Very good Cdn Chinese food! Generous servings and ready when picked up. Large variety too on the menu.
The food / service and prices are all very good. in fact in New Brunswick, this would be the only place that I would buy Chinese food. However, it’s definitely not an Eden experience if you like real cat knees food this is a place to go and they have the Most authentic chicken fried rice (No Peas or Corn or over cooked rice) Just And nice firm rice With lots of chicken, a few bean sprouts and green onion garnish). if I had one suggestion, I would suggest they open for lunch hour rather than at 3 PM
Probably worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long time the food tasted sour , chicken balls were over cooked, chicken in rice was hard, spare ribs were dry , beef and brocolli well should Just be brocolli with only 3 pieces of beef in it , chow mein was mushy and barely No sprouts. Used to eat here quite often , that’s the second time it’s like this should have learned and not wasted my money twice, 70$ down the drain , it all went to the garbage. So dissapointing !!!

Used to be our favorite "hole in the wall" Canadian style Chinese food place in Moncton for over a decade, but quality and service have gone way down hill. The rice is greasy and the chicken balls are so overcooked the chicken is crunchy (and not in a good way). With their higher prices now on top of it everything else, I would suggest going elsewhere. We sure will.
I have been frequenting this place since the family opened over 40 yrs ago. I was a teenage cashier at the time. There food is amazing, no comparison to any other. Believe me, we have tried many places in the last 40 yrs. Sun Sun is by far our favorite....
Love the Sun Sun, portion sizes and taste is great and price friendly. I'll definitely be going back. I'd like to see them go back to the egg rolls they used to serve before. They were much better in taste had more flovor vs spicy 🔥
Picked up my order Combo 1 the chicken chow mein was horrible way too many onions cabbage etc barely any bean sprouts. Don’t get me started on the chicken. The chicken fried rice chicken was rock solid and the chicken in the chow mein almost looked like old ham that was diced almost had a pinkish red colour too it. I guess for $11.42 that’s what ya get…

In my opinion, I think they have the best chinese food in Moncton.
Dirty, greasy, with dead flies all over the bathroom. We did not even stay long though to order food.

If its Chinese food youre craving, look no further. Their food is absolutely amazing, its second to none. Their portion sizes are also second to none. We only tried Sun Sun for the first time a few months ago, but we will not go any place else. If youre going to order you may want to call ahead, because it is sure to be busy. Parking: They only have limited parking, perhaps six or seven parking spaces
We always get x2 combo #8....they are great in quality and quantity... Thus far,no complaints.
The food is tasty, inexpensive, and easy on the stomach. I love the traditional Chinese decorations in the dining area; they are so beautiful to look at. Service was friendly and prompt.

Had a hair in my meal ..long and brown.. but they told me it was my own hair.. (I have red hair and short on top of everything! ) bathroom is dirty and downstairs..not really nice for challenged or handicapped people.. never again..
I absolutely love their Chinese Food. I always call and pick up . I find their dishes are always fresh, tasty, plentiful and delicious . Been a customer of theirs for 40 years. Have never been disappointed.

I rated one star because each new year eve we have been ordering from sun sun, family tradition. Since i was at university 30 years ago...and what the ... they are not going to be open on december 31st....this year.. what is going on...!!! I am sooo sad.

Alright food, not great but not bad.... my biggest issue was I didn t care for the noodles, I prefer chow mein noodles and they use chop suey style. Otherwise it was good...

For so many years for me whose the great Chinese food I have, but for the last two times order very bad over cook, to salty ai am so disappointed because I have to go get my Chinese food somewhere else.
I dont frequently eat Chinese food, but when I do, Sun Sun is my preferred place. The quality has always been consistent, service is excellent. Ive been eating Sun Sun a few times a year for the last 15+ years and Ive never had a single complaint. Whether it be eat in or take out, the food is always fresh and delicious.

The food was yummy and to my surprise when I asked for the chef to make it spicy as per my wifes liking.. it was indeed spicy and she loved it... P.S. she is someone who will carry Indian green chillies along with her to ensure her spicy taste buds are fulfilled... So a big thumbs up to this place!

Loved the food here, thought of trying some Chinese cuisine on my first day in Moncton and i m glad we tried the food here! The taste was yummy and since we asked for food to be cooked in spicy sauce, it was exactly spicy enough for my Indi taste buds to appreciate! The host here is also very polite and courteous, she was indeed very helpful in suggesting options to go for!

Just ordered take out, specifically told the lady on the phone if she can put napkins and cutlery in the bag, multiple times, as we were going to eat it on the road. She said definitely can be done as it s a normal thing for restaurants to give napkins out. Went to pick up my order, confirmed 3 times if napkins are in the bag which was stapled shut, again the lady said yes everything is in the bag. Didn t have time to check it as we had to leave quickly as we were travelling, trusting the server. Nothing. Just here lying to the customers or just don t want to give napkins to the customers with food anymore ? Disappointed

Great food and service. Fast delivery. The regular delivery man is very kind and I enjoy our chats. Tipped him a decent amount and after 10 minutes he showed up at my door to ask if I made a mistake on the tip once he saw it. I didnt. Sweet man!

Dont Judge a Book by its cover (Or in this case restaurant exterior) Sun Sun has been around forever and the reason they have been around forever is due to their amazing food. Ordering Take-Out and the food arrives very hot. Did I mention its amazing food? For me its the best Chinese food in the Greater Moncton Area.
They told us it would be an hour or two and they would call us that was unacceptable to me. They should have taken so many orders and then shut down place until they got caught up I didnt like the service at all it wasnt good
One of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in town, their food is always hot and excellent, been going here for quite a while and dont think I ever had any major issues maybe a cup of sauce missing once and something not done as requested once but most time everything is done correctly. And the good part they are normally open later than the other Chinese food place.
Great food! Friendly service! Only feedback would be to NOT put the chow mein on top of rice. Pretty much ruined 3/4 of my rice. Ive heard lots of similar complaints. Most restaurants will put the chicken balls on top of the rice (or put the chicken balls in a separate bag, with the egg roll) and use one of the container sections for the chow mein)

This is the kind of Chinese food Ive been looking for since moving here! Hot, flavorful, great portions, and huge variety of combination selections! Will be honest thought this place looked super sketchy from the outside but several friends sweetie by it and they were absolutely right, great food and will definitely be ordering again. Highlight of my order: sweet and sour shrimp, great batter and sauce!

Food was good, egg rolls threw me for a loop crunchy on the outside mushy almost paste like on the inside. And the chow mein is not chow mein its chop suey, it did not come with noodles.
5/5 for the portion. The chicken fried rice can be better but the pork fried rice is a must.

Sun Sun is good place. I get the take out when i order Sun Sun. The Number 4 with an extra egg roll is traditionally the order i get and wonton soup at the side. The wonton soup is truly good and very full in substance.

Normally me and my family always order sun sun when getting Chinese, it has always tasted great and was fresh. But lately their chow main has been very dry the past 2 times we ordered, not sure why.

The food is good...its what you expect as Canadian Chinese food...portions good also. However, one of my favourites is wonton soup and its out if stock(wth!)more often then its in stock. I dont get it.....if its a big seller....MAKE MORE! Such dissapointment....time and again. And the interior....needs major cleanup/updating. After so many decades of a successful business....the owners should put some back into the atmosphere of the dine-In experience. PLEASE PLEASE remove vaccuum, brooms snd mop/bucket from the dining room. Very gross.

Update, they always have my favorite soup now so moving my review to a 5. Love this place. MAKE MORE SOUP. Drives me insane calling at 4pm and there is none left. You have lost my business repeated times as you had no soup. Food is good but come on.
