Really enjoyed our visit. The only place we we went back to for a second dinner while vacationing in Niagara Falls and Toronto area. Very quaint historical house and the owners were so down to earth. It was relaxing, to the point of being therapeutic. Menu is small, but anything on it is very good. The chicken parmigiana, lamb chops and orange roughy are top notch! Try the butternut squash soup. Heaven. Got to get back.

For our 20th anniversary dinner, we ate at this charming, quaint restaurant in Port Credit. If you haven’t heard of this restaurant, my husband and I highly recommend. A husband and wife team runs this small, quiet, casual fine dining located in the historical Peers house in the heart of the busy streets of port credit! Absolutely perfect for a romantic dinner for 2! The food was delicious, good portions and prices reasonable. It’s a hidden gem worth coming back for! 👍🏽👍🏽

This place was amazing. Travelled here from my hotel at toronto airport as it looked like the best place nearby - definitely was the correct decision. The owner was very nice and appeared to be a couple running the place. The best thing we tried was the chicken parm! It was the best I had ever had. The lamb was tasty but could have done with a bit more salt (down to personal taste) can't recommend this place enough.

A lovely place run by a sweet, older couple. Nice food presentation, good value for money and the home-made key lime pie is a must! The stuffed sole was a favourite from our table and the warm bread to start felt like a perk from the past. P.s.there's free parking behind the restaurant.

I rarely give 5 Stars 🌟 right from the get go. But today is indeed a rarity. My wife and I are looking 👀 at properties around the Port Credit and Lorne Park neighbourhood. And we decided to grab lunch. So Google is everyone’s best friend right? We were looking for a local mom & pop restaurant for us to visit and support. These individuals put in long hours in the day and they all deserve our support. The restaurant is owned by a lovely husband and wife who have been running their restaurant for 25 years. It is located in a lovely historical property which still stirs the echoes of a bygone Victorian era. It harkens us back to the times of the gilded age. The building itself is worth the visit alone. There is free parking 🅿️ in the back of the building which can be accessed from John street next to the property. Otherwise, there is street and parking lot 🅿️ spaces nearby. The menu is small but focused and done ✅ to perfection. The stuffed sole was so delicious 🤤. I recently visited the Maritimes and their fresh seafood dishes and trust me … I had plenty of fresh seafood 🦞 on my visit. But the stuffed sole dish stood out in my mind above ☝️ the others. It was that good 😊. Try it out folks if you are skeptical and it will make a believer out of you 😎. The meat pie was scrumptious with the tender chunks of stewed meat melted away in my mouth 👄 along with the perfectly seasoned and textured mashed potatoes 🥔 on top. I underestimated the portion and I was so full. I was deeply disappointed because I planned to try their popular home made key lime pie 🥧. No worries… I will order two slices my next time around..no more fooling around here… lol 😂. The salad was also delightful and fresh with strawberries and raspberries. But that house dressing was spectacularly tasty. Did I forget to mention the wonderful fresh bread 🍞 that is brought to your table. That was a hit as well. I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner and he took the time to talk about the long history of the property along with the pictures of memories hanging on the walls… if the walls could only talk … what tales they would tell…. Please 🙏 do drop in and give them a try. Ps. Please check their hours. They are only open Thursday to Sunday only if I am not mistaken. Happy 😃 Eats everyone

Quaint little spot to dine. Quiet and homey with delicious food. Not a lot of options on the menu, but that's what made the food good since there's more attention to prep and cooking. Seafood chowder and seafood croissant were excellent. The chef didn't skimp on the seafood at all; you get your moneys worth. The service was great and attention to detail. Other restaurants might rush you to eat and leave, but not here. Overall, felt like we got some good homemade food. There's a ramp for easy accessibility.

A quaint little restaurant with a nice atmosphere and good food. Prices are about as expected. I really enjoyed the rack of lamb and the soup and would recommend those. The bumbleberry pie was fine as well. There was an issue with one of my mains but it was handled. The location is small, but decorated in a welcoming manor and very well maintained.

Chelsea is a very nice restaurant with excellent service (at Sunday lunch) and delicious food. The menu is limited to only about five choices, but all sounded appealing. The pan fried dover sole with winter veggies, and mashed potatoes were perfect. The creme caramel and coffee were delicious. The seafood stuffed croissant and salad were also delicious. Lunch is not inexpensive but worth it.

Went here after reading the rave reviews. Much to our surprise, the hype definitely didnt seem worth it. The food was okay, even with the moderately priced menu, but it was nothing special. We were warned by staff that its a slow lunch, but even with that, service felt awfully slow (though the service staff were incredibly kind and helpful). It took 20 minutes just to get two cups of coffee alone! We had the Philly steak sandwich and the quiche Lorraine, and the steam sandwich was easily the better decision. Overall, a decent experience, but I wouldnt go out of my way to experience it. As well, come when youre more inclined to enjoy a leisurely lunch (cannot stress this enough), as you will definitely feel your hunger intensify tenfold while you wait.

A small family restaurant running by a Korean couple everyday have six or seven main entree to choose from. Our company was seated at 6.30pm and the lamb shank were gone we can only choose the stuff sole and steak mushrooms pie. Both dishes are good 35 to 37 dollars for a three course set dinner including salad and dessert. I must confess it is worth over we pay for it. Lovely place hidden in Mississauga. Perfect for a romantic dinner date with your partner. The interior is nice and intimate in both sizing and setup, and atmosphere. While I wanted to try the prime rib it was not available that evening so we got the rack of lamb special instead, and boy was it a great treat. I haven t had lamb too often but this definitely took the crown and set the standard in lamb dishes. Meat was nicely cooked and well seasoned. Literally no complaints from me (well maybe larger portions would be nice but I am a glutton so YMMV). The service was also top notch making us feel like we re at home. Well maybe one small comment, the bread would have been nice if it was warm, it was just cold. Other comment is the service was very friendly and pleasant, but even though we don t like to be rushed at a restaurant and its nice to be able to relax and sit and chat, I found it took a little too long for the food to be served. Other than those two comments, it was a nice experience and I would definitely go back. Overall I recommend this restaurant.

True little family run gem in Mississauga. Despite the old fashioned décor and being a small house, it gives warm family vibe and the food was amazing. The only nitpicking thing is the food arrived kinda slow but I give it a pass because it came out perfectly executed. Even the grilled zucchini on the side was charred perfectly. My wifes veggie curry was probably the best vegetarian dish I ever had for a long time! My own lamb leg came out just cooked right, not overcooked like many other places. My wife liked the mash potato a lot too. Then came the chocolate cake that completed the meal with a high note. Its rich and flavourful but yet somehow still very light and fluffy. The service was good. With this price point, I think 5 star is well deserved.

Very cosy home-style restaurant with very friendly staff. The menu is simple, but the choices suffice to serve all. The daily sandwich was a tuna salad sandwich with garden salad. The tuna salad was very well balanced: not to oily, nice tuna flavor with a nice acidic touch, the bread was good, and the lemon-honey dressing for the garden salad was delicious. Even their fresh brewed coffee was good: a strong roast flavor and not watered down as you sometimes have in e.g. a diner. If I lived in Toronto, I would spend my occasional Sunday afternoon in spring to drive out to Chelsea restaurant to have lunch.

Small old building with character. Only a half dozen tables, husband is the waiter, wife is the cook. Open very selective hours, and not late. Call ahead. The patrons are mostly an older crowd, but that says something, seniors dont put up with mediocore food. When is the last time you saw a chain resturant full of seniors? Limited choices on the menu. Not a cheap resturant but also not overly expensive, especially when you consider the quality of the food. This is my special occasion resturant. Every dish they serve is very good. Ingredients, preperation, presentation, texture, flavors, etc. For me, this is very high praise. This is my favorite in Ontario.
