My daughter who is 5 asked the cashier if she can have a different happy meal toy because she already has the one they gave her. The cashier then asked someone and we heard a lady, not sure if it was the manager, yell "NO JUST SAY NO". My daughter heard it and even a 5 yr old knew it was not nice of her. It was okay if they refuse, but they could have done it in a respectful manner. The cashier was nice enough but whoever yelled was not. I wish I asked for her name. My daughter was too sad and left the toy in there. What a holiday spirit they are giving!
Second 24 hour mcdonalds I go to in the same morning that tell me that they're closed. You guys need to figure out the meaning of 24 hours and redo your signage. I don't go often so I don't know if this is common but it doesn't seem super professional.
We were waiting for the order for almost 20 minutes. Nothing complicated, just a few happy meals. The manager, instead of trying to solve the problem, was just ignoring us. I'm not surprised about the google rating.
I never write reviews , but this is absurd. How do you forget the cheese in the poutine ??? Cheese in poutine is basic, come on... At least the service was fast .
During our recent visit to McDonald's, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the overnight manager, Mr. Arya. Despite the kitchen staff being late, Mr. Arya handled everything perfectly. His professionalism and kindness made our experience enjoyable. He ensured that all customers were attended to promptly and efficiently, showcasing excellent management skills. Kudos to Mr. Arya for his outstanding dedication and service!
Last time I gave this establishment 5 stars. The food, cleanliness and service were top notch. Today my opinion has changed. Unfortunately the morning was ruined. I work in delivery. I waited 10 minutes for my order, I understand that sometimes you have to wait when there are a lot of orders. I asked one of the girls working there how long to wait for the order, I need to answer the client who is waiting for this order, to which they shrugged and one of the girls answered, “I don’t know.” Several times I called another girl who was preparing the previous order, but she pretended not to see or hear me. As a result, I left without waiting for my order, since none of the staff knew when it would be ready
Not a first time I asked for crispy chicken BLT and I got only lettuce and mayonnaise. Once I asked the girl does she know what it means BLT? She said yes and I got it. Today I didn’t ask if they know and I didn’t get my bacon and tomato.😡

Just for today - 1 star. The waiting line for the drive-through was 30 min. What is the reason to renovate the drive-through if we need to wait half an hour in the car. All the food is cold. This is a fast food, not a restaurant. Im very disappointed

I don t know if these are DoorDash prices or if the franchisee is the one who creates these prices but it s a total and utter scam. To charge 6.20 $ for a trio is disgusting. I know prices have gone up but this is taking advantage of people. Still over priced dont go to this location

Convenience place
The crew denied service because they are closed then why do they offer 24 hours service? Please enlighten me about this. Its not the first time I have encountered this problem from this branch. Plus, they always get the orders wrong specially the cold drinks; they serve it with way too much sugar all the time for a regular drink.

Incompetent staff
Theres always something wrong with my order. The self-serve machines dont print receipts so you just have to trust that they put the right things in your bag, which they never do. I payed for a trio, they forgot my fries. When I called to see if I could come back to get the fries, the phone just rang off the hook. They NEVER answer the phone, probably because they always mess up peoples orders. Also, the girl calling out orders was chewing gum with her mouth open. Ive never heard of a kitchen where chewing gum was allowed. Absolutely disgusting.

I just had the most rude, unsatisfactory experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered a meal and requested chocolate milk in the drive through. When we got to the window the woman (who has green hair extensions) went to hand us regular milk. We corrected her that it should be chocolate. She argued back that we ordered regular milk. We corrected her again and she doubled down and again argued back that we ordered regular milk. I dont understand why she just didnt correct the order. I called the manager over and she sorted it out. After, this employee proceeded to shun us. She turned her back to us and handed our food out the window refusing to make eye contact with us and closed the window rudely. This restaurant seriously needs to take consideration into the types of people they employ. This was completely ridiculous.

With 9 employees working that evening, it took them nearly 5 minutes to get me the coffee I ordered. There were no other customers in line, half the employees were on their phones, chatting, the manager that took my money walked right past it after giving the cup a glance (like it was beneath her to serve it to a customer). By the time I received it, it was lukewarm...
Open 24 hours but, I do not know. Why is it closed? Just when I thought I can warm my hands already painfully numb because of the cold, and grab a meal at this time.
Worst McDonald s ever and it s not even an exaggeration. I don t know if this review will ever be acknowledged but this establishment is not a good one. It s simply the employees, including some managers. They tend to make mistakes with your order and when they get called out on it, they act like you re supposed to just deal with it. I had ordered food through the drive thru and upon driving back home, a burger was missing. I come back with my food now cold (it s fall/winter season) and ask for my missing item and the possibility for fresh new food. I handed them back the old and cold food but only received my missing item. They ignored my request for new food. After waiting almost 30 mins trying to catch the attention of some of the employees, a manger comes up to me after speaking with 3 other people before her (who also ignored us after speaking to them). When I called them out for their service and the way they dealt with me, I asked for their names and they refused to give it to me. They were not wearing name tags when they re supposed to; which it s surely mentioned in their work contract and conditions that they have to. One thing to note is when they don t want to deal with customers, they ignore you by mostly hiding in the back. But they still work but avoid eye contact. So as we leave, they ignored their customers. I m not sure if it s the tunnel vision, but they should be able to handle dealing with customers. It does not stop after serving your customers their food. If there s an issue caused by them (to which they do a lot), they should be able to resolve it for a better customer experience. It should not be resolved because the employees want it over with. I ain t lovin it.
