This is a convenient place to meet near Toronto Pearson Airport. Free parking and lots of space allow for peaceful conversation. The menu has enough choices for an enjoyable breakfast, including a breakfast buffet. Food : 5/5

It was very good.

Our experience in the dinning room was terrible for the amount of money we spent. The host sat us at a table that wasn t properly set up with cutlery or salt and pepper which made our server very frustrated. Took forever to even get talked for a drink order. The eggs benny that we asked for to be poached soft came out rock hard for a 23$ benny you would think they could at least cook the eggs properly. 100% would never eat breakfast here again and would never recommend to anyone to eat here!

If the atmosphere was better this would be an amazing restaurant, it s too open not enough separation but the food is amazing

the dinner waiter was super pushy about liqour and dessert. i feel like cooking salmon should take more than 5mins, so i wonder how long that salmon has been waiting. for breakfast, they wanted $8 for a glass of orange juice which cracked me up.

Family of 4 seated immediately upon arrival. One large table was leaving and a small table of 2 were only other customers. Counted 5 employees working. After 10 minutes we left as no one had come to our table since being seated.

Food was excellent but be prepared to pay a lot of money for what you get!

We ate at Mosaic for dinner and breakfast and the service was very poor. We had to ask for water and drink refills as well as find our own server to be able to order food. We paid for a bottle of sparkling water in which they topped our glasses with still water and still charged us. They were not attentive to their customers. For breakfast we were told it ended at 11am however by 10:30am all of the food was gone. Very disappointed.

Might be one of the worst restaurants I ve ever been to. Terrible service even though the restaurant was half empty. Outrageously over priced. The food was cold and took an hour to be served. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Took over an hour to serve kids non alcoholic drinks like milk and soft drinks. Once food was served another 20 minutes for cutlery. Absolutely brutal

Hidden Gem. At the Hilto Airport, I am sure they get plenty of business from guests but if You are looking for a fantastic meal, great service, very nice atmosphere, this is the place. Had the Pizza. Very authentic and very good.

I loved the server... but the bartenders got my drink wrong three times... I asked for Titos and tonic with lime. I was given soda twice. Then I was served flat tonic. Not once in his correction did he pour Titos and yet charged me for it.. The pizza came cold and hard... We were served another pizza. It wasnt cooked... but at least it was hot. 1 pizza, one Caesar salad (Lettuce bottled dressing with gawd awful croutons that smellt of mold), drinks (3 V&Ts and 2 house wine) = $170.00 Garbage! I liked our server she apologized multiple times. I know hiring is hard but do better. This is a Hilton Hotel! Please stop ripping off travellers. We will never be back. My wife is in the industry, she wont book anyone here again.

The food was pretty bad and outrageously priced. The breakfast buffet featured sloppy scrambled eggs and a few other overcooked meats along with cheap stuff... For $30. Its the kind of breakfast most hotels would give for free to be honest. Ordered room service and for a sad Caesar salad and floppy pizza it was almost $70. The value is horrendous and not worth it at all. Definitely go eat elsewhere. Staff were nice and friendly though.

Very good food! We loved the Italian Job pizza and the chicken tikka. Mirtha was a sweetie! We had the breakfast as well after I wrote the first review. We ordered off the menu as the options there looked good and were cheaper than the buffet. We were very pleased with the food! The bacon was wonderful, some of the best that Ive had, with a wonderful smokiness. The choose your options omelet was delicious, with high quality ingredients. Santandeep, our waiter was attentive, polite and helpful. The restaurant was definitely the high point of staying at the hotel for us!

Stopped in for a few cocktails while waiting to do a pick up at the airport. Wide loud open space. Probably wouldnt eat there. Gift shop thought is a WOW

Its the bar located inside Hilton Hotel in Mississauga, near the Pearson International Airport. It is open for breakfast and until late, you can have a buffet, a special dish or just a coffee or a drink (theres quite a selection) . There are also several screens for watching sports

Yummy and the service was above and beyond, bringing our drinks rapidly after placing the order each and every time. Vegetarian options: I saw several options in the menu but did not partake because my family are all carnivores. Kid-friendliness: Mouth watering options for the kiddos

I m usually loathe to eat dinner at an airport restaurant, but I have to admit that this place was pretty good. The food was excellent and the options were interesting and cater to multiple tastes. The service was quite prompt. It was a bit noisy.

We were pleasantly surprised when we had to stay overnight at the airport to continue with our flights we had dinner at the hotel. I had a mosaic salad with a quinoa Patti on it was very good. We also had veal and pork Ragu, which was excellent fairly priced for a Hotel Restaurant.

Tony was great. He made our whole dining experience enjoyable nothing was too hard. Great service.

Ordered the coconut shrimp. Comes with a side salad. I asked for ceasar dressing instead of the chipotle it came with. Salad was extremely over dressed. Server was great and brought me another one with the dressing on the side. The shrimp were great! Also had the mango sorbet. It was tasty as well.

Amazing experience.. the food was delicious.. I had the salmon, and it was perfect The server, whose name I unfortunately didnt catch, was so amazing. She made our children so comfortable and accommodated their needs despite a busy night. I really really wish I remembered her name! She was outstanding with us and the children! The atmosphere was hip yet elegant and contemporary.

Very friendly staff. Checked in late after a long flight. Even though it was almost closing time. The staff had us seated and service right away. Great food. I would recommend it to everyone.

Safeway sandwich sold here for high-end restaurant price. they demand you appreciate their cuisine. By the way, the entire building has smoke tenants occupancy for 100years (?). If not forced, I will never stay there to damage my health.

Powered style no taste eggs with sore bought frozen at one time potato tots reheated and poor quality frozen bought sausage was the worst breakfast in a Hilton brand hotel to date. Could not eat more then two bites. Juice and hot chocolate were good. Service attendants were all great. But food thumbs down.

Service was acceptable. Food was way below average. I ordered 3 dishes: coconut shrimp, wild mushroom pizza, duck confit salad. The shrimp was the last bad. I felt like I was in a Midwest seafood restaurant where everything is deep fried and lacking in flavor. The batter was thick. I could taste the coconut but not the small shrimp. Next was the wild mushroom pizza. To be fair this was the best of the three. My beef is that it was all button mushrooms. No wild mushrooms whatsoever. Why not just advertise truthfully and call it mushroom pizza . Finally the duck confit salad. This was absolutely terrible. I did complain and was told that their interpretation of duck confit was dried duck. They call it crispy but it was not crispy like Peking duck. It was just dried duck meat. It was so bad that it was mildly funny. I ve not had a dish that was so far off from description in a very long time. To the chef s credit he did come out and hear my complaints and then offered me a complimentary dessert which I declined. I just didn t want to try their dessert after 3 misses with dinner.

Went here for breakfast. With $33 Buffett and $23 breakfast I would expect better service. I asked for a latte, it never came. I ended up drinking drip coffee after the server looked surprised when I reminded him of the coffee. My breakfast came. The sever said he was just toasting my toast. 10 min later, no toast and my food is cold. It bothered me more that when I mentioned these things he didn t seem to register that he messed up. Just smiled and asking like oops .

We had their Salmon for mains and it was by far one the best Ive had in any Toronto hotel. I would recommend ditching your run of the mill restuarant for this Salmon. The staff greeted us well and was warm, top marks for hospitality.

I loved their wings and the sauce it came with. I must say this restaurant at Hilton is definitely the best hotel food we have had. It was fresh, juicy and loved their service.

Shockingly low quality breakfast. Clearly what they put out takes the least amount of effort and money to heat up and lay out to cool. No bacon, dubious sausage, syrup but no waffles, French toast or pancakes. It was awful. Not worth a quarter of the $30 they charge. They should have at a minimum an omelette station, better quality items, more choices, and served in a manner that keeps it all hot. I will not eat here again.

Fillet Mignon medium rare was excellently timed and the mushrooms complimented it nicely. Presentation looks a little messy though and I think the dish can do without that single herb on top

Was staying at the hotel prior to travelling and needed a bite to eat. The restaurant was very busy, but they accommodated our party of 2. We had a lovely time. The pizza margherita was ok, the toppings werent plentiful. We also ordered the vegetable and quinoa burger. The burger was well seasoned and came on a pretzel bun. Theres also a bar and lounge section available.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Mosaic. The atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend the chipotle honey chicken. A big shout out to Edward, our waiter, who was so personable and really made the first day of our vacation special.

A fresh breath of air while traveling. Tomato soup was hot and thick. Burger was done exactly as it should of been. Fries were plentiful and hot. Service was attentive and exceptional. It was a great experience after a very long day

Enjoyed a late lunch while waiting for my daughters delayed arrival at the airport. I ordered the Mosaic salad, the Cauliflower Pizza, a glass of Chardonnay and finished of with vanilla ice cream and double espresso. Roy, my server was attentive and quick. Minor comment: the pizza was a bit too spicy, but it didnt stop me to finish it of.

I will give this restaurant 5 *s for the quality of the food. It offers some of the highest quality and tastiest Chinese food I have eaten. The lobster is exquisite - the same goes for the BBQ meats (ribs, pork, duck and chicken). I wish there was a restaurant as good on the eastern side of town.. I will suggest this restaurant to anyone who appreciates good tasting food..

Servers were kind, quick and friendly. Food on the other hand was not very good. The complimentary bread was nice because it came basically as soon as we sat down but the bread was not cut or warm. The risotto was not very good. Peppery and squash was not cooked. Very hard. Prices are outrageous for this subpar quality food.
