The food was very good and reasonably-priced. The dessert was delicious and the waiter did a good job.
My advice is not to use their app if you want home delivery. Whoever designed it doesn’t know that all the delivery apps have an interactive delivery maps. St Hubert is so far behind. The chicken is amazing but their it technology is lacking. I call customer service and it wasn’t a pleasant conversation. Excuses after excuses. Great. Next time I’ll use Skip instead. Far more reliable
Horrible experience, ordered 2 orders of 3 chicken filets at take out counter, service was a little slow and chicken wasnt cooked it was still pink and gooey, Gross an i could of been sick. Very disappointed in st huberts, the quality is just not there an ontop of it one of the hostess gave attitude because i wanted to be reimburse. Sad to see st hubert loosing it like this
My friend went to eat at this spot with her BABY SON and before she fed him she saw MOLD on the cheese and she showed the poutine to a staff member there and they shrugged their shoulders and did not refund her nor Offer a new plate of FRESH cheese.
I had the special: macreuse et beurre à l'échalotte. It was a cut of beef with shallot butter. It can't with fries and vegetables. I asked for mashed potatoes and vegetables instead. It was really good and a decent portion. I'd definitely order it again. Update: I came back to the same restaurant and ordered the exact same thing again during lunch. It took 1.5 hours to get our meal. They gave us a free soup to compensate for the wait. The steak came out closer to rare than medium rare, which wouldn't have been so bad, but there were other problems. The biggest issue for me was it didn't come with the beurre à l'échalotte which is literally part of the name of the special. Instead I was given some kind of pepper sauce. I let the waitress know and she said I'll get you the beurreà l'echalotte...she brought me out some compound butter instead of a sauce. I tried putting it on the steak but it didn't really spread well since the steak wasn't very warm/cooked. There was like no crust to speak of on it. The compound butter didn't taste good either. Also they have me French fries instead of mashed potatoes. I didn't think to ask specifically for mashed potatoes and that's what they gave me last time and she didn't ask if I had a preference. I asked her if she was sure it was the same special because of all the differences and she said she'd give me mashed potatoes. So they did give me mashed potatoes along with the French fries. Overall the meal was not great. They also had a dessert special of pouding au chômeur, which my companion ordered and they were out of that as well. I don't understand why they had these 2 things on special if they weren't capable of providing them. If I'd only gone this time, I'd have given them 2 out of 5 stars, but since the first time was so good, I won't change my rating, but instead provide this caveat. I guess the different chefs provide a different experience. So don't order this at lunch, only at dinner and keep your fingers crossed!
Went there for dinner, the environment is quiet and a good place to talk to or discuss things. The only concern is that the order takes a very long time to be served. The waitress was ok though and might be the reason why i put 2 instead of 1. Maybe they are just understaffed which could be understandable but I think they need to improve on that. The food is not the best as well but doable.
Utterly shameful and highway thieves . I ordered chicken wings and ribs . Look at the pictures , is that what you charge 16.25 plus tax for.... Just change the name to St Hubert cheats Does the company have no pride in what they serve , this was a take out so I suppose they put whatever . Shall post this on social media as well
Food choice has barely changed over the past 20 years, but portions have halved ( see pic). It doesn't taste wow either. Disappointed. Won't come back in 2023 or until reviews say it has improved significantly.

We made dinner reservations, arrived at 12:15 p.m., and received our plates at 2:45 p.m. . Over 2 hours of waiting for a bowl of burnt rice with frozen peas. The waitress was terrible, during the entire wait she avoided our table sooner than making sure we had water on the table. The food was not edible compared to the price. The service was terrible. This is really impressive considering we booked weeks in advance.
Despite the wait time in the kitchen, our waitress Camille was excellent and very present throughout our meal. Their welcoming service allowed us to enjoy a great dinner with friends :)

Nous avions réservé un dimanche midi pour une réunion familiale. Nous étions environ 40 personnes. Bref, service tellement lent et les assiettes ont pris plus d une heure à sortir pour les 40 personnes. Assiette tiède, plusieurs ont retournés leurs assiettes. Par chance la serveuse nous ont fait bos boissons gratuites. Ce sera malheureusement notre dernière fois chez St-Hubert.

I arrived at 12:00 for a group dinner, its 2:00 p.m. and we still havent received our meal. The tables are dirty and there is no table service
6:30 p.m., no reception staff. Our waitress was very busy with a group of 20 but no other member took care of us or the new customers next to us. Had to go ask for a coffee service as well as the bill after more than 20 minutes without follow-up from the waitress. Too many disillusioned staff for the few tables in the dining room. Lack of maintenance, life and atmosphere. Sad end ahead.

We waited 3 hours before receiving our meals. Several groups arrived after us and were divided up before we even got our plates. Once served, the waitress never came to ask us if we were okay, we never got our coleslaw refills, our water glasses were never refilled. We had to go steal the ketchup from another table. With such pitiful service, several of us decided not to tip. Seeing her disappear to join her colleagues, we were treated to LES TABARNAQUES . Tipping is a reflection of the service you provide.
Reservation at 5:30 for 25 people receive dinner at 8:00. Not many people in the restaurant though.... During all this time no one asks if we want water or anything to drink. No utensils on half of the big table, no placemat or napkin. Really lousy service.

Renaissance price thrift store
St-Hubert is no longer what it used to be. Deliveries always arrive cold. 1h30 wait for an inedible meal this evening. The last 3 deliveries were almost as long. No, the St-Hubert delivery is over for me.
My dear St-Hubert, We had a very beautiful relationship for over 35 years, but now it s over. You are left cold, dried out and above all taking too long to come. FAREWELL
I have placed two orders at this location in the last couple of months and both times they forgot something! Do not order anything from here. Horrible service!

Arrived at the restaurant at 11:23 a.m., it was empty (I now understand why). Impeccable welcome, the waiter takes my order at 11:30 a.m., drink 5 minutes later, salad + 5 minutes, soup + 5 minutes, I finally receive the chicken at 11:57. 27 minutes to receive a meal in an empty restaurant. ........ At the pace I asked for my invoice immediately. No wonder people shun this restaurant. Additional info: Contacting CS, as suggested is a complete waste of time.
First time ordering from this place and It took them 1hr 10 mins to deliver my food (supposed to be 45 mins). Then when it finally came, my fries were cold and soggy. Along side that, they forgot a part of my order. Amazing service!

Went to the counter to take away. Excellent value for money for lunch. The thigh is bigger than before, lots of fries. It was very good. Impeccable, courteous and fast service, in French, thank you!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I paid 110$ for 4 meals the ribs are not edible they are completely undercooked they left out our chicken breast for the combo and we found a hair in the rice. I called to complain and got 28$ credit out of 110$ of inedible food we got to eat fries and coleslaw for supper.

After getting my order costing me nearly 100$ for 4, it came cold and there was hardly anything in the box. I didn t even eat my share and gave it to my kids so that they can have enough to eat. I called and got a credit which is fine, but the service I got was mediocre at best with a lack of empathy, direct smileless service from someone whom seemed annoyed with my call. I ve ordered/ate there before and never was it this bad. But this will be the last time. Yes, it was THAT BAD!

Very bad experience I will never return to this restaurant. 2h30 before being served, no service, our meals were either cold or burnt. A group canceled their order and left because it took so long, their dog Mira peed on the floor and despite us warning the employees no one came to clean up. The photo you see is the table next to us where we put all our dishes because no one came to clear the table or ask us if we wanted something to drink. There was a big mix-up in the bills, after 4 hours we were finally able to leave the restaurant! Really terrible service.
I went for dinner there with my daughter and my niece. Everything was ok, food, service, everything. As I leave, I see a MOUSE walking around in the dining room. I tell the waiter, there is a mouse walking around and he answers me (ah yes, there are a lot of them, its normal its an old building) YARKKK

The food was ordinary and it cost $32 for a table dhôte. Waitress was overwhelmed despite the room being half full and didnt know where to turn.
Beautiful dinning area , most of the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food was generally good though the fries were either well done or had been sitting out for a while . Overall a decent st huberts .

Very bad experience today. We had a family dinner. The waiter was alone and the waiting time was endless. We wasted our entire afternoon waiting to be served. Several customers got up and left. In the meantime I had time to observe this: very dirty utensils, table and bench. Under a bench a gigantic mouse trap (or other). In the photo, the poor customer at the table next to her was very polite in raising her hand to be served on the other hand, she had her hand raised for almost 30 minutes and we had to tell the waiter to go see!
Food was generally good. Chicken was so tender and the gravy was flavourful. Fries were OK. Staff were slow but there might be lesser staff working at the time we came than the usual. I suggest adding some music to improve the vibe and atmosphere.

Super convenient with a parking spot and ev chargers on site. Super delicious foods, the grilled chicken is super delicious and I love the smell of charcoal which shows they literally grilled it. The drinks are super nice too. Ill include pictures next time Im regretting I didnt take any pictures!

Delicious ! We had a family dinner on a Friday evening. The food was excellent from starter to dinner to dessert. We were served by Élisabeth. She was smiling, available, we really liked her excellent service. I recommend that you go to this St-Hubert for dinner and ask for Élisabeth Vegetarian options: In my opinion the menu offers a wide variety of choices, I believe that a person with dietary restrictions and/or vegetarians will find a meal to their liking. I probably spent several hours in this majestic restaurant and yet the service is very fast, which is how often I go there! The young lady, Amélie I think, who serves me daily at the quick service is very kind and ready to do anything for her customers!
Very poor delivery service, it goes faster by Uber than the St Hubert site itself! Its been 1 hour, we still havent received anything, really disappointed, never again, I recommend there (the restaurant is really not far from where I live)

We went there with our 4 children and everything went well. Friendly service, good food. We were warned that there would be a short delay before being served (Saturday evening, staff visibly incomplete and overwhelmed), but ultimately it had little impact for us. The only point that was a bit of a shame: the childrens playroom wasnt really one. There were only 3 small games (two of which were damaged), and nothing else...

This restaurant is in urgent need of MAJOR renovations in the dining room, bar, toilets!! As for the desserts, there is a great lack of imagination, always the same and getting worse! No more chicken pasta for dinner, no more faitas! Unfortunately, perhaps one day the entire chain will close! What a disappointment since the sale of St-Hubert?!
