We just moved to the area recently and discovered this place. It's the best Korean restaurant in Missisauga so far that I've tried. Food is really delicious, authentic and the side dishes are amazing (love the kimchi). Everything came on the table steaming hot, with a friendly service and reasonable price. Definitely coming back! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
The food definitely serves the business name WOW!! Super delicious! The amount of pork in my Pork bone soup was amazing! Beef Dumplings & Bulgogi was extremely yummy! So worth it! Will come back again soon! Tuesdays they are closed!!
My mom didn’t feel like cooking so a few of my family decided to go out for Korean food. Wow Korean was on my list of ‘to try’ restaurants. The interior and vibe is homey. There was a couple in cute matching white rimmed glasses who did all the cooking and a young server. This is as ‘mom & pop’ as it gets. It was kind of difficult to scroll through an iPad menu as it was fixed in place so not everyone could see the items. I was excited to see they had Gulbossam Jeong Sik ($23.99) as bossam is one of my favourite Korean eats. My sister and I decided to share it. The brined pork belly boiled in aromatics was soft and luscious. There were 2 oysters in the accompanying radish salad and they added texture and umami to our romaine lettuce pork wraps. Too bad there was only 2 oysters! The rest of my family had Pork-on-Bone Soup ($15.99). The pork was tender and the broth good. It only had a slight kick of spice which was perfect for my parents and my brother-in-law. We shared a Seafood Green Onion Pancake ($21.99) which was full of oyster, shrimp and squid, and a Pan Fried Kimchi Pancake ($14.99). Both were good but we preferred the seafood pancake. They were both filling. We gobbled everything up. It was simple, homey and delicious.
Ordered beef short rib soup and soft tofu soup. Upon tasting the soups, I said “Wow”! The soups are packed with flavour with a nice selection of side dishes. The pressure-cooked steamed rice complements the soups amazingly!
No question about the authentic quality of food. We have been through major cities in eastern part of Canada for 3 weeks and we’re hungry for home food. And we were so happy to get this restaurant by chance. Its location is a bit away from busy downtown and has a parking lot on its own. Gransma & pa are cooking to create authentic tastes of genuine Korean food. We were so thrilled to catch this place. You don’t need to fly all the way to Korea to get authentic tastes. Their cooking seems far better than average Korean restaurants in Korea. We are returning home today missing the quality and delicacy of this restaurant in Toronto. I would recommend this restaurant to Korean travelers who miss home food away from home.
I like this mom and pop shop a lot. The whole vibe is just so warm. Husband and wife duo running the whole place. Food is pretty good and prices are reasonable.
Always a good meal at Wow. Ate here about 4-5 times already and their food is consistent, great service, and value for money. The space makes you feel like you're in South Korea and the dishes have a home cooked feel too. Try the fried chicken, seafood onion pancake, budae-jigae, and spicy pork bulgogi 🔥
Amazing hidden Korean gem! Ordered the tteokbokki and nutritious rice, came with 6 delicious sides that paired well and you can get refills! The rice cakes were cooked perfectly and the sauce tasted like home cooking. The rice went so well with the tteokbokki, it was dense and tasted freshly made. The staff were very friendly, ordering off a tablet made it easy to choose and the food came quickly. Don’t miss this treasure if your in the area looking for authentic Korean food.
Really good value. High quality ingredients. Healthy home cooked meals.
I visited the restaurant yesterday after my hairdresser at Kara Hair strongly recommended it theyre neighbors! It was even better than I expected. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, the food was healthy with no MSG, and the service was really kind. Highly recommend it!
Best food ! It gives me such a homely taste I go there atleast once a week .
I ve been going to this place for over 8 years now and its my favourite authentic korean food. their side dishes have always been generous in portions and i always finish it all!! never had a bad experience in the 20+ times ive been here.
really good.
I have been coming here for years . I everything was delicious. I came a bit early because I know the place does get busy.
Always wanted to stop by this korean restaurant and today was the day. I got a beef bibimbap and it was superb. The service was quick and the food is extra hot . I want to try the shive pancake next time!
Everything we ordered were so tasty. Highly recommand if you are looking for an authentic korean food. You will not be dissapointed.
Authentic Korean Home-made dishes! Really fast and friendly service! To top it all off, NO MSG! A definite GO TO for us from now on
Amazing food, friendly staff, good prices and good atmosphere. Very enjoyable.
Two days travelling in Toronto and luckily found this gem from google map, thanks for the others who shared their experiences and of course I will do the same! The food is tasty and really authentic. Love the soya bean tofu soup exactly the Korean style! Plan to come back tomorrow unfortunately it shows closed on Tuesday Next time
Its really delicious. The soft tofu, kimchi stew, and even rice cakes prepared by the male owner are all delicious. It was that home-cooked meal, that japchae. If youve been on a long trip or been abroad for a long time and just want to eat home-cooked food, come here. It was so delicious that I couldnt take a picture of the food, but I only took a picture of the sign with the male owners face on it on the way out.
Update 2024-10: went there for thanksgiving. Food quality is still the best if not better. I feel that I have owed them some pictures, this the upload. Update covid19: please support local eatery. This tiny corner restaurant to me is special. I wish it to strife on. One of the few Korean restaurant you find in Mississauga. It is the best place with great taste and fair price you can find so far. What I like about this store is their complimentary appetizer taste great. The fish meat gives you a blast. The best ordered appetizer, I say, is their seafood potato pancake. yummy. If you want, they have a veggie option. Pork bone soup, according to my wife, taste better than The Owl Korean. For me, my favorite is chicken noodle soup and noodle that comes with a black paste.
Foods were so good. I love the spice seafood tofu soup. Food was not salty and you can feel fresh.
everything was so good, the appetisers, tofu soup and even rice
Love this family run place. Its a new find for us and we get takeout whenever were in the neighborhood.
Quality, freshness, taste , service, all top notch!!! Small spot but well kept and it doesnt matter when the food is THAT GOOD This place knocked my socks off, nothing else to be said!
Nice restaurant. The side dishes were good. Rice with beans was good but more sticky.
Had lunch there today with my wife. It s just a simple family run restaurant, with great food. Very easy ordering process with a touch screen then the food is ready with in 5-6 min. Great food and great value. The lady there is super nice, she heard my wife dropped her chopstick and she gave her a new pair right away without us even asking. Nothing else to say but a great restaurant, highly recommended.
Amazing food! Lovely owner
Best Korean fooooooooooood! I will always come back!! Yummm
Great K food. Will try another dish soon.
Its the best. The best Korean restaurant in Mississauga. Its so delicious.
Very good
The food is great here. The dining area is a little confined. Washrooms are outside of the restaurant and are downstairs. A key is required. Each table has a tablet, you place your order, and the server will bring the food.
Wow Korean is a clean restaurant with great food. You order from a table-top tablet: fun!
Delicious food and staff are very friendly
The go-to Korean restaurant in Mississauga for me. Dined here many times with my family members. It is cozy mom and pop restaurant.
Lovely family run business with very tasty food.
Quality dishes!
Tried for the first time and will be returning for sure! I ordered just the Tteokbokki for take out and it was delicious, even the little sides were tasty. Will definitely go back & eat in next time.
Nothing Wow about this place! The kid and his mom were so rude over a tablet. Its not even that sick of a tablet. I have way better tablets. The pork bone soup was a nightmare I had trouble sleeping later that day.
Amazing, full of flavor and healthy dishes at this Family owned restaurant. Service is fast.
bro it was so good. i burned myself and walked 10km to get here. worth it. nom nom nom nom nom.
EVERYTHING WAS JUST WOW! Thank you, Chef and Lady Food
Lovely restaurant owned by a Korean couple. My family and I have been coming here for many years. The wife has a fantastic memory and is so sweet to all her customers. We stopped coming for a while (due to family circumstances, not due to the restaurant) and the owner still remembered us and fondly welcomed us back. Quality of food is consistent, fantastic, authentic, and the owners (particularly the wife) are such sweet, kind people. I would highly recommend you come here. Its a smaller restaurant but its a testament to how much love and care they put into their food. In recent years, theyve upgraded to iPad ordering but the service is still great.
The rice provided is extremely amazing. The skills for this technique require more than Michelin star restaurants. Thank you so much.
Traditional korean restaurant, while the food was delicious, the service needed a bit improvement as the staff was slow in refilling our dishes and water even though its not busy.
I was in the mood for Korean cuisine. I was driving by Wow, and it just caught my eye. I checked out their Google reviews before I went in. The reviews were positive. I decided to give it a try, and im happy that I did. The owner was very nice. She asked me if I knew Korean food, and I sarcastically replied and said, Of course. Little did she know that I love and eat Korean food almost every week. I ordered the pork bulgogi with the special rice. It was fantastic! The Banchan was fresh and delicious, too. I will definitely return and bring friends, too.
Love supporting this family owned authentic Korean restaurant . Always great food and amazing side dishes
Food of this quality is good value for money and is delicious.
Good Korean eatery
Best Korean restaurant Ive had in town. Its a family run business and you can taste the heart and soul in their delicious meals. The prices are fair for the hearty portions and the food just tastes so good. Their in-house kimchi is also to die for
Authentic korean place. Delicious food selections. Food
Nice family owned Korean restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed beef the fried dumpling for appetizers. We ordered spicy pork and beef Bulgogi for main dishes. Photos attached! You place your order on an iPad and the owner would bring you the food. Very friendly and made with care. Highly recommended.!
My wife and I visited this restaurant twice in 2 weeks because the service and food are both excellent. Everything has so much flavor, sits well after eating it and really shows the quality and care put into every meal. Everything about this place is authentic to us and we are glad to have found this place. See you again soon!
It serves very good Korean dishes with reasonable prices. I recommend this restaurant. Beef rib soup is real soul food.
I just try Korean kitchen for the first time in my life and it s one of the best thing I ll ever eat in a whole world
Food is amazing here! The owners obviously are not fluent in English so don t take that to heart. Theres a lot of love put into their food and you can tell. Highly recommend
Delicious authentic Korean gem. Fried chicken and beef stew soup was soooo good. Cute lil restaurant Food
Cute family owned Korean restaurant with delicious stew. I also love the nutritional rice that comes with all the stews. Healthy and flavourful!
A true gem! prepare for a taste explosion! this family-run joint serves up Korean culinary delights thatll have your taste buds dancing. the food and service here are nothing short of spectacular. A must-visit for any foodie looking for an authentic Korean dining experience! Love the Pork Bone Soup and Japchae!
This place is super legit. 5 star across the board. Authentic, healthy, local. Balanced, well portioned, flavourful. Good value. If you have eaten Korean in Mississauga and not eaten here, you are missing out big time.
The serving size for the fried chicken was great - also the bulgogi was probably the best that Ive had in Mississauga
Wow! Its probably the best Korean restaurant in Mississauga. Best food and a lot of choices. Visited for the first time. Will try more. Food
great food!
Never come again! My family used to have dinner here, but they never had greetings to us. Once I tapped the tablet for service and waited for a long time, but not one served us until I tapped the third time. I just wanted more ketchup since their fried chicken came with so little ketchup, but the lady seemed reluctant to refill ketchup.
Wow Restaurant is a hidden gem of Korean cuisine in Mississauga. We indulged in the spicy stir-fried pork, pork bone stew, and tteokbokki. The service was sweet and attentive, and the food was exceptional. If youre seeking authentic Korean cuisine to enjoy with your boyfriend, girlfriend, or family, this is the place to be. Have a great time and enjoy the goodness here!
Really cute little Korean restaurant! Service is good, food is great!
Small old school family restaurant run by an older couple. Excellent authentic Korean food. Very similar to what I tasted in Korea. Perfect traditional Korean food I can get outside Korea. Would be eating here often from now on.
Great little place for awesome traditional Korean food. Reasonably priced. Must try it
Delicious | Fresh | Bang for your Buck Fresh and most delicious kimchi I ve ever tried Bibim Guksu was spicy, sweet, sour and delicious Bibim Bap scorching hot and delicious staple Came with pork bone soup! We had so much leftover and had spent under $50 after tip I believe. Well worth it & will be coming back! First time having Bibim guksu and very pleased
It is another wet and miserable evening. So my party was in the mood for something warm and comforting. And Korean cuisine hits the target . This location is a well known small mom and pop family run neighbourhood Korean restaurant that has been around for some years now. The owners greet you straight away with a smile . The food the food is oh so good . Classic Korean dishes done right. Good flavours, textures and taste all highly crave-able. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with families sitting together to enjoy a good meal . I will definitely make it a point to return even though it is a bit far for me because every dish tonight tasted fabulous. Happy Eats everyone
I went to Toronto for a month after working on a vacation, then went to Mississauga for lodging, and it was so nice to be able to eat Korean food here! The rice was cooked on the spot and the potato pancakes were delicious! I want to go again if I have to go nearby :)
As a person that is not Korean the food was great I did struggle a little bit with the iron chopsticks they felt awkward
This is an authentic Korean restaurant which is owned and served by the previous generations. The settings are comfortable, they have the ipad to support ordering. Their food is good, and the portion is worth the price. They offer several side dishes which is definitely a bonus.
Been coming here for years now. Cozy lttle place. You can practically see the kitchen and the chef prepping the food. They have made the place a bit more current as such this review. Just the place, chef is the same so great korean food lives on. Lots of vegan options. Vegetarian options: Vegan bulgogi and tofu stew are my faves.
Went here with some friends. Food was alright.
Run by the owner couple and they take pride in what they serve. Food is good and consistent. Very friendly.
The authenticity of korean food and atmosphere combined with the nice Ipad ordering system it just fantastic! The nice couple who owns it is always welcoming and starting giving free welcome drink too.
Good food and really good value. Surprisingly, the fries that come with the Korean fried chicken are the best fries Ive ever had.
I usually get the pork bone soup and the potato zucchini pancake. You can expect the same portions and quality everytime. The side dishes are very good as well, this is my go to korean restaurant in the area.
A nice place for Korean food
Really good Korean food. As always Korean food seems to be a bit overpriced for the type of meats you get. I am starting to think that overpriced Korean food may be a global phenomenon everywhere but Korea.
Decent Korean restaurant. A bit on the pricier side, but good food and good selection of side dishes.
I love the ambiance on the place and it is very comfortable with comfy chairs. I had the japchae which I had never had before. Excellent serving sizes and amazing test. I highly recommend it! NOTE: I asked the employee (owner? \0_o/) what the first drink I was served was and never really received a legible answer (I think she said something along the lines of Bali). I loved the taste and I want to buy more for later
Great experience and food!
The food was decent, and the portion was right. I was impressed by the side dishes. I ordered pork bone soup and soya bean paste soup. The pork bone soup was not spicy and was not very outstanding. In general, $15-16 dollars for a dishes is a bit pricey.
My favourite Korean restaurant in Mississauga. Small and cozy with Grandma cooking up home-made food. :)
Its delicious
Fantastic
Im in love. This family run place made me feel super welcome even in the simple process of getting takeout. The tteokbokki and kimchi, which Id been trying to find for a while, were really delicious! The dining layout inside looks intimate and comfortable, which is one more reason Ill be back soon for a larger meal.
Good food. Cute restaurant.
i am SO SAD that Wow Korean restaurant removed themselves off Uber Eats because i used to order from them on uber eats all the time. my favourite dish is their korean pancake and their chicken cutlet with rice. they have many delicious foods as well!! please come back to Uber Eats :( i highly recommend this place!!
We came on a Friday night and it wasnt too busy, half of the customers came for takeout. A mom and pop restaurant feel, the waitress/cook was friendly and nice. The food was good but didnt wow me. We ordered pork bone soup, ramen, japchae, beef bulgogi and black been noodles. Everything tasted good but the portions was abit small. The prices was definitely on the high end for a small family run restaurant. The ramen wasnt worth it for $15, looked like instant noodles and the Japchae was $21 for a small plate. All in total spent approx. $110 for 5ppl.
We ordered the pork bone soup and soon tofu. The rice is so good with beans. The store owners are super friendly, they helped us refilled a lot of side dishes.
So so sooo good. Homey vibes. Family owned. Amazing.
I havent eaten at Wow since COVID, I was a regular customers when I used to live close by. The foods were made fresh to order, we ordered the Beef bulgogi and the Chicken, veggie and egg rice in the sizzling stone pot. I would totally come back again. Also free parking on site. Parking: Free parking lot on site
Been here a few times already this year. Love the authenticity of this place. Ma and Pa owned, and they are an adorable pair. Service is fantastic and personal. Love their food. Such flavours, like a home cooked meal.
I was indeed WOW with the service and quality of food at this place. Amazing mom and pap restaurant. Authentic home style cooking with great taste. Best fried chicken in Sauga.
The kimchi soup was fantastic. The side dishes were delicious.
Delicious! Great main dishes, and the appetizers dishes are absolutely the best I have ever tried.
Best Korean food I ever had and absolutely lovely owners. 100% reccomend!
The owners are so so nice . And authentic kimchi place .
Pork bone soup is amazing. Don t bother ordering the ginseng chicken soup, literally no ginseng taste. Usually that dish will come with a small hen with rice inside but this was chopped up chicken pieces with a strong pepper taste.
The food and service were great. The place has a strong family owned vibe. Their rice is quite special, you should give it a try. Price isnt the most friendly but fair. Food
My go to place since I was an early teen. Love coming back to visit the restaurant owners.
Super tasty! Unrealistically delicious!
Great vibe and food, will come again. We ordered 3 dishes and spent 60$. But I do not recommend the summer limited cold noodles. It could be better.
Cheaper than a plane ticket to Korea . Best Korean food in town.
Cute little place. Food was good but a little pricey for what it is. Little side dishes. Very homey though.
A great little hole in the wall Korean restaurant in Mississauga! The food was authentic and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere definitely had a cozy, family-run feel. The staff were very friendly and we ll be back again.
Changing my good rating I desperately needed to use the washroom and asked if I could use the washroom and offered to buy something in orderto use it. They refused the chance to allow me to be a customer in order to use the washroom. Wow
Ordered hot stone bowl bibimbap, spicy rice cake, and pork bone soup. Spicy rice cake is delicious and side dishes were great. The owners are extremely generous with the portion and are friendly people
Really good fresh food. This was our first time at this restaurant. The fried chicken was delicious. We loved the dumplings too.
Try the potato pancakes! Friendly ahjummas that definitely know what theyre doing.
We were looking for a good-feel spot and found this gem. We were initially hesitant to be honest given the small spot but boy were we wrong! Freshly-made meals, manages by mom and pop. The server (possibly family member as well?) Was very nice and approachable. $20 for 8 pieces of fried chicken with fries, man filled up us. Also ordered the pork bone soup that came with nutritional rice (I think thats what it was called). Very good too. Overall, Id come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place. My kids (7 y.o and 18m) are both picky but they killed everything we fed them.
Great little hole in the wall, family owned Korean restaurant. Weve been searching for a go to Korean restaurant in the area, and I think weve finally found the one! Prices are fair and portions are generous. Very excited to try everything on the menu.
Hours said they close at 10.. Got there before 9pm and restaurant was closed. Shame because we travelled further than we would like to catch late night food. Will update review if I do try this place out one day. **update: Went there on a weeknight 1.5hr before closing hours with my little family. Great customer service, great food and good prices. Much prefer the food here than owl Minerva. Place was half filled even on a late weekday. Our baby slept the entire time we ate. Worth the drive and return visit. Our first visit (initial review) may have just been a one off experience where they closed earlier than hours mentioned on google. We noted customers continuing to dine in less than an hour before close. Glad we gave this place another shot since we were in the area.
Food delicious! Atmosphere felt like going to some grandparents house, so sweet! Would definitely coming back.
Got the spicy pork bulgoki, came with the pork on a sizzling cast iron plate, rice + beans + veg in its own little pot (really hot) and a bunch of side dishes. Meat was tender and went with the spicy sauce so well. Side dishes were kimchi and other variations of pickled vegetables (i think seaweed, cucumbers, radish, not sure what the others were) One the best meals Ive had in a while and will definitely come back again.
Food is good.
I traveled over an hour by bus and needed to use a washroom. I was told no. I even offered to buy a drink in order to use it so I wouldnt pee my pants. The lady was very extremely rude and unprofessional and I was begging. It was extremely rude. Do not go here. People should not support owners and restaurants when the staff is that rude. In canada and this day and age. Be nice. Or dont live here.
Food is really not delicious, cannot understand why they have such a rating. Pork Bone Soup is the worst one I had in GTA so far. Rice is watered. Price is unreasonably high with such a flavor. Service is very basic, won t come back again.
Wow!
Great food. Traditional korean cooking but modern ordering via tablet on each table. Very nice aunties serving guest.
solid korean restaurant which is has good service and in a central location
Nice, unassuming Korean restaurant. Very authentic food and appearance, both interior and exterior. Korean cooks and waitstaff. Food came quickly, tasted fresh and amazing. Side dishes were plentiful and very crisp. Tablet service was very easy to use and made life a lot easier. The space is slightly cramped in the corners and the interior is a bit warm, but overall a very good experience. Prices are pretty average but reasonable. The two person hotpot meals are massive, and can easily feed 3.
Small family restaurant food are good.
Great family restaurant atmosphere since they ve been started 21 years ago. Nice food and staffs. They are very friendly :) Kid-friendliness: The ajuma and ajjeossi really nice to kids!
Awesome place even if your are vegetarian...
Although this is only a small Korean restaurant, you will find the best, even if not the best, is the second best food here. They advertised that their foods do not have MSG. Every dish is cooked well and served hot from the stove. They offer free side dishes, which are very tasty, too. If you like Korean food, you must try this one. Parking: Limited spots of parking.
Fantastic food and very authentic korean flavors. The bulgogi hotpot was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
We order pork cutlets and sweet and sour chicken, the portions are great, it can be shareable, also it s tasty
This place is lovely. The lady working there is such a sweetheart she hugged me 3 times. I thought it was so sweet. The service was great and so was the food.
Very delicious and filling dishes! According to my girlfriend its an authentic experience and tastes! They had a lot of variety on their menu with details on the menu items, and the easy way to order (via tablets attached to each table) made this a truly great experience! Recommended for anyone wanting to try to get more genuine Korean dishes!
Beef soup largely flavour less. Would not order again. Kimchi soup was enjoyed. Side dishes were delicious. Service with digital tablets? Excellent. More restaurants should do their method. Atmosphere: quiet. Perfect dining space.
If youre looking for delicious, homey, authentic Korean food, youve found it.
Best Korean in the GTA! Full stop
Good value for money. Lady owner (I suppose) was very friendly but never rushed us for order etc. A good eat out frequnted by patrons well into the night.
Small restaurant with good food.
Nice local family run Korean Restaurant. A little pricy but good quality food!
Fantastic home made Korean food. Had the pork bone soup (gam ja tang) and the tofu stew. Both were so flavourful with big portions. Really high quality ingredients. The complimentary side dishes were so fresh and tasty. The owners were so nice also. Would definitely return.
Googled the reviews thinking it has good rating, my husband and i were excited to try. Unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The food and the service were not worth one star.
A culinary gem! Exceptional pork bone soup with melt-in-your-mouth pork bones. From seafood soup to crispy fried chicken, each dish is a masterpiece. Cozy atmosphere, impeccable service a must-visit for food enthusiasts.
Great place for authentic Korean food. Came in with a party of 4 and ordered about 100 dollars worth of food between everyone and everything that we were served was great! Easy decision making with the tablets that they had providing pictures for easy pickings.
The food was outstanding! Great portions for the price, and friendly service.
Fantastic neighborhood Mom&Pop resto! Icy Cold Noodle Soup hits the spot in hot & humid weather! Every thing Ive tried was satisfying. You can ask for more side dishes if you need more.
Mom and pop Korean restaurant that has the best Korean food in Mississauga.the side dish is so delicious and has wide varieties.
I went with my friends. Amazing food and awesome service. Loved it and will go again.
Ive been going more recently for multiple reasons. The owners are extremely kind and patient. The food is simply so comforting and delicious. They package it with care and serving sizes are great. I cant recommend this spot enough. Ive been here multiple times to try out different things on the menu, and I was pleased each time. A bit on the pricy side.
And were back with another review, This comes from WOW, We went to this place, for lunch and Im pretty sure we were the first ones. Which was great, so it gave us some time to chat with the owner. Lovely lady, very friendly. Very welcoming. I really loved my time here, it was just a warm vibe. But the service was great, good was spot on delicious!!! Will definitely be coming back, highly recommend you check if youre from the area even better. Until next time, Cheers !! Akil
Great food. Amex accepted
Really good fried chicken + imbeccable service
Really expensive but not worth the price. It s okay. Service wasn t good, they didn t check up on us at all as they were busy talking with friends. We had to bring our own dishes up to ask for refill. There s no discount with cash too surprisingly.
Fried noodles and pork bone soup are both good
We ordered the Kimchi pancake, miniature dumplings, beef bone broth and fried chicken. Very impressed with all of them especially the fried chicken. It is tasty, crunchy and yet not oil dripping greasy. The beef bone broth does not have any salt. We were given salt on the side. It is delicious! Will definitely go back. Really want to try the Gul Bossam!
A great Korean food family owned business! The owners are really sweet. I really like their kimchi! Ive been here a couple times and Ive never been disappointed!
average taste. average side dish quality.
Love the food here. Youve gotta get the pork bone soup!
korean army soup mainly put assorted sausages and hams but not much of them. little disappointed. it does not mean it taste bad, it was good enough but need more sausage and ham to be more flavorful as korean army soup should be staff friendly and side dishes average
A true mom and pop shop with a homey feel! You can see the wife make your food in the kitchen behind the counter and she was so gentle and welcoming when serving the table. The food tasted very authentic and comforting, and you can feel the love they put into the dishes. They also gave us so many different side dishes, more than any other korean place in sauga for sure. Honestly wish i gave this place a chance sooner!
My wonderful wife and I have been coming to WOW Korean for a couple months now. We normally order the Beef SunDubu and rice cakes. Definitely one of the best soups around next to Buk Chang Dong Soon Tofu Korean Restaurant. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
Great traditional Korean food. I gonna higley recommended this place for a regular meal.
Love the food,
This was the first restaurant I stopped at during my trip to Korea. I was concerned because some of the reviews said it was not tasty and unfriendly, but it ended up being really delicious. The service may not be fast since it is done by a married couple, but the owner is kind and generous! Gamjatang, hangover soup, and soft tofu were all satisfying, and it was nice that they even provided pot rice. I plan to stop by again before I go to Korea^^ Recommended!!^^
My son and I make a regular night out to travel around Sydney visiting Korean BBQ restaurants. WOW is just down the road from us and right up there with Butcherant and Daejangkum. Staff are fantastic so friendly
Boy friend is Korean and likes this restaurant a lot. Authentic Korean food.
Really good Korean food
This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The service is great and the food is amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try authentic Korean food
Homey place with decent food. Nothing will blow you away here and the price is average for a korean place. Rice is really good here
One of the best Korean food I had!!!
Best Korean food in GTA.
Great little place to eat Korean food. We ordered #4 and #17. Once in awhile I try other restaurants beside Vietnamese and I find this place to be decent. Why don t you try it out and tell me what you think?
Food quality is very low and very pricy.
Best pork bone soup I ve ever had. Small spot, but delicious home cooked style meals.
Gentle and kind staff. Comfort food - not too light- not too heavy.
Ordered sizzling plate of beef with mushroom and onions and side rice that came with it really good! Highly recommend this place!
Extremely clean and delicious restaurant! All the food was served to us fresh and hot. We ordered the spicy rice cakes, spicy fish stew, and seafood noodles. Everything tasted spectacular! And they had 6 different side dishes offered for free :)
