No more ordering online from Mary Browns, Its a waste of money. Employees are useless, never pay attention to detail in order and then youre stuck and there is nothing they can do to fix your order and never send anything back to fix their mistakes. 2 days ago, on the tenth of July, I purchased true Uber eat a meal total of $56.21. The meal was all cold, and the tenders were so dry and obviously were sitting there for a while. I order regular fries but was sent tatar instead. The tatar were all dry like they been in the wormer for long time. 8 months ago, I ordered and was sent half of the order and when I called the store the girl said it was too late, they were closing in 20 minutes and never got my lunch. Back then I wrote a review on google but I never followed up on the reply. I did try it again to be disappointed and rip off food good for garbage. The store is at 1909 Mountain Road in Moncton.

Best fried chicken in Moncton

Had my first Mary Browns. Got the Enough for one meal. The mashed potatoes were great, the biscuit was just right, the 2 piece chicken was large and well cooked and it came with a canned soda. I ordered a side of taters which were exquisite and a grilled chicken burger. We however did not enjoy the grilled chicken burger. It had too much onions which was overpowering.

Its worth the 20 minutes it takes me to get here. The staff are always top notch. Happy, friendly and welcoming. Food is always fresh and exactly as ordered, and the dining room has clean and comfortable seating. Its a shame we no longer have more locations.

Disappointed on my last two experiences. Bought the two peice special, which does not have the value of a two piece special, a wing and a thigh. I sent customer service a note, and they basically said that is policy. Their loss. I suggested they might consider charging g a dollar or two more and giving real value.

Ive ordered fried chicken from every possible place in Moncton so I can confidently say Mary Browns is the best! When I order through Skip, it arrives still hot and fresh. I love the consistency. Personally I get the 3 piece spicy chicken+taters+gravy and am always satisfied. Highly recommended to all!

Yikes! Normally, we get chicken sandwiches and tenders from Popeye s these days, but this location was more convenient for us today. So we ordered their special Batter s Box plus a sandwich, tenders and coleslaw. (Apparently no more dill pickle chips.) The chicken was pretty good, the sandwich was okay-ish, the tenders were just okay and the coleslaw was rotten. I don t mean rotten in our opinion, I mean it had turned and was rancid. As bad as it was, as completely foul tasting as it was - the first bite we took and had to spit out gagging - there is NO WAY the restaurant mistakenly gave this to a customer thinking it might just be on the edge. This coleslaw was at least three days past being merely old - this was food poisoning waiting to happen. So, don t respond to me review and say how you d like to fix it UNLESS you are willing to refund my money and mail it to me. Cause I m not going back to Mary Brown s in Moncton again.

The meals were fresh and hot with very little wait time considering how busy they were .realized in parking lot that a misunderstanding cause I mix up they were eager to fix .3 stars for atmosphere only because had we wanted to eat in there were many people waiting which would make an uncomfortable dining jn experience for me . Would give a shout out to associate but did not notice them wearing name tags.but they were friendly and efficient

We went for takeaway, and the wait was short. The interior is clean, but plastic and steel decor. I was hesitant to try this, but I liked it very much. The potato portions are huge!

It wasnt fresh and you can count wages how many you got and biscuits were very dry and couldnt eat at all. Service was really bad, the women who worked in the kitchen were on the phone, she held a phone side of the shoulder. And employees never washed their hands after the washroom went, never smiled, and were never welcomed. Coleslaw is never fresh always.

Every time we visited there order food with expence price, they not worth even one star I cannot go through this unpleasant experience alone. You should all go too. Unfriendly, not fresh food is basic. Service is not good, never welcome the customer, never smile.

EDIT: Gave Mary Browns another try. Tried the $40 Team Feast. Came with 10 pieces chicken can chose flavours from regular, Honey BBQ and spicy, taters or mashed potatoes, salad, gravy and 4 biscuits. This would be better deal if the added 2 me pieces of chicken and 4 pies. Also be nice to get half taters and half mashed potatoes with gravy. Meal with a try, but wont be getting again. On the pricey side. I ordered the $19.96 special this past weekend and I realized that they gave me a small salad instead of a medium. I thought it seemed small when I got home, and was confirmed it was a small in the bottom of the container. The meal even as a special is a bit overpriced for what you get and they still rip you off by giving you a small salad instead of sized advertised. Im knocking the start down one. The rest of my review below still holds. Had Mary Browns fried chicken for the first time. I agree with those who say its better than KFC but I dont think thats saying much. The fried chicken is tasty, but I wish it was less greasy. I dont think they took enough care to drain the grease or whatever the problem is. The taters and macaroni salad were good as well as the Apple pie. Its a little over priced for what you get. It would be nice if they had spicy version of chicken as well. Popeyes tastes better and slightly better value. If you never had Mary Browns before its worth at least a try. Better than spending money at KFC.

Parking lot leaves a bit to be desired for a 3/4 ton service truckus my only negative complaint, not their fault. The food was good, the service was good. Fast, but not so fast it was sitting under a heat lamp for an hour, which i greatly appreciated. Willing to wait a few minutes more for fresh food to be honest.

Amazing service and food from the Mountain Rd location in Moncton. The cashier, a young lady (receipt only has name list as Cashier 1 - dated 10-10-22 at 3:41pm) was so friendly and polite. She answered all our questions and was extremely appreciative of the tip we left. Entire staff was on point and awesome but she being the one we spoke to really blew us away. I wish her name was on the receipt so we could call her out. For our food it was all hot and delicious!! Nashville sandwich, Popins, 2 piece meal and of course those awesome taters. We have not stopped in too often but todays experience will bring us back again soon

Worse experience. Specially staff member (Raghav) very disrespectful, not friendly, very rude behaviour. Food was excellent but because of him I don t want to visit again. I hope owner or manager can take care of him and teach him how to behave.

A guy named Sanket Patel, who being a skip driver went to Mary browns to collect his order without carrying a thermal bag which is the most important rule mentioned by the company. Upon requesting a bag by Raghav, Sanket behaved very rude and yelled on him infront of all the customers. He even threatened him openly and is now making false comments to degrade his image. Just to let you guys know, Raghav kaushal is very friendly and gold hearted person, who is always appreciated and loved by the customers and he himself is the manager of the store :) PS Sanket should accept his mistake and apologize with respect, instead of spreading false words against him.

Absolutely the worst mobile order service I have ever had. The entire point of a mobile order is to skip the line, so I placed a mobile order, went in to collect it, sat through 20 mins of line only to be told I had to come up and tell her to make it. If I had to go order anyways, what was the point in this mobile order service. Nearly 40 mins of waiting for food is unacceptable. This was my first time trying Mary browns, and most certainly also my last. Pop-ins tasted good though.
