Saturday 1:45 p.m. no service at the door we decide to go to the bar side the waitress says hello to us and brings the menus, 20 minutes later still nothing but answers it wont take long... we go back through to the dining room side, still nothing a waiter sees us but continues on his way without ever coming back so we left thank you for this great experience

Very disappointed. I came for the first time, I ordered at the drive-thru. I paid $26 to receive 5 (even though I had ordered 6) Panet chicken fillets and a potato. It is completely unprofessional to service your customers in this manner. Given the price and quantities, I do not advise you to go here. The chicken tenders were mediocre as well.

The waiter made the wrong order but quickly corrected the error with all sympathy!

Undercooked chicken, lukewarm sauce. We had to ask for utensils, ketchup which didnt arrive which I had to go get myself. Glass of liquor, just ice that tastes like water. So the motto is now st-hubert you take away my taste

I was at the restaurant on August 25 and we were received by an unsmiling older man and he seemed very unhappy and he certainly didnt like his job working with the public. Then I went to the toilet and it was very dirty and full of papers on the floor. Sitting at our table with the dirty chairs the terrace was not clean either and the chairs were untidy and placed haphazardly. We order our meal, my partner asks for a coffee which was not drinkable and cold Then the meal was OK but the breast was very small. Finally we received the invoice with an error of $3.50 on the wine. So my conclusion I will not go back and I will never suggest anyone to go visit you I am sorry Its very disappointing

Self order August 29, 2024 ordered a family 4 usually always good but here the 4 traditional coleslaws really not as usual it was almost puree very disappointed I hope you havent changed the recipe

We arrived in a small family group, and were turned around by a gentleman who was at reception with a stupid and arrogant look. This is not the first time we have seen this man at this restaurant and always very stupid. He shouldnt be doing customer service.

I dont usually eat this sort of food very often, but it was a pleasant surprise. A huge room well laid out, a fireplace to make it Cozy, and a lovely lady who had limited English, but was most patient. For those with kids, there were semi circular banquettes to keep them in and not running around annoying other clients. I would return. A part le poulet, la qualité des mets est très moyenne. Les frites sont vraiment mauvaises. Les commandes à emporter sont presque tout le temps incomplètes. Notre dernière commande était sans frite dans le plat pour notre enfant par exemple. Impossible de vérifier la commande avant darriver au domicile car les boîtes sont scellées avec des liens.

We were a small gang for a family meal and we had Matthieu as our server. He is a great server, so attentive and kind. The food was good, but the service even better!

We never received our order it was due at 10:30 a.m. so everything was closed for delivery and we couldnt have dinner, Very big failure on the part of a restaurant chain which is supposed to be on the mark

Very bad experience, we went in a group of 7 last Friday, it took 1 hour before we got our cocktails, 2 hours before we were served and no one ever informed us that they had run out of chicken... .At St-Hubert, I might as well say that it would be like going to Tim and running out of coffee.... When we asked the manager for an explanation, she was extremely rude. Very bad service and employees who dont care about all that. To top it all off, I was the only one who ate ribs and ended up with food poisoning and was sick for 2 days. I do not recommend this place at all and although I am local I would never set foot in this establishment again.

2 January 24! We were 7 people and waited 45 minutes before receiving a drink and more than 2 hours for our starter and main courses received at the same time for dinner! No employee informed us of the waiting time, and apparently the St-Hubert ran out of CHICKENS! ST-Hubert and Chickens???What is going on in this kitchen! We recommended that the waiter notify his customers the next time, he skated as best he could with his thousand apologies.... I complained to the manager who offered us free desserts, but only 2 people were eating dessert! Very uncourteous manager when I told her that we didnt eat desserts (diabetes) Was shocked! Finally changed our minds with our free drinks and the 2 desserts! We are locals and are not ready to go back! The least we can do is notify customers of waiting times...so its up to us to choose to stay or leave! In addition, no EXCUSES from this manager who was offended!

This is a Quebec classic that was part of everyones childhood. Now it is frequented mostly by people over the age of 50. The onion soup was nice and cheesy but too much bread and not enough on onion for my taste. The chicken breast on the spinach salad was dry. I should have had the quarter chicken or ribs. Steak was tasty, and the French Fries are the fat, soft kind. The club sandwich was good with the dipping sauce.

My ribs tasted of vinegar. The place was freezing.

Giving 2 star because the Nacho is half decent. Dish portion is the smallest I ve seen in any major restaurant chain. It was not even a busy evening, water took 10-20 minutes to arrive. We ordered 3 dishes and the whole meal took more than 1 and half hour. I hope this is a one off since every time we travelled to QC I wanted to try St-Hubert.

One of the male employees (looks like the manager) not friendly at all. But everything else is great.

The delivery took over 2 hours, the hot chicken sandwich I ordered wasn t in the original delivery. And when I called them to let them know, the women who answered the phone was so rude about the whole situation I was actually surprised. They did end up sending the hot chicken sandwich but it arrived around 4 hours after I originally placed my order. This might be the saddest delivery experience I ve ever had.

If you want to enjoy your food go elsewhere, the employees are rude and arrogant. The food was good and there was a couple playing guitar and singing BUT it took over 20 minutes before anyone took my order. After my meal, it took a long time to get the bill.

The staff is great, the food is ok like a St Hubert should be. But two years later the bathroom door still doesnt close!

Our waitress was great. Atmosphere was nice, but the food was not the greatest. A nice size piece of chicken that was cooked actually nicely, but lacking flavor of any kind. Freezer fries. The creamy coleslaw was my favorite, being not too sweet or drenched in cream. Swiss Chalet beats it for sure, at certain locations.

I was very impressed with my evening! Well done 4.5/5! The bottle of wine is 50% off! A very good Dalquiri!! Impressed by my meal of Rigatoni and Burrata excellent for a Family restaurant and especially for a chain. The ribs were well sauced and tasty! I m not a fan of St-Hubert but this time I was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful evening!

Service is slow

Worst experience in a St-Hubert of my entire life. Embarrassing for the banner. More than an hour to receive our plates with our 2 young children, no coleslaw before 1 hour and no glasses of water. People were leaving before receiving their plates. The bathrooms were also very dirty. To forget

Today, I want to share with you my experience at the Saint-Hubert restaurant in Saint-Jovite, the waitress named Vanessa came to take our orders but her service was very very long, it took 30 minutes before she takes our orders, it took 45 minutes to get our coleslaw and our drinks then 45 minutes more to get our main course we only stayed 2 hours in the restaurant just for a waitress who wasnt even there and who didnt take the trouble to come see us, I find it boring, we wanted to have some water in our glasses again but we dont even know where the waitress was there anymore, we didnt have to ask these other colleagues the question where does our waitress work and he told us that he didnt know shes still gone, please let her know what things St-Hubert just tell you that the service was very long we almost left the room because we found it so long to just have our dishes

The meal was very good..the service was terrible our waitress was always absent we always had to ask another waitress to pick her up.we arrived at 8am and we left at 10am we took starter and meal only it took 2 h it was long and our waitress was Vanessa..

We went there this evening and left without even receiving our drink. Our waitress seemed like a junky, unable to look at us, quavering, stood behind the table, constantly making us repeat our orders, had incredible mannerisms... We were really uncomfortable with our children , we canceled the order and left. Horrible experience! I would have put zero if I could...

The waitress was super nice but the service was more than long, after 2:00 we asked for a bill without having had coffee and dessert, I dont think Ill go back there, very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible service experience. There were about 7 of us and we were refused service, quoting staffing issues as the reason. We were even told that if we were to wait for staff to come in we would not be able to be served. I suspect it was because we only spoke English. Seems consistent with other 1 star reviews here. Would rate lower if I could.

We had very good service, but we werent lucky enough to have one of the robots sing happy birthday to us. The service was quite quick despite the warning that it could be slow. Nice decor, not too noisy, well lit. Only thing, the plates were very messy and uneven. And despite a large menu, only the normal chicken remains affordable.

Ordered meal online, 30 minute delivery. 2 hours and 10 minutes later meal arrived cold and unedible. We are traveling and at a hotel. If we knew this was the service, we would have gone to grocery store. No apology offered for such late service. Will not order from here again. Very disappointed.

I arrived with my children for dinner on Saturday, we waited at least 15 minutes to be seated (the restaurant was empty since it was already after 1 pm). Finally the waiter accompanies us to the table. 10 minutes later he came to chat with the customers at the next table and never asked us if we were ready to order, after 5 minutes of him chatting and not minding that we were still waiting, I left with my children without ordering and we went to eat elsewhere. Respect is the basis of everything.
