Burger King in Moncton

I order a mobile order, and when I came in. I had to wait 30 min to get 2 whoppers and 2 fries. What is this place????

I love the burger and the ambience of the environment. Customer Services okay, but could be better I always had great tasting crispy chicken burger at the Mountain road branch of Burger King, right beside McDonalds. However, some weeks ago I bought 3 of the crispy chicken burgers, for me and my Children. Afterwards, we had tummy irritation and my Kids asked that I shouldnt buy those burgers again. Since then I havent been to the outlet . The management of this outlet should ensure that meals are presented with the best ingredients and in a clean manner.

Horrible service very discriminatory towards people.They kicked me out because i didnt have enough change for a pop. I was in there having a diabetic attack and I told this to the worker and also stated that theres a heat warning. He replied saying its in the policys. How about some human kindness. Wont be spending what money here ever again.

Service was ok till they made us advance in the line in the driveway no car behind us, still dont understand the reason to advance when no one is in our back and the driveway has no space for any other car pass. Silly

They somehow mess up my order again, even thought I always get the same order every time. I ordered the Spicy Roadhouse Crispy Chicken but they gave me another type of chicken burger, I also got a different order a separate time that was also wrong even when I ordered the same thing for 5 months already (they got the order right but gave the wrong burger).

Mountain Rd is the best location in Moncton/Riverview/Dieppe. All of the staff are amazing, our orders are always correct, hot and fresh, and the dining room is always kept clean. For a major chain, these guys do it right 100% of the time

BK burgers taste never get old. Its the same delicious burger... always.

Never again. I ordered the Roadhouse King. The entire burger was cold. The beef was cold the onion rings were cold. The bacon was cold the cheese (please explain why) wasnt even melted and (duh). Cashier looked and sounded clueless. Love BK but my absolute last time at this location. Please pass along to your staff that a meal cooked at 230 in the afternoon needs to still be fresh. This literally tasted like it sat out 3 hours and then was served to me, and for 12 dollars more I could have grilled my own or bought a steak. Utterly disappointed.

I just had my best fast food restaurant experience EVER. The humility with which the Manager conducted himself was incredible. I had too much food and condiments to carry to my table. Without thinking twice he took a few items and walked with me to my table. He even went to each table asking guests if they were enjoying the food and if they needed anything else !! Hes an example of what an ideal manager should be. Thank you Burger King. Will cherish this amazing visit for a long time.

What an overpriced dump! Theyve recently jumped the price of everything! $5.60 for a little slider Jr whopper? Keep it hosers.

Your should change your hours posted on your website and on your doors sign says open from 9am-7pm...online says opened till 11 pm ( dinningroom) and the staff are rude as heck I mean im very disappointed with this location... this is a place Ive been coming to for my whole life and this years staff are beyond rude to customers!!

I really enjoy both their breakfast and lunch menu. They have excellent prices, especially for breakfast. It is my favourite fast food joint.

I just had a plant based burger, mozzarella sticks and some onion rings, and the experience was not bad, the mozzarella sticks were fine and very cheap compared to all the other places that serve them. Onion rings were also cheap but the best onion rings Ive had outside of Popeyes in Ontario. The service was great, but since its fast food and not being a fast food freak myself anymore, wouldnt recommend any fast food restaurants to anyone just because theyre not healthy for your body or health in the long run.

They close the dining room too early in the evening and their is no self service ketchup pump.

What a horrible experience. I was the first and only person in the restaurant. I placed my order. 3 sandwiches, and two combos. They missed one of the sandwiches right on the bill, fortunately, I caught this error and they corrected it. (Or so I thought) I waited twenty minutes for my food, watched the cashier physically unwrap and inspect the meal to see if it was all there, opening each sandwich, and they still managed to get one of the sandwiches wrong and forget one of the hash brown orders. Youre better off making food at home, it will be faster, more accurate, and you know your hands will be washed; at least until the robots are ready to replace these workers.

It is always nice to have a place in Moncton for midnight snack =)

The first time there and probably wont be back. I ordered a combo with a burger thats supposed to have crispy onions on it. When I took the top bun off, I found raw onions on it. My fries were also very cold. I took it back and their response was we ran out of crispy onion so we exchanged them with raw onions, without letting me know! I hate raw onions! The asked me if I wanted something else so I asked for the bacon king burger but I only wanted 1 patty, not 2. They gave me 2 patties. This all took place when I was the only customer in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru line so they werent busy at all. Attention to detail folks!

Proper plastic straws, friendly staff, good food. EDITED REVIEW: I knew it would happen one day, but I hoped it wouldnt be so soon. Cardboard straws, very disappointed. Edit #2: The plastic ban was lifted, yet STILL they insist on using cardboard garbage straws. What a disappointment.

Seriously the worst location Ive ever been too. I wish I didnt get take out so that I could have just given back the food for a refund. The nuggets were dripping oil and tasted of old grease. The whoppers were actually disgusting. The person behind the counter was super rude. We ordered two 8pc nuggets and there was only one in the bag. We went back to the counter and she tried to convince us that we really only ordered one 8pc until she saw the receipt and even then pointed at it and said that we only ordered one until she looked closer. Gave us some attitude and basically just threw the nuggets into the bag. Bad food and bad service. Definitely never going back to burger king again as this is the only convenient location to where I live. First and last time here.

Its your typical fast food burger and fry restaurant in the chain. The prices and deals, plus the steady rotation of items to mad from the menu is a nice change up. But what really makes this location a step above is its staff. They are always genuinely pleasant and going that extra mile to make things right for you.

The food is great, the portions are great for the price you pay! One of the cheaper fast foods money wise, I love that they have different side options like mozza sticks, onion rings, jalapeno cheddar bites etc, makes them a different and fun fast food to order from!

Usually good paced, food is fully cooked (didnt think that would be something I feel I need to mention but here we are) also burgers dont feel like theyve been crushed.

I was the only one in the drivethru, yet i waited close to 10 minutes to get 2 cold burgers, that were so soaked with grease on the bottom bun, that it turned the bun to a dough consistency. Between traffic, and me being in a rush, we just threw out the $28 in food and stopped at a different burger place. Ill never visit this location again.

I ordered 2 small cups of ice cream and both were hollow in the middle,I mentioned this to the manager and he says theyre only a dollar and thats the way theyre trained to pour them.why is it that nobody else does it like this ? Of the 3 in our group I only had a strawberry milkshake which was divine. Though they did originally give me Ghost Pepper Poppers. Had to circle round and have them correct the order. They had my wife Pats order come up perfect. She ordered the Whopper and was quite satisfied. Our friend, Liz, ordered some burger combo (I wasnt paying attention). Liz scarfed hers down so she must have liked it. No complaints other than their mix up with my shake. Overall good experience. We werent in a rush so I easily forgave them for the mix-up. Parking: Lots of parking.

Easy To Find Location. When you re too hungry after a long day on a Summer RoadTrip to just go to your hotel and sleep. This is the Spot.

It is a standard BK place, the staff is friendly, and the food is like any other BK.

I used the app so my order would be ready when I picked up. Not sure if the cashier was new but never will I ever order from the app again. It was pretty much a joke. Sign stated Pick up orders here but the cashier told me to get my order over there. I suggested that she moved the sign so people know where to pick up orders. She never acknowledged that but then asked my name. I told her my name but she proceeded to serve a customer. I asked if my order was ready and she said yup but continued to serve other people. Finally, a different cashier gestured that she would get my order.

The food is pretty good but the no free refills are ridiculous. My order wasnt made right. I didnt get the right nuggets. The prices have gone up which I expect but its making it not worth it to go there anymore.

Been going to burger king for my whopper weekly for years never have i recieved this type of mush the bread was extremely wet to the point it turned to mush very disappointed in the staff after I called to complain I was treating rudely
