Went here recently, had called prior to figure out parking and was told they don validate parking. When I reached there, I was informed that they do validate for 2 hours. Inconsistent information. The building where this place is, is a bit difficult to navigate. However, the restaurant itself is pretty from inside, the server was very helpful and patient. The restaurant is supposed to close down permanently in a few weeks.

Disappointing Experience at Goodfellas Pizza Visited Goodfellas Pizza on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 9:30 pm, expecting to enjoy a dine-in experience. I had called ahead and was informed that dine-in was open until 10:00 pm. However, upon arrival, I was rudely told that the kitchen was already closed for dine-in. When I asked about take-out, I was told the kitchen was still operational, which made the inconsistency even more frustrating. The staff s attitude further dampened the experience; they seemed disinterested in serving customers and lacked focus on providing decent service. The overall approach was negative and unwelcoming, the worst Ive seen in the area. If youre looking for a place that values its customers and stays true to its hours, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Pretty brutal experience, had a manhattan they didn t have cherries, app was cold, got the main courses, they gave me parm in a cup. Because the shredder was broken , someone had the surf and turf and it was described as meh.. doubt I ll be back

We recently had dinner at this Goodfellas location and had the best time. Other than our meals being prepared perfectly and delicious, the service was great too. Dakota was amazing! She happily answered all our menu questions and was always there when we needed her. Very sweet and very personable. We loved her!

Waited by the wait to be seated sign several minutes to be seated, the waiter was having the chat of a lifetime with one table, gave no regard for a party of 3 waiting. The waitress inside the restaurant saw us through the window and just kept staring with no action taken. Eventually she came out and said, you re supposed to come inside to be seated, despite the door being placed outside. Horrible service, never going again.

The food is great! They have some great italian dishes, at a fair price, pizza, pasta and more, its a great pick. Throughout the restaurant, there are statues and decor, which makes this restaurant look very nice.

Exceptional dining experience. I ordered the Diavola pizza and the Fiorri Di Zucca and both were absolutely delicious. The pizza had amazing sauce and was topped perfectly. I also ordered the Positano mocktail and it was surprisingly good. Everything came out very quickly and Dakota B was very friendly. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back again.

My wife and I loved it here. We opted to sit on the patio, which made it even better. We were having a tough day as a family with our two small kids, but good food and drinks always helps change the mood. I dont live in Mississauga, but Ill definitely be back whenever I am. Our server was a bit slow to get started, but once she started interacting with us, everything flowed smoothly. Thats my only criticism so far. Quicker service, especially for people who havent been seated yet.

I was looking forward to a Saturday evening with pizza and wine and I didn t even get water! My boyfriend and I sat there for 20 minutes without being greeted by staff or offered water. We cut our losses and walked out to go eat at The Keg where the service and food is always good. I ve been to GoodFellas but never had the food and I ll never go back there again! Save your time and effort. If you want amazing authentic Italian go Grappa.

Our first time trying wood oven pizza and it did not disappoint! Our server Elizabeth was very helpful with the menu. She chatted with us and made us feel like we ve known her for a very long time. We ended up getting the classic Margherita pizza, it was delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

I m a regular customer at this restaurant and was rather dissatisfied with the bruschetta as they reduced its size and changed its taste. A pizza that I loved is not on the menu anymore. Will unfortunately not visit again because the menu has changed drastically.

Please read this review and avoid this restaurant! Thank god I was not on a professional review. Firstly the restaurants has a strict policy to fire servers if they return anything back to the kitchen. You have to bargain. Got an arancini which was made with raw rice, and other things were off. Servers agreed. But couldn t take it off the bill. They are not allowed to. Also after asking around they take a huge school of their tips and most of their team doesn t see it. Price gouging, as compared to most in the area. As an investor, wouldn t recommend. The owner is also very shady, as I googled him and seems like the best thing is to follow this to CBC about his operations and the 2% carbon fee he was charging

They are running a scam. Food was inedible and when I tried to return my pasta... I was told the management doesnt allow it even though it was wrong. They were very understaffed. Indian guy was working very hard around us, calamari came with barely any sauce. We asked for a little more and was charged. The pizza like other reviews said was soggy, like water and couldnt also be sent back. They saw and was almost in tears and tried her best to discount one thing. But reading the reviews I can tell they try to fire employees and are hostile to workers. Please dont tip the servers on the machine, give them cash. Parking: terrible

The food was delicious! I highly recommend the pizzas. The service was horrible. Our waitress was not attentive and took long periods of time to take our order and bring the bill. We then heard her and other staff talking about serving over 20 people and only making $200 in tips. Probably not something to discuss in front of paying customers. The music was also broken and continuously cut in and out during our dinner, which wasnt ideal.

Hitesh was friendly and professional- great vibe for a quiet thursday evening. We tried a classic Margherita pizza, it was decent- crust was best part, sauce was bit watery for my personal liking- but light and easy on the stomach. The restaurant is beautiful inside and very clean. Will have to come back again and try some other menu items for sure! Parking: Had to pay for parking but not super familiar with the area so this might not be the actual case

Delicious ingredients. Atrociously made. This is my third time ordering from Goodfellas. Midweek, weekends, it doesnt matter. The toppings slide off the flimsy base and the crust is 2-3inches thick. Cut unevenly and once burnt to a crisp. I just dont understand. The ingredients themselves are fresh and delicious but this pizza itself is disappointing.

I got takeout pizza way back during lockdown and finally got around to making a dine-in visit. Good news is that the pizza is just as good, bad news is that prices are sky high. $29 for a napoletana pizza is over the top. Same goes for appetizers, mains, pasta and dessert. If youre going to charge these prices the standard of quality should be much higher.

It was my first time at this particular location, theres plenty of parking and they have both a nice indoor and outdoor setting for dining. Our server Hannah was very helpful, we had cocktails and beers appetizers and meals along with pizza the food was excellent. I would come back again!

Goodfellas is officially in my top 3 best restaurants ever. The food was absolutely stunning and tasty. But remember it s not just the food that makes you wanna go back, it is the service and ambiance too. We were greeted and hosted by Malcom, who had a lovely smile and great recommendations for us. The gnocchi pasta with mushrooms was the best recommendation and a clear winner ! If you are reading this review, do ask for the gnocchi in pesto pasta.. It was my third visit to Goodfellas yesterday, the best one so far. I m glad I chose to dine at Goodfellas yesterday (made my birthday more merrier). Vegetarian options: Everything at Goodfellas can be made in Vegetarian, you have to ask the person serving you. They have great recommendations!

The DoorDash driver carried the bag by its handles, with the pizza boxes vertical; you can see the results. My family was extremely dismayed and disgusted that our expensive meal that we had planned for a while was completely ruined. I called Goodfellas right afterwards, and when I asked their front line worker what could be done for customer service, she was at a loss. I then asked to speak with a manager. After talking to the Goodfellas (GF) kitchen manager, he said that DoorDash (DD) was responsible and that I should talk to them about a refund. So I talked to them on a web chat, and DD got into contact with GF and they agreed that GF would issue the refund. I contacted GF once again, and was informed that the refund was done and I might have to wait a few days before it appeared on my credit card statement. Well, it never appeared, so eventually I called GF again and talked to Zain, their area manager. He texted me afterwards that a refund had been issued and that it would take 2 business days. Well, that meant that the refund was not done in the first place. I even ordered again from them in the meantime, and picked up the meal myself this time. For the original order, I waited several days again, and once more, nothing came through. I then texted Zain the order number and amount, to make sure they had done it correctly. He ignored me, and two subsequent messages, so I decided I needed to post this. I will dispute the credit card charge next. Goodfellas customer service is about the worst Ive ever dealt with, and I almost never complain about food. They took my hard earned dollars, delivered an atrocious result, and either lied multiple times about the refund being given, or simply couldnt do it properly. They refused to correct it after being given numerous opportunities. They will never get my business again.

Validated free underground parking just made it that much better. A little bit pricey for pizza but definitely worth it! Parking: Visitor Parking provides 1 hour free then Goodfellas validates your parking ticket for 2 hours.

Expensive and bad. I ordered chicken with vegetables and potato was undercooked. Ive complained about it and he said hell bring new potato. It took ~20 minutes, while I was waiting for the potato server asked my husband if he wants box for his food,when I havent received my food. When he brought potato chicken was already cool. Came here for my birthday dinner only to be rushed out and still hungry. Our server was kind, but as soon as we sat down we were rushed to order. Before we even finished eating, we were asked if we d like dessert. The portions were tiny, both of the chicken in our meals was over cooked and dry. Despite having multiple Italian beers on the menu, they only had their house brew, which was served warm. Ordered a second drink and was ignored. We re currently eating dinner AGAIN after our dinner at Goodfellas. For $200 don t waste your time or money. Not returning

We had a party of 16 to celebrate two milestone birthdays. There was a bit of a snafu when reserving; It appears they use a service line for their reservations. The man I spoke with didn t know if Sq1 or Streetsville location had private rooms, so he connected me directly to Sq1 location to discuss. After staff at Sq1 told me about their two private rooms, I gave them my cc info to hold one for us but they still booked the reservation at Streetsville somehow. 15mins before our party I received a text saying see you soon at Goodfellas Streetsville and it sent us and our guests scrambling trying to figure out which location to go to. We did end up in the large private room at Sq1 with the big window facing Burnhamthorpe, it was really lovely. The food is great but definitely on the pricey side. The biggest stand out was our server Elizabeth. She did a fantastic job, we couldn t have asked for better hospitality. Someone else set up the room before our arrival and we were missing a few seats. We had to move the tables completely to make more room. Elizabeth and another server took care of it quickly and got us new water glasses since some guests had sipped theirs and we lost track of where they were seated. Elizabeth handled the situation with grace and a smile. The reservation issues left a bad impression but the service turned the whole experience around, hence the 5 star rating.

The food in this place was not up to standards. Food was undercooked and the next day we started feeling unwell due to this pizza was burned as well and appetizer, calamari, took a good 45 min to come out although there were only 3 tables with guests in this restaurant! I don t think their calamari was worth 30$!!! Food is overpriced! Food display was tragic , 30$ dish came out with leaves on the side that looked more like grass I will not go back here again and don t think it s even worth trying their restaurants.

Its a great place with awesome food. Very clean, and well kept facilities. The decor is also very nice and gives it an authentic feel. Food was ready in minutes. The waitress was very pleasant and the pizza was amazing! They use wood burning ovens. They also have many different things for sale like vines, some kinds of foods, oils, etc. Really nice place. Parking: They validate your parking ticket. Although parking itself is pretty cheap - underground parking.

Both times we went, we had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic, atmosphere was pleasant and the service was excellent. We ordered the pizza in the photo, lasagna, gnocchi, and the kids pizza as the entrees. also bruschetta, and calamari for appetizers. The food was good. But it is on the pricer side. Just the food alone, excluding drinks came out to be about just over 60 bucks a person after tax and tips.
