Food was good but not hot considering a 20-25 minute wait for it. Would eat there again as the selection is crazy but definitely order ahead. Also keep in mind its a take out but they do have picnic tables outside.

I ordered 12 chicken wings, and some potato wedges, with tax and tip it was 42$ for just myself. With lackluster service the employee was friendly and nice, took my order and brought it out to me and wished me a nice day, other than that there was no interaction. The chicken wings were alright, but nothing special, and the potato wedges were also mediocre. The sauce for the wedges was good. Perhaps some of their menu items are better than what I experienced, (which was far far too large) I personally dont think i would go back, which is sad since its 700 meters from my house. i can get the same (and better) for half the price from a motel bar the same distance in the other direction. Perhaps Ill try something different at some point. But i found it very expensive, and i threw more than i wanted to out. 42$ for a simple wings and fries for a single person for lunch, in my opinion, is a bit steep. Vegetarian options: I chose vegetarian options. But they have quite a few vegan options i noticed. So thats a plus Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options they do have many. Which is also a great thing. Kid-friendliness: Say no more than doughnuts, cheesecake, and icecream. They all looked nice. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp for those who require it. Also a plus

Hired ECRG for my 50th birthday party over the weekend and the food was amazing, drinks were on point and service was above and beyond. It made my 50th a very memorable one that i will not forget. Lots of food choices, made the drink menu and had a few bartenders for the party. Thanks Taylor for an unforgettable evening at my home with my family and friends. First to start, m not sure what their goal here is. Its one restaurant with two people. They claim to have 10 restaurants in one. We order a small ice cream, deep fried dill pickles and spinach dip from the flour less lot Came to $40. For that I would expect a lot least a decent size serving. When I grabbed the bag, it almost felt empty. While the pickles were good there was only 6. Onto the spinach dip.. it came is a container the size of a small ice cream take out. I would guess maybe 125ml if we were lucky. There was 4 pieces of pita and a handful of nachos. The dip was flavorless and if it wasnt $18 we probably would have tossed it. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Unless you want to leave hungry and out a fair bit of money

Attempted to dine here twice this week but closed both times we arrived despite Google stating they are open. Travelled from 40 minutes away. Quite disappointing. Maybe the owner should update their business hours!!

ordered from cut throat pizza twice over the past month once at home and once for my co-workers and it was a hit both times!

First I will say the food during both of my visits was pretty good. Other than a 1/4 package of my fries on my first order. The biggest detractor is the time. First order I called for a quick pickup. Was told it would be 15 mins. When I showed up a minute or 2 later than the 15, I was told another 5-10 mins. I was happy they were busy so I was okay. After a total of 40 mins late I finally walked out with my Cheesus Christ burger and (partial) fries. Second time I ordered online and knew there would be a delay. So we put the pickup time an hour after we placed the order. We showed up, told 10-15 mins needed, and again a total of 30 mins late we finally got our food. This time the Bat out of Hells Kitchen burger was good and there were more fries (possibly McCain Spicy Wedges). Overall not too impressed but the burger flavour kept it to 3 stars. If I hear better info on getting orders on time, Ill check them out again and update.

I ordered the burger fest burger from Big Dogs BBQ and it was my first time ordering from them - first and last. I open just to find cheese fries instead of the advertised loaded fries, and my burger was disappointing. 1/10.

Food was delicious, online ordering is easy but there was a mistake with my order and wasnt able to reach anyone.

Wow, so incredibly disappointed, and I will NOT be ordering from here again. My wife and I have been ordering from ECRG for a while now, and we were very happy with our meals, until recently. This is the second time they screwed up. The first time, we didnt say anything, but this time I called because my Cheesus Christ Burger had barely any cheese! When I said there was a mistake, I was given attitude. No offer of a refund or replacement. What a let down. The poorest customer service I have ever had in my life. I would give zero stars, if that were possible.

Pizza not fully cooked. Crust and cheese not even browned. If I wanted a u-bake pizza, I would have went elsewhere and not payed for delivery.

Horrible service, excellent food

This has quickly become my familys favorite place for delivery. Food is always delicious, at a good temperature and worth what we are paying for. Im always left full and satisfied. I love the poutines so much Ive made a goal to eventually try each and every one! Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is weve had 2 orders that were incorrect however what we received was still delicious and enjoyed.

Will never order from Big Dogs BBQ shack again. You couldnt pay me to eat this food. Aside from the non-melted cheese, the bun is absolutely NOT fresh and is clearly old; like a several days old. Disgusting.

Id be ashamed to put out product like this ...pizza dough raw under the cold toppings and barely melted cheese. Dusted fish and chips would make captain highliner look like a michelin star chef. 3 tiny pieces of fish the size of childrens fish sticks. Cold slimy barely cooked chicken wings to tie the meal together. The people who own this business need to know the lovely product the customers are receiving and unfortunately for them they have this tab to leave reviews . This place did have good food when first opened ...last time we ordered it not good and this time its basically un edible

We ordered from the flourless pot menu. We were so excited to order from a fully gluten-free menu....but it was highly disappointing. The fish batter for the fish and chips had no flavor, the tartar sauce just tasted like mayo, the coleslaw was mush, and the tacos were bland with stale shells. I would not order from here again. We threw out half the food (and only ate the other half because we were hungry). Waste of $100.

The Flourless Pot has the best Gluten free fish and chips ive ever ordered. The portions are large and it is very filling. I would recommend it to anyone, but its a must have if you are gluten free. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Tried the Brooklyn Deli for the first time. Ordered a couple of sandwiches, onion rings, & potato salad to share. The Philly cheese steak sandwich is by far the best sandwich of life!! Also had the Reuben Sandwich. Not my favorite but definitely worth trying if you like reubens. Not disappointing. Oh, and I cant forget to give the pickle credit too. So tangy that if you breath in & chew at the same, you may inadvertently choke because the juice will go down the wrong pipe. So far the East Coast Restaurant Group is doing it right.
