I love the shawarma wraps and the staff are always calm and friendly. I have gone for many quick bites when life got too busy to eat lol!
Hidden gem if you like garlic fingers and donairs! Good portion for the price, donair sauce is good and not overly garlicky.
Food was sub-par, service was absolutely 💯 non-existent. Pizza 🍕, had almost no Pizza sauce and yet the dough was still raw. When the employee was asked about it and presented the issues, he offered nothing but an argument. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely a miss.
Charged us 80 dollars for 2 medium pizzas also charged us 10 dollars for 2 gravies we didn’t get or order. The guy on the phone was really rude the pizzas were gross the combo slices were drenched in grease not even edible and the pep and cheese was just terrible

It's ok donair was poorly constructed super super greasy the donair sauce wasn't great.
I would give a zero if I could. 100% don’t recommend. Don’t waste your money here. $30 for a pizza with raw veggies and extreme rude service. I will never ever come back here even if it was the last place with food on earth.

First time trying Mamas but was really pleased. Having the non-dairy cheese available is super bonus points. Really, really good. Dietary restrictions: Two diners in our group are lactose intolerant so being able to get one pizza with non dairy cheese was AMAZINGLY convenient.
Never answer the phone pretty ridiculous they advertise and open business and nobody ever answers and there online ordering is always down, tends to explain the 1 car in the parking lot at all times

I have tried multiple pizza places in Moncton for years, and I finally found the best pizzas in town!! We have taken the Mama s Works & the Shawarma pizza. WOW! Just delicious taste, not dry. We were 12 people to eat it and everybody were surprised how delicious it was and asked where I took it from. The staff was really nice to talk with, friendly person. And the place inside was clean.

Tried this place for the first time tonight, the phone service was friendly, and so was the in person service upon pick up! Super lovely people! I got the 2 12 pizzas with 12 garlic fingers and I have to say the garlic fingers were hands down the best I have ever had! The donair sauce was also to die for. Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful! I m very picky with pizza, but was very pleased by this place! 10/10 recommend. Thanks for making a pregnant lady super happy and satisfied!

Move over Vitos, theres a new Pizza Champion in town. Ive been pretty loyal to Vitos for nearly 10 years, and was only picking up an order for a friend. When it was time to eat, what a pleasant surprise. Literally every time Ive started, Ive been disappointed, but not this time. Generous toppings, fantastic crust, and well priced. The guy I placed the order to has fantastic customer service skills. He might be an owner, idk, but between his service and the pizza he made, Im going back. If the shawarma and Donaire are as good as the pizza, look out Freddys. Like so many hole-in-the-wall restaurants, this place is a gem! If you havent tried them, make them your next pizza order. You wont be disappointed.
Ordered on Door Dash before the cut off time and order was accepted, about 25 minutes later and after most other options had closed, received a notification that order was cancelled on their end, and was without really much for any other options. Refund was issued via Door Dash, and store said to call next time. First time trying to order here, and likely would try somewhere else next time based on this experience.
Tried to do take-out on a road-trip. Google maps said open until 2am but we got there at 11:45 and the guy was pretty much mad to see us coming in, informed us rudely he was closing. Not keen on trying again no matter the time
Love Mamas - we order food from here regularly. Foods good, price is very fair, and the owner is very pleasant!

Edit Feb 26th 2022: Customer service surprised me with a call and were very polite and receptive of my feedback. Thats where I learned they make their dough from scratch. The fact that they were willing to reach out is something I have never experienced from a restaurant before so color me impressed. I was happy with the quality the first time around but now Im not so sure. Every order has been inconsistent since then. Some were just barely cooked (soft/mushy but not raw) and last night I received a medium instead of a large.
We ordered food .. there was a hair on pizza and base was over cooked.. not recommended

Worst service guy who is working midnight Saturday 12:00 am is so rude and doesn t know 1% of customer service he should not be there he seems to be owner but doesn t know how to handle customer. Never coming back many good pizza stores around town no need to waste money in that kind of store with arrogant service

Pizza is alright, but they should have told me up-front that delivery fee is like $12. A large pizza with 3 toppings ended up being over $40
