Ordered a sub on Ubereats and realized I made an error. Cancelled it within SECONDS and they refused to refund me... and they didn't even start order yet. They simply clicked 'Accept". From ordering to cancelling it was about 20-30 seconds and yet they took my money without delivering or refunding. I will never order here again. Also filing a chargeback with my bank.
I was at store to pick up skip order there is one employee joel who is always rude with delivery driver. even if we ask if its ready or not. he should be polite with people coming to there store weather they are order food or pick up food. But i think he don’t know his duties. He should be more patience as he is working in food industry.
I visited the drive-through and ordered a keriyki sandwich. While eating, I found a hair in the sandwich. I immediately took a picture and returned the sandwich to the store, requesting a full replacement or a refund, as this is a serious health and safety issue. However, the staff member, "JP," rudely informed me that their policy only allows replacement for the uneaten portion. Despite contacting the manager, "Joel," over the phone, Joel refused to address my concerns. I left the store feeling embarrassed and unwell, with my concerns about food safety completely ignored. 1
I have ordered online #D7B1BFA5-36, and why it is hard for employees to understand veggie patty sub. I paid for it and my sub was missing veggie patty. (I think they are good at fooling customers)
Very clean and quick service. One artist was a great service and the other artist was serious. But good was good. Paper bag ripped before I left the restaurant.
The artist working today was phenomenal. Light humored, happy to be there. His subs looked better then a commercial. True care in what he is doing and caring about customer experience. Just visited subway mountain rd location Ordered chimichuri veg. The employee can’t even close the sandwich I asked to re make it but still he is saying that I can’t close the sandwich, then how they hire the staff that they can’t even make proper sandwich it’s not a pizza that anyone can eat like this u can see picture ,some of the veggies are also out of the sandwich and sauces ,too . Very bad service. Never visit again
It's an easy spot to stop for a quick bite. The staff is friendly. However depending on who is serving you the amount of food on your sandwich can differ. The table is sticky today.
It was not a great experience to drive thru and they were asking for tips. Really? I used to work at a restaurant before and this day believe wages are not the reason for that

The food was not good i asked for toasted. But there was cheese without toasted and the petty was so Cold and whole sub was messy. Asked for extra vegetable there was barely veggies on the sub. Poor food Poor service.

Keep an eye out, there charging people for meal deals when you say no. I was stupid and trusted them and just paid and the hit me four times. And when I try and get my money back and e-mail there operations manager for subway Canada, Melissa wants everything under the moon to get back what is yours (after I said I trusted them and never took a receipt those times. I take them now. Thiefs at this location, go to Elmwood, better service and they charge you the right amount. At this point Im done with Subway.

The parking lot is really bad the drive thru isnt the best its a little to small and the curb hight is high and far from the window and skit coming in isnt the best not the moutian rd side is ok either be careful going in with your cars

service was reaaaally bad. went there tonight with my two friends and went through the drive through. it took a long time for them to take our order and when we pulled up to the window, we were laughing and joking with each other. the employee at the window rolled it open and said are you laughing at me?? my friend driving the car was like no we re just laughing and the employee literally said don t mess with me what the heck?? we were a little freaked out. wish i got his name so i could complain. i mean seriously, so they really train their people to treat the costumers like this? he was super rude and a little intimidating
Placed an online order on 21st april for 2 footlong chicken sub. Got one wrong sub with wrong and missing toppings and I called them at the same time and told them. The person who picked up the call asked me when can i come to store to get the food i said Tuesday afternoon. And I just went today as told, the person named Joel, said he had investigate the situation first, had to check the cameras and everything then they can give me the food. I showed him the receipt as well. He had the record as well that I got wrong food. What a worst service experience ever. I mean their own employee said I can come and on the other side they need to check the cameras. Are you serious? Train your employees properly first

We went there for our meals. The guy was working there, he was rude. We felt like he just didnt wanna take our order. Very bad experience. Poor customer service. We asked for napkins. He said check your bag and he gave us one napkin and said 2 napkins with 6 inch. He shut the window and disappeared. He was so rude. Never recommend. Poor customer service. His behaviour was so bad. Really Disappointed.

Disappointing Rice Bowl Experience So, I ordered a veggie rice bowl at location, and it was a real disappointment. The portion was shockingly less, the veggies were limp ,bland and presentation was not good as well. Definitely not worth the money. I wont be going back for that dish anytime soon.

Standard Subway location. Quick delivery from this location via Skip or Door Dash. The new menu options and sandwiches are a welcome addition. You can find some decent savings and coupons from time to time to save your wallet a few bucks.

I used to frequent this location but after today, it will be my last time. The employees are rude, dont care to offer suggestions when you say you arent sure what sauce should go on said sub. They chince out on their toppings and when asked for a bit more, they give attitude saying that is their standard amount. I understand cutting back in todays world but when Im paying $37+ for a 12in, a 6 in and a soup, youd think they would be more willing to make the sandwich worth that price. I asked for extra cheese and the way it was placed on the sandwich, it all slid off in the and gathered in one area missing 80% of the bun. We had to ask for the receipt which was immediately crumpled up and about to be tossed. They did try to reprint a new one so it wasnt crumpled but it wasnt worth it as the original one was fine. A little effort given too late. And to top it off, after we left the counter to sit down to eat, they started talking in their native tongue and laughing. Not sure if it was about us but it was NOT appropriate. Do yourself a favour and pick another Subway location as this one does NOT care about your satisfaction, even though youre paying good money for it.

My recent visit to the Subway at 1380 Mountain Rd, Moncton was unfortunately disappointing. While I appreciate the convenience of the location, my experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, I noticed that the quantity of ingredients in my sub was quite low compared to what Ive come to expect from Subway. The sub seemed to lack the usual generous fillings, which left me feeling unsatisfied. Additionally, the quality of the sub I received was average at best. The flavors didnt stand out, and it didnt match the tasty and fresh subs Ive had at other Subway locations. On a concerning note, I observed some concerning interactions between a staff member of Filipino nationality and customer from other nationalities. It appeared that there were instances of disrespectful behavior, which was disheartening to witness as a customer. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively as an opportunity for improvement. Subway is generally known for its consistency and quality, and I believe this location has the potential to meet those standards with some adjustments. I hope my review provides valuable input for enhancing the customer experience at this particular Subway location.

Always trust my regular sandwich to be excellent at Subway and it was at this location. Great service by people who genuinely seem to care. My lovely wife, Pat, ordered one of the new rice bowl meals and loved it (says alot). Ate inside and seating area was clean. We received what we paid for here and were both happy. Bonus was seeing our friend, Katherine enter as we were about to leave. Was also comforting seeing several athletes (Maritime University runners event happened in Moncton this weekend) also eating here. Healthy food at Subway. Vegetarian options: Veggie meals available. Parking: Shared parking with other plaza stores. Handicapped parking available. Drop off area in front. Wheelchair accessibility: Typical wheelchair access.

Ordered 3 subs and couldn t even have lettuce on them because it was Brown. Should have been thrown out. I asked if there was any fresh lettuce out back and the server said no. This was all the lettuce they had until Monday when the truck comes. There is a Sobeys in the same mall and I am sure they have fresh lettuce that could have been bought. Only had 3 different bun types to choose from. Do you no longer make honey oat? (Northwest Center)

Stand subway not much more I can say, if you have never been there they have a wide selection of breads, cheese, meats and veggies. Meat and cheese cost extra for more, veggies and dressings are free for as much as you want.

Everytime i go there at 1:30am the oven is turned off, i like my sub toasted .. only happens when its the same one guy that works .. i worked for subway and we had to shut it off 30 minutes before closing.
Food was good, service was decent. My only complaint is about how dirty the location was. When we walked in and our feet were (literally) sticking to the floor I was concerned. Tables were fairly clean, and most importantly the food prep area was clean and tidy! Just wish they d mop the floor!!
