The service and server were great!

Went to pick up an order at the counter placed on the online app. It was quick and delicious. The only thing missing was the childrens biscuit, but hey, mistakes happen! Thanks to the whole team.

Order online at this franchise. Order at 2:15 p.m. to be delivered at 4:45 p.m. I didnt receive the order until 5:34 p.m. When I called to notify them of the delay, they said they would give me $5 for a future order. The order was for $82 and all he was willing to do was give $5 for delivery more than 45 minutes late and the meal was cold. The delivery man gives me a reason for ice and traffic. Were not 45 minutes from the restaurant. Thats why I ordered well in advance to make sure the order arrived on time. But no, big company, not capable of having good customer service.

It was a good atmosphere however there were children running around and getting excited really close to us so it was less fun. Its not the restaurants fault, I know, but thats how it is now, the children do what they want and the parents let them do it.

Congratulations to the whole team. Always a great outing to go to St-Hubert in Montreal-Nord.

Ive been waiting for more than 1 hour 15 minutes for my order, I wouldnt be able to eat during my dinner break, when I call back to find out where theyre at, the delivery guy has barely left the restaurant! I ask what can be offered to me as a discount or compensation for the long delay and nothing to remember the offer is only a simple $5 discount on the next order. They absolutely cant give me a discount in the one thats on the way because the bill is already done but it hasnt even been paid yet. Frankly, for lunch, I strongly advise you not to eat at this restaurant. If I dont call back for help, it would have been up to me to wait, I dont really know how long because its a rush, for the director to call me. Thank you St-Hubert Pie-IX for your understanding!

Today I went to eat at your place with my 2 friends and we really liked it. This is the second time that Sébastien has served us and he is very nice, like the other waiters. Unfortunately for us, fried squid is not part of the winter menu, but thats okay. There are other super good options as starters. For other seasons I recommend fried squid, and in winter chicken wings. Dont hesitate to ask how you want your steak cooked, we will serve it the way you want it. The brownie dessert and the millefeuille are very good, I recommend! Thank you Sébastien, Thank you St-Hubert!

Slowest service ever experienced

The waitress Roxane at the bar was courteous and provided excellent service. Hot and really good meal. My steak was cooked just right. Parking: Clean location close to the door.

Late delivery, the nets are missing from the box, I have to travel to the branch, my other box will be cold, they dont even compensate me, they just give me the nets. Ill keep going to Scores or Bennys instead.

Super nice waitress. 4 stars because they didnt have a thigh, but they sold me the breast for the price of the thigh. Only $2 but still, thats the principle and they respected that, I appreciate it.

Tuesday December 26 around 7 p.m. I went to pick up an order and since it was taking longer than expected, they gave me a dessert for free. I really appreciate this attention. The meals were excellent. THANKS!

I ordered a picnic with a burger I did not receive the sauces for my sticks nor for the wings nor for the sweet potatoes and it was cold I received my order in 45 minutes and my sauces arrived 30 minutes later knowing that its a priority its gone to freeze my food and almost everything already eaten they neither gave me a credit nor a dessert to be sorry for this wait and this error thank you for this great service

I have been really disappointed for some time to order the low. Cold food lacks fries or often sauce. At the price it is 100 dollars for 3 meals (two filet meals + club sandwich). We receive our order in 75 minutes. 10 minutes before closing to be told that we credit the fries....hello were missing that to make the meal apart from having 3 pieces of fillet we eat empty.mediocre

I have been there several times with my son, we are always well received, the food is delicious and the service is fast. We will return there again. Parking: There is plenty of free parking space. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is easy to access for wheelchairs.

Very disappointed with the service and the food, I ordered a plate of Oriental chicken, the rice was undercooked and dry and there was a lot of it and the chicken was small. The waiter didnt even come to ask us if everything was to our liking and didnt even come to fill our glasses of water, my daughter asked for a second glass of 7up and she didnt get it. When we arrived we were surrounded by tables that had not been picked up. Ive been disappointed with this restaurant twice now. Not strong in terms of service and food (rice). Its going to be a while before I go back.

Several times I wanted to order at 8:00 p.m. for delivery, but they indicated that the Restaurant was closed??? And no delivery possibility, even upon call to Centrale. So they should say close at 8:00 p.m.

Since December 2022 when we visited for the first time, we were satisfied with the food and the service they provide, I recommend it.

I like. I really like their fries, their chicken and even their new fried chicken and piri piri chicken.

Worst service. I order from a restaurant once a year and it turns out that I chose the worst service. 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting for delivery, a terrible looking delivery man and the food was disgusting. Cold and hard To be offered $10 off my next order which I inform you would never be made. I sincerely hope that in the future the service will improve and that you will be able to satisfy your customers in the right way!!!!

I placed an order for delivery. I am told that the order will arrive in 1 hour.. 1 hour and a half later I call to find out what is going on and there no one answers that it has been 45 minutes and it is gone.. with concern about the heat and quality of the meal the girl tells me gives $5 on my next order... the delivery girl ended up arriving on site looking exceptionally stupid. Then the food was very cold. The cheese in my poutine had time to melt and even set, allowing the block of fried potatoes and a small bun to be as hard as a rock! A nice $50 in the trash, luckily I have a $5 for the next time I want to eat a block of cold fries.

I went to the drive-thru at 5:30 p.m. I waited 10m in front of the microphone before getting frustrated and heading to the window. We ordered St Hubert for dinner on a Friday evening. Order given at 5 p.m.......we received delivery at 7:20 p.m..... It was cold and some items were missing from our delivery, including those from the childrens order. The Burger should not be served with the not too good tasting cabbage salad. Liqueur as desired, too many glasses on the table, should put a pitcher instead. Service good but too slow.

There was so much food in his container and it looked delicious! He said it was so good and ate the whole thing pretty fast!

I ordered online in advance for 6:15 p.m. I arrived at the parking lot at exactly 6:15 p.m. It said to click the Im here button on the email. This button does not exist in the email. The email indicates to call the number indicated in the parking lot. No number. So, I went inside and had to wait in line behind those who wanted to order. Ive never seen such a slow person behind the counter! When it was my turn, my order was not yet ready. It was 6:25 p.m. It took him 5 minutes to put 5 coleslaws in a paper bag!!! I got my order at 6:30 p.m. And the process was long and painful. They should at least have a specific location for those who have already ordered online. I order online so I dont have to wait in line and thats what I had to do. Very disappointed!

I ordered via the website, after 45 minutes, I learned that the delivery man came and then left without knocking on the door, so I called the number ending with 5555 at 5 p.m., 30 minutes after placing the order and I ask that the delivery man come back and knock on the door, since I am present. It is now 6:11 p.m., so 1 hour after this call and still no delivery person. Not only did I not receive my order but I called the branch to explain the situation and I have now been on hold for 20 minutes. Its really unacceptable, zero service.

We picked up a Bangkok salad yesterday and the packet dressing - which is often forgotten - was under the salad in the bowl. Having to dig into the bowl to remove the dressing packet is unsanitary and not very appetizing.

A little late in take-out orders with 15 minutes late, order at 7:05 p.m. for 7:30 p.m., received at 7:47 p.m., plus a soup delivered to the house was missing. Received a little wow apology.

Called st hubert to ask if my order was registered or not, was answered by an ungratefull condescending individual who basically made me felt guilty of being a client. Listen, when we order st hubert, we dont have high expectation to start off with and, calling you guys... As previouly mentionned, done that already.

We ordered on a Saturday at 6:00 p.m. After 2.5 hours of waiting and telephone follow-up we did not receive our order. So we canceled and it ended up in frozen pizza. We wanted to save work for our grandmother who was hosting us for dinner. But in the end, we saved nothing. Thank you St-Hubert.
