Unfortunately, the last 3 times I have visited the Mountain Rd. location, I have had to stand and wait almost a half hour past my prep time for my online order. This means my order took over an hour total to prepare. I stood and watched as they gave the items from MY order to walk-in customers. I was met with no empathy, explanation, or apologies. I have worked in customer service for almost 30 years, and this is just simply not acceptable in my opinion. Its a shame, because this location USED to be spot on, in both time, and friendliness.

Just ordered delivery got a pizza that was not even cooked the toppings all fell off not the first time this has happened and the Italian cheese bread they always undercook it or over cook it. this place has definitely gone down hill I used to love it but this is the last time will go else where.

Cancelled my order at 6:30 minutes after it was placed. Also continuously hung up every time I tried to call them about it. (Says they close at 10) PM

It s cool for employees to be on earpords all the time but it s actually not good for customers to wait to order.

When in for their hot and ready options and they had nothing hot and ready. About 10 pizzas were sitting on the back counter that they kept shuffling through, only to add more to the pile. One worker at the back did nothing but dance around while another kept rubbing his nose with his gloved hand while preparing pizza dough.

I used to enjoy grabbing a pizza from this location. BUT, the last 3 times the dough has been overworked making it tough and ruins the pizza. Whoever is making the dough there now really does not know what they are doing. It s so tough they aren t even able to cut through it all the way and I have to recut the slices to even pull a slice off. I will not go to this location again as a result. I gave it more than one chance in case it was just a fluke but it is clear that this is the normal here now. I d rather spend the extra gas money to drive to a further location than to waste money on a pizza I can t eat.

Used to like coming here for the fast and friendly service, there used to be a woman that worked there that was great, seems since she is no longer there it is just a bunch of teenaged boys who frankly dont seem to know what they are doing. (I used to work at a pizza shop I get that it can be hectic.) But this location has become ridiculously slow, the pizza is never cut all the way through, if I wanted to cut my own pizza Id go buy a frozen one and cook it myself and probably get it faster. Today we waited 45 minutes for crazy bread, in which we ended up canceling anyways and ended up with cold pizza anyways. Staff should be better trained.

The cashier was rude, when we took the first bite found a hair in the crust, tried calling 34 times and not only was there no answer the mail box was completely full, sometimes while attempting to call it would go straight to voice-mail or only ring a few times, the only time it was answered they abruptly hung up before I could speak. The only thing going for this location would be the one person working in the kitchen who was actually nice. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone else.

I ordered chicken wings with honey and garlic sauce. The pieces are way too small...hardly any meat on them. The sauce was served in plastic container on which the lids did not fit. It ruined the front passenger seat of my car. They can do a lot better if they want to compete with the best.

The Little caesars on mountain road moncton nb do not know how to cut a pizza right. Always halfway or no cut at all try to grab one slice you get three slices and half the topping from the fourth slice. Just one big mess when you just want one slice. Other than that I like there pizza.

Little Caesars is a great place for cheap and fast food. Try and avoid the hot and ready as ours must have been sitting for hours, very tough and not fresh. Had to apologise to our friend as it was his first time and not impressed. Parking: Lots of parking near the door. Kid-friendliness: Its pizza and bread sticks, very kid friendly. The staff are always very nice

You all know already. Cheap, fast and easy. Once a month we do Little Caesars at our house. $$

Edit: the free sauce is now $1.75 lol Only little Caesar s around to charge $1.50 for marinara sauce, it s free in Dieppe. I definitely avoid this place. Wish there were more locations around Vegetarian options: Italian cheese bread

They accidentally gave my order to the wrong people TWICE and made me wait an hour. Theyre lucky I dont burn the place down. It was also disgusting, the floors were not clean and they were resting pizzas on the unwashed counter.

Say what you want about this place, but they are always consistent with my orders. Anytime I go there, the food is exactly what I expect. Altho they rarely have hot n readys available, so gone are the days of rolling up snagging a pizza and dippin out. Always have to stay and wait.

Garbage food. Ordered two pizzas both burnt and cold. Cinnamon bun has barely any cinnamon on it. Called the store 15 times and they don t pick up

Slow and disorganized. Hot and ready pizzas should be that. Waited while three other customers were served and my pizzas sat at the till getting cold...I was literally 4 feet away from the till. Waited almost 10 mins for my pizza while the guy took orders....when asked why he didnt give me my pizza I got a blank stare in return....

Ordered online specifically to pick up using portal. Get notification that pizza is ready to pick up but couldnt put in portal. Had to wait in line - no option to cancel order after credit card billed. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Ordered a pizza and crazy bread. The crazy break was soggy and covered in a dark speckle. Looks like they used a dirty pan filled with water to cook our food. It was completely inedible. Threw it all out.

Probably the fastest and cheapest pizza chain around. Fast service and still reasonably priced as far as fast food chains go. More bang for your buck if youre feeding several people.

Place looks clean and the woman taking my order was very friendly and nice. Just went in for 2 quick pepperoni pizzas, they didnt have any ready when I went went but they quickly popped them in. 6-7 min they were done and I dont mind having fresh pizza made instead of get one sitting for who knows how long. Not bad for the price for a quick meal I would definitely go back. Maybe I would call ahead or go on the app to order the pizza if I really need it quicker but its honestly not a bad wait time.

Lady was so nice they ram putt oof balls for the machine and gave my son one for free

The customer sevice was outstanding. Marianne was working on counter and she really was amazing We were in Moncton for the weekend from Truro...2 hours away. She helped us (4 adults) decide on what to get for supper. The only downside to the whole experience was once we got back to the motel with our order, the boneless wings were missing from our order. I tried calling several times, but it just kept going to a full mailbox so I could not even leave a message.

Can t get an order right for the life of them. First time they forgot my Pepsi second time they forgot my Dr Pepper and somehow I ended up with someone else s $20 pizza. They need to pay more attention.

One of the best pizza in town. Me and my family just love their chicago and meateor pizza. We usually do take out after a long day and grab some hot tasty pizza! One of our favorite take out treats! fast and great service as well.

Ordered 3 items and just received 2 .I have been contacting their customer support and even the restaurant but there has been no response.

Drove 40 minutes out of the way for hotnready silly bread and arrived at 9pm to them closed with no notice online after checking beforehand and seeing they close at 10

Of all the Little Caesar locations, this was by far the dirtiest. The Bathroom was disgusting and the storefront was cold and uninforming. They could definitely do better. Service was adequate however because of the lack of cleanliness I was reluctant to eat what I bought there

Its hit or miss with the food... Service here is 99% of the time the worst. If there was another location handy, I would never return to this location. One time, my wife had to call the stores phone to get someone to come to the counter after standing there 10 minutes shouting HELLO! Food

Worse restaurant experience ever, there were at least 8 people waiting. We waited close to an hour, there was a lady there who ordered online and was still waiting when we left. The lady working the counter gave us someone elses order. There had to be a least 20 pizzas sitting on the back counter, not in the oven warmers. The thin crust was so crispy it just broke off.

Good pizza, but there is an employee that should keep her comments to herself and just do her job.

I ordered on online for my son s birthday party but i went to pick my pizza at the time i seated to get it but they made us wait for 1hour and also gave me the wrong pizza. I asked for 1 chicken barbecue, 2hula Hawaiian, but i got 2 hula Hawaiian and 1 cheese pizza

I ordered online using the app, wanted to try the bacon bacon holiday box set. Ordered before used the pizza portal and it was great. But this time it wasn t. Ordered at 5:15 and it said my pizza was in the oven on the app at 5:29. An hour went by and it said it was still in the oven.. tried to call the store but no answer, so drove down to the location to see if there was just something wrong with my app. Showed up at 6:30ish and there was a bunch of people waiting aswell, a lot for online orders. It was just kids working and seemed like no one was in charge. I asked if my pizza was almost ready and one of the workers said it would be another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile they were still taking walk in orders and they were all being fulfilled before any of the online orders. Finally a women showed up and took charge and said no more orders until they got all the ones waiting out. 40 minutes later I got my pizza, at 7:10ish. Almost 2 hours later And to top it off the brownie dessert that comes with the bundle was uncooked mush. Think I ll be sticking with dominos for the foreseeable future.

Came in and ordered a 12 Pepperoni for take out without ordering ahead. Didnt expect to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Finally after waiting only a few minutes they gave me one that had been recently made since no one was there to pick it up. Food was good and hot. Ill definitely return again.

This is the first time I tried a deep dish pizza from Caesars. The presentation was great but the pizza was not hot. Also it seems the crest on the bottom was not cooked all the way through. It was gooey, not my best experience

Great place to go for pizza if you re on a time crunch. The staff is always friendly. My kids love the pizza here. The crazy bread is awesome!!!

I had many good experiences with them but one in particular I order online to pickup later and when I got there no one knew about my order they were so relapsed about it that I was there for 15min awaiting for someone to do anything!! So I start to write a complaint and I finished it and sent my pizza was not done yet!! After 20 min someone from the crew finally did my order gave and were upset with me because apparently I did not give them time to prepare!!! But my complaint online was never replied and the pizza wasnt that bad!! So....that is it !!

Im always impressed with the employees and how polite and love the quick thorough mannerisms achieved while still maintaining their people skills. I never feel rushed or mistreated and always get what I ordered, which is nice.

These folks work so hard. I had to wait an extra 6 minutes, but thats only because they had so many orders to fill on account of the popularity of their product... Still 25 minutes faster than a delivery wouldve taken from another pizza joint at half the cost. They were professional and made delicious pizza. Going back soon.

Had pizza and bread and bread sticks from there today the little guy working cash was so nice and friendly and helpful pizza and breadsticks were amazing I usually dont leave a tip but service was excellent on the receipt the guys name was Cooper

Their Italian bread is beyond good and ppl who like pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with parmesan cheese will love Little Ceasars. Go there everytime we visit Halifax. Service is fast and only had few issues but were taken care immediately.

Not sure if it was the manager, but I made a mistake when ordering online, I ordered to the wrong store ! She was prompt in helping me by quickly assembling the order and giving it to me in her location, and just fixing it up with the other location. Great customer service

Easy online ordering and you get to avoid any lines using contactless pickup. A bit difficult getting back out on to Mountain Road as there are no lights to allow you to head East until all the traffic going West has cleared

The food was great and service was pleasent. When I walked in there was not really anyone paying attention to the door though. It was rather late at night though.

Dont like this place they are slow and the pizza is cheap and greasy.

Dont get me wrong, I get it, its Little Caesars and you get what you pay for but I would give this evenings experience a -3 Star. The majority of staff were standing around chatting. The store was busy and they asked us to wait outside, no problem, Covid sucks, but I ordered off the Hot & Ready menu and waited outside for 25 minutes. Got the pizza home to find the bread was undercooked and most of the toppings were off the pizza and roaming free in the box. Rotten experience.
