1. Food: Veggie Burger (Well prepared, tasty & fresh) 2. Excellent customer service: I had cab approaching, the lady accepted my take out order, she prioritized and delivered quickly without compromising food quality. My review can be biased. Id definitely dine-in next time.

My friends and I got once every two weeks, and it never disappoints. Theres a burger for everybodys taste buds, and the wings and fish are delicious. Our personal favorites are Bacon bacon bacon cheeseburger Roadhouse Donair burger Carnivore Crispy chicken Mozzarella sticks Popcorn chicken Deep fried cheese curds Donair dippers.

Everything about this place is incredible. Could be a bit more parking, but not a big deal Dietary restrictions: My wife has celiac.. lots of great gluten free stuff for her

This place does not like groups. We were welcomed by a disgruntled employee who told us to sit how you will be paying after which point he angrily shared that the group an evening before changed seating and there were non-payments for food. (Not our group and not our problem). We were overlooked for ordering and had to find someone to take our order. We were not brought menus and when we borrows a menu and ordered, our food finally arrived, we had to go get our own cutlery. The food was markedly over-priced for what we got. Sorry for their misfortune with another group but customer service was completely lacking and I will same my money next time around.

The best place I had never come here and they convinced me to come back. The food is delicious and they have chili, thats why Ill be back and the hamburgers are delicious.

Good spot for a sit down burger in Moncton. It is also situated on the riverfront trail and has a large patio, great in the summer when out for a bike ride and want to stop for a burger and a beer. Portions are a bit small and the staff are friendly but I havent gotten over the top service from there yet. Lots of burger options, and so far I have not had a bad one!

Review update September 2024: This is my 6th year visiting Moncton/Dieppe on business and my 4th year visiting Classic Burger. I usually come twice per visit. This time, I only came once. The food has gone downhill as far taste and quality go. The fried pickle breading was very gritty, like grits were used for the batter. They werent bad, but they were better cold as a snack a few days later, probably because the pickle juices had time to soften the grits. My burger and fries arrived while I was chewing my first bite of pickle. The premium burger was supposed to have arugula on it, but the 3 sad whisps of greens looked like what was left after the salad bar was packed up. But what I found truly shocking was the $1.25 charge for the tiny cup of mayo for my fries. I honestly dont remember if I received it or not, but Im writing this review a week after the fact now that I have time. Service has always been very slow here, even with the restaurant only 1/3 full. It was exceptionally slow on this particular night and it took a bit for my server to notice that Id been sitting for a while. I had a book and generally dont mind, but it felt a bit ridiculous this time. Maybe I would have been less disappointed if I had ordered poutine on my first visit this time. But the mayo charge definitely inspired me not to return for a second meal this year. The picture of my receipt is included. Unfortunately, I was too jetlagged to remember to get food photos. Original five-star 2021 review: I went here for gluten-free poutine as recommended by the Find Me Gluten Free app. I came in, ordered the knowledgeable and friendly staff, and had my poutine in about 10 minutes to take back to the hotel. It was SO GOOD. And it was definitely gluten-free and celiac safe. Im definitely going back the next time Im up there.

I don t recommend this place anymore. We had a terrible experience with the hostess service. We were made to wait for 40 minutes while 12 elderly clients whom arrived more than 5 min after us and, didn t have reservations, were seated at a tables the same size as the one later offered to us. Our group consisted of five people: two parents, two small kids (ages 9 and 7), and their grandma. The kids especially wanted to sit on either side of their grandma in a booth, so we needed a table for four. Most tables are booths at this restaurant. There was a section of the restaurant that was empty and a line at the door. This place used to be a summer favorite, but I can no longer recommend it. Parking: Some parking are labelled with the name of restaurant. Nice improvement

Was seated for 45 minutes and all we got was our drinks. Asked if the food would be ready soon and had no answer. Still charged us for the pops when we left, after we missed the lunch specials at other places. Won t be back.

This place reminds us of in and out burger in the States. The fries is crispy and good. Burger patty is bland but ok. The servers are awesome. Place is good. Theyve got a lot of food to choose from in the menu.

I had lunch with my boyfriends stepmom here over the weekend, and we sat on the patio. We saw that there was a part of the patio that is dog friendly with a side entrance, which as a dog lover I was obviously happy to see. What a beautiful day! The boardwalk was busy with people enjoying the sunshine and the view of the chocolate river. We each had a (large!) frozen drink that we found delicious. She had a roadhouse burger and fries that she claimed was the best hamburger shes ever had, and I had chicken nachos that were loaded with toppings. We both couldnt finish our meal so we took the rest home. Our server was super pleasant and attentive, although, sadly, I dont remember his name to give him a proper shout out. She and I already have plans to visit again.

TERRIBLE service. Such a disappointment with nine customers. Totally ignored. Disgusting. Ive never experienced anything like this in Moncton. Not even that busy and over an hour waiting for our food. The other servers were kind but only helped out seeing we were all frustrated and the kids going wild because they finished their food. We had to ask to order our drinks...then our food. This is why we made a reservation. Absolutely shocking.

The food was good but we just had the worst experience possible for service. We ordered for the small children first so they could start while we waited for our food. The kids were all done and so bored they were crying and we still had not ordered. We had to ask to order then we had to ask to have our bills brought over. Not to mention we watched people come in after us get their food and eat before our orders were even taken. I have never been so ignored by a waiter before

Ill teach you one point about customer service. Customers need to have their needs met, at least the basic ones. Eye contact and good service. And not just the financial needs of the waiter. Resulting in my criticism of the long wait for service. On the positive side, I was able to observe low-quality service, food made in a hurry (without passion) and other things. The extra star went to the musician who saved the day. Obviously, I went to the competitor (Sport Rock) with good food and good service.

I have never been to a restaurant that you get seated on a patio and no one comes to take your drink or food order. There were only 2 tables occupied beside us on the patio. Another family left shortly before us because of no service.

Waited 30 minutes to get a drink. Our table was covered with ants, so we took liberty to move ourselves. Staff obviously not trained in hospitality. When the order finally arrived the wait staff put it on the table and walked away, leaving us to figure out whos order it was.

The Food was great and the service was top notch. I highly recommend going there if ski want good food and a friendly waiter!

Great place with probably the most accommodating restaurant in Moncton. My wife and I are vegetarian and this is the only place that has the ability to convert ALL of their burgers to veggie options without loosing the nature of the burger. For them its just another option, not an inconvenient workaround. With the beautiful surroundings next to the river, quick and highly efficient staff, this is one of our gotos for family outings. Well done. Wheelchair accessibility: Dedicated parking spots, accessible washrooms, and all of the restaurant and exterior deck seating is on one level and accessible.

We entered from the patio, waited 20-30min to someone acknowledged us, meanwhile there s literally 3 servers and maybe 4-5 tables occupied in the whole establishment (inside and out). I finally got up to, went all the way to the bar to order a COUPLE beers and I had to endure the attitude from the servers, who got pissed that I went to the bar to order. I mean, restaurants need to understand that money is HARD TO MAKE and if you re charging 8-9$ for a draft beer and 20+$ for fried food, people deserve a minimum of good, quality service! Btw I hate having to spend my time writing a review like this.

Service from the servers was awesome, atmosphere was great, but for $20+ for a seasonal burger I expected better than canned goods on a cheap bun sprinkled with a sad excuse for lettuce. The up side, they did have real chicken. The Mrs didnt like the mushroom melt either. We got comped 50% on 2 burgers we didnt even eat.

Waited for an hour for food. Excuse was busy in patio area. People inside came and went in the time we waited. I spoke with the waiter, then said we will just pay for our beverages and leave. He said it wont be much longer. Very disappointed, wont go back. An uncharged of $3.00 for onion rings rather than fries.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the menu! Sooo many things to choose from, with some that just arent offered anywhere else (e.g., DIY Burger build). The most important feature for me was their Gluten Free menu (The Flourless Pot) - a lot of choices from a GF menu is not common, which made my day. I would definitely go back! The burger, service, and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic!

They have a great vibe and a great staff that provided excellent service. The food was lacking taste for us. All of the dishes that we ordered were flavorless. The bacon-bacon-bacon burger did barely even taste like bacon. The Kansas City Burger was okay. The poutines gravy was also missing a savory spark. We were, unfortunately, sorely disappointed, especially considering the price.

Went here before seeing Queens of the Stone Age. The service was top notch, our server was personable and kind. The burger was to die for and bottomless fries???? Yes please! Great beer selection too! Cant wait to come back and sit on the patio when the weathers better!

Incredible atmosphere inside the establishment. Very friendly and polite staff. They helped us with our choice and we were satisfied. Everything was delicious and the portions were quite large. We didnt have to wait long for the order. There were few visitors at lunchtime. Large selection of burgers. There were also items on the menu that you definitely need to try. Very, very good for a new place! Short review: if you like burgers, check it out. Longer review: The interior is very well designed. Staff is very friendly and the service good. Most importantly the food: very good for what it is. I loved the fries, they used a spice on it (pretty sure seasoned spice/salt) that made them. I had the Rhineburger and it was very, very good. Burger was cooked perfectly, the bun was delicious, and loved the toppings. I say give this place a shot if you want a good burger or hot dog.

I thought this place would have a nice 60s diner look inside, it does not... instead its more of a bar look. Huge menu but they should scale it way down and focus on making better food. They burgers were pricey and the quality was not worth it. The patty was dry, my smoked meat was dry, the bun was dry - tasted like it was frozen and defrosted. They fries were well seasoned, but for the price and with fresh potatoes being so plentiful in New Brunswick theres no reason they shouldnt have fresh cut fries. The service wasnt good either, I think she realized we werent impressed with the meal and didnt want to come back to check on us. We wont be back.

We were trying to find a restaurant to go to with our 5 year old who is celiac and lactose-intolerant. They actually have a gluten-free portion of their kitchen and lactose-free cheese! Great burgers, fries, and onion rings here - but the service needs improvement. To the owner: our server was very good (he was personable, attentive, and considerate), but my issue is with the way the food service is managed. I was visiting from Toronto with my 4 year old son, and was excited to find this spot; I had to try this classic burger with a pint. The restaurant didnt appear to be too busy with many open tables, and we were promptly seated. We placed our order around 12:45pm, and shortly after ordering we noticed a party of 6 was seated adjacent to us. Now, Im perfectly OK with waiting upwards of 45 minutes for great food. I understand that this is not a fast food restaurant, and I was prepared to wait for a perfect burger. However, I was disappointed that our server was unable to provide any crayons or anything for my toddler to play with to keep him occupied during our long wait - this despite the website listing Classic Burger as good for kids. By 1:35pm, we were shocked to see the party of 6 beside us (who arrived nearly 15 minutes after we did, and after we placed our order), were all served their food. Meanwhile, my 4-year old is starting to lose his mind with boredom. It appeared the manager on duty was helping serve this table, and I was further disappointed that she didnt bother to come to our table to explain why our order was taking longer than the table beside us. This would have made a big difference, but she turned her back to our table and walked away, ignoring us. At 1:40pm, nearly an hour after we ordered, our food finally arrived. As I stated above, it was great. (I gave 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 because one of our burgers came absolutely dripping with mustard which had to be scrapped off). Again, I would have been fine waiting for a great burger, but for a table of 6 adults to be served before a table with a toddler - who had been waiting much longer - is not acceptable. I wont return here on my next visit. Kid-friendliness: They are unable to provide anything to occupy children during the long wait for food. If youre going with kids, come prepared to wait up to an hour or more.

I wanted to try out the famous lobster roll. I wanted it spicy but I felt it lost some creaminess. It was still quite tasty and came with a side of bottomless fries. It was also wings night so I got 6 wings on the side. There was a classic burger and fries to go as well. Another visit: Moncton flip burger fest 2024. Double smash burger, sweet potato fries and vanilla milkshake. Quite pricey but filling.

Listed under take the cake Ordered through ubereats, paid $10 for a sliver of strawberry shortcake, the item is described with whip cream and strawberries in it, what we received was not what that, the dish was some how bitter, like the whip cream was bad, and it wasn t strawberry, it was like raspberry or something, but it was really bad.

The mustard was running, the first time I had to use so many napkins to eat a burger. And they got my order wrong but it was correct after.

Was so disappointed. I expected a top notch burger but it was barely edible. I suspect it was cooked earlier in the day, the reheated with the toppings. It arrived way to quickly for it to have been cooked to order. The fries were okay, but I also suspect theyd been sitting for a while. For the $60.00 tab, it should have been the best burger ever and it just wasnt.

I had the Avocado burger - was disappointed to see avocado from a tube onto a barely warm burger. The meat was dry, not really seasoned. Sure there are 40 burgers on the menu, but how many are really good ? My partner had another that she really enjoyed, but was sick all evening (GI issues started 1h after the meal)

Delicious burgers, succulent fries. Fast service although not extraordinary. The place is noisy. The bill was fair. But, I wouldnt necessarily make a detour to come back and eat there during my next stay in Moncton.

Salad as a substitute for fries was an additional $5 which wasn t communicated at time of order, making the overall meal for two quite expensive. Food was good and service was good.

I was waiting on an order at the wait here sign. All four employees ignore me but acknowledge all the customers that came in after me. Their customer service seems to be based on race. When I spoke up, one of the representatives said I should get over it.

Ordered off of UBER. Ordered 1 chicken burger, fish and chips and the class fries. Fish arrived burnt , portion of the fries was so small. Fish is frozen and also soggy. Didnt like the taste. Wouldnt recommend this dish. 1/10. The class fries was okay it was a bit salty. 4/10 The chicken burger was better compared to the rest of the order. 5/10.

I didn t have any food here yet but it does lot very good and I will in the future. Nor did I go inside but I just wanted to review the location and the atmosphere of the patio here which I think is the best patio in the city. Just far enough away from the road to not have to listen to the loud vehicles (especially motorcycles) and be able to have a drink and actually carry a conversation. The $5 Ceaser Sunday is also an amazing price. Love this place. I ll be back.

This burger place is awesome in Moncton ! Casual, on the river / boardwalk with patio. Food is excellent- had the carnivore burger and spicy crinkle fries topped with a bit of chile - you wont leave hungry :-) Staff very accommodating, will adjust anything, just ask. Everything was very average, I wasnt unimpressed but I wasnt impressed either. I got the Donair burger and the Donair meat tasted and looked store bought, like those pre packaged slices you buy at the grocery store. The bacon broccoli bites also looked and tasted like they came out of a box you buy in the freezer section at Sobeys. The burger itself wasnt bad but the meat didnt taste like much. Buns were good though.

Ive gone here a couple of times, and while the service and food are awesome, the restaurant always seems a little too quiet? Im just surprised it was so dead.

This place has the best PATIO in Moncton!!! It has a view of the river. The inside is a bit dull. I never choose that area Also, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly. Recommended

My fish burger was fresh and so good!!! The service was impressive It was a quaint pub style with a great view of the water rushing in from the Bay of Fundy. It felt cozy and relaxed.

Tasteless, overpriced burgers We paid $50 for two small tasteless burgers, one skinny hot dog, kids burnt chicken nuggets and fries Way over priced and not worth it A little salt and pepper goes a long way!!

Ordered thru delivery, was my first time from here. The food was so good, best burger Ive had in a long while, and fresh as can be. I had to call immediately after placing my order to correct a mistake on my part, and they were super friendly and accommodating. The total wait time was less than 15 minutes, and considering it was storming out, I was shocked at the fast service. Highly recommend, and will definitely be eating here again.
