CROOKS!! Worst experience ever. I have been a fan of Thai Express but this location is a joke. I called to cancel my order when I saw they didnt honour the 2 for 1. They said it was stir fry only. When I called and said I am canceling she hadnt even received the order yet. Then she said it just came in and we confirmed that it was cancelled. 20 minutes later the order is outside my door. My daughter and I tried to call and it went into voice mail. I tried to leave a message but the recording said the messages were full. My daughter called and she picked up and my daughter explained and she hung up on her. We opened the bowl and it was a deep red colour with no vegetables and seitan and a piece of Tofu. It was burning our mouth as we had ordered mild. It was an Indian Dish!!! Not Thai. Thai is light and fresh with lime and cilantro and mint. This was pur Garbage!! Dont Go! Unless you like phony baloney menu.

Don t be fooled by their friendly and amicable demeanour on the phone My Mother tried to place an Über Eats order online for the second time with this establishment - hoping to give them another chance as her previous order was botched. The advertisement online is a 2 for 1 special and it WAS for the Pad Thai, which is what we were ordering So, my Mother decided to call them just to make sure they said it was just for stir fry (Cough, cough LIES!). They did not honour the promotion on Über Eats, so my Mother of course told them to cancel the order. 30 minutes later, we get the delivery they charged my Mother anyway AND the Über Eats driver even gave himself a nice fat n juicy tip!!!! A tip not authorized by my Mother. I won t go into how they messed up our food order as well, this review is already long enough. Buyers beware!

recently tried the Pad Thai from This location and it was a great experience. The dish was well-balanced, with a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. The noodles were cooked to a perfect texture neither too soft nor too firm. The generous portion of fresh ingredients, including crunchy bean sprouts and tender chicken, added both flavor and texture. Overall service is tooo good with delicious meals.

I had the fried rice, and it was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with just the right balance of flavors. The complementary spring roll was a pleasant surprise crispy on the outside and filled with fresh ingredients. It added a perfect touch to the meal. Great food and great service!

Wow, the Tom Yum soup had no flavour at all, it was like the broth had been watered down to almost nothing, and the seasonal popbok was extremely salty to the point I couldnt even eat it. Usually the tom yum soup is my favourite thing from Thai Express. Gave one star for the chicken dumplings which Im sure all they had to do was take it out of the freezer and deep fry it. Extremely disappointed. Chain restaurants succeed on their consistency. They need to bring this one up a lot to match the other ones.

We ate at a Thai Express near Costco a few weeks ago. Food was of a high quality. Service was efficient and friendly. The server was super proactive, efficient and fantastic, didn t catch her name, she was from India. Vegetarian options: Some good vegan and vegetarian options here too.

Been coming to this Thai express for about 3 years now. Honestly no other location comes close to the taste of this on. Food always tastes fresh and for those that like spice, this place knows what very spicy means. One top of that, the staff always greet you with a smile. Come here often and they ll even memorize your order.

My favourite Thai Express location. Food is delicious and service is friendly -- they even remember my order after repeat visits. Vegetarian options: Ive had the tofu at a few different Thai Express locations, but the way they prepare it at this one (long, firm strips instead of a spongy chunks at others) is much better.

I ordered pad thai and it sucked , i have never tasted such bad food in my life . Also the girl who helped me was super rude and condescending and i also caught her laughing at me with another employee. I noticed that she wasnt wearing a uniform either .Note to the owner : train your employees.

I ve been to a few Thai Express locations & this one by far is the best! The taste is consistent when I go there. The food is always fresh & stays hot until I get home. I asked for extra peanut & she gave me multiple packs. The wait is always quick too, 5-10 minutes max.

Today was the last time I came to this place. Last 2 times we had to throw out my husbands food cause we asked mild and without opening the takeout box could smell the pepper. Today i ordered pad Thai and when she asked how spicy I said not at all no hot.Well I guess she doesnt know what that means cause my food is loaded with chili pepper and pepper seeds....again feeding the garbage. Also 2 employee were mopping the floor by spraying chemical on the tile and moping it without rinsing tge dirty mop head. The chemical was so strong made them and us cough they were keep walking out to get fresh air. They need to get educated on this when costumer there dont spray and make everyone cough and burn their eyes out. Its not safe. Open door and do it after hrs or if they dont get paid to stay do it when no costumers in and if someone comes in stop.

We got some to-go from here. The vegan option although limited, but is still great. The fried rice and noodles had decent taste.

Ordered green curry with chicken. Chicken had a foul smell and the sauce tasted like plastic. The spring roll was totally inedible. Will never return here. Food quality is not good.

Not the experience I get from other restaurants from the same chain. Not going back. During my work, I often have periods when Thai Express is my go to place for lunch. However, this is the 2nd time out of 3, when one of the dishes was barely edible. Pad Sew regular spice should not be soaked in soya sauce to the point that it is so salty... A similar incident happened with Pad Thai. Next time, I will drive further to another location or go to a different restaurant.

Im someone who has a lot of Thai Express, and this is the best location Ive eaten at. A lot of locations are inconsistent with the typical standards, but this one exceed the most consistent locations I visit.

The food is ok a little bit on the oilier and unhealthier side and to note is especially the sulky face of the staff who takes orders. As i said you have to help me choosing the options since I am ordering here for the 1st time the lady began giving me such looks as if it was a crime. If you are not happy been in your job, quit and sit at home. Dont confuse your customers who are trying to give you business. Will think twice before going in here as I live nearby.

I ve got Thai soup. The chicken was touch, difficult to chew and tasted funny. I tried two bites and didn t dare to continue eating. Went to another place to get food Parking: Parking at the plaza. Lots of places available

Very little amount for PHO!! Little noodle With Lots of Bean Sprouts. They tried to covery it with cheap other vegetable but the pho barely has noodles... I wonder how much amount I get if I ordered mini size... Fried rice was okay with standard franchize taste. There are other options for thai or Pho restaurant within walking distance.

This is my comfort food place. The staff are really nice and accommodating, and the food is great. There are many options on the menu, including vegetarian and vegan, so if you feel like an adventure, there is always something to explore. They will give you extra Sriracha sauce if you ask, so you can make your food extra spicy.

I was not happy with my food. Red curry taste very bland and not a lot of curry sauce. Taste like from a jar. I know this is not authentic Thai, but wasn t even close. My wife s pad Thai was ok so I will give 2 stars, but it was not great and paid for extra veggie and was barely any for $16+. I also feel sick after eating the food. I will not eat at Thai express again, I ll stick to more authentic places.

Ordered the Pad See Ew tonight and was very disappointed. The chicken was extremely dry and rubbery. There was an insignificant amount of Chinese broccoli. It was like a 1/2 a broccoli stalk shaved into slivers. If you re trying to save some money by cheaping out on the amount of broccoli raise the prices or change your pics to reflect the reality of what the customer can expect.

Ordered two pad thais, the girl at Thai express wrote down the number 2, later when we were given one pad Thai, she told my daughter we only ordered one, despite the fact that there was a number 2 showing. Later apologized but upset at the way this was handled. Very disappointed.

The worst Thai food experience in the area. The Uber Eats delivery was fine, but the experience from the location was not up to the standards I would expect. Our order was delivered in two cheap clear plastic bags, should us brown bags to retain heat. The boxes of Curry Chicken and Veggies Stir Fry was 80% full of rice., hardly any of the actual Curry, Chicken and Veggies. The packaging of Curry and Veggies Stir Fry, led us to even call the location to ask where the rice was. They said to look at the bottom and we would see it. So, yes, the Curry and Veggie options with Rice WAS 80% RICE and 20% the other items....horrible. The Pad Thai was tasteless and full,of sodium in the sauce they use, couldn t eat it. If you are looking for a local Mississauga Thai experience, Thai House or Thai Signature are much better options, but they were closed tonight. Thai Express is a food court type option, it was horrible and will never make this mistake in ordering again. We ended up throwing out $65 worth of rice and noodles. Overpriced and no taste.

This location seems to have been flakey over the last 6 months - asked clearly several times for extra chicken and was understood completely as I was charged accordingly, upon collecting the food I asked if it had extra chicken as I asked for and was reassured, what I actually got was a regular portion of chicken with extra veggies, extra rice, and not nearly enough sauce for the aforementioned rice mountain - terrible! I have come to this location occasionally for several years now, always taken care of before, this is a lack of pride in your work. Pretty sure the location got a new manager in the last year or something, current employees don t particularly seem to care, I mean, how can you not notice there s a regular portion of chicken? Two people dealt with my dish, one should have noticed . . . When you re paying $5 or $6 extra for extra chicken, this is unacceptable. It gets 2 stars because I appreciate how good it used to be . . . UPDATE : Thanks, but no thanks - the time it ll take to connect and work with customer service isn t worth the price I paid for the meal. That being said I feel I was too harsh; 9 times out of 10 over the last 4 years the experience was excellent, just the last 3 times over about 6 months were pretty bad so I was frustrated. I still feel it s unacceptable to not be able to count on food not being be as specific as I asked for several times for roughly $20, HOWEVER i understand everybody has it tough during covid, I mean fast food especially must be under strict supervision. Upgraded to 3 stars. As a side note - all fast food is getting pretty bad in this way, so extra frustration motivating me here, and I didn t mean to single-out anyone, at least Thai Express cares about their Google reviews enough to respond!

THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ABIDE BY ITS CAPACITY RULES. With the whole pandemic, each store (that are allowed to be open) has capacity rules on how many customers can be inside. This store has the capacity limit of 4 customers. I came in there today with my mom to order our food and 3 other people came in. I advised the cashier about it and she said she would tell them when they came up to pay for their order and she never did. At this point, another person came into the store, making it 6 people! I told my mom to leave and wait outside just to help with the situation. The other 3 people that came in after us was still there. I ended up telling the worker, out loud for everyone to hear, that she should be following and enforcing her rules at this point and she said she understands but still didnt do anything about it. This is why there are still outbreaks when it comes to establishments that are open - because their employees arent being strict enough and then, other restaurants are wondering why they have to close and cant operate. FOLLOW THE RULES, ENFORCE THEM ONTO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND KEEP PEOPLE SAFE. WHY ARE YOU OPEN IF YOU CANT ABIDE BY YOUR OWN SAFETY POLICY? YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE AT RISK.

Ordered after waiting for a while (it was busy), and then was told it would be 20 minutes before I got my order. Just got back to work with my food, and its wrong. Specifically asked for no veggies, and it appears to be extra veggie. Waste of time and money.

Not impressed with this location! Sadly visited this location today and waited almost 5 mins for the 2 ladies in the back to finish their conversation by the backroom door, to acknowledge that I was waiting to order. It wasnt until I decided to leave, that someone come out of the backroom..at this point I needed to get food for my family where I feel appreciated. Also, one of the ladies was not following the covid mask protocol and had her mask under her chin while speaking to the other associate in close proximity.

My friend and I had been working all day and just wanted to grab and enjoy a meal together at the end of what was a very exhausting day. We decided we were in the mood for a good Pad Thai. We decided to visit this location. We both ended up spending $20 each for what was truly an abomination in the name of Pad Thai. I ordered the chicken and asked for extra chicken which was $3+. The extra was nowhere to be seen. The chicken that was there was chewy dry and rubbery. There were no veggies in my Pad Thai. It was just thick soggy noodles dunked in soy sauce and old chicken. My friend who is a devout vegan repeated her order 3 times she asked specifically for no egg no fish oil no tofu just vegetables except Brussels sprouts and onion. Apparently 3 times wasn t clear enough because what we found out when we got home was that she had been given beef Pad Thai. We called them and drove all the back to get a veggie Pad Thai but not only did we drive 30kms unnecessarily but we also wasted 40 minutes getting the wrong order a second time, oh did I mention the cook stared at my friend and gave her attitude as if she had asked for her first born child? Anyways long story short if you d like to throw away $20 on what truly is an embarrassment in the name of Thai food please do visit this location. Pad Thai? More like Pad overpriced goop dunked in soy sauce.

I love Thai Express but I will never go back to this location. I ordered chicken green curry and I hate the way they pack it. They pack the rice, then poured the green curry right on top of it. I have never seen other locations do it this way. Rice and curry are usually packed separately. By the time I got home, the rice was soggy and had absorbed most of the curry! It was also the worse green curry I have ever had. The chicken was hard and tasted like plastic. It also only had green pepper, onions and mushrooms. If you have to come to this location, stay away from green curry.

Placed an order for a pad thai and two fired rice via skip the dishes. Usually restaurants take time to prepare the meals but my food was ready as soon as the order was placed and driver on the way. The chicken wasn t fresh and extremely dry. I had diarrhea the next day. I m surprised this place hasn t been visited by the food inspection agency.

Visited this location yesterday i ordered General thai chicken. They were so fast and the food was fresh and delicious.

Food tasted amazing and they included free spring rolls with it!

This place always serves fresh food with lot of fillings. I love their Chicken fried rice with side on imperial roll.

Great flavour and service, but the chicken in my 3 dishes was so much gristle that I had to spit most of it out. Id love to come back; I hope they improve on the quality.

Never disappointed when I pop in to pick up my staple chicken pad Thai. As a chain Thai Express is pretty consistent. Restaurant is clean and I generally get my dish with minimal wait time (normal time to cook). Staff polite and friendly.

I have been ordering food at this location for years and they are consistently the greatest. Today they included an extra appetizer and a kind note, which is very rare and very much appreciated by me.

This is the first time I tried this restaurant. I got the peanut coconut vegetable bowl with chicken and it s the best takeout food I ve eaten in quite some time! The portions are large so I saved some for the next day and it only tasted better. Highly recommend.

Ordered from them with Skip the Dishes, they were super quick to prepare the food. Everything was made perfectly and they put extra sauces and napkins in the bag. They even added complementary spring rolls. Will be ordering from them again in the near future for sure.

Overall good staff but okay food

Called in for take out after stage 2 opening during the pandemic. Service was prompt and ready as instructed. Take out was plentiful. Order two pad thais and three of us could not finish.

Ordered a few times from here using UberEats and the food is amazing! New favourite place for sure. Delicious food, generous portions, and quick delivery. Had various kids of the fried rice, pad thai, and soups and all have been delicious.

Updated my review from a previous 5 star to a 1, very disappointing as I used to really enjoy this location. The reason: NON-COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 BY-LAW, mandatory face coverings. Kitchen and food prep employees were not wearing face coverings. As a customer, I complied prior to entering the restaurant as per the signs on their doors. I promptly cancelled my order and recieved my refund before leaving. I cant eat here again now, even once Covid-19 pandemic is over. Their disregard for the safety of their staff and customers ruined it for me :(

Worst Pad-Thai ever. It doesn t have anything to do with Thai-food.
