Delhi 6 hospitality is best because of the owner itself. She treats me and my family like her family and serves us the best food always. I was really missing your presence aunty in our previous visits. Your food is amazing as always specailly the chicken seekh pepperoni pizza and my mums favorite handi ghosh.

I had a very disappointing experience with the food. It tasted bad, wasn t fresh, just managed with some gravy. For the high prices they charge, I expected much better quality. The food was far below expectations and definitely not worth the cost.

The restaurant preserves the essence of Indian dishes with a contemporary touch, creating a menu that is both innovative and cozy.

If you are looking for good food don t go and eat there, not good for the health. Food was stale and not cooked properly, uncooked food items served, we got sick. Service is very slow.

Paid 10$ just for 2 samosas which taste terrible. They have menu on Uber says Delhi wali Samosa chaat which is nothing but only 2 samosas when you ask them they say there s two type of chaat one have just samosas and other have actual chaat. If it just samosas the why tf you put chaat in menu, Don t know what kind of scam is this or their menu designer is an idiot who don t know difference between samosas and samosa chat ..

No doubt the ambience of the restaurant is very good. We visited this restaurant specially from Saint John to try their Amritsari Kulcha and Choley Bhature. The taste was good but we felt that the quantity of choley as compared to the size of kulcha and bhaturas was too less. We had to leave half of it because we didn t have enough choley for it. Upon paying the bill when the server asked us to put in a Google review we just shared this as a feedback that the quantity of the choley is less as compared to the size of the whole meal. The server said in one year you are the first customer who has said this. And we didn t complain but it was just a feedback. Just because we were the first ones to give this feedback doesn t mean what you are doing is correct. We don t care what others think or share . If you ask for a review you should be open to taking feedback as well. We just felt that the approach of the server was very defensive and sounded over confident because of other good reviews.

I had my first experience at Delhi 6 Bistro and it won t be my last. The food was excellent. From the appetizers (samosas and dumplings) to the curry dishes we ordered, everything was super flavourful and delicious. The service was also outstanding. Our server Ashmeet, , was very friendly and knowledgeable. We followed through with some of her recommendations and we were not disappointed . This was some of the best Indian food I ve ever had.

I think they should focus on their chinese menu as the manchurian balls were too solid and the gravy was sour as if a lot of soya sauce wad added rest of the things were good.Service was really welcoming

Bad customer service, had to leave in the middle because we value experience and service above all. Especially after we as a couple were asked to adjust and sit on the opposite side of reserved table because, someone else sitting at the bar table informed waitress that they could not move the chair freely. After we gently requested to switch our table that were not encouraged, we decided to leave. After informing our discontent we were told by cashier that she arranging a new table (could have done by the time we asking to change the table) we refused and paid. As for the buffet, the starters were mostly frozen and then fried foods like fish fingers, chicken nuggets and potatoes which is so unlike the Indian buffet. Options in the curry section were limited and empty, naans are basically small bites and refilled only once in a while. Not a good experience overall.

Delhi 6 is a must visit. They serve authentic Indian cuisine which is great in quality and taste. The restaurant is royally designed and the service is quick. Since the restaurant opened, it s our go to place for Indian food. We have tried many dishes like tandoori momos, vegetarian pizza, dal makhani, kadhai paneer, Amritsari kulcha etc and all the dishes were delicious. The owners Gurlad Ji and Rano Ji are very welcoming. Keep up the good work Delhi -6 :)

Their butter chicken is out of this world! Sweet and savory, this dish is worth the drive. Our server was very nice and pleasant to talk to. It was a great experience and we will definitely go back.

Took my grandfather for the buffet and cocktails and was taken aback by the personality of the interior and the immediately friendly vibe. Everything feels like an heirloom down to the table menus, and we were attended to before we could even get through the front doors. Absolutely delicious food, I wouldve been satisfied with every dish I sampled from the buffet as a main. I was also surprised the pricing was comparable to any average restaurant because the atmosphere and dish quality feel like a significant cut above the cost. We were lucky enough to meet the owner whos as warm and welcoming as they come and the establishment has a very endearing story behind it. You can feel the passion and earnestness in the entire enterprise. Id go back for any one aspect that impressed me but its a world-class experience on every front. Extremely satisfied with our time there. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice flat open lot, no stairs to deal with, wide doors with automatic buttons at wheelchair height, comfortable space to move a chair out and move a wheelchair in at the tables

Very nice place with clean bathrooms and nice decor. Lots of space. It wasnt very busy. The butter chicken and naan were excellent and the butter chicken serving was much larger than most indian places. Service was great.

This is the very best Indian food I ve had in New Brunswick! We come here quite often and while I do love the butter chicken, it is spicy, even if you order it mild. I explained to the waitress that the mild butter chicken is still too spicy for me and I asked if she could make sure there was absolutely no spice at all. She was very kind and accommodating, and assured me that if I didn t like it and it was too spicy that she would completely remove it from the bill. The staff at Delhi-6 is so awesome, we even saw the chef/kitchen staff come out and give us a smile and a wave. They are very friendly and VERY accommodating. And of course, the food is amazing. We order the same thing every time we come because it s just so good. The garlic naan is 10/10. Would definitely recommend coming here!!!

The taste of the food has been elevated to a different level where you feel that you are getting the exact Delhi wala taste . From tandoori chaap to chilli chicken, from Tandoori momos to Malai chicken tikka everything is bang on. This is a recommended place to try out the new updated taste and menu. Old review- A place to vibe in Moncton. Really gives you the delhi fine dine vibe. Some of the dishes were truly amazing like amritsari fish, chicken tikka, fish curry and Butter chicken but some of the dishes are awful like dahi bhalla and chowmein. The food was cold at times and we had to wait to sizzling hot items. Its can be a hit or miss but worth trying once. 2.5/5

I went here for my birthday party with my friends. We reached here around 10:30 pm and the closing time is 11 pm. Stil, they allowed us to dine in. They literally gave us a really amazing atmosphere by giving us the time to decide for the order. Everybody was so helpful. Even they helped us in deciding the menu by recommending their best dishes. They were serving us even after their closing time with alot of affection. The management is really good as their food. It was really a nice gesture to shower their love towards their customers. I will highly recommend to visit here but before their closing time so the management and staff can go home on time.

Delicious supper. Ushmeet was our waitress and provided great recommendations. Had the Thali non-veg platter - lamb curry, butter chicken and lentils were amazing. Naan bread delicious as well. Also had a vegetarian platter which was a hit! Buffet is only on Saturday after 4pm, we will go back for that.

Great food ,beautiful atmosphere ,very polite and helpful waitress .Im not one for spicy food and the butter chicken was on my top level of spicy lol . But very delicious. They Have a very big menu we were actually very surprised at how many items they had all reasonably priced , also have in a pretty extensive choice of alcohol beverages for a restaurant in my opinion . We will for sure be going back . Maybe next time we will go on Saturday for their buffet.

Best place to dine in for Indian food in Moncton

Visted this restaurant for the first time. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. The service friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the food was only just ok. We ordered a Thali. The butter chicken was watery, and missing the richness and depth of flavor. The lamb curry was also watery and almost felt like pieces of lamb in soup. The Naan bread was absolutely fantastic. The lentils too, we good. I would unfortunately not return. Overall what we had was just underwhelming and there are other options I prefer. I see also that may people are enjoying this restaurant a lot thats fantastic. Its just not for me.

Food was greatest and the staff was accommodating to our taste and even went above and beyond to offer complimentary food for our pets, Excellent customer service by the Staffs . We highly recommend this restaurant. I was impressed by the service me being in hotel manger never expected.

Best authentic Indian restaurant in maritime yet!! Fine dine experience with amazing food. We ordered the veg thali , Amritsari kulcha ,bhalla papdi chaat and masala lassi. Everything was delicious and reminded us of home. Would definitely recommend this if you are looking for authentic Indian food in Atlantic.

I want to preface this review with the following: my husband and I were looking to have a memorable, and simple experience to celebrate our first wedding anniversary together before heading home to continue with our many renovations. Our afternoon meal at Delhi6 left my husband speechless (that says A LOT), and my tastebuds completely satisfied. We got to share an incredible meal provided by wonderful staff, the owner was considerate and inviting, and shared his story with us from purchasing the old Morton Pub through to renovating and importing his decor. The only, and I do mean ONLY concern we had was that we dont know how to re-order the items that we had eaten in future visits! :D For those of you who are interested in more specifics: We had a robot sing to us; we had a tour of the space and decor (much of a history lesson) by the owner as we walked through the door, which included a viewing of the live kitchen where we watched the chefs prepare a version of naan (unleavened flatbread, layered and topped with spices +); we ate a delicious chicken dish as a started suggested by our host - the most tender meat with a coat of spices (not hot, but expertly flavored!!) and charred, with a yogurt sauce on the side. Our host was considerate to check in after his suggestion (A+), and he was sure to ask for our heat preferences prior to. The physical menu is well designed and crafted, clearly money was spent to create this traditional and stylish venue! The menu offers information for vegetarian, vegan, gluten sensitive, heat sensitive, nut allergies, and more, so that you are cared for while dining in house. Our meal was explained as a symbol of love, our host had described the story of the Taj, built for the Indian Queen by her King, where she laid to rest, and he by her side. The dish was named after her, and it tasted like love, if I can be so bold to say! (I wish I could confirm the name of the dish, youll have to try them all when you visit). There was a sort of creamy dish with meats, spices and served warm (hot), served with a pepper/tomato based curry - lightly sweet, mild heat, a ton of flavor and a balanced acidity - perfect! I want to call it a chutney - the small yogurt dish served cold with spices to refresh the pallet, and another small liquid dish to again balance the pallet with a lovely vinegar and onion mixture. ON TOP OF THAT DELICIOUSNESS, we had one of the stuffed naan breads, baked to perfection in the tandoor oven, perfectly chewy and crisp and packed with flavor (to dip into all of that goodness listed above <3 ). The roti was again, a hit! I love a good chewy, warm, somewhat crisp roti to soak up all of the flavors of the main dish. And then our dessert. My husband had been describing this chocolate cake that he has been craving for months - and without knowing this, our host had suggested to us this beautiful brownie - perfectly frosted, creamy and rich, dense and somehow delicate. I cannot say a single negative about this space - and I dont expect that each visit will be as wonderful as this, simply because we came late afternoon on a Monday... however I can guarantee you that if you are looking for a traditional Indian meal in Atlantic Canada - you should try Delhi 6 on Morton Ave, Moncton. I havent had service like this since pre-pandemic, and trust me, I am a seasoned critic, previous server with >15 years experience waiting food and drink. I find it SO refreshing to have been treated this warmly post-pandemic. Thumbs WAY up! Our future anniversaries are going to have a hard time topping this experience <3 Thank you to all of the lovely staff who cared for us on August 19, 2024 Vegetarian options: Many to choose from Dietary restrictions: A whole page dedicated to ensuring you are able to identify which foods would suit your restrictions. I cannot speak for how the food is prepared (cross contamination etc) though I was informed that this kitchen is one of the cleanest in Moncton - I would be safe to ask (in the case of gluten, nuts etc), but I can assume you are safe to avoid allergens. Parking: Plenty of space, right off of the main road with attaching side streets. Kid-friendliness: I did notice highchairs in the dining area, and the bathroom provides a large counter space for changing as needed, seems to be breast feeding friendly as well. Awesome :)

One of the finest India restaurants. Excellent Food , service and ambiance and what a friendly staff. Hosted a party of 40+ people and my guests couldn t stop praising the food and the service. It felt like a party being hosted in Delhi . The owners humbly claim to be Atlantic Canada s finest, my guests from Toronto mentioned there isn t any restaurant in Toronto that could match the food quality and taste Highly highly recommend !!!

Our experience at Delhi 6 has been an extraordinary one. The team, ambience and service were outstanding. The food was exceptionally delicious. I still cannot get over their soft and rich and hot Gulab Jamun which melts in the mouth to create a delightful and unforgettable experience. Not only the dessert, but everything else, the starters and main course were flavorful and made to perfection.

Our friends celebrated there and the service and food were all amazing. The ambience is spot on.

Delhi-6 is a delightful spot for authentic Indian cuisine! The food was flavorful, and the music added a great vibe to the experience (we were there for a private event). The staff was attentive and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the beer, which wasnt the best (maybe the Kegs had an off day when we were there). But overall, a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with excellent service!

Might be the best Indian food Ive ever had and Ive travelled a fair bit! The waiters were very attentive and cared whether we understood what we could / were ordering and later if it was to our liking (especially around spice, which was perfectly mild for us as we asked). The owner is a wonderful man and when he heard we had a dog waiting in the car he sent us on our way with some extra chicken for her which was so sweet! Theyve built a beautiful new restaurant inside Moncton and its a real improvement to our provinces choices! Worth a little trip even if youre in Freddy or SJ!

Our server was simran and she was so good at her job.. she was so awesome.Oh my god we went from saint john all the way to moncton to have indian food and this was the best decision we ever took. Even no restaurant in Brampton could have this good restaurant. I judge restaurants with champ and naan they serve but it was better tha n many restaurants in india. Good food plus such awesome server.. man was a good combo. I hope she reads this and tell her we all loved her recommendations. Loved it

We need this restaurant in halifax ASAP. This restaurant food and atmosphere is top notch in overall Atlantic Canada, but honestly there service needs to be improved. Once they give you food after that no one comes and ask do you need anything else like this.

Delhi-6 Indian Bistro provides a true sense of India right in Moncton. The dishes are full of flavor, and the quantities are ample.

The restaurant itself is tastefully furnished, giving a comfortable and delightful dining experience.

So we had some suggestions ,realyed our thoughts to the management, got invited again without charge, they have worked wonderfully on the suggestions. Loved to see a management that takes suggestions constructively,sign of a place that wants to do better. Presentation has always been impressive. Breads are phenomenal , always have been. Ambiance is awesome, food is great. 5/5 stars on attitude to customers.

The staff is pleasant and knowledgable, always willing to make recommendations. I cant wait to return and sample more of their delectable products!

Went here for my birthday tonight with 3 of my friends. Great selection of food, and amazing service. One of my friends politely asked the server if there was anything that wasn t spicy. She responded by saying that she can get the cook to cook him something special that isn t spicy. Talk about amazing costumer service. Very clean and pristine atmosphere and you can tell the cook is very passionate about cooking authentic yet high quality Indian cuisine. This is in the top 3, if not the best restaurant in Moncton.

We ordered off the menu which was delicious and I looked at the buffet on the way out and it looked the same quality as off the menu. Will check out the buffet next visit. Thanks! Almost makes up for replacing Gordie Karaoke and his short denim cutoffs.
