Just had a great time at Earls Square One! I took my girlfriend here for the first time she loved it. The vibe was super lively a bit loud tho, the host, kalis, was friendly, and really nice. Our server Tiffany was awesome.The food was on point, but definitely book a table if you re coming on Fridays they were super busy. Definitely a place Id recommend for a nice meal out!

We went on a Sunday evening after doing some shopping. When we inquired about items on the menu we wanted we kept being told it was out of stock and they didnt have it. We settled for something else. This has happened to us once before and its disappointing to see it hasnt changed. Personally I dont think Ill be back.

I took my wife and mother in law out for dinner, we were surprised by the server the Manager of the restaurant, she treated us like we were celebrities. She introduced herself and then asked us if none of us have any dietary restrictions, which the answer was no. She was the most caring, beautiful, respected restaurant Manager I have ever came across and her smile was contagious. She take good care of us the pass us over to Ethan the server, who was as pleasant and kind as her, our experience was just amazing, my was offered the spinach and artichoke plus chicken wings for appetizers and I order the 6 oz steak, my wife the Sammon, and in law the ribs, the portion was great we have to take home food. We went to the location at square one, guys you have to visit this Earls. I will be there again soon. Dietary restrictions: We were served by the Manager, I must say I have never came across a restaurant Manager with such grace , love, kindness , beautiful, sweet, accepting, she make sure that you have no dietary restriction at all, and her beautiful smile was contagious. You must visit.

You need to wait 48 hours to get a response back when booking a reservation for 10 people. Your reservation request goes into a black hole email box, and even the manager doesnt know if you will get it approved or not. Classic example of inefficient process. Good luck running business this way.

My experience at Earls with Amanda and Lindsey was absolutely phenomenal. The food was great. Amanda gave the best service at the bar and Lindsey was very very kind.. Also had the opportunity to meet the general manager Candice. Very welcoming I will recommend this Earls To friends and family.

Came for dinner on a busy friday night and ordered two of the blackened cajun chickens. My family and I don t eat pork (for religious purposes) and the meal still came out with bacon accidentally. It was addressed quickly with the waitstaff and they were absolutely incredible with remaking the full dish and ensuring we were comfortable in the meantime. They came around and replaced not only our cutlery but also our glasses because of the possible contamination since we had been drinking from it. I have not experienced this level of thoughtfulness elsewhere. They took great care of us and we really appreciate the manner in which this was handled. Shout out to the staff who were absolute gems!!

We celebrated my husband s birthday here tonight and had an amazing time. Our server, Renae was exceptional! Her service was welcoming and she made sure we were well taken care of. She was soft, friendly and personable. The manager tonight was very helpful as well. She accommodated our big group and moved our table when we asked. Great overall service!

I came by today and was served my the lovely Ria who recommended the Cajun Blackened Chicken. The drinks were tasty and the ambience was warm and welcoming! Ria and Jas were stellar!

Such a nice atmosphere with great food. Ria was extremely helpful with explaining the menu to me and recommended me such a yummy dish. Got the yuzu calamari and it s my new favourite. The food was excellent! But the service was disappointing. We had a reservation, arrived on time. We were seated at a table by the bar that had very little space. Our server was originally the manager who did not seem to have time for us and only took our order but never came back to check on us. We were then transferred to the bartender without our knowledge, who also had too many people at the bar to serve.we had to ask another server for the bill after the bartender forgot to get our bill after we asked. The food was very good, as always, and we have been to this location multiple times, we were just disappointed with the service this time.

Really cute place for a date night or outing with friends/family. Great food, and the atmosphere is very calm and inviting. Service was good as well. You wont be disappointed if you decide to come here. A little on the pricier side. Parking: Located at the Square One shopping mall, so lots of parking is available.

Denval was a great manager. My first time going to earls. From when he first greeted us. We had an issue with one of the menu items and he took the time to listen to us and explain the ingredients which we misunderstood when we ordered it. Will definitely be coming back

This is a decent Earls. Unfortunately our server served us a bottle of wine that was different from what we had ordered, and then proceeded to tell us that it was pretty much the same wine as what we had ordered and wanted to argue against his mistake. Not good service.

It took a very long time to be noticed to be seated although managers and servers had seen us waiting at the front. Food was great and service was okay but to be honest if you charge that kind of price for food then you need to fix this restaurant! The chairs are worn out and the staff at the front desk including the manager have to be more attentive! Like others mentioned no vibe of luxury in here just the cost of food is high

My experience has always been very positive. However, this time it was not the case. We wanted separate bill but the manager was not very accommodating. She absolutely refuse our request. Frankly, we found her to be very condescending. However, we wanted to acknowledge our server as she was amazing.. Please do better Earls because we could have gone to a different restaurant.

Recently visited from Vancouver. Awesome vibe. Food wasn t to standard however Grace was awesome and made sure the rest of our experience was fantastic. Would definitely recommend the Steak and Sushi.

I ve been coming here for 10 years! I recently moved away and came back, While it wasn t too busy we still experienced a few issues however Grace resolved our issues and made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the Espresso Martini.

Where do I start!! We had our server Renea is you have her or want top tier service make sure to ask for her!!! Flew from Vancouver and wanted a positive late night with food and friends but Renea topped it off!! Trust me when I say you don t get great service till you get served my Renea!! :)

The choice of entrees were very imaginative. I was able to substitute crispy tofu for chicken level of spiciness. Everyone enjoy their filling meals. Vegetarian options: You can substitute for tofu

firstly their happy hour would seem nice and budget friendly but for the things you get for the price are not not great in quality and quantity. So this review is basically towards the happy hour menu they have. The Rhino draft 12oz is worst beer I have had. Its sour and leaves a very unpleasant taste in your mouth. The margherita pizza crust was soggy and and there was very less cheese on it. The biggest joke was their $5 taco. When the server bought the 3 mini tacos in one plate I thought thats what u get in a plate. But I was so wrong. Its just 1 mini taco for $5 which will finish in 2 bites. How are all these items on their Happy Hour Menu gonna make you Happy. My friend ordered the double Moscow mule and it was still not at all strong. To be honest, it was my worst birthday outing experience ever. Now comes down to the service to be the saving grace. Apart from our server Nicole was friendly, the service was extremely slow. We sat there for about 2hrs 15 mins and in that much time could be only served 2 round of drinks. For the first 20 mins after giving the order no food or drinks were served, food came after 30 mins or so. May be the place was busy but thats not an excuse to serve drinks after 20 mins. We were seating with empty glasses for good 15 mins between drinks before we could order 2nd round of drinks from the regular drinks menu as Happy Hour menu was disappointing. Would never visit Earls again especially at this location at Square One. There might be good reviews for this place and most of them saying good things about the Happy Hour menu and times but if you are willing to spend a little more to have a lot better experience then dont look at those good reviews.

Typical Earls feel and atmosphere, which was good; however, I had the torched salmon sushi and it was great! The portion was good despite the server co firming thats all I wanted 3 times, and it tasted great. I will go back just for that.

From the first bite to the last, every dish was bursting with flavor and made with such care. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the chef s creativity really shone through in each plate. Combined with the friendly service and cozy atmosphere, it s a place I d return to in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for food lovers!

I normally find these higher end corporate restaurant establishments uneasy and non-authentic - almost as if customer service seems patronizing. Tonight my birthday party met the manager Grace,.. I spent over a decade in the service industry and have encountered it all - This is the kind of staff member you want to build around. Ill be back, most definitely.

It s a decent place, but the food is mediocre. Ordered Alfredo pasta and it was amazing. The chicken tenders for starters were absolutely abhorrent. It looked like the food was refried again after it had been left out earlier, it had oil spots all over it. It was disgusting. Ordered truffle parmesan fries. There was supposed to be Parmesan on top of the fries, but never in my life i have seen Parmesan that was shiny. What kind of Parmesan is shiny ? The drinks were good though. They are skimming on the quality of the food though I believe.

First and last time!

Had a nice weeday lunch with my son. Food was quick to come out after ordering and was delicious. I would highly recommend the Steak and Sushi combo. Server was very friendly and checked in regularly. Well done Food

The food is always good but the service gets worse and worse. Came during happy hour, while placing our order (2 tacos, fries and a pizza) the waitress let us know the oven was down and it ll be a 30 min wait for pizza. That was ok. We decided we ll munch the fries and 2 small tacos and wait for the pizza. That s the last time we saw our waitress for the night. A nice gentleman came and let us know pizza is a no go for the entire night. That s completely fine, no one s fault the oven broke. However it is the waitresses fault for not telling us herself as we would have just cancelled our small order. Since she was no where in sight, we waited, and it took 40+ mins to get our fries and 2 tacos. And again, no where in sight to get our bill. We spent over a hour in the restaurant to eat McDonald s fries and 2 tiny (but very tasty) tacos. If the waitress didn t hide the whole time, we could have simply canceled our order or ordered some other type of entree and had a fine night. This is not the first time the Earls waitresses disappear for 45+ mins during a visit.

I didnt have the best experience the last time I came but the manager, Dante didnt hesitate to offer a solution. So, my friend and I went to earls tonight for a quick bite after work. Dante and our server, Nicole took great care of us all evening. He even personally came by to make sure we were happy with our meal and went the extra mile. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I was very pleased with the service and food! If you go, asking for nicole is a must!

A Dining Experience We had lunch at Earls in Square One Mississauga location on Sep 21, 2024. The quality of food and variety available is very good. We would certainly recommend this location to our family and friends. We want to particularly commend the service and care we received from the Restaurant Manager Harpreet. We are vegetarians and so we always make it a point to emphasize our dietary restrictions with the serving staff at every restaurant. We were mistakenly served a portion of chicken in place of tofu, and Harpreets handling of the matter was very respectful, caring, and understanding of our needs. He truly demonstrated what we would consider to be exceptional service and that is why we will continue to return to this Earls location.

Went to this Earl s location during happy hour. Great music, great vibe. However, we were slightly frustrated with the wait times for our drinks and food. The manager who was working at the time, Nav came over and we explained the slight issue. She went over to the bar and kitchen to check on our drinks/food. Nav came back to our table and took care of our next round of drinks due to the delay. She apologized and checked on us through out the night. We enjoyed a great evening. We ll be back as usual.

I had dinner last Saturday night at Earls Square One, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious, I got the Cobb salad and, the hostess, Kelsey, was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. Overall good vibes. Cant wait to go back!

Went during happy hour. Drinks were good, food was nice. Prices are normally a little high but happy hour cuts that down a bit. Ordered the Marg pizza which I thought was great, and then the truffle fries. Truffle fries were a little too salty for me, but thats my preference. Overall, good time out and I would go again

I love Earls Square One location, I call it my second home. I always go and sit at the bar and my favourite beer at Earls is Rhino Lager, it is the most popular beer at Earls. Everyone that works at Earls, they are very nice and very friendly and they all give a very nice service. Most of them know me, I ve been there regular customer for 2 years. The staff at Earls that I know are Tim, Acidy, Raj, Dale, John, Peter, Braydon, Danielle and their manager Elizabeth. They re all very nice and very friendly and they always make me feel happy whenever I go to Earls.

Outstanding place and outstanding food, had one of the best chicken curry and rice

Been coming here for years back to when it first opened. This location has gone down fast for several reasons. Inconsistent wait times when dining here as a walk-in. We recently visited for late night Happy Hour, and we were quoted 20 mins for a table, which turned into 40, then 50 minutes. We see plenty of free tables, some had eaten food and dishes, waiting to be turned. But they sat there all dirty. A suppose reserved table by the front was empty for the entire time we were there. The music was loud, like it was a nightclub. Hip hop was blaring and we could barely talk to each other and we had to shout and scream in order to be heard. Food finally came after 30 minutes after ordering, ordered steak frites, tacos, sliders, tuna bowl. The food was cold and stale, at least the steak was warm. Fries on the steak frites were soft and cold, luckily the server saw my disappointed face and brought out fresh ones. How did cold food get past the kitchen expediter? Quality control clearly not present at this location. Steak frites were chewy, full of tendon. No crust on steak and we ordered med rare and it was rare on inside. We were hungry and didn t want to send it back; even if we did, our server was MIA most of the meal. Sliders were cold and flavourless, we ate only half. Tacos and tuna bowl were decent, thankfully. One thing that was uniform was how salty the food were.. gave me a stomach ache later on. We saw more and more empty tables left being uncleaned through the meal. Must be a low on staff night. I hope this location improves. We ve been to Woodbridge and Sherway Earls where the food was better quality , better vibes, and much more attentive staff. We won t be back at this location any time soon, if ever.

Went to earls for dinner with a couple of friends. Got a nice spot to dine, the manager Nav Sangha was attentive and knowledgeable in providing excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. She had made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely dine here more often.

I had the most horrible experience with the service at Earls square one on September 30. My friend and I went there to celebrate his birthday and I wanted to surprise him so I went to the server staff to inform her to bring a desert with a candle which she agreed to. I asked for espresso martini and they said they didn t have one that night. Once we ordered appetizers and drinks - another wait staff just walked up with the desert saying here is your dessert and it s last call which ruined the surprise and my friend said how we never ordered a dessert yet. Anyways the servers were rude and dismissive. Never going back again.

Came here for a quick bite before a flight. The atmosphere/decor has really stepped up. I loved then seating and lighting. Whenever the refresh was done, they did the right things! Service was great, Cassidy was efficient and friendly. We were able to go in and out within 1 hour with no issues (we were early for the flight at the end of the day!) Food was surprisingly good! A lot of creativity, good flavours, and overall taste! I would definitely return when I m at square one!

Its been quite a while since Ive had decent service let alone AMAZING service and I can honestly say I was so happy and blown away with how nice, attentive, and refreshing Shanice was to us. I never write reviews but our experience last night was great and I wanted to shine a light on the amazing service and food we received. Overall great experience!

This was my first time being at this location as I was celebrating my sisters big 19th birthday lunch. So this isn t something I expected from earls. I feel like the service might it better in Toronto. Our assigned waiter was passing by us many times times but did not customer service us. Other wise we didn t have any issues with food. We did not want To stay there longer so we asked for the bill and the bill even took longer. We had to ask another waiter for the bill and everything eventually our waiter came and cashed us out and bought out a treat for her.

Earl Square One was absolutely crazy busy when we went on Saturday! I brought my mom there for her first time, and we definitely should have booked a reservation. The atmosphere was lively, and it really added to our experience. The girl at the front, Kahlis was super helpful in changing our table, to help accommodate my mom and was super sweet overall. I cant wait to come back!

Went to Earls on Thursday for my wife s birthday. I wasn t even able to get my servers name and when she came to take our orders the food came out before our drinks. She wasn t very attentive to us and when we ordered our dessert we asked for our bill, we didn t get our dessert for 30 minutes and had to wave down a busser to go check for us and then waited 45 minutes for the bill. At this time we just got up and went to the bar to pay my bill. Very very disappointed with the service unfortunately this is our second time in 1 month getting poor service. The food was amazing the kitchen staff definitely know what they re doing and highly recommend the Jumbo Crab Cakes

I ve been to the Earls in Etobicoke, and it was definitely better than this location. I ordered the truffle tortellini, but I could barely taste any truffle if it was even in there. The spinach and three cheese dip was decent, but the bread it came with was fantastic. While the appetizer arrived promptly, the main courses took a noticeably long time to follow. The ambience was fine, but a group of girls were constantly taking pictures with the flash on for the entire hour we were there, which was pretty disruptive, especially for someone like me who s sensitive to flashing lights. Overall, the experience and food for my anniversary felt average and not worth the price. I don t think I ll be visiting Earls again.

Service is really slow and bad.

My girlfriend and I visited Earls today around 2 PM, and as always, their happy hour menu and food were excellent. However, something different happened this time a manager named Harpreet came over to ask how we were doing, how the food tasted, and about the service. I dine at many restaurants, and it s rare for anyone to check in like that anymore. It genuinely made me happy to see that the manager cared about the service and whether we were enjoying our experience. I just wanted to write this review to say that we will definitely be coming back to this location!

Food here is really good and vibes are great for a Saturday night. Place is packed so it s worth it to get a reservation ahead of time. Spinach dip and truffle fries are a hit. Managers are really nice too. Elizabeth made sure we had a fun time. Thanks Earls Square One!

Earls Square One was absolutely packed when we visited on Sunday afternoon around 2:30 PM. I brought my dad there for his first times. The manager, Harpreet, was incredibly helpful in moving us to a quieter table to accommodate my dad since the music was quite loud. Overall, he was very nice. Although we had to wait almost 40-50 minutes for our food, Harpreet took care of our drinks, apologized, and explained the wait time. I really appreciate that he went the extra mile to ensure we left happy. Because of this, I can t wait to come back! FYI you guys should really turn down the music

I ve been to many locations for the past 10 years and this is by far the worst location! My steak was served cold. Even after they made another after waiting nearly 20 minutes the quality was subpar. Their management seems quite unorganized.

People please be aware, this establishment is the most unprofessional and dangerous in all of Mississauga. Management does NOT support the cleanliness of their food for their customers. Kid y all not, I found a chipped acrylic nail in my ceasar salad, I was so disgusted because I ve never seen something like that on my plate at any restaurant before!!! What if I choked??? And why are the washrooms never clean?? I couldn t even throw up that nasty food in peace. Worst experience ever! I will be steering clear and will not be supporting this dirty place in any way !

I was in last night with my boyfriend for a late dinner around last call, the food as per usual was good. I had to leave a review however to highlight Lyndsy s service. She was around whenever we needed anything and had amazing energy. She wasn t even our server but picked up his slack when we couldn t find him. Earls, make her a server stat! She s gold.

This never happened with Sherway Gardens location. You guys forgot the most important thing .. the goddamn chicken and the goddamn steak. It s Friday night and i wanted to have night off cooking.. and this is what i get. I didn t want the refund I wanted you to get it right. Da hell do i do now?

Ordered the steak and tortellini, the pasta was delicious but the steak was extremely chewy (the kind where you chew it for flavour and spit it out after). We mentioned it to our server and they kindly offered to remake it, but informed us that it will still be the same. It still took them 30 minutes to remake our meal, despite both my dish and my date s dish having this problem. Additionally, our server made it clear that she was having a bad day. Service and food could have been much better.

Earls in London is way more classier, did not expect the food to be so baad, never again when visiting mississauga. Service was ok, welcoming manager was nice but food was disaster, waste of money sorry to say.

Have been here for dinner twice now, the food is great and the atmosphere is upscale without being too fancy. Weve had the same hostess, Alisha, both times and she is absolutely wonderful! Even during the dinner rush, she takes time to make recommendations and chat with you. She even arranged free dessert for my birthday! Will be back because of her alone.

Shania was absolutely amazing. She made my experience the best at Earls for the very first time. Love the food and drinks at the place too.

Lately I have been visiting earls square one, it appears that they have changed to a better and more welcoming atmosphere after changing the GM at this location. The service is very good, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the drinks and food is very good. A pleasant attitude from the staff; Timothy is nice, welcoming, fast, courteous and professional bartender. Nicole L was very nice too, friendly and welcoming with smile. Elena and Sebastian were very good too with great service and positivity. The Happy Hour is one of the best deals in Mississauga, good deals, tasty food and competitive prices. I like their Aperol Spritz Tower (see photo). I do recommend this place, try and see for yourself, Thanks everyone for the great service! Regards Wally A.

Phenomenal job done by TIM!! Amazing service, smoothly handled the flow time of orders, plates and desserts! He was also very attentive and cares about guest so much so that he KNEW there was a birthday?! (We were trying to hide it ). Overall, he made the dining experience quite enjoyable and special!

I visited the restaurant today at 1:30 AM and was greeted by Elizabeth at the host stand, who then showed us to our table. Elizabeth was very friendly and advised us to order quickly because the kitchen was closing at 2:00 AM. We placed our drink and food orders within a few minutes. The drinks arrived promptly, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the service at the bar. When our server was not available, I approached the bartender around 1:40 AM, ELENA( Bartender), and asked for a Pina Colada. ELENA informed me that they had already made the last call. I noticed that she was preparing a drink for another customer at the time. After for about 10 minutes, I saw Elena serve a beer to another customer, which left me feeling unfairly treated. This experience felt discriminatory, which is something I have never encountered before.

Merissa was exceptional. So professional and kind. She went above and beyond for our table and made our experience seamless. Was shocked when she told me she wasn t a server yet . She deserves to be a server. She s the best in the biz.

Went for a nice lunch today, sat on the patio and it was a great time. Eggs Benny was so yummy! Agatha was lovely and gave good recommendations. Merissa was also super helpful with checking in and getting us everything we needed.

AMAZING STAFF & DELICIOUS FOOD Just went earls with a group of 8 people for a birthday dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were sat at a sectional half booth half table that was in dining area that was also close to the bar that provided the perfect balance of a high end restaurant and comfort to enjoy a big laugh. FOOD- I started off with the spicy tuna tacos that are a brilliant idea while being very fresh and tasty. I had the truffle mushroom tortellini for my main which was a hit at the table as two others ordered the same thing. A few others at the table ordered the steak which was cooked to perfection of their liking. We also had a gluten allergy at the table and was extremely impressed with the waitress knowledge and care with a sensitive allergy! They also have an impressive and tasty menu of mocktails to make everyone feel included! My fiancé ordered the pineapple mule mocktail that was very refreshing and delicious. SERVICE- from the start found the service extremely professional and welcoming. On floor managers were also coming by periodically before meals and after meals to offer to top up drink and make sure everything was going great. Overall a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to this location! Dietary restrictions: Experienced and knowledgeable with gluten intolerant allergy from servers to cooks.

The atmosphere is good, a little too noisy I would say. The food is quite good, but extremely expensive for its quality and quantity. Vegetarian options: A few options, nothing special.

We had been to Earls kitchen a reunion with friends. The food was delicious. Nicole, our waiter was super helpful and always had a vibrant smile, and prompt with her service. She also surprised us with a wonderful dessert , once she came to know it was a reunion! That was such a lovely gesture!! The ambience was also very good. Would keep coming back for sure. Keep up the good work! Vegetarian options: We had many vegan options. Dietary restrictions: We were asked about our allergies, so that they could accomodate them.

Wonderful dinner last night at Earls inside Square One. Service by Natalie was stupendous ! She was fabulous ! Very attentive, and friendly ! (I would give her 10stars !) We are very appreciative for the birthday surprise ! Food was delicious and well presented. Lots of staff and all friendly and smiling and kind. Its a big restaurant, got busy but never felt crowded. Tables are well spaced and varied. It was a little noisy though. Bathrooms were very clean. Great for small groups, couples and business. May be a little pricey for families. Call ahead to inquire about a kids menu. Parking: Its in Square One Mall, lower level, between Wal-mart and The Bay, facing Burnhamthorpe. The original main entrance of Square One. So parking is first come, first serve as one would in a shopping mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Call ahead to reserve a table and let them know your accessibility needs.

Makayla was an amazing host! I came in last night with my family and she welcomed us with a big smile, made us feel right at home, and took great care of us the whole time. Her friendly attitude really made our night.

My wife and I come here frequently. Recently we took the kids during happy hour and got seated near the patio. My first recommendation to Earls ia get rid of your child seat contraption where you are screwing it to the table. It took a solid 30 mins from the wait staff on how to use it. Secondly my daughter was easily able to move herself from the clamp and lucky there was a seat below her. If not she would have fallen. Secondly children can easily stand in those chairs. Unless Earls wants to face a lawsuit with faulty children chair I highly recommend you go back to high chairs. Secondly our server forgot to put our drinks and when we asked for staff to help with the baby chair we had to wait more than 15 mins. Luckily Aliyah came over and helped us. The restaurant wasn t even busy but took more than 30 mins to get our drinks and food. Even brought crayons and some colouring to keep the kids entertained. It s the only reason why I m giving 3 stars. Drinks and food was good as I always came to expect from Earls.

The experience at Earls is always great as the ambience and service is very nice, however it is just saddening to see that they have still not added Halal options on their menu. I have been visiting Earls for business lunches for past many years regularly and ask for Halal choices and they politley decline as unavaialble. I feel it is now time to move on to other restaurant options in aroudn SQ1 area, especially when almost every major brand name / stand alone restaurant offers the Halal option. (I know they have fish and veg options, but firstly they dont replace chicken/lamb flavour and secondly, even thoe choces is very limited). I will miss coming to Earls for their staff and service!

Skip earls the next time you re thinking of stopping by. This location has gone downhill and is not worth it - reservation notes regarding a birthday were missed or ignored - extremely slow service - not a great streak cut for the price

I went in for lunch. Had the greens salad with sautéed prawns with cajan spice and a zero proof drink Giblett, Both were very good. $$$ Highly recommended. Reservations recommended, though I was able to get in at noon, it was busy for a Tuesday noon hour.

I normally don t leave reviews but Makayla was so sweet and helpful last night. She went above and beyond, making sure we were comfortable. It s rare to come across someone genuinely caring for guests, and we hope to see her again when we return.

The food is great, and the service is great. The only thing is that they are located in a high traffic mall so they are usually quite busy.

Earls is my go to spot and one of my favourite restaurants. I came in today and the hosts and server (makayla & rodian ) were incredibly nice and so welcoming the moment I came in. Their friendly and accommodating service truly enhanced my dining experience. I look forward to coming back at Earls restaurant!

I always enjoy dining here. I was greeted by Jose and Makayla who set the tone for the entire dinner - they were pleasant upon arrival and sat us promptly and in a great area. Raj took care of us and made sure to check up on us multiple times throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location - Ive never been disappointed. Thank you again !

One of my favourite Earls to visit. I went for dinner with a few friends today and the hostess Makayla was super friendly! Got us seated right away and let us know if we needed anything to let our waitress know. So glad we stopped in and will definitely continue to come back!

I went with a few friends. This was my second visit. The service was good but the food was not so good. We ordered oysters, and they were the smallest oysters Ive ever seen. They didnt seem to be fresh, also had a bit of smell to them. So, I do not recommend them. The fried calamari was 6.5, maybe 7. Also ordered sushi, the smallest I have seen and it was not good. Flavor was lacking. Very disappointing, will not be going again.

Service was great, super friendly and quick to get the job done. They brought complimentary toffee pudding for a celebration which is always appreciated.

Great food, great place, great service! Had the steak frites and it was delicious! Steak was a bit tough but overall good. I also shared a crème brûlée which was amazing! Our waiter was very generous. Washroom was also decently clean! Would definitely recommend this place and would come again!

I recently attended earls with a group for a dinner. the service and the wait was extremely long i got there at 6:30, my food didn t come until 8:15 and they wanted us out by 8:30. before i got my food the other side of my party got severed their food, and i was thinking my side of the table was getting our food just now. but no it was another 30 mins until i got my food & when i got my food i was angry and not to mention i asked for a refill on my drink many times but didn t receive my refill till after asking someone else 2 times.

The food and drinks are amazing! Loved the sushi tacos paired with some Don Julio margaritas. We had the Cajun Roasted Salmon and Steak for lunch. Super delicious! Great vibe and ambience. Our server for the day, CJ, was so very polite and hospitable, serving all of the great food and drinks with a lovely smile :)

Our experience was amazing. Our amazing experience started from the host stand when greeted by the lovely Alisha D. She was very sweet and personable and made our day with her kindness. Our group enjoyed our meals and overall from start to finish everyone was pleasant.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Renea during my recent visit. The food was fantastic, but what really made the experience memorable was her exceptional service. Her knowledge of the menu was incredible she knew everything inside and out, and her recommendations were spot on. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and had this amazing ability to make me feel genuinely happy. And did I mention she s hilarious? I ve never met a server like her. Because of Renea, I ll definitely be coming back, and I really hope the rest of the staff is just as wonderful as she is!

Absolutely amazing experience! We went there to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was probably the best experience we have had of any restaurant we have been to. The staff were asking, very attentive and respectful of what we wanted. They were there often enough to check in on us but not too often. Probably the best service we have received. The food was great as well. We had spinach dip, crab cake, blackened chicken and pasta. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend all those dishes -- especially the dip! Highly, highly recommend this location for both food and service.
