Stopped in for wings on Monday. They were delicious and our server Kristen was excellent. Cant go wrong with wing night.

Food (ribs)were cold and dry, my wife asked for the manager who seemed to be a new Canadian and he was quite rude and never came back to comp our meal and he was just sitting at one of the booths by the bathrooms with another employee. Very disappointed as we used to really enjoy Montanas. We drove down from Sussex :(

I visited this Montanas location during a vacation to visit family. I decided to sit at the bar and was greeted by a smiling face - Julian was fantastic, had a great attitude and served us promptly. While enjoying some apps we were then attended to by the manager, Erika, to see how we were enjoying ourselves. She was also extremely pleasant and it showed great customer service on behalf of this Montanas establishment. On our way out she wished us a great evening. What a wonderful experience and thank you both so much!

Moncton Montana- The atmosphere was beautiful in the restaurant but unfortunately everything else from the visit was unsatisfactory. The kapow shrimp were falling apart from the batter and had a strong fishy taste (I order these often at Fredericton Montana and they were very different this time). I asked for 1 full rack of ribs and after a long wait, they came back with 1/2 rack. The waitress did not come offering drink refills or provide utensils (until we approached staff asking for them). Overall was not a good experience and the younger staff working were not very professional working the front desk.

The best burger and bbq ribs definitely recommend checking this place out if you havent you wont be disappointed.

Our group of nearly 50 people had an absolutely fantastic experience here! Everything was amazing from the food to the service and it all came out in a timely manner, even with such a large group. A special shoutout to Millie and Alex, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness made the evening unforgettable. The managers should be incredibly proud to have such outstanding individuals on their team! First time there and we loved it!

Not a place I d recommend for steak lovers. The meat was so dry that it lacked the juicy, flavorful experience you d expect. Overall, an average spot with room for improvement in preparing a good steak.

Asked for lunch special at 4.05 ,we were there at 3.55 ,the waitress said she had no idea of the time ,she could of at the very least ask her manager,not very helpful,we did not argue.

Went for a birthday supper, luckily we had reservations. It was packed on a Friday evening. Hostess that brought us to our booth was very friendly, as was our waitress Emily. Emily was very knowledgeable and attentive. My husband had the beef rib and it was delicious. I had the pork rib, which was unfortunately cold. We told Emily and she took my plate away and it was quickly replaced by another full plate, even though I had eaten some from the first one. This time the meat was hot and delicious. Then the manager came over, apologized, told us he had already discounted my meal and gave use free dessert. Definitely recommend Montana s in Moncton. Great service. Delicious food.

Our server Nav was very friendly and did a great job, ribs and wings excellent, not a fan of the fries or coleslaw. However . The place could use a very good dusting, lights are covered in dust and cobwebs hanging over the tables. Also a lot of dust on the vent piping. Just made it look dirty.

My son and I (sometimes just he and I but also often with my family of 4) come to the Mapleton restaurant and we come more often than any other restaurant in greater Moncton because of Millie. She is beyond wonderful. If 10*** was possible that is what our family would give her!!

The Lunch Trio is a must! Pulled pork sandwich is amazing with the pot roast soup. Even better for a few more dollars you can get a full sandwich and not the normal half. Four cheese spinach dip is my favourite in town for appetizers.

Our server Julie is always welcoming, she treats us like friends. We always ask for her station whenever we go there. The food is always good.

The ribs were a bit dry and not the best Ive had in Moncton. We ordered a whole rack and got 2 halfs. One was more tender then the other so probably not the same rack. The side of cole slaw with a whole rack of ribs was laughable.The soup was really salty and meat tough. We did not get fries but probably wont return.

Made a reservation, and upon arrival, was told that reservation couldnt be acomadated and the table would have to be split in 3 tables. Would not recommend. Ps, theres a Swiss chalet down the down has better service and food.

Went there last night on special occasion of my friend s birthday for the very first time. Ordered food at 8:12 pm, received half of it in 10 minutes, (Food was good)forgot to give us rest. Asked one of the server at 8:45? Gave me answer I don t know what s going on in the kitchen . Manager came with food at 8:55, me and friends refused to take it coz we were not hungry after waiting for such a long time. Manager offered 50% discount on whole bill, even if we were not ready to take the food. We asked for bill, still taking long to print a copy of my bill. Asked for manager again, never showed up. Received the bill with 50% discount on one item, even though we were missing two main courses. Manager did not know how to handle the whole situation. We were upset. Came in with bright faces, left with dull scars on face. Your apology cannot bring our emotions back. We were planning for this date for couple of months to celebrate it at montana s but it was horrible. Terrible experience, played with emotions, never coming back. Definitely not recommending.

Yesterday I went to eat at this restaurant with my family, it was my second time but the first for my husband. My son and my husband had a cut of meat. I am a 60 year old person and I ordered some chicken fajitas and as a starter some tortilla chips, very good but when I went to have another one I got something black, very bad looking charcoal tipi, I spoke to the waitress and told her, she took it and came back and he said that it was a burned daddy but that it had gone to the cook. He didnt change the tortilla chips, nor did he ask for an apology. The dishes arrived and my husband and son said that everything was fine with them. I think out of pity. Because I tried my salad and from the appearance it was already bad, when I tried it it tasted like an old vegetable and a spoiled tomato. My guacamole was dark, my son told me because of the heat, Mom, but it didnt have to be fresh, I tasted it unpleasant. We talked to the waitress about the cold tortillas on top and the only thing she told us was that there everything was the same day, my stomach was bad, continuing to eat the old dry chicken gave the impression that everything had already been done for quite some time. I dont recommend it, very bad experience. It was the manager, my son told him and he said the same thing: Its sad that these places dont have good service because they are not cheap dishes and your celebration looks sad because of these situations, bad service, bad food and bad solution. What a shame it is those days when you say you would have better eaten at home. Gina cervantes

Food was good, beef ribs were pretty tender. Dont fall for the free appetizer if you get the app thing like I did they dont send you the code for like 5 hours to entice you to come back! It may or may not work on me..

Had a great time on rib night for my buddies Bday

Havent been to Montanas in a couple years just because the last couple times I went I guess I was just underwhelmed by the food. Wifes parents were coming in from out of town and wanted to go there, so we went. I ordered the 911 wings and ribs with fries and coleslaw. Wings showed up without any sauce on them which I thought was odd and waitress agreed, so brought them back to get them tossed in sauce. Took them back out and said the cook said thats how they are now and they are 911. Ok, all good. So when I got the meal at first it did look like it had been sitting a while which I didnt quite get cause its Friday at 630 and its busy. It had been sitting a while as Id thought, the wings were no longer crispy, they were getting that soggy feel, fries were still warm but thats about it. Ribs were good, nothing to write home about but good, wings had a little zing to them, but got my wife to eat one which was my litmus test cause she cant do too hot and she said they were just a little hot. Nowhere near 911. I dont write many reviews but when something gets me one way or the other I do. With these chain restaurants I dont ever expect to be blown away but I do expect consistency. Also the thought that maybe after a couple years theyd gotten things right. For the price of the place I just really wouldnt recommend it to anyone and told the wife we just wont be going back (I had decided this a couple years ago after the similar experiences Id had but it wasnt my call). All that to say the service was good, also good atmosphere, cool layout but the food is kinda a bust.

My food was ok but the wifes buttermilk chicken was deep fried till it was pretty much black. So I eat my food and then had to wait for hers to be redone so I sat and watched her eat her meal lol and to top it of not even a discount
