Good clean healthy food and options of all sorts; organic, hypoallergenic, homeopathic. Restaurant, good hearty food, but not so hypoallergenic friendly.
Such a great experience of this place. I was staying in town for the weekend and just missed their cafe on the Friday. It closes at 3pm. I checked out the store the next day and it is so beautiful, has such a huge variety of products and brands. The staff are so kind and friendly and helpful. And upstairs had a great vibe, and music and energy!! I was able to make it back on the Monday before leaving town for a little lunch! (Since the cafe is open Monday to Friday from 11-3) I had the vegan mushroom soup and it was probably the best, tastiest mushroom soup I’ve ever had!!!😍😍😍 and the cappuccino that Michelle made me was so delicious. Connecting with her made my day.. she had such a beautiful energy, awesome vibe and personality, and high spirit .. coming to places like that.. and connecting with people (beyond the services and products I’m buying) in those ways is what makes it truly special and an unforgettable experience.. so thank you Michelle 🙏🏽😊
I would like to shop online at their place but unfortunately their site is still under construction. I would avoid a lot of traveling for nothing. Very pricey though. Cashiers look down on you. They would need a course in how do deal with customers or they have the wrong job.
Mixed feelings...i love n Organic /natural groceries and their resto counter. Eau vive is a lot smaller abd quite cramped than the ones in Brossard (Avril). I really enjoyed my delicious lunch in their bistro, unfortunately a few hours later had stomach issues. I suppose the seafood might be an issue in the bouillabaisse.
This is a great palece for everyone who love healthy, fresh, organic, natural foods. On the first floor you will find a grocery store full of natural and organic products as well as naturopathic medicine and natural supplements. On the second floor is the restaurant serving great options for health conscious clientele. This is a great place if you are looking for quality and nutritious food! Highly recommend for lunch or your weekly grocery shopping!
This place has a smaller selection than your big grocer, but they specialise in healthier alternatives. It's a great place to go for organic products as well as allergen friendly substitutes. So, if your family has any special dietary needs and/or you prefer to shop somewhere that puts your health and the environment first, this is a good place to try. Typically organics have a pretty steep premium on price, but I've actually found many of the products on their shelves to be a bit cheaper than the exact same product at the bigger stores.
The food is good but prices are expansive for the small amounts you get - portions are quite small. A simple lunch may easily costs you more than 20$ in a cafeteria style place - that's à bit overpriced.
Super stoked to have a store that sells vegan alternative foods close by! Just started to transition to a vegan diet and my family is having a hard time without. Their biological food choices are great and more varied than say IGA; this includes fruits, veggies, animal products, nuts, spices and more! I live across the bridge so it's not too far from home. Staff seem quite friendly too! There is a side dedicated to beauty and pharmacy goods like vitamins, essences and other health products as well. I will definitely shop here again soon!
The service is always excellent
I have lived in Mont-saint-Hilaire for over 30 years and I had never heard of this grocery store. A very nice discovery. No need to go to Chez Avril at Promenades St-bruno anymore. They have practically the same brands and its cheaper. My supplements were $10 less than in April. I will definitely go back

Beautiful neighborhood grocery store where organic and bulk products are in the spotlight. Natural health products, gift shop, etc. A beautiful place where you feel good every time. Relaxed and courteous service. Everything is at our disposal to properly use and serve bulk foods. We can easily bring our own containers, a scale is at our disposal. I adore!!!!

It s really one of my favorite places, the food in the restaurant is really delicious. It is possible to take meals to bring down to the grocery store. I love specialty coffees, vegan poutine is my favorite, and so on. There is a wide variety of organic and natural foods. There is a natural food section and another with cosmetic products made with natural products on the second floor. Unlike the biggest natural foods store, this place is really warm and the customer service is really up to par. I have been going there for several years and I will continue to support this little shop. There isnt much parking in front but there is some at the back of the building.

The ready-to-eat meals are very, very good! EXCEPTIONAL lemon tart!!! Really good for rolling around on the ground!!! I find everything I need. Excellent place to find supplements, organic and natural products. There is always a good team on the floor and several employees to give advice. The little shop upstairs is charming and you can fill your bottles of shampoo, soap, etc. there. Same for oil and other household products, with options to fill and pay by weight. Less waste is great!
Very disappointed with the health standards. Employees without a mask, mask under the nose or over one ear. On several occasions I have seen cashiers let people in without masks without saying anything. Seriously, after almost 2 years of pandemic and in the midst of an outbreak of the omicron variant, VERY disappointing. I will go and encourage local elsewhere
Very nice choice of natural products. Beware of the indecent price of Kettle chips, which can be found for $2 less per package at the grocery store. Dairy-free chocolate ice cream (sorbet?) really not good.

I go back there regularly to find products of unique quality. Beautiful organic bulk section, flours for all tastes. From banana flour to cassava flour to organic wheat flour. I even found the best Italian balsamic vinegar I know there. This place is worth the detour!
