Swiss Chalet in Moncton

My server Lyndsay was amazing. The food was very tasty. Especially Lyndsay s special sauce. Great experience all around. Especially the sauce.

I am boycotting Skip the Dishes, I ordered something online from Swiss Chalet, and they delivered the wrong drink and did not give me cutlery to be able to even eat my food. I ended chatting with skip support and everytime they just would cut me off and end chat, saying that there is nothing that they could do. I ended up calling the restaurant Swiss Chalet and talking to the manager. The manager of the restaurant just decided to send someone from their restaurant to my room hotel and delivered cutlery, with the proper drink and on top of it some extra goodies. Wow Swiss Chalet just handled the situation amazingly well and I am blown away with their customer service. While SkiptheDishes got an F, their customer service sucks. Thank you Swiss Chalet, specifically to the manager of this branch, you just gained a loyal customer. From Room 606 at Holiday Inn express

Office delivery was on time, all names were on the boxes making distribution easy, and it was hot & delicious!

Sad old fries and the 1/4 chicken dark meat was tiny.

It is always a pleasure to eat at Swiss Chalet. Dali our server is always a joy! She is very professional and is quick :) Dietary restrictions: I follow a regime to loose weight and I always take the double leg with a ceasar salad :)

Service was unattentive and missed parts of the order. Was there for a 3 person birthday celebration but the service fell flat. parts of the food order missed and other parts overlooked while server chatted in corner with other servers. Subsequently went to manager and spoke to him after waiting several days and coming in at a nonbusy time.

Noman and Jayden were absolutely fantastic. The food was great too. I take my mom out Christmas shopping every year and we usually stop at Swiss Chalet. That won t stop. This place takes me back to flavours of my childhood. It s hearty and feels like home. Jayden and Noman feel like family.

Shivary (hope I spelled her name right) was a fantastic server. Very busy at supper time but she was on the ball! The Mountain rd. location could teach the Dieppe location a thing or two about service and food quality.

Dali was the best waitress! She made sure we had everything we needed, and paid extra attention to our little girls giving them stickers, and bringing the toy chest right to them. Kid-friendliness: this is my daughters favorite place to go, from choosing her food, to her favorite mini donut dessert (included) and then she got to get 2 things from the treasure chest because she couldnt choose!

Its always great to be at Swiss Chalet. Wonderful food and friendly waitstaff, especially Gabriel and Dali. Weve always received excellent service.

I ate there with my family this past Saturday 09/21. We went right in at the busiest time with no reservation and we were a party of 7. We hardly had to wait.Norman was amazing! I believe he was a manager or assistant manager. He basically catered to our table the whole night. Nice to see management step up and help wait staff out during a big rush! Everyone was going a great job. And the food was awesome! No one had one complaint and believe me usually someone does lol

I treat myself 2-3 times a month to a lunch during the work week to de-stress and the staff, guy or girl at the door to the servers, Dali & Morgan, always treat me like a valued customer. I may go too much as Dali can usually guess what Ill order. There isnt a day when the food isnt excellent. A very excellent experience overall.

I would like to state that Gabriels service is extremely excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and quick service.

The food here is okay. Too salty for my taste, luckily I ordered an extra salad to compensate for that. The guy helping us with the bill was friendly and helpful, which was a nice end to me and my family trying out the place. However, someone else who came with me got a heavy allergic reaction to something from the place, which lasted a while... Parking: Parking is outside the building, which often gets occupied quickly during meal hours.

The food was excellent. It arrived hot and exactly how we wanted it. I have no complaints about the food. The service was appalling. Our server from the second he got to our table after a 10 minute wait was sniffling and snorting like he was sick. He rambled about having worked at coras for 20 years and finally took our order. He had to come back to reconfirm our drink order. He delivered then 10 minutes later. 15 minutes after that our food was delivered (it was delicious). Once we finished eating it was 24 minutes before he came back to our table and we asked for the bill. We got 0 service, so I didnt tip for the service. When he saw that I hadnt tipped he laughed at me and walked away. I will gladly order takeout from them again but I will not be returning to the restaurant itself. Horrible experience.

Very friendly staff. Nice and clean tables. Quick service and delicious food. Thank you. Kid-friendliness: I took my two granddaughters aged two and five with my daughter to the restaurant. The little ones were given some crayons and a picture to colour to occupy them while waiting for food.

Swiss Chalet is always a favorite of ours. Food is excellent and service is wonderful. Dali is such a sweetheart!

My wife and I go to Swiss chalet a lot one of the few places she can eat due to some of here severe allergies. We enjoy the food atmosphere and service. Shout out to one of our servers Derek G. He was friendly and very fast bringing our food out I definitely think he deserves to be treated extremely well by Swiss chalet company. We will definitely will be coming back again and again. Dietary restrictions: If you have gluten allergies on your visit you can ask for a gluten friendly menu it has lots of items to chose from and the Swiss chalet on mountain rd in Moncton has a dedicated gluten free fryer. Parking: Sometimes during peak hours it s hard to find a spot but after peak hours there s plenty of spots.

Stopped in today with my husband to purchase our regular meal of 2 Chicken Dinners and did not disappoint. Whenever we are in Moncton this is our favourite restaurant. It s always fast and service and has never been disappointed. We can get our meal and get back on the road quickly. Our waitress name was Dali, and she was very sweet. She will definitely pleasant and professional and ensured we had everything we needed. Next time we go, we will be requesting to be seated in her section. Best service we ve had in a very long time And yes, we will be ordering our Chicken Dinner again soon I hope. Hats off to Dali and Swiss Chalet Team for hiring her! D & B Richard

Our server was fast and made sure we were taken care of and I cant recall his name but when we go he usually sits us at lunch time lol but he gave my daughter a toy to keep her busy :) Definitely recommend!!

My fiance and I went with my elderly grandmother. Noman, the host, noticed my grandmother was having a hard time getting out of the car. When we got in he met us with a smile and immediately brought us to the table RIGHT next to the front doors. The menus were already on the table. He told us he seen us getting out of the car and seen her struggle, so wanted to get her to a close spot so she didnt need to walk too far. Isnt that nice!!! The full time we were there he was full of smiles and had a very friendly demeanor. This is what you should look for in an employee!!!! Keep up the fantastic work Noman!!!! Food was great and Derek, our waiter was nice.

Today we had lunch at the Mountain Rd location of Swiss Chalet. Both the host, Norman and server, Dali were exceptional. The food was above average. Overall a great experience that will bring us back to this establishment.

The food is what youd expect from Swiss Chalet - affordable and filling. The atmosphere was comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and made this Swiss Chalet stand out over most others Ive been to.

Great service

I was on the verge of giving up on Swiss Chalet due to previous disappointing experiences with cold chicken and even colder dipping sauce. However, my recent visit to the Mountain Rd. location completely changed my perspective. Our server, Joyce, was outstanding knowledgeable, attentive, and despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure to check in on us regularly. Most importantly, she ensured that our food was hot and delicious. This experience has restored my faith in Swiss Chalet!

We were happily greeted by Noman who opened the door for us on the way and politely chatted with us to our seats. Then served by Dali who has a great smile and served as quickly. Had a great lunch with my mom and I hope they keep the chicken parm as a permanent menu item.

Stopped for lunch with a friend today at the mountain road location in Moncton, NB. Was greeted at the door by Noman who showed us to our table, he was very funny, great welcoming personality. Our server was Dali she was very friendly and had prompt service, both ordering and serving us our food & drinks. The food was served at just the right time between appetizer and entrée. Food was fresh and all the food was served warm directly from the kitchen (appetizer: Garlic. Cheese loaf, delicious. Entrée was the quarter chicken meal with a side of mashed potatoes). Both Dali and Noman checked to make sure we had everything and enjoyed our meals, they were fantastic, and we had a great experience.

Our visit started out great with a super friendly welcome from Noman. From there it just got better and better. Dali and Harki were anticipating our needs at every turn. All 3 of them checked on us frequently and the food was fast and delicious. Excellent experience all around!

Great comfort food at a reasonable price. On the weekends, ask to sit in Gabriels section: not only is he very friendly and his service is excellent but he is widely traveled and fascinating to chat with. The roast beef is very tasty and moist.
