Raman was very attentive and we experienced great service. The chicken parmesan was a bit overcooked and felt dry, Pizzas and pastas were amazing as well as dessert.

Chelsea was an amazing server always topped up on my drink and made sure everything was perfect also has amazing skin

Delicious mushroom truffle mafalde (love the texture of the noodles so fun!!!!). The zucca ravioli was ok, but not my favorite (too sweet). Charity bread was good too!

This was the first time I have been here and it was an absolute lovely experience. We had a end of the year party and were served by Raman. It was a party of 30 and Raman handled us with grace and a lovely attitude. He was efficient, kind and overall made it a lovely experience. Not only did he ensure all the orders were correct but he made each payment quickly and efficiently.The food was also great and overall the resteraunt had a nice ambience.

We went out for an impromptu dinner and had a great experience here because of Alberto! He was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Great intimate bday dinner with my friends and David was wonderful!

I visited this location on a Sunday. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. When I received my food, I asked for some pepper and a soda. Unfortunately, the first person I asked either forgot about it or didn t want to get it, so I had to ask another waitress. This time, I was able to get everything within 5 minutes. When the soda finally arrived, it was flat. I asked if I could have a canned soda instead, and the waitress quickly agreed, which I appreciated. However, the same waitress who I initially asked for the pepper and soda brought the can to the table and slammed it down without saying a word before walking away. While the overall service from others was decent, this one individual s behavior overshadowed everything else. As the saying goes, one person s actions can ruin the whole experience. Because of this, I would avoid this location, as I ve received much better service at other locations.

The restaurant was too dark to be able to read our menus to order. We had to use our phones as flashlights. My husband and I both got chicken parmesan but only I got an extra spoon with Parmesan cheese on it to put on top. He was wanting it. If you want bread while you are waiting for your meat you have to order it. It doesnt come free with the meal like it does at The Keg or East Side Marios. It was a busy Friday night. Hard to get the waiters attention.

I was worried trying a new Italian place in town, this place honestly took me back to Italy with the focus on serving style , flavor and quality. Even for a dish that was a take out dish. So impressed , highly recommend for a date night or just night out with friends

The vegetarian options included various salads, pasta and pizza dishes, and bruschettas. Dietary restrictions: There were options to substitute for Gluten Free crust for the pizza a Gluten Free pasta.

I visited Scaddabush and was seated right away. I was served by Jen and Ola, and they were very welcoming, I was greeted with kindness. Jen was training Ola, and they were very attentive. I really didnt know the menu, and Jen had many suggestions. They were both all smiles and very attentive and watching to see if anyone in their section wanted or needed anything. If you go to East side Marios or the keg for example you get bread automatically. Service was okay considering it was Friday night dinner time. Atmosphere was nice but music was a little loud.

But if you can look past that initial impressions the rest of the food and service is fine. But mgmt please teach your hosts how to smile and take lead on caring for your guests. If you are looking for pasta recommendations try the lemon garlic shrimp spagettini and for pizza the diabolo. Tons of different items to choose from.

I had the most amazing server experience at the Square One Scaddabush location. This was all thanks to my server Monse. She was a delight to have around the table. She was very patient, funny, and very well versed in the menu. She was able to accommodate for my friend s allergies and was able to soak in the info and relay that forward for future orders i.e dessert. I would gladly sit anywhere she s is serving at. Now in terms of our food it wasn t the best it lacked the life needed to be considered a great meal. But if you re looking for something to get you through the day or a nice atmosphere this is your spot.

Yummy food! High quality ingredients! Too about 10-15 minutes for food to come out. We got reseated because we requested to be seated by a booth and they politely helped us with it! We ordered the pesto pollo penne and mushroom truffle Malfade. The waiter gave us some parmesan on top afterwards and stopped when we wanted! ;) Flavours were great but the pesto could be more flavourful. Mushroom truffle Malfade was my favourite. Great interior design and I love the chandeliers! So pretty but also dark inside. Updated my review to a 2 star. The food and service was lacklustre. Flavours are not what they used to be and the staff appear to be overworked and inattentive. Fresh mozzarella is whats keeping this place up.
