Food was hot, service was very good..BUT, long wait on Friday evenings. Waited 18 minutes. But there was alot of people!
We went there during the weekend. First, they didn't picked the order correctly. Second, at the drive thru second counter I got told they couldn't do anytime. I had to argue ... got what I asked for ... but beverage 2/3 full, 4 chicken McNuggets instead of 6. Weekend employee's would need some coaching or just bring Major Payne to shook up the troop. I have only good thing to say for the week staff!
Order a chicken Mcmuffin, they burned it and still gave it to me . Didnt had time to check until i got to work. Who give customer burned food ?

Worst experience ever... The manager sees me at the checkout waiting 5 minutes + but doesnt come to see me. She avoids my gaze... I end up raising my voice and saying loudly: can someone come to the cash register and the manager says no?!?!? And continues to take drive-thru orders... Worst Mcdo! I wont go back there again. Dry beef patty and weird taste, cold burger, overall poor quality of food. The last 2 times I ate there, I felt bad afterwards. Pathetic.
Worst service in a McDonalds ever. Big Arch: The burger practically exploded in my face. I had to go to the pharmacy afterwards, the cashier thought I had vomited on myself. No, I wasnt unlucky enough to swallow it. It just scratched my beard.

The service and food were very good. However, I had a takeaway meal and the straw for my milkshake was missing! A bit boring!! ;) In addition, employees on break possibly had a lot of energy while waiting for their orders!
It was for lunch. Employees were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. My lunch sandwich had no lettuce with very little mayonnaise. It was a BLT. Ordered inside for takeout since we were traveling. More and more disappointed at McDonalds.

The fries all the time too much too salty
I was at the drive-thru and an employee takes my order, right in the middle of the order the employee disappears... 5 cars pass in the next line... meanwhile, I try to get in touch with the employee taking my order. The employee comes back and starts taking my order again I ask confused if the previous order was recorded? She tells me shes going to get someone else... 3 minutes later no one I go to the first payment window and another employee answers me. She tells me that the person is in training and that when she connected I was no longer there. I tell her that its very good and ask her to take my order at the window. She refuses and asks me to return to the microphone, that other people are waiting and that I have to respect their time... I tell her that its very good that someone is in training and then asks her to respect my time and take the time to take my order at the window she refuses. By the way there was only one car behind. After almost 20 minutes of waiting I left without eating... the service is really poor and the employee I spoke to lacks judgment!
Fast service
In principle, the McDonalds in Mont-Saint-Hilaire is one of the only McDonalds I go to because of the friendly employees and the sandwiches are good. But for some time now, when I order there are often mistakes, and so the employees are sometimes stupid too. For the evening, the service is excellent. Thus, the evening/night manager presents a lot of professionalism compared to that of the day. Ultimately, Im going to come in the evening rather than the day.
3 times in the space of a month I ordered hamburgers with extra pickles and it was not made and in addition practically no condiment at the price that I had to eat, I should force myself a little and Im not talking about the wait at the checkout doesnt look good

I wanted to order a sausage mccrepe with my rewards. Arriving at the window, I am told that I cannot. It took almost 5 minutes. to redo the order. I then asked for a sausage mcmuffin. When I left I checked...well...they gave me a mcmuffin with ham. When I went back inside... oh my god, it was so complicated to make the exchange. And they put the sandwich I had in my bag back into the stove. So passed it on to someone else... ark.
The place is dirty
Last weekend I had an absolutely devastating experience at McDonalds. I was at the drive-thru to place my order around 2 p.m., and after waiting almost 4 minutes with no response, I decided to walk up to the window. To my surprise, no one showed up immediately, even though I could clearly see the employees inside. A minute later, a waitress finally opens the window, but with a contemptuous look. I kindly explained to him that there was no one to answer the drive-thru mic and asked if the mics were working. His response was aggressive and casual: Yes, yes, it works. When I asked if I could place my order directly at the window, she curtly ordered me to go around again. Despite the fact that there was no one behind me and the restaurant was quiet, she refused to help me. When I expressed my displeasure by telling her that I had been a regular customer for 20 years and had never been treated this way, she basically closed the window on my face. My wife and I were shocked by such an attitude. When I tried to place my order, she still closed the window in my face in the middle of ordering. At this point I was really upset and asked to speak to the manager. The manager arrived, but instead of solving the problem, she was equally disappointing. She refused to give me the name of the waitress and even insinuated that it was my fault. No respect, no professionalism from the staff. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from McDonalds again. I also informed my family and friends of this terrible experience. Its really sad to see such a lack of respect for loyal customers.

No liquor available.. only diet...no ice cream...cold fries...the employees didnt seem to care about anything anymore...I reported this McDonalds and the response was sorry we had an opinion on drinking water.....but no notice was posted...

Doesnt even deserve the star. Really stupid staff. I went for the big McDonalds, around 7 p.m. I ordered at the drive-thru for my niece. We were asked to wait in the parking lots to get back in time. We waited 20 minutes. We were 4 vehicles. The young person left with 3 bags and returned with 2 bags, without being aware of the 4 vehicles in line (in the assigned place). I finally went inside, at the same time as the lady in front of me, after waiting 26 minutes. The supervisor told me very arrogantly. You should have gotten up and gone to the guy who had the bags, like made a sign, right? It was too difficult being very surprised by the response, I asked for a refund which he refused. So I left without an order because he had thrown my order and she threw the other lady in front of me.

Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time. The lady was clearly overwhelmed and could not manage her stress effectively. While there was no one waiting at the register or even waiting for their order inside, she refused to take our orders at the register directing us to use the machines. When asked if the company credit card would work with the paypass and we responded in a condescending manner that she didnt know and told us to place our order there and at worst she would take care of it. of payment. Only to then ignore us by not allowing us to make payment to finalize the order and send it to the kitchen. All the while 3 employees were busy assembling orders from the drive-thru. She even said several times to a colleague who pointed out the long wait: Well, theyll wait there... We were a group of 10, and received our orders with a delay of almost 10 minutes even though they had been placed one after the other, but that some had been paid at the terminal directly. It was especially the ladys attitude that was shocking. Everything is said... But there is a way to talk to customers. Obviously the customer service approach is not one of his talents.

They dont even deserve a star. I went to the drive-thru in the evening. I placed an order and after paying I was told they only have cans. Since I dont like canned soft drinks, I say its no problem but since I dont like it Ill just take a refund for the drink. After saying this, the employee says that in fact they say that but the drink fountain works, its for passing cans. She says shes going to ask someone if she can give me a fountain drink. She comes back saying that diet coke doesnt work. I answer that it doesnt matter that I will only take reimbursement for the drink. She goes back to talk to the other two employees and one of them opens the can and empties it into a glass. An employee says youll just have to say that we managed to get the machine to work. I could hear their entire conversation and he was laughing together. At no time was I disrespectful to the employee who served me and they tried to charge me for an item that I did not want and that I did not I dont like it. When they came back I simply said I heard everything and was going to take a full refund. At no time did they apologize.
