I gave it 4 stars, despite it. My partners overcooked chicken, my garden salad, wilted in its bowl. Despite a somewhat long service and I had to ask for my coffee at the end of the meal, the waitress had forgotten the 3 at the end of the table. We had 3 children with us, who were not rowdy, but played together. A waiter seemed embarrassed. He let it be known with sighs

Hidden secret to finding a good steak in Montreal: it s surprising, but it s at St Hubert! With friendly and patient servers who help accommodate allergies Thank you Alexandre!

We arrived at 5 p.m. before a show at the PdA on a Wednesday evening. 1h10 later we had only received our entries. We asked if our meals would arrive soon. The waiter said it took a long time because the kitchen is too small to accommodate a full room. We left after entering so as not to be late. The waiter was upset that the rest of the order was canceled.

The best chicken in the best environment, large wine cellar and beer options.

I dont understand how you can feel so comfortable offering your customers a soooo small portion of fries knowing that the dish costs over $20?

There were only 2 servers for the full restaurant and no barmaid. The poor people were running.

This Saint-Hubert BBQ is really not like the others. A much larger menu and for those who like it, a large choice of wines.

I had dinner at St-Hubert du Village, in Montreal, and I had the pleasure of being served by Michèle. I immediately felt that she loved her work, with the way she spoke to me. She exudes kindness, professionalism and a real desire to communicate with people, while being very efficient and prompt in her work/service. I really appreciated his qualities and his warm service. Do not order from here. Always send wrong orders. I even sent an email and they didn t care and didn t refund my money. When you order late at night, you will receive raw chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This a great spot for a bite and drink - it s pretty standard food and reasonable prices. Where I had to knock off a couple of stars is the atmosphere - specifically on the outdoor patio. There is a significant vagrant issue in the area, so it can be quite disruptive and mildly dangerous. St Hubert should be working with their community and government to identify ways to address this issue and see if they can help better the situation in the neighbourhood so they can offer their customers a safer and more pleasant dining experience.

A starter of squid for $18, extremely small, overcooked and filled with oil.. for the rest I had a meal salad and it was good.

The quality of the food is always there at St-Hubert and this is the case with this branch. The staff is really nice and the service is excellent. Food is served hot in this branch and I really like it (example: the chicken thigh is hot). The restaurant is clean and the toilets are clean. The summer terrace is spacious and comfortable and the staff is very attentive.

What happenned here. Delivery service is completely gone. Hanging up seams to be their latest speciaty. Not even open at lunch on sundays in downtown montréal. DO not count on older forever clients. NEVER AGAIN.

Awful service from Maude G 36 , very busy engaging with a regular table of LGBTQ2S+ obviously her friends , we were a table of 3 , from Alberta the food was delicious but the dessert took over 30 minute to arrive. Apparently the kitchen ignored the ticket. The restaurant wasn t busy on may 14@ 7pm . We had to ask the manager on duty for the bill , she was serving the bar and was Absolutly unprofessional and rude she has red hair. We paid $161.54 and were about to leave when Maude said « did you pay ? I replied we had and her service was appalling and she didn t even apologize just walk away from a $32.00 dollar tip .. no one deserve to have poor service on a slow night I will never go back to this location . Serving your friends is awesome perhaps don t forget your other customers !

The terrace, the food, the service, everything is okay. The service is really good, the waiters are nice. The big problem, and one, is the prices. Exhorbitant. With tax and tip, $37 for chicken, and a coke, for one person. It doesnt make any sense. In addition, parking, phew, difficult to find in this area with Ste-Catherine only for pedestrians.

This was the first place we came to with a reasonable crowd of diners so we guessed it was a fairly reasonable quality. It was a good decision. Theres a good selection of food and drinks available on a very clear, well laid out menu. Our server, Maude G, answered a few questions, which helped us make our choice. And did so again when it came to the desert menu. As she brought the check and cleared the table she was most helpful with recommendations for things to do in the local area of Montreal. A very friendly, pleasant and helpful lass.

Its been 25 minutes since I ordered at the takeaway counter... but I havent even received my order... unbelievable...

Just order the rotisserie chicken and fries. It is so moist, tender, and delicious. And the gravy goes well with the chicken. And for dessert the mount choco. Service could have been a bit more attentive like filling our water, but very friendly staff. And the atmosphere is very casual and the playlist was good, lot of new wave hits.

I write because these tools are not a threat. But good to expose our good or bad experience to inform the community, the truth and testify if we had the satisfaction of the service that we paid for, or not?!!. Which could have consequences depending on the experience we decided to share on customer traffic and the reputation of the restaurant. Or find a solution to avoid a slip-up So I will invite the owner to leave me his contact details for the seriousness of the matter in all politeness

Very fast service and meal as expected by the chain

The St-Hubert!!! A Quebec flagship. This restaurant chain can safely serve a large majority of the population who live with food allergies. My daughter is allergic to eggs, peanuts and dairy products and we have eaten at this chain 10 times without fear. Thank you to everyone who put these protocols in place. Plus Ive already worked in several kitchens as a plumber and its extremely clean. Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate a vast majority of the allergic community. Kid-friendliness: Some have kids play area. They all have pencils and paper for the kids. And the kids menu is great.

SO much better than Swiss Chalet.

After a long day of work, I thank Michèles excellent service which allowed me to relax without having to ask for anything. Everything happened at the right time. Thanks again

When it comes to delivery, Ive experienced everything... raw ribs, fish instead of chicken, dozens and dozens of forgotten items. Ive been ordering from this St-Hubert for years. Today my meal seems to have arrived from Drummondville. The salad opened and spilled at the bottom of the bag, the wet and cold fries, cold chicken fillets worthy of honey I shrunk the kids and a delivery man as stupid as anyone. This will be the end for me. I think I was very patient. Another $35 for oil changes. Customer service (at the general number) is always very nice, but customer service does not deliver. This evening Im not even calling them. I am tired and resigned. If there wasnt a theater on the side, I think this restaurant would already be closed. It s all very sad. No need to answer me with your formula of unfelt desolation. Its me whos sorry and not you. Finished for me

I liked this restaurant we booked so it went well the food is very good the service very good considering the amount of people there were. Arrival at 6 p.m. and exit at 7:30 p.m. for the show.

Very nice place well located near the Beaudry metro station and just in front of the performance square: LOlympia. The waitress Maude is adorable and we always enjoy being served by her. Of course, the prices are a little high for chicken, but thats the reality in 2024. However, the dishes are delicious! You really have to try the Sauvagine fondant starter!

Very good experience, we went there before a show at the Olympia opposite the restaurant. The staff were very welcoming. The service was quick and the food was very good, everything you would expect from a St Hubert. The atmosphere was good and warm, I had a good time there.

Very good service! Very good meal! We chose a New Choice on the Menu.. I would have preferred to have Chicken Strips instead of Shredded Chicken.. The place was in a great location since I was going to see a show right across the street at the Olympia! Very clean dining room, average bathroom. The Chocomousse Cake is really excellent Thank you very much for the great meal!

Great place to eat!

The food was solid. We got the rotisserie chicken, which had a mild but nice flavor, and it came with a very tasty sauce on the side, something like a turkey gravy. The steamed vegetables were cooked just right and had a light buttery flavor. The poutine was very good too, one of the 2 or 3 best I had during my time in Quebec. The gravy tasted like a real gravy, not the gravy sauce most places have. The gravy clearly had been cooked with some herbs and spices and had more the consistency of a real gravy. The cheese curds seemed of higher quality than most others. The waiter was good. The restaurant had somewhat of a modern hipster vibe. The reason for not giving 5 stars is simply the price. For what you get, it is not a bad deal but not a great one either.

The places are clean (W.C. floors and tables). The hostess is nice, nice welcome without the awful Hello-Hi! Our waitress knows her menu well and describes it well. My preparation with poultry is well prepared and pleasant to see. Attentive and discreet but present service. This is definitely a restaurant to remember!

A meal before a show. Me a chicken burger and my partner a thigh. My tempting burger on the menu turned out to be very disappointing and ultra dry. Garnished with a thin slice of tomato and cheese, as well as a leaf of wilted lettuce, and, regarding the pepper toast, I unfortunately couldnt find it. The chicken leg seemed more like a canary leg. In summary, WOW! We will not go back there again. really too expensive for what it is. Too bad, we love this Quebec restaurant flagship. Farewell St-Hubert.

I just picked up a takeout meal. The coleslaw is very soft, not fresh from the roux with large pieces of cabbage that are not edible. We put a dark brown hot chicken style sauce from a pet store the quality drops on all levels from time to time.

I came to order at St Hubert Express 2 meals (#4862785). Piri piri chest and a 2 piri piri thigh, they make me pay, I leave a tip and after 5 minutes come back and tell me that they no longer have thighs. He tells me that hes not replacing 2 breasts in place of the 2 thighs. I dont think it matters, Im even happy. And finally in my box there was only one breast and worse only had 2 pieces of fries. Certainly instead of 1 piri piri sauce I had 2 great ones - _-.

I like the food at Saint Hubert and my son often asks me to go there. The service is also always courteous. On the other hand, this Saint Hubert in particular seems constantly under staffed. Everything takes time, from ordering to service to invoice. Its clear that there is a shortage of staff in the kitchen and the servers have too many tables.

The waiter Alexandre has twice not known how to pay the bill. He comes with the other waiter to pay me. I dont understand why? He lacks training. Next time I ask to change the server.
