Ordered noodles, got shrimp and veggies. Told that was all they had. Expensive even if it was what you wanted.

The service was slow, but that is because there was only one lady taking orders and serving the food. The food came out separately. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and they brought out szechuan chicken and tried to pass it off as sweet and sour chicken.

Did they change Chefs? Food was bland .. ordered dinner for five. Hardly any beef in the brocoli or chicken in the other dish. Chicken balls were small. Ribs and egg rôlls were ok.

Our first experience in Moncton and the service was fantastic!!

After moving to Moncton 1 year ago we have finally found the worst place to order from. It was $42 thrown in the garbage. It s all bad. The fried won ton is just fried chips, the egg roll has no taste and the chow mein is just horrible, we had to order somewhere else since we couldn t eat a thing from there. Never again.

I had a number 10. The chicken balls were mostly batter and the pineapple sauce and a slightly metallic flavor. the chicken chow main had very little chicken but the veggies were cooked properly. the garlic ribs were tasty but a bit dry, could have used more sauce. the fried rice was good and plentiful. the egg roll was slightly overcooked and very Crispy. I will likely use one of the other Chinese restaurants in the vicinity.

Kim Longs is my all time favorite place to get Chinese. They never disappoint! Love the sweet and sour shrimp, and the rice is the tastest! Price and value is always worth it, and they are always super quick making the food for pick up! Good food for anytime of the week!

I have only been to Kim Long three or four in the last ten years, and my experience there has been truly jolly. You only pay $20.00 and you can eat anything on the menu. You cant get any better deal than that anywhere.

watery, flavourless garbage. Chicken chow mein had no mein and almost zero chicken. Restaurant offered lies instead of solutions. Most of the order was inedible. Maybe the single worst delivery order I have ever experienced.

This is a review of the lunch buffet. The good...staff were very polite and attentive the restaurant was clean. The not so great...very little options to choose from, of which, most of the meat was over cooked with the texture of jerky the chicken balls were dough balls without chicken, everything was battered and deep fried, some of this food came from a box and was not made in house. At the price point of $25/person one would expect several tables of food to choose from. I wouldnt like to compare to pricing from the Mandarin in Ontario...there are 6, 20 tables of food to chose from as well as a deli bar with fresh prime rib, a pizza bar, a sushi bar and a soup & salad bar...all for the price of $26.99 for their lunch buffet which also included seafood. Their food is fresh and delicious. Do better Kim Long. I will not be returning.

This place has an amazing buffet. Food is perfect if its supposed to be crispy it is. Fried rice is perfect. Everything was great.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Ordered Wonton Soup. PAID $0.40 FOR UTENSILS. PAID $0.40 FOR A PAPER PLATE. They send the order with a fork and knife. NO PLATE NO SPOONS. IDIOTS.

I got the special wonton soup. Not flavourful. One shrimp. The wontons hardly had meat in them. I got the fried wontons. There was no meat in them. So unimpressed. Would never recommend.

Decent little place, our waitress was fantastic and food is good.

We visited for the first time in a long time and the food continues to be amazing, fresh and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Having recently relocated closer to the restaurant will mean lots of visits in my near future!

Food in the buffet is very tasty, but a bit on the greasy side. Fried rice was mushy. Variety is decent, but dessert selection was lacking. Some fruit (orange slices, canned fruit), and some mini cakes and pastries would make a huge difference. Waitress (young lady) was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

This was always my favorite place to eat. However over the last 6 months its gone downhill. Rice is clumpy, chicken wings are hard as a rock, and taste of leftovers. The chicken balls were so hard, I couldnt even cut through with a knife. Very disappointed as the food was wonderful before and now is not edible. After 4 yrs of eating there, Im looking for a new restaurant that serves fresh food.

Had a Phenomenal Supper there today! Food was Excellent! It was busy , and Natalie (hope I have that correct) was amazing - she was looking after everyone, from setting tables, getting drinks, taking phone orders & getting customers their take out orders. Went there for the all you can eat buffet but at 5:15pm it was already closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Horrible customer service she wanted to argue with me over the phone about our wrong order, order is always wrong, sauces are only half full, no soy sauce or plum sauce in bag, no forks or chopsticks. Would not recommend

The food was just OK. The rice was the worst. It had no egg, no chicken, and it was made that day so it wasnt even the texture of chicken fried rice. Just mush. The ribs were OK, very dry but good. The chicken balls need more chicken. 75 percent batter to 25 percent chicken ball is not fair. Egg roll was OK but you need to add spring rolls to your menu as thats what I wanted and didnt get cause you didnt have it on your menu. Ill order it again but no rice., it was gross.

Called Kim Longs at 530, was told it was a 30 minute wait. No problem i make my way in about 40 minutes after my order was placed and waiting in the restaurant for another 50 minutes. Very unprofessional, over promised and under delivered when I got 2 kids waiting at home for food.

Wasnt the best. Service was not good, had to ask for water. Then waiter never came back to table. Food was not fresh. Rather dried out and very salty.

Kim Long serves up above average Chineas and Vietnamese food as a whole, a 3.5 stars under normal circumstances, however theyre hyper friendly customer service, competitive pricing, and absolutely delicious tender scrumptious fried rice put them above. With a little extra work this place could easily be a 5. I will return here when I have the craving for this food again for the fried rice alone.

Small place friendly atmosphere buffet items are hot and fresh. Do not let the small amounts on buffet table fool you as they continuous refill this keeps food hotter and fresh for you. Prices are reasonable as well and the staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

We called to place an order and were told it was too much work to make a combination plate with chow main, moo goo guy pan and rice. They were super rude on the phone. We won t go there again. We were willing to pay extra and other restaurants had no problems with this.

Not a great night! We had to go ask for water after 15 minutes as we take pills with supper. The food was scarce at the buffet table and less than warm. We have been there before and this was the worst. Would not recommend. Disappointment.

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Moncton, great price and quality! Chicken Balls and Fried Chicken rice are the best in town for sure. The only negative feedback is the buffet price, should be a little bit lower.

I LOVE this restaurant. When it comes to have my favorite dish, won tong soup, beef and broccoli and chicken balls, this is the only place I order them as they outstand all the other chinese restaurant in the area. I recommend it to all my friends and family visiting from Quebec, they all love it!

Just ordered szechaun from there.. this is how gross it was.. in fairness it was one hair but it broke in two when I tried to pull it out !!

The buffet here was divine. A lot of good selections. This is a small unassuming little spot but I really think its a hidden gem. The facility was neat and clean. The staff were wonderful. Recommended.

I have found this place to be average for the food and for me Im just around the corner so its convenient. I havent been at a Chinese food place in moncton as if yet that would give 4 stars to because of a combination of cleanliness, service, updates/renovations, customer service and price.

But also expensive arrived at 4pm buffet was starting to be filled up.after about 20 mins everything that was going to come out.dessert options are low 2 cakes 2 jello and a small insert of fruit salad they need more options for the dessert. Had a bad experience with the tea it tasted horrible It must have been sitting there all day long. Buffet needs to be cheaper for the amount you get.

Waited for buffet to be replenished they never had all the choices available. Tables and chairs were very sticky and dirty.

We went for the evening buffet. Accustomed to buffets in the Montreal region, we found that the choice was not there. The food was passable. On the other hand, the staff offers good service. When traveling I will abstain.

it was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant in my life . Empy dishes, dried out food, when more fried rice was added was mush and tasted spoiled. Chicken balls were to hard inside to cut with a knife, beef and brocholi had brown brocholi, spare ribs were hard and old tasting.. We left our plates full and still were charged 35$ for two. Not recomended. Washrooms were filthy

My girlfriend and I have been touring the east coast and found ourselves a tad peckish on a Monday night in Moncton. Decided to indulge in the cultural mosaic this beautiful city has to offer with a dinner buffet at Kim longs. We arrived 2 hours before closing and the buffet had been packed away. Not being the picky type, we decided to order off the menu. The first three consecutive items I ordered were shot down by the tired looking waitress, mentioning that they no longer had it in stock. By the third item being shot down we decided to leave and went to the Swiss Chalet across the street. There the food was fresh and delicious, the service was fast, friendly and more than accommodating. My girlfriend and I ended up having a lovely evening. 10/10 would go back to Kim Longs.

Too expensive for what it is. No air conditioning. No liquor license. Food was ok. I will not be returning.

I really find this to be a convenient spot to go eat when I find myself at Crandall. Some of the pork was overly salty, but I will still be back.
