Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Moncton

Came in to get a popcorn shrimp combo and a two-piece combo and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my meals, there was probably 20 other people waiting for their orders before me and said they were already waiting 20 minutes before I got there at that point. First time ever eating here and I dont think I will again after waisting 40 minutes to get dry chicken. Also napkins and crumbs where everywhere on the ground and tables.

There is no excuse for forgetting order items. This happens way too much.

Wanted to share a positive review as i would like to appreciate one of the employee not sure her name maybe was Raman , she is such a kind and nice soul, i was impressed by her customer service which usually lacks in all fast food restaurants these days as they r too busy but regardless the fact the store was busy Raman was greeting everyone with a smile and served everyone nicely

Yesterday, I visited popeyes and My experience with front counter girl , Raman was fantastic. She welcomed me with beautiful smile and she nailed with her customer services. Waoo. I ordered 4 piece signature , that was fresh , delecious. I am satisfied with food, staff and their services. Although There was waiting period for at least 15 min but still after that I am happy with food. I like their staff and how they greet people with calmness. They made my day. Must go place......

Very bad experience, My order was very small. They took a 40 min. I missed my urgent work.

Great service by Darren at the drive-thru! I had a quite a lot of orders and she managed to prep them all in time considering she seemed alone at her station

I just received my order and only got my 8 pcs of chicken out of my 8 pcs meal bin trying to call about my order with no answer so what do I do know payed 55 dollars for it. Update I got a hold of the store and they didnt fill the order properly. It sum how becomes the delivery service issue lol jokes dont recommend poor customer service

I recently visited Popeyes and had a fantastic experience! Ramanpreet, one of the employees, went above and beyond with her service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect.

The food is fine, but EVERY single time I order spicy chicken, they never have any ready and tell me to wait, the service and drive-thru are atrociously slow, and they often give you only dark meat even if you ask for mixed.

The garlic honey, chicken wings were really good and the sauce is really sweet. This place was really busy on a Friday night and we did have to wait quite a while but it was good and the staff was nice. The bathrooms were relatively clean. And they do serve Coke zero in the fountain machine.

We stopped this morning, we ordered chicken sandwiches, chicken, strips, mashed potatoes. Biscuits also, service absolutely amazing. Friendly staff and all food was amazing. We also had boneless bites which were amazing size and sauced perfectly. So great food and lovely staff. Thank you for the great service.

Recommending for sure, great place to eat. Customer service is top notch also front staff is nice and friendly especially the girl who served me name Precious helped a lot with menu and flavours. Do make a Visit when you re craving crispy chicken.

I have ordered via Uber and waited like 40 minutes. They lost my order and told me lot of excuses, very bad service. The funny thing is that they gave me another order and I checked it and gave them back. The order was right in front of them but they told me that they already gave them to somebody very very bad service. I will not order from here

Hey, I visited there on sunday evening and I like the customer service at front counter specialy , Lady there- Ruban, I liked her way she helped me. Food was delicious, Fresh. Neat and clean store. The boneless chicken wings were very good, tried the honey garlic and sweet and spice and both were great will be getting then again. They are a little pricy but compared to three littler about off meat you get on a normal boned chicken wing its actually a deal as they are big and good quality cut off meat.

Waited 20 minutes for one person meal, chicken strips and poutine. About a dozen door dash pick ups during my wait. I finally got cold food. Everything was cold. I should have taken it back but I was very hungry and it was late. I guess door dash is their priority, not dine in. Food was nothing special. Staff unfriendly. My first and last meal at Popeyes.

Chicken is less in the salt. I am not sure if the dish is either chicken or just salt with chicken toppings. Popeyes the salty man!!

This place is slow as molasses, too focused on making door dash orders then the orders actually standing in the store . I won t be back here made me wait a hr for my food sat around like a ideot while she made 10 door dash orders

Waited like half an hour for our food. They lost the ticket? Frustrating for sure, but have to admit they made things right by adding a good amount extra to our order at no charge.

Better than KFC!!! This new popeyes franchise did not dissapoint. I had a 2 piece meal, and opted for 1 spicy piece and 1 piece original (which was my favorite). The chicken was really tender, hot and breading was delightful! Their biscuits are tasty and sides are just the right portion. I had mashed potatoes and my partner had Mac n cheese (it was sooo cheesy and rich). Location was new, clean and well kept. Parking lot is tight and service was a tad slow but the food definitely compensated for that. If youre looking for a quick bite and fried chicken in the north end, this is it! Parking: Parking lot is very small and akward layout, not many spots.

I went here yesterday through their drive thru a person makes a mistake while taking order but the guy Chris there deal the situation very well he gave us the desired food he was very kind and nice he made fresh food for us and he personal came to our car to give us our food overall a very good experience with this guy.

Our favorite go-to spot for bonding with housemates, especially when were craving fried chicken. The food is always served piping hot, and the customer service is exceptional. A special shout-out to Manager Lorlyn, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating when taking our order. Highly recommended

Came in with a big family order. The 1st thing I saw was very disturbing a toddler behind the cash. Had to wait over 25 minutes for our order. Even though the food was good and the restaurant clean. The wait and having a small child behind the counter running around is unexceptable

Food is Delicious when you get the Order you paid for. When they make you pay for a 3 person order of 68$ before i used the Doordash Discount from ordering so much. it came to just under 50$ What i got was featured below Looks like maybe what 20-25$ in food from someone else order they delivered me that i didnt want. Skip and Uber would pick up and exchange the meals if i asked but Doordash said nope hes 14$ and forced me to pay for and keep a strangers order. I call Popeyes and unlike every other restaurant ever i get its doordashes issue to sort out all we do is pack the order to which i said was the sole cause of all the issues. still its doordashes issue to sort out 5 days later still waiting for my Refund to clear as it was on a friday they authorized the return finally. You remember that big 14$ after paying 50$ nearly for someone elses meal i didnt want. KFC has never stole from me Mary Browns has never stole from me Dixie Lee has never stole from me. I recommend any of them as great alternatives It aint Popeyes but they give you what you pay for and its good.

Bought a 2 pieces chickens combo and the drumstick piece was black inside. Dont know if the boil the chickens first and fry them. Ask the cashier and ask her if all the chickens look like that and said I dont know. She didnt said will go ask the others employees or sorry about that.

Went on a Saturday at 5PM and waited 45 minutes for 2 combo meals. The place was somewhat busy, but they did not seem understaffed, just disorganised.

The food was good. I ended up getting an extra piece of chicken that I did not pay for which was great although I do still find the prices a little expensive but it s somewhere I will go every now and then I m happy that this restaurant decided to open in Moncton.

Im furious. This location is awful. I go on today, Tuesday the 9, 11:20am. Check your cameras. The disabled guy with the aircast. Im waiting throughout the usual slowness (its fine, I get it) but Im being cut in front of by a couple, I want to let it slide, but she looked right at me and Im thinking gr8 so their order will get filled, ill wait another 13 minutes. Then I hear dark meat only. Last visit wasnt fabulous either, there was religious music playing while I was eating, the chicken and fries tasted like it was fried in fish oil. Its not up to normal Popeyes standards, this location.
