I picked up an order last night. Unfortunately, this is the last time that this will happen. Finished St-Hubert for us. For what? Because almost every order is problematic. This time: two child pet stores instead of the two 8-piece pet stores, the wrong bag resulting in missing coleslaw, wrong coleslaw (traditional instead of creamy). No sauce for pet stores. So I paid too much not to get what I ordered. And the wait was interminable, I was told to collect at 5:43 p.m., I left with my order at 6:10 p.m. This is at least the 5th time that there has been a substantial error in the order (delivery including missing childrens meals, after a much longer wait than expected, missing coleslaws, missing meal salad, etc. .). Not to mention the multiple times when the quality was not there (once it was the overcooked and dry ribs, another time it was the ridiculous quantity of fries in the half-chicken box, a last its a Bangkok salad with two peppers and two clementines). We gave the runner several chances, but now its definitely over. Its a very frustrating experience every time. And the girls at the counter arent really to blame, poor people they run like theres no tomorrow. Far too many orders for the staff. And the erroneous pet stores are not their fault; It was the kitchen that made a mistake. I suggest you change how you operate. The dozens of bills on the counter that fly away (!) when the drive-thru window opens, the numerous unnecessary movements (no one seems assigned to only fill the bags, everyone is constantly moving) . No clear line for those who collect the order or who come to place an order, the people waiting (there are many of them) do not know where to stand. A highly inefficient process. Ive never had a similar problem with other competitors for chicken, pizza, anything, in short, no takeout restaurant is the service consistently this bad. A mistake happens, but when it happens that you expect the order to be wrong, thats called conditioning. And we will no longer impose this on ourselves. Its a shame, as for many families, St-Hubert was the #1 option for a quick meal when you dont want to cook anymore. We are going to change our habits, because St-Hubert complicates our lives rather than making it easier. I have complained to the manager in the past. Losing the last error, we were given two $5 discount cards valid for two months on an order of ribs, valid only at the counter (not online or by phone). A highly limiting compensation . As if its a good idea to suggest the customer order at the counter only to wait for their order standing for over 40 minutes, surrounded by 20 impatient customers. In addition, it was not immediately offered, we had to request some sort of compensation after returning to the restaurant to collect a missing item, while the rest of the family started their meal. Super unpleasant. Good luck for the future, you wont see us again.

Grumpy customer service and poorly organized food. Someone left with my Poutine which was annoying because I was very hungry. $14 for a poutine is also quite exorbitant I went back last Friday and it was worse than last time. The young women who took orders were outside and talking to potential vandalists. The coleslaws burst open in my bag leaving a disgusting smell and an unacceptable slimy texture. The chicken was served to us cold which was not pleasant and not worthy of St-Hubert. Also, I have come twice now and there are no more mint candies, which is quite unpleasant because these candies are a privilege for loyal customers like us. The absence of a bicycle rack is also aberrant since customers bring their bikes inside, which does not leave much room for all customers, since the space for take-out orders is tiny. The waitresses also prevented us from enjoying the outdoors, firmly preventing us from interacting with the plants outside the restaurant which is ridiculous. The stairs are also a little too steep for my grandmother who was unable to climb the steps without my help, which is therefore not suitable for all age groups, as it should be. Compensation would be appreciated given that our food was served to us cold and the service we received was pitiful.

I order from this rotisserie regularly and have never been disappointed! When there are small errors or delays they always offer me compensation and that s a pleasure. My first visit to the Saint-Hubert in my neighborhood and let s just say it was a dull experience! I ordered the nachos and chicken combo, but surprise I received a platter of nachos without chicken. I really thought the chicken was playing hide and seek under the nachos . Luckily, my awesome waitress came by to see if everything was going well and quickly noticed that the chicken had looked great. She brought me the missing piece, but hey, it was too late :(. That said, nothing to complain about the food, it was great, and the service impeccable. Just this little mood buster moment. I hope to come back next time to really taste some roast chicken that I didn t eat yesterday !

We are welcomed without utensils, without a menu. We then waited 25 minutes before our waitress came to greet us. Our waitress looked stupid, was rude and didnt take the time to explain the menu and promotions to us. The coleslaws came with the meal, yet she only brought us a bowl for 4 people, very difficult to ask for more, she seemed to be running from one end to the other. (I understand the lack of employees but you should review quality before quantity). The meal arrives cold and is disorganized against the other meals. Waitress came to see us once during the entire service and never validated with us if the meal was good, hot, or if we were missing something, she did not serve us and did not ask us if we wanted dessert . We were short of water, no refill of my soft drink, very difficult to speak to our waitress, often forgotten. It was lucky that his hostess partner was there to help him otherwise we had no service. Waited 15 minutes for the bills, when we asked to split the two bills in two, waitress looked at us stupidly, when paying, we actually didnt give a tip. Super stupid waitress. I understand that the tip pays you, but we do not give a tip if we have had no service. Food was good, chicken skewer was without sauce, fries cold.. very difficult to ask for refills (coleslaw, soft drink, water) Affordable price. I was disappointed with my experience, I hope that St Hubert will make the necessary corrections.

There were 2 cars before me, the service took 45-55 minutes for a childrens pet store. Incredible, it didnt move. People were getting out of their cars. Arriving at the window, no one apologizes or anything. 3 croquettes are missing, you have to go back and look around the restaurant. Several of us had to go back to have our order arranged You need to do effective drive-thru training. Croquettes not fresh. Never again this St-Hub!

The servers are nice. The service is fast. We can hear that LA cooks Dans in all directions and probably for a very low salary. Its not THE fault of the restaurant Mais asking $25 for frozen croquettes with fries is a bit crazy.

The portions are a real joke, Ive never seen that, an $18 wrap for two bites and a microscopic chicken skewer

Update. We went there with a group of 18 for a birthday food was great and we had fun but service was awful waiters were rude with us taking off plates before we even finish being condescend with us watching us all the time so they could get rid of us really awful. We wont go back. We ordered on skip got everything except for the meal of my girlfriend that was a box with fries no chicken in there. There is no way that you can close a box and not see that the chicken aint there !! Cook forgot about it delivery guy was waiting he close the box and gave it thats it. Thanks to jack le coq for fast service and saving the day for her.

Payer plus de 20$ pour un repas de base en livraison à domicile, et recevoir une boîte à moitié pleine : il manque la moitié des frites et le contenant de salade de chou est à moitié vide. Appeler pour adresser la situation et ne pas être capable de parler à un gérant pour rectifier le tout. Je déconseille fortement ce restaurant.

Too expensive for overcooked chicken and nuggets.

The drive-thru service is pitiful. We waited 30 minutes from taking the order to receiving it for a family 4. We waited for 20 minutes in front of the window and no one came to see us to explain why it took so long and no apology when we finally received the order. Of course the fries were completely cold!!!

Chad is the best server! And the general manager Marie is a gem.

Worst St-hubert by far. Endless waiting times at the drive-thru, errors in repeat orders, no handling of customer complaints. Being a former employee of this branch, the quality level has deteriorated considerably compared to before. Its pitiful. The delivery people are excellent though.

Im coming back from the drive-thru, served by Antoine 13. Im STILL missing something from my order. I arrive at our house, I call and they offer me to come back and pick them up or a credit. Not even coming to deliver me. The guy never apologized on the phone, not very polite. Seriously, the branch manager needs to review the quality of service.

Always room. Good service and warm atmosphere. The place is large and spacious. Large parking lot. Nice view outside from the bar section. The chicken and its accompaniments of fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes etc. is a classic always recommended. Other dishes like chicken skewers, piri piri and ribs are worth discovering. New Corona cask beer tried at the bar today. Large projection screen for hockey games. The choice of desserts is always tempting.

Lajeunesse restaurant: Refused to apply a discount they had offered because of a prior mistake (one of many but the only one we complained about) and refused to investigate on their side with the person I had on the phone that day. I was told that the employee schedules were « dans la poubelle » so couldn t find who I had spoken to and that the person working that night wasn t present which is incoherent. Management refused to speak to me on the phone. Not solution oriented and the guy on the phone wasn t sympathetic at all. *UPDATE*: Management called back and credit was given.

This is a utterly ridiculous restaurant. I ordered Piri-Piri double chicken and instead they sent just one piece which was stale. Fries were soggy and missing drink. Do not recommend this outlet. Please order elsewhere.

Got the food delivered it was a scheduled delivery but still came in 20 minutes late, I asked why it took so long he said not his fault. He was being rude!! Like usual I always tip the driver, but this delivery driver got the guts to complain it wasn t enough even after coming late. The audacity of people sometimes!! I used to order often but I don t really think I ll order anymore, the driver shouldn t be complaining about the tips especially after being rude to a client.

At the window finally! He adds more... there are no thighs or breasts left for the customers!!!! . Never seen such a thing at St-Hubert! I am a regular customer 2x per week. I know Élisabeth and Anne who provide exceptional and professional service! But now...you need a new manager. Obviously I didnt order anything.

Lots of pressure to get a tip when ordering at the drive-thru and at the take-out counter. These are not tip workers and these should be at the discretion of the consumer, without social pressure.

The tables are nasty as heck, they are sticky and unclean, had to cover it with napkins so my elbow don t stick to the damn table. Food was okay. Will not visit this location anymore.

What is disappointing is when in other restaurants the meals are prepared with more attention, ribs and tender chicken, fresh side dishes, it is only in this one that I had order and food errors dry in general. After today I tell myself that its no longer a question of good or bad day, I just wont go back to that one again. (Cashier employees are nice if not)

Wednesday August 23 our waitress at the restaurant-bar was busy doing Facebook on her cell phone while crouching behind the bar. Bad service all evening.

The kitchen manager came on the floor to yell at us... because we asked why we hadnt been served yet... when all the other customers who had come in afterward had finished eating and were starting to eat. pay... BIG NO MATTER WHAT...

It was my worst experience ever! I will never go back! Bad service! The cook comes out of the kitchen to yell at us! It took an hour and a half to get our coleslaw!
