The food is good; however, the washroom is absolutely filthy and unacceptable. It makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen when the washroom is left in such a disgusting state for days

This has become one of our go to spots when we want a delicious, filling, flavourful meal. The burrito bowl and large size burritos easily stretch over two meals. Staff is always very friendly and accomodating. Would recommend checking it out !

Pretty empty place, not much going on. Had a newbie make my burritos. Kinda like a subway style thing, though they do cheap out on the vegetables (asked for bell pepper and she broke one piece of it into bits and added it in). Food was ok, good portions for the price. So I tried ordering through ubereats app from this restaurant as they displayed in the app the offer was for buy 1 get 1 burrito bowl and for this order drinks are must and have to be placed so when I added one drink for the first bowl they charged me the cost of 2 drinks and the same repeated for the second bowl too when spoken to the restaurant people through a phone call regarding the issue they didnt respond well so had to go to another place for the dinner. Faced the same issue again and when I personally went to the restaurant showing the same problem another time they were closing and didnt respond well there too. I have really bad experience twice here.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The man working tonight clearly did not understand the concept of cross-contamination and I had to ask him twice to change his gloves after witnessing him scrolling/answering his cell phone and scratching his head. He also quickly wet his hands when washing them - no soap, lather or thoroughness. His lack of awareness could get someone sick and his actions are very concerning. To the owner, please provide your employees with food safe training.

Was on trip to Montreal from Halifax perfect place to have a good quality delicious food.

My fav Mexican spot. Great quantity when it s comes to takeout than ordering inn.. Bowls are worth a try!!

Last week I gave the catering order for my daughter s birthday and everything was so delicious and perfect. It was chicken and steak bowls and was phenomenal.The guy delivered the order on time with a big smile. I guess he was the manager. Everything was customized according to the kids demand. Couldn t ask for more.

I had the chicken burrito special on a Thursday which was $9.99. I just have to say that it was excellent. The vegetables and other toppings were fresh as well as plentiful. I was served with a smile and great care making for a great experience. Its a definite must try.

First time coming here and food was excellent. Large portions. Me and my girlfriend each got a combo at it was under $20 each. We are big fans of taco boy but this place is our new fav!

The staff are very kind and helpful, and the prices are excellent! This is my favorite fast Mexican in Canada! Vegetarian options: Tofu, Falafel, Sweet Potato, Beans (Plenty of seafood options as well if you have a Pescatarian diet) Parking: Strip mall style large parking lot.

We ordered from Cascabowls for a work lunch in December. We ordered for about 20 people - the tacos and burrito bowl DIY. The manager was great to deal with - ensuring we had enough food and options for everyone (we needed meat and veggie options, vegan sauce, and added some spicy options). The meal was delivered on time, and he threw in a few complimentary sodas. Lastly, everyone LOVED the flavours and many went back for seconds (or thirds!).

Update Feb 2023: Under New Management - not quite as good :-( Sadly, burrito quality has deteriorated under the new management. Higher prices, smaller less packed burritos, ingredients not as fresh and some missing (i.e. lettuce)...just not as good as it used to be. Last time I was in, calamari, halibut, and cod were not available. Hoping new management will step up their game as there are now other burrito options around. Coming from Toronto, I have come across some amazing Burrito locations Burrito Boyz, Burrito Banditos, etc. I m also familiar with other chain burrito stores like Chipotle. In New Brunswick, I have been to the popular joints: Toro Taco in Saint John, Quesada in Miramichi, Taco Boys in Fredericton Guacamole in Moncton, and Habaneros in Quispamsis. Without a doubt, Casca Bowl makes the best burritos in New Brunswick. Size is filling, burritos are always made fresh (no microwaves), toppings always very fresh, staff are always friendly, and best of all food tastes great. The ingredients are well balanced not mushed together, but not independent the perfect balance. They also have the best selection including 3 options for Fish: cod, halibut, and haddock! My family always stops here to grab takeout when we are in Moncton. Highly recommended!!! Note: calamari has always been unavailable when i ve ordered

We used Cascabowl for a catering. They delivered it and set up for us. We had make your own burrito bowls. They manager was lovely to work with and helped us build a meal plan based on our budget. We had vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free people with us and they were all able to enjoy. The food was delicious and I highly recommend using them for a catering!

A year ago, this place was my favourite, but now it has gone downhill. We decided to get some food from there today after a long time of not visiting. We went and ordered two burritos and one extreme fries on the side. The woman who served us was so rude and stingy. She barely added anything to our burritos and the fries were a whole different story. She barely added any fries, filled them with the cheddar sauce and was literally counting how many slices of tomatoes and veggies she was adding. She barely added five cubes of the sliced tomatoes, the beans, and one piece of green pepper. I was shocked. I asked her to add more tomatoes, so she added two extra cubes tf. The fries alone cost $8 just for us to get an empty box filled with cheese sauce. The portion of the meal and the price don t add up, and the service was horrible. Today was a mistake, never again

Nothing less than 5 stars !! My friend wanted to try Mexican food for the very fast time, and I chose this place just because it was close to where we were at that time and I am glad that I did. My friend really enjoys sea food so the guy there ( didn t catch his name but I think he was the manager ) helped us pick the best options. We had a Tilapia burrito , that was nothings less than delicious, and a ground beef quesadilla that is always a favourite of mine. The guy there made sure to give us recommendations on the toppings and he even gave us complimentary calamaris, that will make me go back there to get for sure ! The portions were huge that I had to take half my meal back with me. My friend had a great experience and will be going back for sure as well !

Absolutely amazing customer service like hands down. This is def a one of Monctons finest hidden gems. It was our first experience in this restaurant and we did not know what to expect, but we were absolutely pleasantly surprised. Its like taco night at your families house. Or a subway styled Tex Mex restaurant. The food was TO DIE FOR! Amazing service, delicious food. Portion sizes were huge, I had to take home some to finish later. I am definitely going back.

Fiance and I got a burrito each both tasted the same bland and mushy. Chicken and beef did not taste good and ingredients dont seem fresh at all. Fiance got the bigger burrito and the only difference was the scoops of rice they put in. Not worth the money at all. I will not be going back

If I could give a zero star I would. First the price, we payed 50$ for food that we threw away. The chicken look old and was cold and the ground beef was cold and mushy and the vegetable and rice tasted like if they sold back what didnt sell the day before. I took the bigger one and the only difference was how much rice they put in it the rest is all the same portion

Went for a Big Tummy Bean burrito, Was very satisfied with the size, and the quality. Good variety of fillings, good portions, and well mixed.
