Myself, my wife and a friend had lunch yesterday at Harveys mountain road Moncton. Server was very friendly and courteous. Placed seemed clean. Thats where it ends. That night and the next day our friend and myself both had intestinal issues (politely the trots) and my wife had indigestion for the next day) The hamburgers were only warm, did not taste very good and were almost more of a grey colour). Used to love Harveys, my how things have changed do not reccomend!!! Will not go back again!

My husband and I just went to 1515 Mountain Rd location, and not just the food was good but the service. We went to the drive thru, and the lady that was there is so nice. She got everything right and was very polite . I wish I could catch her name.

It s nice, and not too crowded here, which makes it feel comfortable for me.

I ordered combos for delivery from their website and it was missing items. When I contacted the restaurant they told me to call doordash to complain or just reorder the food from doordash and pay again. I never used the website doordash. I told them this and after insisting multiple times that it doesnt make sense for me to contact doordash when I bought food from their website using a gift card for their restaurant they started to mumble that they would contact doordash to figure it out. They called me back later and said they would send someone with the missing items and asked for my address even though I had already given my address when I ordered. The driver ended up not going to the correct address and I let them know this because I still have not received my missing items that i paid for. *we did end up getting our missing items an hour later which were left on one of the three stairwells in our building. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt since we were told it was left at gate 2 which i guess means the 2nd floor stairwell near the elevator.

The Staff here made us the best Harveys Angus burger we have had from any Harveys. Like any Harveys there was a wait and the staff that waited on us was rude and seemed angry.

Second time here in two months. Average time from order to burgers is 20 minutes plus each time. Extremely slow. Don t come if you re halfway in a rush or don t have 30 minutes.

My son and I drove to Moncton today from Fredericton and went through the drive-thru here about 2:15 today. The woman who came on the speaker and took our order was hands down the most efficient customer service worker that I have ever experienced. She was quick, extremely familiar with all products, and friendly, I was very very impressed and I told her when I went through the drive-thru how much we appreciated her excellent customer service! I made a point to do a review because in my experience most people just make reviews about complaints. I hope Harveys management is appreciative of this employee because they are doing a fantastic job!

We love Harvey s for its freshness and ability to customize the burgers anyway we want -they are always delicious! The service at this location is excellent. The staff are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They regularly have special deals and special menu items, plus you can earn Scene points and they provide CAA discounts. Previously a 5 star review - didnt wear gloves Staff taking order was fine but the people in the kitchen were visibly not wearing gloves. Theres a large open window where you can see into the kitchen and we watched them touching multiple things including peoples burgers with their bare hands no gloves on didnt see them wash their hands. Food was undercooked.

My husband and I went to Harveys about a week ago. There was a couple ahead of us, still took ten minutes to take our order, we stood there longer then it took to eat. The service is slow at this location, however, you wont find a better burger put together right infront or you than Harveys. Its been a favorite or mine since childhood.

We stopped at this location while traveling, we loves Harveys. But this location was terrible. We ordered and waited quite a while for our food, while the employees seemed completely lost and unsure of how to do their job. Then, when we got to pick our toppings, they did an awful job, and it was all just slapped together. The restaurant and bathroom were also very dirty. We wont be stopping at this location again.

I loved this place for a long time, but I got food poisoning on my last visit. When I was talking to the cashier about my order, he was also very rude. It was good before, but I dont think I can go back now.

tried the buffalo chicken burger with my usual choice of burger stuff and honestly, just get the beef burger or whatever you usually order instead. its not that good. the cashier today is a little stingy, didnt put in as much olives and pickles as the last time i came here, when there was a different person monitoring the front. somehow he squashed a part of the burger bun, too.

I visited this location at 6.30 pm and the talk to the manger as it was talking to long to order and the person taking the order was rude in behavior. The manger had consumed alcohol as pungent smell was coming from his breath. not visiting this location for sure.

The meat wasnt good the lettuce greasy and the tomatoes old.. the fries were kind of good but not really the way it supposed to be.. no Canadian worker only guys from India which you hardly can understand..
