I don’t think I’ve ordered food from here in the last 2 years without them 100% of the time making a mistake or have something missing. Will no longer be coming to or ordering from this location.

La cage, in general went in the last few from zero to hero. Menu improved so much and food quality is great. Prices, though, and not to blame them, went to eye watering level. This specific location offers large inside sauce and a medium size terrace with a view over the mountain across a busy boulevard.
Wings were good, burger tasted like it was made of cardboard and my friend's salmon tartare tasted so bland and frozen i thought it was an extra in Ice Age 3

Disgusting food and chicken fillets were missing. We didnt get them. 4 Disgusting potato skins, very dry chicken wings(4) tough sausage(4) No more for my son and me. We paid full price too but it should have been better. Order all for one. The only positive point is the young waiter.
There should be non-alcoholic beer in a brewery. From Quebec brands. There are so many choices now!

The service was poor. We ask for a little time to choose our cocktails and we get forgotten. We asked for more hot sauce and we never brought it, we had to help ourselves. Everything was too salty, the bloody, the poutine with cheap cheese curds from a hospital cafeteria bag, the corn ribs. In short, everything. The waitress gave us a lecture when ordering the main course that the meat must be rare otherwise it will be too tough as it is not of the best quality. We accept the chefs cooking even if its not the way we want. Plus I ask for well-cooked bacon in my burguer. We receive the carcinogenic black calcined boot sole meat and the bacon almost raw! Clearly, the chef has no skills in cooking proteins! Not to mention that we also had to get up to pay because we had no service and time was passing. Weve never been asked if everything was okay, its obvious from the dishes that were not going to say yes. Finally, its really sad to have to use the disgusting toilets at the arena as for them, the customers dont deserve this comfort. It has lost a lot of quality over the years. Go somewhere else!
Parking: this location is apart of a sports complex, it was my 1st time there & google seems to take you to the back of the parking lot of sports complex and you cant see the cage which is located in the front, you can walk thru the building or go around Kid-friendliness: cage has a kids menu, and always kid-friendly in my regards. tvs with lots of stuff on, coloring pages, popcorn - and reasonably priced for a night out theyve improved their menu over the years and continue to do so.
With the Cage member option, I had the pleasure of making the most of the options offered. The service is with a smile and the food is good, always with a good beer. Validate the choice of beers offered in the same places, excellent.

Today, the server deserves 5 stars. We were sitting on the edge of the emergency exit on the terrace side at 6pm Thursday evening. I dont know his name but he does a good job there. Yessir!

We ordered 3 steak fries, a burger and 2 other dishes served about 40-50 minutes later. The 3 steaks and fries were lukewarm, the other dish, a tartare and the sixth guest was too hungry to return her dish, not hotter. The manager apologizes and promises to come back with hot food within 20 minutes. Half-kept promise. The dishes came back within the time limit but just a little less lukewarm Not much. Were talking about a bill of more or less $350 (with drinks) for the small group.
Great service from Marie-Ange!! His beautiful energy and positivity adds a wonderful atmosphere. On the other hand, the food was slow before arriving, but thanks to her kindness our waitress was able to keep us waiting! Parking: Seeing all the vehicles I understand why cooking takes so long!!

For $40, phew the portions are small. Fortunately, the free fills a corner. Me and my friend, as soon as we finished our plate, we went back to the popcorn. It was very good, but youll never get your moneys worth.

While the quality of the food at the is undeniably good, my recent experience has been marred by disappointing service. Despite visiting on a weekday, when the restaurant was not particularly busy, we were overlooked by staff on several occasions. We had to wait a long time to be served. Additionally, we had to remind the waiter several times to bring us water, which should have been a basic task. The highlight of our disappointment was when our side dish was not served with our main courses, and it took another intervention to have this rectified. In summary, although the food was tasty, the lack of professionalism and attention to service significantly tarnished our experience. I hope to see improvements to this crucial aspect of customer experience in the future. Vegetarian options: Written in the menu with a logo. Parking: Opposite there are several parking lots but very small. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door and no steps. There are places without the person needing to get on.
Wednesday a dinner with friends, warm welcome we received excellent service from the friendly Audrey the food was delicious we will return with pleasure!

Very disappointed, I went there before my teams hockey game. The restaurant was almost free but I couldnt get a table since there were reservations for 6:00 p.m. It was 5:00 p.m. I had to find a restaurant elsewhere and come back for my hockey game

We ordered starters around 8:40 p.m. By the time we received and ate them, it was already almost 9:30 p.m. The waitress only came to us to ask if we wanted to order something else. When she finally comes, she tells us that the kitchen is closed, without apologizing for not having come before. Had we known, we would have been at the bar, at least they served customers on that side. We left on an empty stomach after an hour and a half in the restaurant. No tip left. 03/09/2023

Friday evening, my girlfriend and I tried our luck without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised! Despite a full house, the team warmly welcomed us and prepared a table on the terrace. Our waitress, Kim C., was both courteous and efficient. The drinks arrived in a flash and our hot and appetizing dishes did not take long to follow. The food was undeniably fresh and tasty, adding to the dining experience. Overall, a memorable and delicious evening, to be recommended without hesitation! Thank you for this great experience!

My stepson had a very disrespectful experience towards him at the MSH cage. He has a serious illness that requires certain accommodations. The cage team refused their very simple requests so as not to disturb other customers (thats what they were told for real). So much so that we told them that their meals would be given as take-out... in short, leave, we dont want you here. When you are 27 years old, have incurable cancer and you decide to go out one evening with loved ones, its not the experience you expect... very ordinary and I found it important that people were informed about it.

I just saw a story circulating on Facebook about the service given to someone suffering from cancer, I couldnt help but come and write a review BUT its horrible to think like that, The assistant manager and the manager have no heart. I would never go. Its good to follow rules but we must not forget the human being... comparing someone who has cancer to 3 guys soual LETS GO.
Ive never been a fan of the service there. Sometimes it was very, very ordinary and at the price it was, we went there less and less often. Poor service = we avoid!! But hey its the only cage really close to our house so we continued to go there but rarely... but with the story that I read phew seriously the lack of civility throwing up drunk compared to throwing up with cancer... Wow It s not getting any better there. As respect is important to us, we will make a detour to go to Saint-Bruno in the future. No more of this cage for us.

I tried the breaded cauliflower as a starter, it was honestly very good with the spicy sauce. For a meal, I chose a Caesar salad with chicken strips. I will admit that it disappointed me a little. The salad arrived uncut with a knife on the plate. It was the first time I saw this in a restaurant. In my opinion, there was a lack of sauce since many of the leaves were not coated in sauce at all. But overall we enjoyed our evening, the ribs were very good! Our waitress was also very knowledgeable!
Frr no atmosphere. It took 5 minutes to be welcomed. The popcorn is super cold, it looks like you put it in the fridge for 5 minutes. Really thats the hess. Its worse than the countryside. Fr ya gecko de valo as a server I didnt understand. The seats are moderately comfortable. At least your CV can be used quickly. Ok the food was good but wesh my little brother didnt get his cream. In conclusion, hess.

Un très mauvais service. Après 50 minutes dattente, la commande navait pas été faite en cuisine. Le serveur ne fait aucun suivi, même si le resto est pratiquement vide. La gérante vient nous porter nos salade au moment où on doit partir pour retourner au travail. Des excuses à peine senties de sa part. On ne retournera jamais dans ce resto.
Very pleasant setting in St Hilaire, good atmosphere and perfect service! The only thing I would suggest would be to vary the menu because after several months, it doesnt change much and unfortunately you end up getting bored... despite the fact that it is very good. ;)
Really disappointing service Very long, 6 waiters who dont even know who the drink or dish is going to. The waitress brings my partner a drink but not my glass of beer which I clearly see on the counter and the waitress responds to me its not my job to bring the glasses) I asked for a negroni and I saw that the bar service made my drink with white martini even though the international recipe clearly does not contain this ingredient. Disorganized, inconsistent service, complete nonsense!

I had dinner Saturday evening at the cage, since I had been drinking I decided to call someone so that this person could come and pick me up so I left my car in the cage parking lot, 10 hours later my car was no longer there, the manager had it towed so ultimately my evening at $200 from the cage will have cost me $800 in total because to get my car out of the tow truck cost me $594.46 all that for wanting to be responsible lol Parking: Dont park there if you drink you get towed for a fee of $600

Four of us came, my husband, my son and his partner. We order, everything goes well. When we receive our plates, my husband and I chose the classic burger. I expect a burger garnished like a burger, not just caramelized onions, like caramelized onions, and a little mustard and ketchups under the patty. Its not just a little slice of tomato, not a little piece of lettuce, nothing else. A bit disappointing. Taste was good but no fluff. My son and his partner have spicy honey chicken. At first my son said to me: is it me or it looks like it smells safe. The smell is not noticeable right away and he continues to eat but after 3 times he says it again the smell is more present and he decides to tell the manager because she is there nearby. WoW I havent seen a reaction like that often. She definitely has no place as manager because she is not capable of handling a complaint. Finally my son, who by the way has been in catering for over 10 years, asks to see it again. She repeats the same speech, a few moments later a cook comes into the room as if to see who they are. I go to the Cage aux sports in St-Hilaire at least once a week with my work colleagues on Thursday and Friday, but this week we went there on Wednesday to watch the soccer match and unfortunately it was the last time I lets go! First we ordered 3 different beers and the three beers were flat we passed the comment to the waitress who by the way was really too busy not serving us and preferred to talk with her kitchen associates... In short, someone someone else came to us 15 minutes later to tell us there was no problem with their keg beer. we ordered food and were served 45 minutes later when the place was really not at full capacity (like around twenty people!!). When I left, I went to see the restaurant manager to tell him: listen, I know that hiring a good employee is not easy in these times and he immediately stopped me, telling me that we were customers complaining with a condescending tone and that we were no longer welcome... he was also happy to tell us that he was not a manager but the General Director of the restaurant (he didnt think he was a KIWI lets put it this way!) I worked in customer service for a long time and let me tell you that his response is unacceptable!

Slow service, portions reduced to a minimum, the fish and chips have become the size of a High Liner stick, the breading has nothing to do with it, the greasy wings, the potato skins of the joint tasted like the freezer, I asked for a Baileys espresso, we tells me that there is no more espresso, I opt for a filter coffee with Baileys, they serve it to me with whipped cream??? Worse, the glass was coated with coarse salt ... I thought the bartenders had training... Exasperated, I asked to serve me the dessert to take away... They put ice cream in a box of cardboard... Were back in the days of the brasserie with Jack straps on the walls... Worse still, theres no more chicken on the spit on the menu. And the tartars are definitely not up to par. In short, waiting a year for that is no.

My boyfriend and I ordered through Doordash and took the pickup option. I must admit that the service as well as the quality (especially during this Covid time) was remarkable! Everything was still warm when they got home and they packed everything really well. It was as good as in the dining room and we really liked the little touch that made us feel like we were in a restaurant (small bags of individual popcorn included). In short, everything was delicious! We will definitely recommend there for times when we want a restaurant feel during these difficult times! Well done to the whole team!
