I went there to picked up a delivery order from skip. And the staff were very rude and just ignored me. Even the order was ready but she is not given to me. When I asked if the order ready why were you not gave me, she said I don’t care if you want to complain. That’s ridicules, didn’t expect this. This behaviour is not tolerated.

Zero service, I ordered online from their website but didn’t sign up or something, I was showing them order details and they say we don’t have with your name we can’t give you and they don’t even know that their system shows surname and initial of first name they keep argue that they don’t have order on my name. Then I told them my full name and then they showed me it’s my order after arguing15 minutes when they don’t know how their POS system works.

I would have given 0 stars for this order. I ordered a veggie delight with bacon. There were very little topping and 2 pieces of bacon for a foot long sub. I paid over $16 for my order and I got bread and cheese with a few strains of lettuce and 1 tomatoe per half. Very poor quality
I took some food from the drive through at night and the sub had absolutely no meat at all it was basically like a salad. This isn’t the first time it has happened and if I lived close by I would’ve brought it back. I basically payed money for a salad in bread.
Very disappointed with footlong delivered at home... There was no toppings when called they offered a free sub for next time. Went today to get one manager was making face while making. Just because they had to give a free one.

Visited the subway, girl who served us her name is priya and she was so professional and served us with smile on her face. She did an excellent job making our sandwiches and wanted to the survey for her. But there is no option on there website. She deserves a raise.
I have been ordering from Subway for years and it has generally been good, but recently the customer service has declined . The employee with yellow hair was particularly rude. Despite telling her my name three times, which she failed to catch, I even showed her the app and spelled it out, but she just walked away, insisting she needed my full name . Additionally, it seems the quality of the order preparation is now tied to whether a tip is included; orders without tips receive noticeably smaller quantities of each ingredient. Never ordering from there again.
Always forget to grill my sub on online order and when i takeout I remind them they still don t make it properly Vegetarian options: Absolutely recommend for veg people. Lots to try.

I went to drive through the other day. The sub was worst I ever had as there was absolutely less to no sauce into my sub. Worst subway experience ever. Personally I believe that they should not serve customers via drive through if they can t provide services up-to subway standards.
The subs are AMAZING!! But if you go in the drive through, they ALWAYS get your order wrong, you have to go in to see for yourself to correct them it s annoying, but 5 stars on the food, been ordering the same sub for 8 years!
I ordered steak and cheese but there is no meat inside. I paid for steak and cheese and I got kind of salad subway.

Visited several times as a delivery driver. Dining, take away and delivery available on the location. Seen sign of 24 hours service. I will give 5 stars if they (staff) give a bit more welcoming attitude towards delivery drivers. I dont say its rude but I cant even see a smile or notice about waiting time for my order (Maybe they are over scheduled) fairly OK preparation time. Easy parking, washrooms and a large dining area.

First time at this location and ordered a foot long roteserie chicken. The artist sandwich scrape te bottom of the container and only half the amount of chicken was added to my sub. I asked to have the required amount of chicken and I was told thats all they had. Service is not great.

I went to the drive thru and there was no one before me; i was the only one over there, i want to order a sub; i waited there for like 15 minutes, then i order my food, and they told me to wait 15-20 minutes more; totally waste of time; at the end i didn t order anything.

I am speechless. I arrived very shortly before midnight and was waiting for the person in front of me to finish ordering when the employee came to tell me to go to the drive-thru because they are closed now. I was a little surprised knowing that I came on foot. So I tell her that Im on foot and that I dont have a car to go to the drive thru and she still maintains that they are closed and that I have to go to the drive even if Im on foot. Even the client in front of me and his colleague was shocked. I know Im fat, but do I have the same dimensions as a car so that you ask me to go and stand in the middle of the cars? I do not think so. I would have put 0 if it was possible.

Shoot. This was a bit ago. My husband ordered a sub, I ordered a bowl. It was freaking delicious. The man who fulfilled the order made the atmosphere and thats why the 5 star review. He smiled and payed attention to what both my husband and I wanted with the additional flair of being personable. I have mentioned to my husband I wouldnt mind going back to this take out. And, by the way I usually hate takeout food.
Its 4pm for afternoon tea. No one is behind me nor drive thru but the server is rushing me to make my order and bad temper. I.e. I choose chicken without saying the cooking method and and they reply with there are many types of chicken! . And server keep coughing bad impression
Showed up at about 1 am (store and online advertises 24/7). All lights on worker inside still with a drive thru headset on and she says they closed and went silent from there. False advertising and intolerable staff makes we wish 0 star option was available.

Was having such a hardtime to order at drivetrue. We warent able understand each other and she was getting bit annoyed. Food was prepare quick but 12$for a 6inch turkey combo is starting to be to much.

Dont like the fact that they have changed their sub buns. Usually I have whole wheat bun with my order. When I asked for whole wheat she got something and I had to ask what kind of bun was that, her reply was that is the new kind certainly did not look or taste like what Ive asked for. Overall Im sure Ill be back

Got 2 cold cut footlongs, must have been a newer gentleman working. A lady made my husbands perfectly, and my was a disaster guy put all my toppings in the middle, then when he closed it everything came flying out. I maybe should have asked him to redo it but I didnt want to get him in trouble and I was just too hungry. As a once apon a time sandwich artist myself, they could use more training. Service is always quick but thats about it.

Slowest drive thru around... No one in line.. Pull to speaker and asked to wait... Waited 10 minutes to order food... Then took 10 minutes to order just 2 subs... Then 10 minutes to get 2 subs... Drive thru isnt as well managed as lobby is. Its always clean, yet I find the service very inconsistent. Some staff there are clearly miserable and dont care about your food, while others you can tell love to serve. Portions are always great though, I always go here because they dont skimp out on extra toppings/veggies.

I put a mobil order in arrived 15 minutes after the emailed said it would be ready. When I walked in I was ignored. I stood in line to discover they were just making my subs. Then I didnt get the chips and drinks with my order. However, I do deliveries and couldnt go back and and complain or get the items I had paid for.

The food was very good (and the vegetables were all superb in the canteens) and the dining room quite clean. However, the clerks did not speak French. Being completely bilingual, it personally didnt bother me. But if someone only spoke French, it could become quite problematic. Afterwards, I may have fallen at the only time when the French-speaking clerks were on break, who knows! :)

The lady who prepared our food was wonderful. She was smiling and happy, got our order perfect, she was helpful, friendly and attentive.
Food was delicious but I felt super rushed and as if I was an annoyance. It was myself, my boyfriend, and one other customer in the store. We each ordered cold cut combos with cookies, and as she was ringing in the next guest we realize we didn t get our cookies. We understood she was trying to finish ringing in the order so we stood aside for a while with our meals. she ended up ringing a couple customers through and then going out back without asking why we were at the counter. Another employee came out and asked if he could help us. He gave us 6 cookies instead of 4 for the inconvenience.

Subway, what else you need
Had the $11.99 two can dine coupon, my brother and I explained this 3 times and still the gentleman making my sandwich gave me a foot long when the coupon is only valid for the 6 inch and I made it clear I wanted to 6 inch. I landed up being charged for the foot long and the coupon was not honoured. Very disappointed.
I ordered a veggie sub at drive thru with cheese and less lettuce on it. But she put more lettuce no cheese . It seems like they didn t hear the order properly and also don t bother to repeat the order to confirm if its right or wrong. SO DISAPPOINTED
