Overall my experience is good.

Worst customer service. The old lady infront who took my ordered was so rude. The hashbrown they served is old not fresh at all.

I don t have any personal grudges but one of the team member always look and said something to his coworker and it s so embarrassing. I don t know what type of customer service is this .. like we just ask for ketchups and they just throw in front of us .Its really disgusting

Waited in line patiently to place my order, staff behind the cash didnt greet me. asked another associate to take over and walked away. Second associate started to help out the people behind me without greeting me or acknowledging me. He made eye contact with me but still ignored me. I m ok with waiting, I m ok with people going in front of me, it happens. But being ignored like I wasn t there? That was too much. I had to walk out before I said something.

I dont usually review fast-food places but the service was so outstanding here that I would highly recommend this location. The young man (with piercings running the till at 430ish on the 19th) was super friendly and helpful. Despite the busy restaurant he worked fast and was very kind.

Always great

this location refuses to provide a 2 sugar coffee thru drive-thru. Every time i go thru, the lady rings black with 2 sugars. When told i dont want black, they argue with me, and i still only get black. I have spoken with mangament and requested they stop keying in Black when its not stated by the customer as its resulting in me getting an incorrect coffee. Management informed me that sugar dissolves in very hot coffee, and i am mistaken about it being black. Avoid this location at all cost as they care not of the customer experience.

Terrible service and wait times for inside... Just getting a few things while one worker is doing cash and 4 people doing nothing but talking in the drive thru with no cars... Someone could be a little more helpful to the one person working cash

Overall good service and friendly staff, however I find the website misleading as it says open 24 hours but that only applys to the drive through.

Hot beverages are about the only thing worth getting at this location. For the past several months, any time I have ordered any type of food, 95 percent of the time it just ends up in the garbage. I mean, who wants a breakfast wrap that has more Chipotle sauce than it does egg or bacon? Or a breakfast sandwich that the English muffin is partially cooked at best?

I thought I would do the express orders to beat the lines. However they are never ready, and it always takes additional time to find my order slip. There is no need to have one cashier serve the entire restaurant, whilst drive-thru is walking with no orders. I have walked out after waiting 20 minutes in a line up. Can an employee not jump on the other till to relieve the line up?

They put no sugar in my coffees and there was a drug addiction guy threatening people with a knife

Got a breakfast wrap this morning, and it was awful. Was not grilled and tasted weird. I threw up on my way home after eating it. I have gotten these from this location several times and I have never been sick from it. Do better Tim Hortons!

Staff was friendly Relatively clean

Tims is a must-do for every trip to Canada. We get some pretty much every day were here. I recommend the French vanilla or iced capp as drinks, they also do oatmilk so its accessible for more people! All the baked goods are super yummy but I especially like the honey cruller and the maple dipped donut. Staff sometimes are very new or do not understand or speak English super well but weve always been able to order.

So far the only one in the area that actually give the right order. Thumbs up

Love my Timmies, average Tims drive through, fresh products. edit: was in today june 19th, coffee was good, but it i went to the washroom. oh my goodness, the toilet was full unable to flush, my shoes were clicking from the urine on the floor. i will never graze the doors of this place again.

The usual. Theyve become a vending machine with people handing you your order.

Most of the places are dirty and the staff has no clue what theyre doing. I always miss something no matter what coffee I order and if you complain about it they getting pissed of and rude ! The last one yelled at me.. its not my job to know how to do the coffee.. Im the customer and I pay for my coffee so please give me my god damn coffee the way its supposed to be! I try to avoid Tim Hortons.. its not worth it anymore..

Made me wait for the rice which was understandable, but then they got my order wrong and then they gave me cucumber and tomatoes even though I requested no tomatoes and cucumbers.

This was a disgusting place, never again...the girl half ways cleaned every table with the same cloth, then proceeded to take garbage out of one can to fill up another with no gloves on, then as she touched everything with her dirty hands, then grabbed the dirty cloth she just wiped the tables with, to clean her hands with, then she went out of my line of sight but pretty sure she started helping orders behind cash without washing hands, never again will I step foot in this place, I was told it was the dirtiest one in moncton, now I know why

I ordered a farmers wrap with egg and cheese only. I ordered from the app so I assumed that there won t be any miscommunication. They not only put bacon on my wrap they put extra bacon and there was shell on the egg. Horrible service. They just don t care about how they prepare food for customers.

Its third time they did this to me i asked for plain croissant grilled with jam which means cut croissants in half grill it and put jam inside but idk why they just give it to me on side if i am paying you full amount of money why cant they serve what i asked for? If you dont want to work go home It happened with me at today around 12:10pm

The staff at the counter is a trainee. He was a bit slow but he is not rude and prepared the all our orders perfectly. It was nice that they posted about it so customers will know.

I ordered 6 smile cookies, a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a coffee. The chicken was gross, very obvious it had been made a long time before my arrival and kept warm or heated up for my order. The 6 smile cookies werent the holiday flavored ones, and nobody said anything. Not only that, but they put them in bags, not a box, so all the icing just stuck to the bags. Absolutely a waste of money and disappointment to everyone I bought a cookie for. Nobody wants to sit there and try to peel icing off a bag. Kind of the opposite effect a smile cookies is supposed to have.

There is a guy at this Tims that I will not name but he is very angry most of the time. For instance: I wanted a grilled cheese and it was burnt. So I gave it back. I also wanted the bacon to be extra crispy so I asked. Then the guy said Its already precooked well I KNOW I just wanted it to be crispy! That was yesterday today I ordered another grilled cheese. And when I went to pick it up the guy said... There was this customer yesterday that I told the bacon was already precooked. THEN HE LAUGHED! So I confronted him. He left me alone after that.

Its not 24hrs

I just go at drive tru at 6:20 nearby . I ask for 2 farmers wrap and 3 everything bagels with cream cheese and butter but they just handed me bagels with nothing on it . I came after long shift get so disappointed when I go home and Check And there is nothing to discuss more

Great spot, nice and large, good queueing line setup. Heavy focus on drive through, 3-4 people and only one on cash, taking orders and making/bagging her own orders. Our service was fast but the two people waiting behind us would have had a bit of a wait.

Vegetarian options: Thay always get my order wrong and all it is lg 3x3 with cream and lg 3x3 with milk I dont know why

Most times the staff are friendly and competent but other times they are so rude and cant seem to get your order right. I understand that it is very hard to get staff that are willing to work but I am in the service industry and I would never, nor would it be permitted for me to be rude and as unwelcoming to customers because they are requesting ( very nicely) to have their order corrected. I am never rude to service people because being in the industry and knowing that most places are understaffed right now, I try to be understanding but I think perhaps some customer service training is recommended.

They forget to come bring my coffee that I other 25 minutes after. The most popular coffee that they sell and they dont have it ready( dark roast)

I definitely would like to recommend the Candy Cane products this season! They taste great, and definitely makes it festive for the holidays coming around! Kid-friendliness: Tim Hortons had always been kid friendly from every location I visited. Although some coffee options may appeal to kids, there are still plenty of options available! Wheelchair accessibility: This location has doors for people in wheelchairs!

It was ok alot of kids just standing around had to get my tea remade it was a coffee at first and they didnt have a great selection of donuts for the time of day it was like 4:30 pm but overall not bad for a Tims
