Well most of the time it is good but there are 50 ^% of the time there's 4 people just standing around doing nothing but talking to each other while there is like 6 to 10 people waiting to be served not professional business.
Use to be really great service when the original crew was there when 1st. Opened and managed by Viki it was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but now 1 ⭐is to much. The food is not good service is terrible the management is worst then terrible. There only as good as there leader and that's to great..their as slow as death there rude don't smile not friendly at all. It's sad cuz it use to be a great friendly ppl. good food, coffee was the best & service was fast. But not no more.. use to be very clean but not no more.. and Tim''s is suppose to be a coffee shop not a restaurant & sadly the ppl. That just want a coffee & a donut has to wait for ppl. That want to use it as a restaurant & not what it should be a coffee shop. If u want a meal go to a restaurant not coffee shop. Pretty bad when I can go to McDonald's and get or A&W witch is a restaurant &/or fast food place to get my coffee way quicker then I can at what is suppose to be a coffee shop. I never thought I'd ever see the day that Tim Hortons would be serving Pizza. What's next hamburgers and french fries.. I think u should slow down on all these different kinds of food so the ppl. That just want A coffee & don't have time to wit for other ppl. Ordering meals or make a 2nd. Line or ppl. That are just there for the coffee & also stop coming up with these stupid ideas that keeps slowing down ur service like making coffee one at a time cuz u put ur coffee in a threesome witch is slowing down every part of making a cup of coffee...it's much better if u can pour the coffee: stir at the same time.
I went in person and I asked lady if they had white hot chocolate and she said yes and they still give me the wrong order. They give me regular hot chocolate and their excuse is maybe she didn’t hear me. Than why say yes that you have white hot chocolate and give me wrong order. This is why I don’t like going to Tim’s.

We usually stop for donuts and coffee, but since it was noon, we opted for a chicken salad and steak biscuit. Wow, very impressive. So delicious! Of course, we took some donuts to go.
Thiss was the worst most horrible tims I've ever been to, there unprepared, they take entirely way to long I had to raise my voice to get there attention n tell em I haven't recieved my food yet but here 5 people came in n out served ..like wow never again will I come here
I just 'discovered' Tim Horton and I must say: the quality of their items is just great. Once again we had their sandwiches, besides doughnuts and the pumpkin spiced latte. This location is down the road from the Magnetic hill and due to the cold weather fortunately was not as busy as you would expect in summer time. This area changed immensely from the way it was a few decades ago when no one knew about the Magnetic hill and now everything is so commercialised.
I can never get what I want from this location they're constantly running out of menu items. I'm astounded that a coffee and donut shop will run out of donuts at noon and still be open for another 9 or 10 hours telling customers that they can't have food they are willing to pay for. Pretty sure I read somewhere that Tim Hortons is struggling. Here's a thought, make sure you have product to sell your customers... Today as of 12:15 p.m. they had no apple fritters. They also didn't have the Easter donut so I got the other special donut. As you can see in the picture it's Special in that all of the icing is now stuck to the inside of a paper bag.
Twice a week in the morning we get our breakfast/coffee (as it s on our way to our workplace) and they always mess up our order.
Ive ordered a BLT from here a few times and they never put mayo on it. So today I asked can you make sure theres mayo on it? and they responded yes, mayo comes with the sandwich. Well low and behold, theres no mayo on it. Very frustrating
Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. It was about 4:00pm on a week night. 2 cars ahead of me. Waited, Waited, waited and waited. No one ever served me. Ive never had that experience at a Tim Hortons before. Im a pretty patient person, but this was crazy. I just drove away and saw some staff looking out the window at me seeming all bewildered. Strange experience. Not sure how to post another review - but I go to this location today (for the last time) and Im the ONLY vehicle in the drive-thru. I ask for 10 timbits with no chocolate please. They repeat it back to me. I get my order and open the timbits and to my surprise, chocolate.....unbelievable.

This is hands down the FASTEST Tim Hortons drive thru in the morning. Its honestly impressive!
Long waiting time with only 2 Tim workers serving the morning rush. Very disappointed. All the focus was on the drive through and no one for walk-ins.
Cashier called me a maam when Im a guy. I was already having a bad day.
There turkey bacon club is the cheapest combo around lots of turkey its a decent sandwich and drink for under 10 bucks

I like this Tim Hortons, better than another one
Service is always so slow no matter how much time you give yourself, this Tim Hortons takes forever. Tim Hortons is known for fast service but I can say this isnt the case here at all. Not only this Tim Horton, I hit a few in town and theyre all the same. Theres no sense of urgency in the staff at all, even when theres a huge line waiting. Typically people should spend at least 5-15mins at Tims, but here you spend 15-30mins. If youre in a rush, dont go to any tims. McDonalds way faster.

Good food, welcoming staff, grubby environment. Looking through to the kitchen area everything looked grubby, less than clean. On arrival at our booth the seat was covered in crumbs; the adjacent window sill and wall had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. I expect greater cleanliness where I eat food.
This was Tim Hortons on Mountain Rd. The food was good,it usually is at any Tims but the service was terrible slow. All the doors were dirty with fingerprints,looks like that hadnt been cleaned in a while,the bathroom wasnt very clean either.
This place has terrible service, the employees are very rude, I do not recommend this place at all.

Me: No, Medium coffee with cream Tim s employee: ok takes coffee out of sight, I assume she s making a new one then hands me coffee. I drive away. She added cream to the coffee she made wrong in the first place and handed it to me. Unreal.

Waited 20 min in the drive through before leaving the guy in the window was standing there leaning on the counter called to talk to the supervisor the phone was left on the counter stayed on the phone for over 5min waiting will definitely be contacting the main office wish I could give half a star

Placed an order that cost us $30 and received very poor service and unsatisfactory food. After paying and waiting for nearly 10 minutes they then inform us that they do not have what we ordered. So we make the change and decide on something else (bagel with cream cheese). They brought us a plain toasted bagel. Our coffees were wrong. I have had nothing but a terrible experience at this specific location. It had been a while since I was here so I thought I would try again, nothing has changed. Very disappointed.

This is a coffee shop that rarely has coffee. We have gone several times and no dark roast ready a few times we ve even pain then they tell us and we are out the money. You are a coffee shop you should have coffee ready.

This location has the slowest service and least attentive staff of any Tim Hortons Ive ever been to.
Its a Tims, fairly busy. Staff is friendly but like every store, theyre frazzled, underpaid, and very understaffed. The corporation who owns all the stores in Moncton, Corey Craig Enterprises, has a decades long reputation for poor employee relations, massive employee churn and arrogant, inept upper management. If they didnt have the Tim Horton name, theyd have gone broke long ago

This place is just too good to not go to. its a quick drive a couple of streets down, and even my son could walk there in a matter of minutes. they serve amazing crispy chickens, my favorite thing on the menu, and my son loves their farmers wraps. the service is pretty quick and high quality, and Im very happy that Tim Hortons has stepped up their game in the past 2 years, with both menu options and taste.

I come here a few times a week. My food is always great and many employees Ive spoke with were kind. But sometimes Ill end up speaking with someone who isnt entirely friendly. I dont blame them, though. Seems like a draining job.

I have been there many times as I live behind it but they get my order wrong sometimes. I always get an iced coffee with two sugar but they either take sugar away or just don t add it, or when I ask for a iced cap they give me a iced coffee. I have gotten a wrap three times now and all three times my chicken was under cook and still pink, today both my chicken and bacon were under cooked. I didn t say anything about the drink as I have social anxiety but y all need to fully cook the chicken and bacon.
Employees are not fast in cleaning their tables. It wasnt busy.
Not impressed with Tims new donut Dream, got one for my daughter and myself paid $1.99 for a drop of Carmel in the center of it. Not worth the Price will not buy again!!!
