ordered online special buy 6 piece get 6 piece bogo, ordered around 755pm app said ready at 815, arrived for pickup, said it would be 12 more minutes, 845 still not ready, after 1/2 hour waiting got disgruntled, asked about order & fthey gave me 9 piece of chicken & 3 tender as they had no chicken apparently , finally got home & had 9 thighs undercooked & 3 tenders overcooked; had to cook the chicken 20 minutes in oven to make edible, got pictures of the grease dripping out of them but to gross to post
We placed a huge order (14 double meals plus big sides) with no heads up and all was ready in 20min (or less)! The service was amazing! The food cooked to perfection! Our team was very happy with the delicious, fresh and warm chicken! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!!!
Extremely awkward atmosphere. When you first come in, the menu is across from the counter. This means you have your back to the cashier as you look at the menu. Then on top of that, there is zero music. It's dead silent. This wouldn't be such a big deal, but as I'm sitting here at 1:40pm on Nov 21st I can hear the manager talking down to her employees, threatening write ups. She is currently talking extremely badly about an employee who called in sick on Monday. She is extremely unprofessional.
This was my first visit, and the service was terrible. I'm disappointed that even my kids noticed how poorly we were treated. To make matters worse, despite me clearly repeating my order, they still gave me the wrong one. If I could rate it negatively, I would. When I called to address the issue, they hung up on me without even offering an apology.
I just had my worst experience ever at KFC, involving a CSR named Gurpreet. We placed a mobile order at 8:59 PM and received a pickup confirmation around 9:15 PM. When we arrived at the in-store counter to collect our order, the CSR informed us that it wasn’t ready and would take another 20 minutes. We weren’t surprised, as this happens every time at this location. After waiting 20 minutes, we returned to inquire about the order, but the CSR, without providing any valid reason, told us it still wasn’t ready and would take another 20 minutes. When we asked why, she began shouting and responded rudely, leading to an exchange of words. Ms. Gurpreet ( shift in charge) was rude, zero politeness and she need better training to deal with customers. May be because of we are immigrants and coloured.I felt ashamed. Another CSR eventually admitted they had forgotten to put our order in the fryer. While I understand mistakes happen, there's no need to be rude to customers. This experience completely ruined our Friday night. We’re never coming back.
Very unprofessional customer service..We went there erlier and i told to the cashier if she can do half spicy and half original of the chicken and she said no they cannot do that . And i ask her again if she can talk to her manager but she refuse it and she told me she can't do that , thats why we left the store without buying anything. Good thing theres a Popeyes closes and they have a good service . Thanks to Popeyes they filled up our hungry tummy.
I enjoy the food at this location. Always get their Big Crunch or Zinger sandwiches and they're always hot and taste great but my issue is service-wise, mainly with their online ordering system. I ordered about 2 weeks ago past 9pm and ordered online about 10 to 15 minutes early and arrived with maybe two or three people ahead of me and still waited about another 10 to 15 minutes for one sandwich. What's the point in ordering online when it takes basically almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich? This has happened multiple times and is even worse of an experience at the Dieppe location which is why I still stick with this location.
Placed an order online - said it would be ready in 15 mins. Waited 15 mins in the parking lot and went it. Was told it would be another 15 mins!! How long does it take to fry 6 pieces of chicken?? 3 people in the Resto and zero in the drive through - I don't get it. The 30 min wait was the best part of the experience. Have a look at what was in the bucket! I only have one real question for KFC on Mountain Road and that is WTAF??

I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC on Mountain Road, New Brunswick. I called at 11 PM to place an order for 16 pieces of spicy chicken and was told by the manager, Ms. Simran, to wait 30 minutes. When I arrived after 25 minutes, I was informed that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked for clarification and informed that I called at 11 pm the counter staff confirmed that it was the manager who had answered my call and no other choice but I have to wait another 30 minutes. Then the counter staff went inside and told Ms. Simran that I asked the manager name, to my shock, after few minutes, Ms. Simran came out shouting, telling me that the food would be ready in 14 minutes, and even went as far as saying I should never come back if I wished to complain. It was in front of other customers who were present in the restaurant. She delayed the food and finally I received athe food at 11.54 after waiting 54 minutes. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and rude behavior. Very disappointing and shame on KFC Mountain Rd restaurant! I am not sure if this is the restaurant policy to treat the customers this way because the recent reviews show that many of the customers have the same experience from this particular restaurant.

Awesome chicken
Phenomenal customer service. Polite and friendly staff. Very clean dining area. I dont know what they did but KFC tastes great at this location and the new fries are actually worth ordering! Wheelchair accessibility: The door i entered didnt have any steps to wheel over. Everything was clear, but you may not be able to dine in without moving furniture.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. I ordered through skip 2 meals and received one. I called KFC to complain and the lady said she would send my food out as it was her fault. I waited an hour and no food. I called them back and they hung up the phone.I called skip and they said I could get half order cost refunded so I still paid for delivery and tip. Me and my daughter shared the order which I only ate the chicken leg thinking my food was coming. Cost me over $10 for a chicken leg and I am still hungry.
It was the 1st time in 5 yrs since entering this location. They did an excellent job on the renovation. The service was excellent. They were very helpful in helping me a selection. The food was very good. Parking: The parking lot could do with an update. But there is enough for the number of people that dine in.

Chicken tasted old and recooked flavor and overly salty. They were kind enough to changed it for a fresh one, still overl salty. They were unapologetic and didnt seem pleased to do so.

Loving their hot and crispy fried chicken! It is not really hot, just right! The only thing is the way they cooked the chicken is a hit or missed. We order the same thing everytime and we notice that they are not consistent, there are days where the batter is too floury and thick and taste wierd, soem.days are.too greasy and not fresh and some daya are really great! So maybe it depends on who is the cook and the time you order it. So far, not too bad. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal

No Spicy Chicken. What kind of franchise owner doesnt stock the best tasting chicken on your menu in their store? You have literally missed out on hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of sales because you dont stock spicy chicken. Absolutely shameful.
Service is extremely slow, and unfriendly. Food is thrown into a bag all over the place, and tastes like they cooked it last week. Found hair in our chicken. Never again will I go to this location!! Terrible all around.

11 herbs and spices to compliment some of the slowest fast food. Chicken was cooked ok but damn... when did the pieces get so small? And the price is getting out of hand. Got the 2nd largest bucket with 4 large sides, and a bottle of sprite for the kids and it was almost $60. Id rather make a home cooked meal for everyone, and save over half the money. (Depends what I cook)
The KFC is pretty goodly priced and the food is like and KFC. I highly recommend the KFC chicken burger, the sauce is really great.

I am looking to lose weight, so KFC is one of my favourite places to go to to have diet food. I had a 10 piece bucket, and it was delicious. I am glad healthy food can taste so good.
Only 3 stars because wasnt allowed to order ahead for pickup via phone. Had to go online. Lost a future customer over it, because i order on the way home and dont have ability to go online to get it. However, i will say the chicken we got was fresh and tasty and staff were very friendly and professional.

Im torn between 2 or 3 stars. When we went there was atleast 3 or 4 waiting and we waited for atleast 5 to 10 minutes before our order was taken and another 10 to 15 minutes to wait for our order. The customers who came 5 or 7 minutes before us got their food before ours. We dined in and there is no fork or spoon. Im not sure if its just that day.

Food was soggy, and looked under cooked. I have order twice from the KFC website. First order took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Second order actually took 2 hours and 40 minutes. I dont even know how that is possible. I tried to reach out to KFC but no response.

This kfc I find makes better food than the other. Im not sure if its cause the employees arent following the procedures for making some items and some arent but it seems like that cause items arent consistent with both stores. Such as the chicken bowls. The one in dieppe I find adds waaaay to much gravy turning this into a basic soup so if you want a good one make sure you hit mountain road.
They had no mayo and didnt offer any other substitutes.
