I was served by Khalid for my Abuela s birthday. He was extremely welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable when it came to the cuisine and drinks served at Posta. His attention to detail made our stay memorable. I appreciated his patience as my grandmother only spoke Spanish, so I had to take time to translate things to her. As someone who has worked in the industry for over 10 years, Khalid s people skills definitely make him stand out. Will definitely be back based off of the experience Khalid provided us with. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves from management and the owners of Posta.

Went there for a birthday party. The food was amazing - we ordered a mix of pizzas & pastas and everything was really good. Our server Danielle was super friendly and her recommendations were top notch. Would highly highly recommend this restaurant.

Thier food is to die for everything was good the pizza was my favourite I wil give that a 10/10 it s like you are in Italy the dough was very light and they have this hot honey that goes on it, 10/10 and the ravioli the meat inside is very flavourful you cannot go wrong with the ravioli. The atmosphere very welcoming their waiters/waitress are amazing. They take thier time to explain the menu and give you the best recommendations. And please ask for Danielle P she is an excellent waitress please give Danielle P a raise she was very nice and gave us an excellent customer service. We were here for a company event. Good food, friendly service, and a very stylish venue.

The worst place to take anyone for dinner. I went there on November 30th for dinner, and we chose the Doom From the start, it was a terrible experience. First, the place was freezing cold. Second, the food was bad. However, the server assigned to our table was very nice and attentive, making sure we were satisfied with everything. But when it came time to pay, things took a turn for the worse. As we were settling the bill, an older server suddenly came over and added extra charges. When my partner questioned this and said we didn t agree to pay those charges, the older server started arguing. He even asked, Should I call the manager? First of all, this is a service business you can t talk to customers like that. And second, the way he spoke to my partner was completely unacceptable. At that point, I told my partner, Let s just leave. We ll deal with this later. On Sunday, I called the restaurant to address the situation. The manager answered and assured me he would investigate what happened, get back to me, and apologize to my partner. But he never called back. Since then, I ve called the restaurant three more times, but the manager has refused to speak with me. This kind of behavior is incredibly unprofessional, especially from someone in a managerial position. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It just fine The food was good. Bit service wast really good I was expecting to see smile faces, not frustrated ones But for the amount I paid, I didnt expect that.

Our family hosted an event at Posta in their lovely private room and were so happy with the experience. Blon on the events team was very responsive via email to all of my inquiries leading up to the event. We worked with Blon to set a family-style menu and she was very flexible with creating a menu that fit our needs including accommodating dietary restrictions. During our event, our server Agata was excellent and made sure everyone had what they needed throughout the night. The food and drinks were excellent some highlights were the cacio e pepe and the red pepper crostini. We definitely want to return to Posta and are appreciative of the team for making our party a success.

We had a Birthday party for 70 people on 24 Nov 2024. The Event Coordinator , Blathnaid , the Servers headed by Francesco and the Chef , did an excellent job of accommodating to our various needs and extending exceptional hospitality to our guests. Sun streaming in through the huge windows added to the ambiance.

Daniel K is an amazing server, made us feel very comfortable and was great in explaining the menu when we needed it. Highly recommend his service; the rigatoni cacio e pepe in the flaming wheel was made wonderfully.

Good service and didnt have to wait long for the food to arrive. The pankakes were, frankly - no good. All other food was great.

The most amazing experience ever! I hosted my baby shower there and with the help of Jade, who is an amazing planner, so easy going, flexible, and kind, everything went effortlessly, smoothly, and everything turned out better than what we expected. The servers during the event were all extremely kind, calm, and very accommodating and helpful. Khaled, specifically, was extremely helpful, and was the go-to for making sure that everyone and everything went smoothly service wise. He was knowledgable of all foods, drinks, ingredients, dietary restrictions, etc. and was smiling the entire time. I would definitely recommend Posta for any lunch/dinner event, and would definitely recommend requesting Jade and Khaled.

Ryan is the perfect one to light up your life. This experience wouldnt be the same without him and the wonderful staff, from on floor to kitchen. Very good Italian restaurant, like the bruschetta, if you close your eyes while eating it seems like you are in Italy, but unfortunately my wife felt sick after eating the main dish, the FLAMING PARMEGGIAN WHEEL, a fantastic presentation but I believe that the person has to have a very strong stomach to eat it and not feel sick, But I will return to the restaurant because I was very well attended and the rest of the menu is wonderful and it is the closest to Italy that I can have gastronomically while being here in Ontario!

This was an excellent experience. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was delightful, and the customer service was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly return.

Great food and service!

This restaurant definitely overhyped for the cheese wheel. Came for dinner the band was so loud that you couldnt even actually hear the singers, all you heard were the instruments. In terms of the food the mussels were cooked prefect and the sauce was delicious. And I cant complain about the margarita pizza either. Unfortunately thats where it stops. The salmon was cooked well yes, but the vegetables that it comes with flavourless, and the rice that it came with also lacked any flavor. Veal scallopini tasted like it was made with a boxed gravey mix and the mashed potatoes it came it also tasted like it came straight from a box, it even had the grainy boxed texture. The cake in the tiramisu also felt like it ws made with box mix. Overall wouldnt return.

I came here for dinner on a Friday night and it was decently busy. We had a reservation and we were seated right away. We ordered wine, burrata, pappardelle, and chicken piccata. The burrata was delicious although I would have preferred bread over the crackers because they were quite hard. The pasta was delicious, didnt look like a lot but I was full by the end, I asked for chilli oil which made it that much better. The chicken was also delicious. The service was great, staff was lovely and the food came out pretty quick and hot. There was live music and it was overall a pleasant experience

Our server Ryan was freaking awesome!!!! Super knowledgeable about everything on the menu, had great recommendations, was super witty and made us laugh. The bartender Lacey also had great suggestions and checked in on us when Ryan was held up with other tables. 10/10 for the service and the staff working WITH each other instead of against each other. Was such a breath of fresh air. The food was amazing and I will definitely be going back.

We held a Milestone birthday in the private room and everything impeccable! From the initial planning stages to the exquisite service the night of (shout out to Ryan!), everything was perfect. All our guests commented on the chic atmosphere and delicious food. We had 22 guests and it was cozy. Would suggest 20 people max for comfort. Highly recommend! I cant find the actual menu we had infront of us so maybe they havnt updated it online But I ordered the signature burger. Asked for no balsamic glaze or argulua... asked if it had any lettuce tom onion and if so I did not want (as the menu didnt specify) and it came out with Sautee onions. The server said well thats not a garnish I did ask for no garnish. Butta I mean...doesnt take a rocket scientist to say well theres no lettuce tom onion however there is Sautee onions would u like those?.. butta guess not. Service was just not up to par with the prices. The band was loud and annoying more than anything but to each their own.

Food was very yummy. The gnocchi is on a different level, our group ordered the parma wheel, always a great choice. Place was packed, service was a bit slow but very friendly. Great atmosphere with live music but all a bit too loud, hard to carry a conversation across the table. Recommended

I ve been to Posta quite a few times, but this has been my best experience to date. They really stepped up their game and the taste and quality of the food was outstanding. Highly recommend getting the parmesan wheel. The sauce was filled with flavor and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Service was also great. Shoutout to Ryan for making our time there a memorable one. Will definitely be returning!

Posta is such a great spot in Port Credit for some delicious pizza and pasta. The Cacio e Pepe pasta is fantastic. The tableside service of it is so fun and such a crowd pleaser. Really enjoy their burrata appetizer and mushroom crostini too. The atmosphere is relaxed yet trendy and their patio is a hotspot in the summer with the great view of the lake. They also validate parking in the attached garage for 2 hours. Definitely will be back

One of the best restaurants in Port Credit! The atmosphere is airy and spacious with incredible views of the water, great wine cocktail options and everything I ve tried has been delicious. Highly highly recommend the Flaming Parmigiano Wheel, Gnocchi di Pistachio, Brussels, and pizza. They ve also got a new outdoor dining dome for the incoming cooler weather, would make a perfect special date night or event spot!

A great place to visit if you are in or visiting Port Credit. We were there for mid afternoon luch meeting and the service was great. I had the Mushroom Croustini which was really flavourful. A geat atmosphere and the service as great. This place is right at Snug Harbour with views to the marina.

Delicious restaurant. The service is great. The guy who handles payments/accounts for all the tables (probably in charge of all the waiters) is super duper. It works quickly, accurately, conveniently. I recommend!

Went tonight with a group of friends and really enjoyed it! The patio is spacious and overlooking the marina, food was delicious and service was top notch. Our server Khalid was the perfect balance of attentive, while letting us relax and never making us feel rushed. Appetizers and mains were sizable and expertly made. We would have tried dessert but had no room! As an aside, I ve always wanted to try the pasta in the wheel of parm, and finding it on the menu knocked off a bucket list item! Our server embraced my enthusiasm and made the whole evening very enjoyable. Drove in from Hamilton and will come back for sure!

Had dinner tonight at this place ..second time there ..thought we would give it another go as the first time was not that impressive ..well tonight confirmed will not go back again ..the food was bland The chicken piccata had absolutely no taste at all..it was like a plain piece of grilled chicken ..with a sauce that was insipid Caesar salad bland..the Branzino not much better either The waiter was great !

A great lakeside restaurant with delicious apps! Pizza, meatballs and Brussel sprouts made for a great light dinner. I was already over the cocktail limit so I ll have to come back for a few drinks. If you re in Port Credit, check out this place!

I had a great meal yesterday afternoon with a few buddies, thanks largely to Agata s exceptional service. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We shared a variety of appetizers and especially enjoyed the bruschetta. Highly recommend for both the service and food!

10/10 service. Atmosphere is A1. Table arrangements nicely done. The gelato is mmmm so good. Definitely returning. Clean washrooms. Servers are great. Patio is huge but beware of bugs. Which is out of our control so understandable. Organized and highly customer oriented.

The restaurant itself is great, food is amazing, our waiter was very polite smart and professional amazing gentleman (Italian male with a beard), the band is horrible the sound is beyond bad the acoustics are disruptive non of the guests was enjoying the music very high and irritating volume, people were making jokes out of it even the restuarant staff itself they looked like they understand how bad the show is and were promising us they will be gone by 9 PM, regardless of how bad the show was it is not suitable at all to the atmosphere of a classy Italian restuarant in sense of the show and the type of music will definitely come back to the place but only when I make sure the band is not there..

This place is a staple in our outings when we want a cool atmosphere with live.music on the weekends. We ordered the brisket burger (DELICIOUS - got one to share, but should have gotten our own) and the gorgonzola pizza (make sure you ask for some oils, as it is in the dry side). To finish off- dont forget the Nutella cheesecake We also snagged their sangria special (on Fridays).

The authentic Italian flavors were evident in every bite, and the pizza was simply out of this world crispy crust, perfect sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was top-notch, making the entire experience unforgettable.

Amazing food, amazing patio area with this lovely weather. I went around 7pm. So sunset view at port credit. Amazing service starting from their call center agents who respectfully arranged for our reservation, to our waiter Rosie who was very attentive and very kind to us. It was my youngest sisters birthday. They have special offer for birthdays where they offer complimentary cake. Nice place to celebrate special occasions. Im definitely coming back. Amel :)

Nice place! We were a group of 12 for my grandmothers 85th birthday. They sat us in a beautiful room and the service was great. The calamari was perfect. We enjoyed the Alla Vodka, Meatballs, Burrata, and Tiramisu. Kid-friendliness: They have a $12 kids menu.

We had our baby shower at Posta Ital Bar and Cucina, and it was absolutely amazing! With about 70 guests, the whole event was a blast, thanks to our awesome coordinator, Jade. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot-on. The vibe at Posta is just perfect elegant yet cozy. One of the coolest parts of the day was the live Parmesan wheel. Seriously, watching the cheese being freshly grated and mixed into dishes right in front of us was a total hit with everyone! Posta also hooked us up with customized food and drink menus, which made everything feel really personal. The Italian food was out of this world every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The cocktails were just as impressive, adding a fun twist to the celebration. The staff at Posta were super friendly and attentive, making sure all our guests felt right at home. Jades attention to detail and her dedication to making our day special really shone through. Overall, Posta Ital Bar and Cucina made our baby shower unforgettable. If youre looking for a place to host a special event, I cant recommend them enough!

We came for the food. I was blown away by the server and the food. If you ever come here, ask for Rosie V. She was exceptional. Always making sure that the food and anything else we needed, was taken care of. We didnt even have to ask for the parmasen. She was there with the bowl of fresh parm. I had the Pasta Pescatora. It was the right choice. Fresh seafood and spaghetti and hot bread. Fresh out of the oven. Ill be back, hoping Rosie will be my server again. Thankyou.

Not sure why this is rated so low??? Food: 4.5/5 I m a little critical on Italian food but really liked this place! The mushroom pizza and cheese bowl pasta were both 4.5/5 (not pictured). To be fair I didn t love my main, which was the chicken breast and mashed potatoes entree, but the pizza and cheese pasta appetizers were sooo good!! Atmosphere: 5/5 came for a milestone birthday, and got a private area, it was perfect and a beautiful, fancy setting. Service: 5/5 - the server was excellent, didn t rush us or get annoyed with the many requests we had. He was excellent and was very very pleased with the service. Overall, would definitely come back here! Just a little pricey, but worth it!

Amazingly service and food

Delightful pizza, pasta, and wine spot, by the water, in Port Credit. We were seated at a table with a view of the Port Credit Harbour Marina. We enjoyed Espresso Martinis, Frittura di Pesce, and the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe prepared table side in a flaming parm wheel. Everything was delicious, the presentation was fabulous and the flaming parm wheel was everything we imagined it would be. Pro Tip: we each ordered a side of garlic tiger shrimp to enjoy with our pasta. It paired perfectly! Our server was just awesome, he was attentive, informative, and knowledgeable. We finished off our meal with Tiramisu, Cannolis and Cappuccinos - of course! After dinner we enjoyed a lovely stroll along the waterfront trail (just steps away from Posta). The trail leads to a lighthouse and has lots of seating along the way so you can stop, rest and enjoy the views. We enjoyed our walk, and took some time at the end to relax and watch the boats return to dock at sunset.

This restaurant is beautifully located! The staff, service and space were excellent. The food was decent. We had the burrata as an appetizer which was delicious. The pizza was a little lacklustre as it was paper thin while the crust was ginormous. The spaghetti chicken was good. We recommend coming for thé live music and great lakefront views!

I was seated on the patio on Jul 28, 2024 at around 12:50pm. I was never offered any water and no server took our order even after waiting for 30 mins. They also served a numerous amount of OTHER guests that arrived AFTER us on the PATIO. After I told the front hostess this matter they did not know what to say or do... The servers here need more training on how to handle situations. Also the patio servers need to know how to identify new guests that are seated, and have a heads up behaviour to avoid situations like these. I do not recommend coming here until ALL staff is fully trained in hospitality.

Just left this place. Waited for 15-20 mins for a beer and mojito. Requested less ice and got a glass filled with ice. We were going to cancel our drinks but when we were walking up to leave, we saw our drinks were ready. We paid, left a tip despite a terrible service. Place is very nice but with a service like this, we are never going to be back at this place. Understandable if busy but there were only probably 3-5 tables

Posta offers delicious, homemade pastas (love their Flaming Parm Wheel and Gnocchi Pistachio), a lively patio overlooking the marina, and fantastic service!

Agecta was an amazing server and very attentive to all our needs would definitely come back!

They recently started brunch and the menu is fabulous. The place was quite empty for a Saturday but probably because people dont yet know its opened for brunch. We had some cocktails too (sangria, espresso martini) and those were on point too. Gnocchi is also a must have when youre there. They also provide a 2 hour free parking in the underground lot if you eat at the restaurant (ticket has to be validated at the front desk upon entry or exit). Staff is extremely friendly and helps in selecting dishes. Agata was our server and she did a fantastic job!! Parking: Underground paid parking lot of the building but Posta validates a 2 hour parking for customers (you have to pay for the extra time if you stay beyond 2 hours).

Greatest restaurant experience Ive ever had. Absolutely recoemnd this to anyone whos able to go. Our server a Hungarian man by the name of Borgor (not sure of spelling) brought the experimace from a 10 to an 11 out of 10.

omg obsessed. the parmesan wheel pasta was incredible and the gelato was so delicious !! ORDER THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS. TRUST ME. Will be going back to this place anytime I am in Mississauga. Enjoyed Postas Postalicious event in February 2024, their answer to Torontos Winterlicious. A bottle of Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand pleasantly gave our palates a fresh and refreshing awakening to start off the evening. We then asked our very warm, friendly and professional server, Biagio, for recommendations for a starter and promptly recommended the meatballs. An excellent choice as evey bite of this tender, melt-in-your-mouth morsel seemed to explode with flavour. For our entrées we ordered Gnocchi with pistachios, joyfully swimming in black truffle cream sauce as well as New Brunswick salmon with salad. Both entrées were perfectly cooked and, again, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The shareable tiramisu and Nutella cream cheese mousse seemed to vie for our attention and were both heavenly. We gave the mousse a slight edge. The exceptional service, delicious food and luxurious atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. We will definitely be back to try the different items on.the menu. Highly recommended! UPDATE: We have been back a couple of times for their incredible brunch, which I reviewed on OpenTable. The most divine à la carte brunch meal I think I ever had is their Salmon in Paradise, which is a beautifully plated smoked salmon with rainbow trout caviar drizzled with crème fraîche, paired with potatoes pavé (which is difficult to describe and only experienced to truly appreciate it) and micro greens.

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. When we arrived we were welcomed to a live band that played amazing Spanish music. Our server was Ryan who was OUTSTANDING! Best server we ve ever had! He truly took care of us the whole night and was so friendly! We want him everytime! Food was excellent and super hot and fresh! Hands down the best pizza- delicious dough. We are both looking forward to coming back just because Ryan made it so amazing for us ! See you soon!

Great food and atmosphere! Very accommodating to move us inside when the rain started while out on the patio. A bit over priced for gelatos but everything else reasonably priced. Service was not rushing us which was nice to catch up with friends but a few times we had to ask for our server for refills and to place orders. Been a few times, great location.

Absolutely incredible! From the gorgeous view to the most delicate food - you will not regret coming here. Georgia our waitress was phenomenal. She was very accommodating, friendly and made sure our visit was wonderful. My husband and I had the PEI mussels - which were amazing. I had the Pescatora pasta was phenomenal. Lots of fresh seafood that was cooked perfectly. The pasta is made in house and the flavor cannot be compared. My husband had the signature brisket burger which was the best burger we ever had. Honestly.. our experience was top notch!

Had a fathers day dinner here and it was very lovely out in the outdoor seating area. I love the menu and the staff-- everyone is exceptionally friendly and professional. The food was very tasty-- highly recommend the Diavola pizza, and the brisket burger was definitely worth a repeat! My only complaint was service was slow we were waiting to order, waiting to pay (almost 45 mins) and then on our way out we decided to stop at the Gelato counter and it took almost 10 minutes to get the Gelato and then make the payment, it took 4 people to help. It was not busy during the period we were there and wrapping up ( as there many available tables) and they were well-staffed, so I just will chalk it up to small breakdown in communication. Otherwise, this is a lovely casual and chic place(you can also get dolled up; atmosphere allows you to do both). Love the location by the water and marina. Price is not bad although alcohol drinks are bit $$$. Will definitely be back

Love Posta! Highly recommend any of their pizzas, Brussels sprouts appetizer and their signature brisket burger. So delicious! The waiter was very friendly and polite.

Parking: Parking is not immediately available and you need to drive around to find it. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and adaptable. My kid loved the pasta and calamari.

Four of us had dinner at Postal. The atmosphere was fantastic, but I have had better seafood pasta at several other restaurants.

First and last time we will be dining here .. waited at the door for 5 minutes before someone told the hostess there was people waiting at the door restaurant was empty at the time . Then we waited several minutes for someone to approach our table and when finally approached it wasn t even our server but someone else noticing us looking for someone . Food was mediocre, nothing special. I ordered the alla vodka with chicken. Chicken was frozen!!! Rubbery and gross! Server seemed miserable and knew nothing!! Not worth over $200 . Or the drive

pizza and the pasta really taste excellent. I am a picky pasta eater specially carbonara sauce their carbonara impressed me that I finished the whole plate. I gave 4 stars for food because their brunch menu only got 1 pasta so no other choices for pasta. Parking: they have free underground parking for 2 hrs you need to validate your ticket at the restaurant.

We have dinner at the patio, ordering pizzas, wine and a coke. The coke never appears in spite of order it 3 times. Not napkins on the table after ask 2 times for it. The sad part is the restaurant was empty. Food was good regardless.

I shared the arancini balls with my husband. I thought they were light yet crunchy on the outside. My main was to die for, a pistachio/homemade gnocchi which were so pillowy light, I could have eaten another plate of it. Then I shared a Nutella cheesecake with my husband. Yum!

I can t say enough of how great of an experience my family had at Posta tonight! I ve lived in Port Credit for 5 years and am pleased to say that the recent improvement in their menu is paying off! Everyone in our group was happy with their meals, drinks and of course the view of the marina! The best part of our experience at Posta was with our server Ryan - I am not joking when I say we ll be back specifically to have him be our server! He was so personable, very attentive and so charismatic! He had our entire table in a great mood and laughing! Thanks again for the amazing service and meal! We ll be back soon :)

Amazing Italian food. The pasta sauce is to die for. The cheese is melted and mixed onto the pasta in front of you. The pizza with the special sauce is out of this world, and to top it up the lettuce salad completes your meal giving you a food coma. (Oh yes if this all is served to you by they 5 star server Danielle trust me you will be going there quite often. Simply amazing experience and ambience!!!!

It s great that Posta is now open for lunch because that was the excuse we needed to stop in for a late lunch on Posta s patio. Our server, Cailey (?) was absolutely amazing, and her friendly & attentive service made us definitely want to return. The pizza we ordered was perfectly prepared and very tasty. And, having just visited Italy, we re quite picky about our pizza. There are speakers playing music on the patio at a very low volume - so you can actually talk without having to shout. Love that! Overall, highly recommended.

We came on Saturday June 1st to celebrate my Fiancés birthday with her siblings and friends. The atmosphere was good, we had a lovely waitress who provided great service to us all night, despite being short staffed 2 waitresses. The main issue comes down to the food i was served, it was extremely underwhelming. I was recommended the Chicken piccata by the staff as something to try so i did... Once the food arrived, I was in complete shock, as was everyone else at the table at how small a portion that entree is. ONE small flat piece of chicken, at most 2 ounces, THREE asparagus and a cup of fries on the side. There is no way that should be served as an entree at any respectable restaurant, my only belief as to how it could be served so small is they forgot to plate another piece of chicken because half my plate was empty and the joke of the night was that the side of chicken that my friend added to their pasta was 2x the size of what i was served for my entree.

Perfect atmosphere. Not obnoxiously loud. The proprietor Rocco... personally greeted us. My clients and I were quite pleased with the food.

My staff and I had a team dinner last night and let me just say...WOW! Service was outstanding, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was incredible! The menu is tasteful, there is something for everyone. I forgot the name of the gentlemen who took care of my team of 16, but he was extremely patient and overall had just a wonderful personality. A great Italian restaurant that offers all authentic Italian food, drinks, dessert and atmosphere. Right by the water the view was relaxing but the sun makes the room a little warmer than I like. The waiter was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Great option for a date night and prepare to pay a pretty penny as a glass of 9oz wine costs 24.00

Clearly a lot of staff / kitchen issues - our server today was thinly stretched resulting in slow/delayed/sporadic/inconsistent service. Witnessed another 2 tables escalating issues with their food to the manager. A shame because the server was really trying when she had a moment to check in with us. As for the food: I ordered a chicken caesar salad - Chicken served on the side + dressing that s not at all caesar. Entirely bizarre take on a standard staple. Was also surprised by the lack of actual Italian food on the menu given how it s billed. Patio floor also had stray lemon wedges, broken bits of glass and a messy bar area that s not currently in-use. Great location and promising potential but lack of care and pride in their offering is too great to overlook for anyone discerning.

The food here was great but the service was really bad. First off, we were a large group of 10 for Father s Day, we were seated in the private room which was nice. It took 20 mins for a server to come and give us water and take our drink orders. We probably ended up finally ordering apps 40 mins into our reservation. We asked for the free bread but we told we didn t need it as the apps we ordered were bread heavy. The first major issue we had is that on the menu in the restaurant there were many things marked as vegetarian but are not, for example the Brussel sprouts and the burrata were both marked as veggie and the description did not mention any meat. We ordered and ate the Brussel sprouts to find bacon bites in them later on. We had many vegetarians eat this thinking it was vegetarian! We told the server and she was apologetic and said that was a big mistake on their part and she would take care of it for us. I was still billed for them! Second issue I had was the bread that we still asked for. We waited so long as it was being made fresh, and there were only 6 pieces brought out for a table of 10 people. Once those finished we asked for more, which we ended up waiting more and this lasted a few cycles. I also had a toddler who was hungry and this was extremely frustrating as I had to keep waiting to give her bread. Other places would have brought out lots of bread at the very beginning for us. Last thing was one of the chili flake containers was loose and when someone was shaking the flakes out, the cap fell off and all the chili flakes were dumped onto the pasta. In stead of bringing out another plate of pasta, the server gave us another plate and spoon to fish the chili flakes out. Honestly the food here is good, but because of the poor service I will never come back here.

I went here for a work event with 18 colleagues. We had a set menu and everything was delicious...I lost count of the amount of dishes that came out. Our server was Ryan and he was absolutely amazing! The staff were on top of clearing plates and getting drinks for everyone in the party. It was a fun and seamless experience.

Been here a few times! Last 3-4 times loved it. Food, service, atmosphere was on point. This time around, jt was disappointing. Why? Drinks were good. Bar tender was interested in revenue driven requests only. I was okay with the delay in the kitchen, but when the food came out and I advised our bar tender/server that the food wasn t salted, she said oh ok . I followed up requesting a salt shaker, but didn t receive an apology or question on how to make it right. Prior visits, everything was on point. Including the dish I order each time (spaghetti). Heart broken by the attitude of one server, with a restaurant that is typically on point and strong at their food game.
