The Mountain Road Moncton New Brunswick Sports Rock is a great and fantastic place to have meals and there is a bar and you can meet new people there and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Skip order for fricot because were sick and it was one of the best fricots we have had. Price point is very affordable. The burger also tasty.

Best kept secret in town for burgers!

By far the best sports bar I have been to. Food is great, service is great, portions are great and drinks are ice cold and lots of selection.

Great wings .love the place.

No consistency when I order takeout wings. I always get 50 wings with sauce on and most of the time they are still crunchy with sauce covering most of the wing. Today they were soggy just swimming in a pool of sauce and not edible.

Good food

We come here with friends every week for dinner and ive never had a bad experience. Food was always spot on with great prices and Tabatha is our regular host. She has all of our preferences saved to a tee.

Walked on. Waited 15 min. No one came to the front. There were 2 parties ahead of us. They had been standing amd waiting longer then we were. Walked out. Not one server made any eye contact with the door area. Restaraunt was semi full. We Walked out after the other 5 Walked out. Were visiting from Manitoba. Disappointing service. Saw far too many servers and not one made eye contact.

Sports rock is an awesome place for a bite to eat in Moncton North.

Poor sports rock. I ve been going there for years for breakfast as it is usually fast and convenient. I know the menu pretty well and I m a big eggs Benedict fan and they never had it on the menu. Just went today and they now offer it so I thought I d give it a try. OMG. It was laughable. Do yourself a favour and don t order the eggs Benny. It was a fried egg instead of poached which I have never seen before. And the hollandaise sauce was tasteless and you can tell was one of those premade packages For almost 20 dollars a plate, I was expecting much more than this slop. Sports rock. Please do yourselves a favour and remove this item off your menu. It s embarrassing. And do better!!!!

We take our kids there on the weekends. They are great! Food is always good and hot! Service is top notch!

Excellent restaurant.

Meal was poorly made, specials werent explained properly. Do not order the quesadillas theyre not made with proper ingredients and were a huge disappointment. I waited over 30mins for my food and it wasnt very good. Definitely not worth going back.

Stood at the front door waiting to be seated, ignored by every staff member.

Had the chicken burger with onions rings. Plenty of hot and delicious onions rings. The burger itself was not special, mayo chicken lettuce tomato onion. Hot and still enjoyable to eat. I would try one of the bbq burgers next time.

We often go for breakfast here. The food and staff are amazing. The prices are also great!

To be honest, I was worried about going into a full-blown sports bar, which this is. However, the servers were wonderful. A super-size coffee and awesome shrimp. Very welcoming and good food

Couldn t say a bad thing about this location, staff is always good, well run and maintained, only ever had one bad meal there and we told the waitress and she handled it right away and had it remade right away and it was perfect.

My Dad treated me here while I was in town visiting. I had the Rice bowl. It was delicious, however it was More of a stir Fry, than what i was expecting. The service was great.

Dietary restrictions: My husband has a seafood allergy and this place handled his allergy extremely well and went above and beyond. Not only that every staff member made it their business to know what we were drinking and offered us more when we were low. Highly recommend this place. This place. Parking: Lots of parking.

Server was really friendly and didnt take long from sitting to order to food arrival. And of course the food was delicious

It was average! Like any regular pub food. Chicken was grilled on nachos. Tasted actually like the Costco bagged/canned chicken. Toppings were good otherwise. The fries were yummy. The burger was a 2.7/10.. definitely need to be more juicy. It was a burger patty, mac and cheese deepfried bites, bacon, and cheese. The sauce wasn t all there though so it was dry..! Server was good. Drinks were good (8/10).

Had clams and chips, they were not as fresh as what Im used to but were still good. Wings were great and my dinner guest had a nice chicken sandwich. Love the sports pub atmosphere and have been to your location a few times when Im in Moncton always a place to stop on my trips

We went in for an app and a drink. Service and food was good. The atmosphere was a little dark but has a nice sporty vibe.

Stopped by here for a couple beers ($6:90 for a bottle) beer is a lil pricey here but at least it was cold staff was friendly and service was good they have 16 different drafts on tap

So my favorite to order here is the steak and eggs! However, I thought I would go for a smaller breakfast and got the two egg breakfast... so much for small. This was basically a ham steak, loads of pan fries, bottomless coffee (nice med roast btw), 2 slices of toast and eggs for like 11 bucks. What the heck? So goooood!! If you are looking for a small breakfast for a grest price this was excellent!

Sweet place to chill and hangout as a date or with friends. I tried the cheese cake dessert the other day and it was awesome.

Great place to eat. BUT on Sunday November 19. 4 men and 6 children came in and took control of the T.V putting 7 on reruns of hockey. Not fair to other paying customers. So I give this Sunday 1 star

we were extremely disappointed with our server at the Sportsrock Moncton tonight. The whole experience really upset me. I have been to this location on a number of occasions over the years, but I dont think I will be returning.

Delicious food and great service. The waitress was very friendly. She took the time to chat us up and asked how we liked it. I had the wings and I liked them. Breaded wings arent my favourite but I liked these ones. My main was steak and fries. Steak was cooked as ordered with a side of mushrooms and onion

Price friendly when it comes to breakfast, not always super fresh though, the pick 3 / pick 6 are great, and the wings are the best in my opinion! Solid 8/10 recommend!

Extremely slow service. I asked for a beers while I reviewed the menu. The server forgot to bring my beer. Finally got my beer and placed my order ..it took forever! The place was not busy, maybe 10 customers in the restaurant. Food was very slow coming and just average in quantity and quality of taste. I am a first time customer .I won t be back!

Took over 20 minutes for us to get our food order. Waitress checked up on the 3 tables surrounding us as: Table 1 (11 people)- Checked in 7 times Table 2 (3 people)- Checked in 9 times Table 3 (7 people)- Checked in 7 times In the span of 60 minutes. Myself and my boyfriend were NOT Checked on ONCE during our time wasted here. From when we got our meal until we left we were not asked for drink refills, food quality, or extra condiments. Our drinks were both empty, and had received 0 customer service from the main and extra servers for the entire time spent here. We personally called the restaurant while we were in here and had to request a waitress for us to be waited on. Very disappointing and will not be coming back.

If you would like to enjoy a meal with your significant other I wouldnt recommend here whatsoever. We didnt receive service and when we were upset about our very poor service the manager said it was our fault we didnt receive any service then decided to look at my girlfriends phone that is private and said oh youre writing a review in a very unprofessional disgusted tone. Management 101 respect your clients even when theyre wrong which, in this case, we were definitely right. This is odd because in any other restaurant we go to they are very on the ball and polite. Definitely recommend Montanas over this place any day of the week.

Was not impressed with our visit at all, we had burgers and chicken parmigiana. The burgers were burnt smelling and tasting, the lettuce was soggy, the fries were not cooked well and plain, the chicken parmigiana was over cooked and dry. Based on this experience I wouldn t recommend going there.

Value for the money

My food was cold, my husbands order was wrong. Low quality ingredients. Placed an order of chicken strips to go when we were still waiting for our eat in meals. Thought for sure it would be ready by the time we were done. We waited at least 30 minutes before the waitress came over and said the cook burnt them and had to cook them again. We waited so long we got up and walked around the restaurant. Finally she brought them out. You would think we would have gotten an apology or something. We will never go there again. There are much better places to spend our money and time.

This restaurant/bar is second to none. From the server to the meal, everything was excellent.

Went for breakfast used to be my father favourite place to go .we took him here anytime we came down to visit. Food is good very reasonably priced . The staff was amazing telling us jokes.

Food mediocre (processed not homemade) .. clean place. Waitress was nice and attentive to our needs. No prices listed on their drink side of the menu Full screen tv broadcasting sports for your pleasure.

Came here with my boyfriend to try as we dont have this restaurant at home. The staff were very friendly and overall were great. The food was good and served promptly. It was nice and hot when it came to our table too !

Selection of alcohol and entrées are great, some of the flavours could be improved instead of being slopped onto the burger/poutine to make it meaty, etc. Asked for a double fried/crispy fries as there were only three tables and was disappointed to get warm fries where only the ends are crispy. (Took those home to bake them correctly). Would return but might try to just buy the entrée on its own.

The service was great but the food was terrible and aside from our appetizers, we could not eat our meals, returning them instead. Fries were greatly undercooked, steak was inconsistently cooked through, and the steak sauce tasted as though it had gone rancid. Would not recommend

Food is good but I do find it on the pricey side for a burger and fries. However they do have one of the best nachos around.

I got the the chessburger platter. The burger was good but I have had better. The fries were just ordinary crinkle cuts. Was expecting home made fries. My wife had potato wedges, mozza sticks and wings, which she enjoyed very much and that is why I am giving 4 stars and not 3.

Its a stop we make in Moncton every time. Love it. Staff is great and food is delicious.

Turkey club was great. Moist meat! Burger was pretty good but fries were undercooked.

What a wonderful place. My great uncle is in his 90 s. He goes here all the time. All the servers know him by name and take such great care of him while he s there. They even hosted a birthday party for him. The food is always amazing. The owner should be super proud of his staff, they always go above and beyond. I love stopping by here.

If you want to spend fifty dollars to get food poisoning, this is your spot.

Food was fantastic but the service was superb!! Lisa is the best waitress I have encountered anywhere in years!! She knows her job and is excellent at it. Attentive to her customer s needs without hovering she achieves that perfect balance. Having worked in the food service industry I understand how hard this can be at times. I hope the owner of this establishment knows how excellent she is at her job and pays her well for it because otherwise it is only a matter of time until someone else does.

I placed an order through skip the dishes, and they totally screwed up. After calling sportsrock since the skip driver delivered the wrong order ( someone elses order at that) they were absolutely amazing with me.
