Reduced quality of ingredients. The burgers are no longer legendary (they were by far the best in the past) and the poutine is not as good as before. Im a little disappointed. Why change a perfect recipe?

Wow. Truly incredible restaurant. The atmosphere is very original and gives the taste of going on vacation! Excellent food, my favorite meal the montauk poutine and the ramp. I highly recommend, especially to families because it is an experience in itself.

The brie and onion burger was good, but the poutine, made with frozen fries... For me its a big no! Paying $42 for a burger, poutine and 2 soft drinks is too much to pay.

Really worse than before. Burger balls are simple patties with the taste and texture of A&W. OUACH! Extra dry bacon in a wet bun burger and the puck tasted like oil. We didnt eat more than 50% of our lunch. We had 2 spicy burgers, 2 Jones sodas and an onion ring. It was a restaurant on my bucket list when I was in the area. Now Im going to move on. Very sad.

Cant drive my vehicle because I went over .08 Saturday night. The next day I arrived to collect my car but the owner had the good idea to have my car towed to St-Amable as well. But what a cellar. Then we wonder why people take their car when they have consumed alcohol.

Good: - the quality of the food is superb and good -the staff is GREAT, kind, love their work and very welcoming -homemade mayo 10/10. -the price for what you ate is good -the quantity and size of food is very large Negative: -their specialty is burgers, yet their best homemade burger was not SUPER. A LITTLE outdated but not at all bad -the restaurant is a bit tight -the meat of the burger (the most important part) is small. As thick as in fast food (but wider). Conclusion: not the best burger restaurant but the rest is perfect. (Update once I try a poutine)

Superb place by its looks but the service is super too long 50 minutes to get burgers called angus which come from the very disappointed costco, cold fries and a bill for burgers and hot dogs $102 for 3 children 2 adults thats exaggerated!!! Not all meals are sold as a trio. Cold fries, poutine sauce meh. Sad I had a lot of waiting

I was feeling a little hungry and in a hurry. Google maps told me it was the closest so I went. and my experience was sublime! You can even learn a new language while waiting for your meal and make new friends with the owners and their families! Former weekly customers who have not come since the change of ownership. Previously our favorite burger restaurant. What a free fall in the taste quality of the products and the atmosphere. Food served within minutes of ordering off peak hours, cold, clearly frozen meat, thawed and reheated quickly. Fries that taste like theyve been in the freezer for too long, wheres the maple bacon??? Now way too salty. Disappointment all round. Music way too loud. We will certainly not return to our old habits of coming back every week but rather look for a place where we will find taste and atmosphere. As said by another disappointed customer. Harvey s would have been of the same caliber for less. We didn t finish our dishes and throw away the rest.

Very good poutine, firm grain formation as we like it with brown and firm fries. I also had a pina col da bubble tea, excellent and delicious! Frozen and packed with flavor, perfect! Different menu and there is even an ice cream counter! Parking: Place limited to busy hours, but still accessible.

Hmmm for the first time Im disappointed, what changed the uncooked and medium size fries look more like a small portion. In addition we had to pay extra to replace a bun with iceberg lettuce.

$15 for a burger with a beef patty overcooked like the sole of a boot.... too bad because it was good before but the quality is no longer what it used to be..

Change of ownership and everything has changed... The quality has declined and the prices have increased for some time. All the staff has changed and the experience is really no longer the same. Really disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered the keto poutine. Was very disappointed. The celeri rave was not cooked enough so it tasted too much of celeri. For the price, Better to do your poutine at home where you can control the cooking time

Very disappointed, indicates open until 8 p.m. on the internet, they arrive at 6:30 p.m., arrive at the door and it is blocked, indicate open until 8 p.m. also on the door! They see us through the door and turn off the lights inside and hide in the kitchen. I understand that it is a Monday evening but still, in the meantime, I saw 3 other cars arrive and hit the door in their faces!! So we werent the only ones who had this happen!

Walked in on this past rainy Saturday and didn t regret it at all. The ambiance gave surfer vibes right as we walked in. We didn t have to wait for a seat as they have plenty of tables. We ordered the watermelon & feta salad and some yogurt with fruit. We also had the chicken club sandwich with the best bacon I ve ever tasted! The fries were also delicious. They had plenty of tea options for our drinks and other beers, sodas, etc.

This restaurant offers a lunch, dinner and dinner menu with KETO options, the celery root fries are so good that my non-keto friends even ordered some, the best news is that next week right next to the restaurant there will be a creamery with Keto options. If I could double the star rating, I would. We had spent a full day traveling for a competition, and this restaurant was, without any exaggeration, the highlight of our day. This place is a little hidden paradise not far from the metropolis. After the noisy environment that is Montreal, we greatly appreciated this much quieter place with an incredibly original theme. The menu is varied, the imagination of those who designed the menu, the decoration and the theme is fascinating. The staff is welcoming, smiling and so friendly. There were four of us, and we each chose something different on the menu: I tried a grilled chicken burger, and my friends chose a hot dog, poutine and a beef burger. Whether its chicken, beef, pork or even just fries and cheese, everything is good, and we all enjoyed our experience immensely. By far the best snack type restaurant I have eaten at (sorry mom, your snack was good too but this one is something). I would SO love to see a branch open in Quebec City or the surrounding area! Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian and even vegan options on the menu. Parking: The parking lot is spacious and well organized. Kid-friendliness: The theme of the place will please children. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp.

Our first visit to Shack Attakk Rive-Sud was a memorable experience and we can only recommend it to all ice cream lovers. For us, it is certain that this will not be our last visit! Cant wait to come back and try new flavors!

I have known this restaurant since it opened. At that time it was excellent, home fries, lots of love in the burgers and exemplary service. Came back today, its been about 4 years since my last visit. Verdict: BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Frozen and cold fries in the poutine, no bacon in the hot dog with bacon, I dont care style service. Too bad because its an original place, with a beautiful menu and everything you need to do as they did in their early days. Where did the pilot go? I hope they get back on track because its a beautiful place.

Very bad experience with a takeaway order made on Sunday October 1, 2023 - 4:30 p.m. and very poor response to this complaint. I called 4 times over 4 days, including within 10 minutes of opening my order to eat with my family (I live 5 minutes by car), and on the 4 calls, I received no response. .. - its too bad. Initially, when we went there in the summer of 2023, the food was great. However, for this order, the 2 veggie burgers were cold, whether they heated the meatballs or not or heated the bun; the sweet potato fries - there were several cold ones, like freshly taken out of the freezer and put in oil at the last minute to make the right size; the burger with duck (which was hot), but there was a micro piece of less than 5 grams - nothing to do with my last experience 4 weeks ago. Having been there, I would have returned the 4 items we ordered. With young children ready to eat, we ended up heating some soup... Have they changed their practices or ownership this fall? In short, the owners are welcome to easily manage this mishap... I am curious to understand their silences... even if there is no reaction, go elsewhere!

Ive been wanting to try your restaurant for a long time! I enjoyed the variety of the menu as well as the ambiance of the place. On the other hand, a little disappointment linked to the food as well as the customer service. I ordered a chicken burger which has guacamole and sauce inside. Im a person who loves sauce but this time it was ridiculous. My chicken literally slipped between the 2 buns and I ended up with a soup of sauce in the bowl. My bread was all soggy; In short, it was impossible to eat. I took the chance to show it to the girl at the counter. She explains to me that its a new boss, which could explain the situation. She simply offers me a new bowl or spoon to eat my hamburger. When you pay $13 + taxes for that, you still want to have a certain quality. Im simply sharing it with you as an improvement, for your next customers.

They have taken the traditional snack experience to another level! Lots of choices for customizing classics like poutine and hamburgers. Their maple bacon is all the rage. ask for the poutine with onion rings and the famous bacon or the duck confit poutine, you will not be disappointed. Generous portions, dont be fooled by the small size of the poutine container. I consider myself to have a very good appetite and I was quite full because they make you a mountain on the little paper plate! I recommend 100% for the atmosphere and the friendly staff.
