How unfortunate does it feel when you spend your money and not get what you paid for. When i got burned potato Wedges for the first time i disregarded but i cannot now it’s the third time i got charred wedges which is not acceptable.
Every time we go to the tim hortons on St george blvd. There always nothing on the shelfs to buy and to wait to get service is not acceptable.
I ordered online and they didn’t even know i ordered until i told them and it took a whole 30 mins just for a wrap that was missing its main ingredient, “rice”. 😕
We were there last night tables were extremely dirty and wed morning at 630 we went for a coffee sat down in same place tables not clean form the night before but that all the rims.
I am absolutely livid about the appalling treatment I received from Senior Operations Corporate Manager Amy V. at Tim Hortons. While having lunch, I used the men's restroom and attempted to wash my hands like any normal person would. However, the sink was broken—a clear health and safety violation. Left with soap-covered hands, I tried to quickly step into the women's restroom to rinse them off. That's when Amy V., displaying shocking unprofessionalism, screamed at me, saying I couldn't use the women's restroom to wash my hands. This supposed manager offered no alternative solution, leaving me in an uncomfortable and unsanitary situation. I'm astounded that Tim Hortons corporate would employ someone with such poor judgment and complete lack of customer service skills. This experience was infuriating and unacceptable! Typical automated reply after a serious health and safety violation. I ensured every single governmental organization in NB knew about this health and safety violation in your 3rd world standart facility. Rather than an apologize, and alternative to wash my hands, Your corporate employee belittles me, store manager asks isn't there a Hand sanitizer there? Are you a 3rd world standart restaurant?
Strictly a drive through first and foremost, but this allows them to be really focused on doing it right, accurately, and fast. Nice place to go especially with some of the most fun staff across all of the Timmie's.
Ordered through the app using my reward points + money and when I got to the location it was closed and under construction. Contacted online support and they said they won't refund people anymore and that I need to go to the location and talk to the manager and it's through their discretion if I get a refund. I would end up losing money just to get a refund if I have to drive there to do it. (I've had multiple issues with several Tim Horton's getting app orders wrong with incorrect/missing items. Nothing is ever done to remedy it)
Really bad experience, Every-time i come get a coffee but they always mess it up my order. I always order French vanilla with quarter coffee in it. Sometimes they just give straight coffee or just FV. Even today i went there ordered same coffee and got some food. I just took a sip and i asked the employee working at the drive thru that Can you please make a new one. She seems rude and gave me the same coffee just by changing the lids,by the time i realized i came back home. Indian lady really they dont care about customers. I spent money but still i am getting what i wanted. Really disappointing!!

Convenient location with a relatively quick drive through. Standard Tims offering the usual fair. Shell gas bar and car wash adjacent next door. Location tends to get busy at times due to a heavy traffic location.

Place is under construction and they have a mobile drive thru set up. The mobile isnt open, the restaurant isnt open, and there are zero signs or posts about being closed. People have been following the cones and signs, driving up for the last 45 minutes to sit at the mobile drive thru window just to be yelled at by construction workers that its not open and to go away. Not a good look.
New favourites are the white hot chocolate and the walnut Crunch donuts. Could use more walnuts in that donut.
You need to teach your staff about cross contamination I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich on a everything bagel through drive thru. I watched through the window put a sausage on it. When brought to the window it suppose to be bacon I watched her take the sausage off and add the bacon. I am highly allergic to sausage. Other then that the service is always great and speedy. They just need to keep in mind about cross contamination I know there is always a chance but in this case there should have been a zero chance of it happening if made properly

The service there was not prompt whatsoever I asked for a coffee with a shot of expresso and I stood behind the counter in front of the counter I mean and seeing that they didnt pour anything into my coffee no espresso whatsoever and theres lots of times in every Tim Hortons when I asked for dark Rose it taste watery so I dont know I might give up on Tim hortons. Ive been drinking it for too long anyways its not good for you

Go in on the second last day of the roll up the rim promotion to try my chances, when I ordered not once was I asked to scan my tims card and once I noticed she said its too late. Disappointed in the service.
We were waiting at the drive-thru which didnt move for at least 15 minutes. We went back to order. The waitress didnt know how to make iced coffee and only gave cream with ice in a glass. The donut lost all its glaze before we could eat it. We ended up getting out before the drive-thru had even moved forward. Very VERY bad experience.

They didn t wanted to serve sandwich even the store was open. Reason they turned off and cleaned the grill machine 2 hours early before closing. As far as I know, they must provide service if the store is open. It was 8pm and store closes at 10pm. Highly dissatisfied with this store and that was my last visit at that store. I would never visit this store again.
Just like most of the other Tim Hortons Ive been to, the employees deserve a huge applause for their dedication and hard work. Just with every Tim Hortons the drive thru is busy plus theres customers inside, and these people do a pretty great job at managing everything and keeping the customers happy. The atmosphere Ive felt the same in almost all the Tim Hortons nothing special here in this location. But one suggestion to Tim Hortons in general would to add some veg items in the menu.
I cant give a 0 after standing there for 5 min with no one even glancing my way to take my order but was some nice to see 4 people working that drive through. I gave up and walked out
Dont expect to be able to get any food items after 4-5 pm. They never have donuts or products in the evening. Why advertise items you dont even sell?

I ve been coming to this important for 10 years and in the left two months I have no idea what s going on but 25 minutes the drive-through is unacceptable! I never write complaints but come on!

Asked for a Boston Cream Donut, took a few minutes since they were being iced. The employee then threw it in a paper bag, which was covered in icing, and the donut was glued to the bag as well. Who serves that to someone ? They did throw the icing-covered bag in a second bag (to hide the mess?), thanks I guess?

Great location!! Definitely a busy Tims. During peak this place lacks. I ordered through the app and still waited. There was training going on. Convenient, clean and friendly Parking: Big lot, share with gas station. Lots of room

This is one of the best locations in Moncton. Staff are all friendly, and coffee is fairly consistent. Parking: Very large parking lot. However sometimes at peak hours can be fairly full with trucks as it is close to one of the industrial parks. Kid-friendliness: What kid doesnt enjoy picking out their favorite donut? Tim Hortons is for any age, kids included. Wheelchair accessibility: They have automatic door buttons and the sidewalk is graded so anyone in a wheelchair has a spot to get onto the sidewalk and access the door buttons

Good location but its very very busy till afternoon so make sure you place your order ahead before you reach, like order on tim app. Vegetarian options: Vegi options are available all you have to ask the crew members. Parking: Very big plaza, having 20 plus parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious for wheelchair accessible.
First time visiting this Tims, and I wont go back. We waited for over 5 minutes at the front counter with a line behind us, before two individuals working at the front counter were arguing on who was going to serve.. both of them walked away and there was nobody there. We didnt even get greeted with a hello or well be right with you which is very unprofessional when your staff are the face of a business. Finally we turned and walked out, this was around 3:00-4:00p.m.

Tim Hortons at Magnetic Hill have the best tea. I think its the water. The staff are all very friendly.
Used to be good but when no one can understand you when you order something on the menu and you dont get the right thing whats the point. Food service is just a game of roulette. You may get what you want or you may not.

Just happened to be really slow in the drive through. By circumstance Im sure. BUT may have been cause it was close to 4pm where new shifts start on the industrial park and people dont want to put their mask on and go in. If i would have went in or it been a different time Im sure the wait time would have been better.
Generally a clean well maintained coffee shop with decent service, pending who is on duty, and how busy it is at the time of arrival... some of the younger frt end staff are lacking motivation and drive, but they have a couple ladies who are truely wonderful, very proficient, and have great customer service ... as far as the stores other products go,( food orders) my co-staff fall prey to daily challenges as to getting their orders done correctly, again pending whos working the prep/food counter, but ultimately they get what they ordered correctly in the end... i stick to coffee as its just faster and easier for me, and less time consuming... over all a daily morning stop before heading out on our work day !!

Slow service, low staffed, bad service most of the time. When they have good people working they have barely enough to cover. We go to this one cause its close to us and every time lately I get sick from their food and drink. Gotta start going to a different one.
