarely ever have more than 1 person working so youre waiting 10-15 minutes just to have your sandwich started. The employees are rude, dont ask how your days doing, no interaction except asking what else on your sub. Plus when I went there today, the cucumber spinach and tomatoes on my sandwich were all frozen Ive had a few bad experiences here but this one tops all the others!
made me wait for 2 full sandwiches to be made from an online order (surprisingly slow for usual service) then let me know they only had one bread left
Been twice and to complaints so far. The artists there took their time to pick out any bad or wilted produce and didnt leave the sandwich in the oven once done. They had attention to detail and made it right.
I work nearby, and Ive known the staff for some time now. Lets be clear, theres a little bit of a language barrier, but the ladies there are sweet once you get to know them. I always get great service. Even when I first started going there I had no problem. I was open minded and accepted the fact that its hard doing a job when English isnt your first language.

Foods good. Service is garbage. They spoke Punjabi for awhile before acknowledging us. Just rude when working. Plus it smells like butter chicken. Which is fine when i want butter chicken.

This is the best Subway in Mission. I used to be a Sandwich Artist, so I can appreciate a good crew making good sandwiches and this is one. They make good sandwiches and do it pretty quick. The complaints in other reviews are likely just one-offs. Ive never had a bad experience at this one and go out of my way to eat here.
