i ordered takeout and forgot to grab my drink. the girl who prepared my order yelled out for me to come back and grab it. i said "sorry", then she started mocking me by saying "sorry" repeatedly and pulling faces to other customers as if i was dumb. not only was this embarrassing for me, but incredibly classless, rude and uncalled for on her behalf. i would be fired from my customer service job in an instant if i ever acted like this.
Wendy's is fiiiiiire. Great team here! But Sometimes they close at 11:40pm on Monday/Tuesday cause of not enough staff. Keep raising the wage till you get enough good people 🤷🏻♂️
The food is literally disgusting. The orders are never accurate with several items missing. That location is just not what it used to be. I used to drive from far away just to get a burger. Now, when I Uber eat from that Wendy's, I am lucky if they even deliver a burger. I usually get stiff stale fries and leaky meatless chili and no burger...I would have given zero stars. With the cost of food, the terrible food they serve is an insult. I sincerely hope Wendy's corporate cracks down on them. They are giving Wendy's a bad reputation and spoiling the brand.
Incredibly, painfully SLOW service. Staff behind the counter seemed lost, frustrated and not communicating with each other. Middle aged man standing behind counter, oddly staring at customers/staff not doing anything dressed in regular street clothes (maybe a manager/owner). Weird vibe. Took 25 minutes for my 4 burgers to be served to me. Will NOT be back.
It was all terrible! The food was one of the worst I've ever had at a fast food place. I regret using their washroom for which you need to get a key from the food counter like at a gas station (a bad sign). The service was unfriendly and slow, there was limited seating. The tables were dirty that we had to wipe off with a napkin. The seats were old and the vinyl on them was peeling off. Need I say more? There are very few Wendy's left in Quebec so it had been a while since I had been to one so I was looking forward to re-experiencing my fond childhood memories. Needless to say that didn't happen and I will never go back there again! Sorry.
I asked for a classic chicken burger with no tomatoes and not only did they put tomatoes in it but also bacon? I don’t consume bacon for religious beliefs and this feels targeted. I also could’ve been severely allergic to tomatoes and they just included them, despite the cashier repeating our order multiple times and confirming the specifics of it (CHICKEN classic #7 with no tomatoes). Very disappointing experience.
Terrible terrible terrible. So rude. And terrible food. The bread is raw. The fries and bacon are old and dry. I’m so upset. 😭 our drinks are missing. This was our special little vacation/room service treat. I called to complain and they unplugged the phone!!!!
Employees were kind, service was fast. Big fan of the chicken nuggets, they were very good. We also tried the beef burgers and chicken burgers, both good. Not a fan of the fries. Both male and female bathroom were AWFUL. I hate to complain as even once cleaned, it only takes one person to make a mess… but this wasn’t the case. I was shocked, it was the worst public bathroom I’ve ever seen. The dining wasn’t too bad, seats weren’t too comfortable, we struggled to find a clean table. We ended up taking a booth and wiped the table with a napkin.

It was good as usual. The fries.were slightly warm but the rest was fine. This place is clean so I like coming here... I dont know why they removed all the tables and chairs that were in the center. They did this for both Wendys and Tim Hortons....

The staff is very nice and helpful, the food is what you expect from Wendys, we dont go there for the atmosphere but it is kept very clean so we feel comfortable eating our food there.
Omg, 3rd time in a month they refused key for the washroom ( saying somebody forget it inside ) , do you don t want your customers to wash hands after eating , That is why your rating is terrible . I have a question ? Is your staff are hiding treasure inside washroom that they don t want people to see it, Wendy worst service , train your employees for customer service or build an exotic washroom inside for them , also fit a jaquisi there. I was with my friends and they were able to order, while me as soon as I spoke they stopped serving me. They came back after 20 min saying they couldn t take any orders anymore . Horrible service and borderline felt discriminated against because of my accent .

We didnt find the Sponge Bob menu for our son but it was a weekend evening and with the busy crowd its a bit normal, otherwise we had another menu and it was great!

I never write reviews, but I have to, Ive never been so disappointed! I went through the drive-thru with my partner, when placing the order on the intercom, no one spoke French, so they told us to go to the window. We repeat the name of the sandwich we want several times and they don t even seem to know it even though it s on the menu! We order 2 Asiago ranch clubs, not spicy, including 1 without salad and tomato. I explain it in French and as best I can in English. He understands well and even takes out the ticket for me to check, everything was correct. In the end, I got my order, one of the hamburgers was correct and in the modified one, I got the exact opposite of what I asked for! It had salad and tomato, but no cheese or bacon and the chicken was spicy!!! It was clearly intentional, although I was kind and friendly and did what I could, with my not-so-great English, to make myself understood. Plus it really wasnt good, no wonder the parking lot and drive-thru were completely empty while those of the other restaurants were full. Also, reading the other reviews, this restaurant seems rotten in every aspect. So Im going to file a complaint with MAPAQ to get your feet wet!

The manager is standing around doing nothing, watching paint dry and keeps glancing at the long line. 15 minutes to get 1 order of nuggets and no one is preparing the food. It s clear this place doesn t care about the customer. Very bad. This place needs better management.

This might be the worst Wendys Ive ever been to. Consistently runs out of ingredients and doesnt mention anything when ordering. In a previous time I overheard the manager yelling at a staff member for adding too many ingredients. I wasnt sure if it was just a fluke, but today my burger had 2 quarter sized pickles, a single soggy piece of tomato, and no lettuce. Terrible. Just terrible.
Dont eat here if you care about your health. Very often, the washrooms are out of soap, toilet paper, and sometimes just absolutely filthy. Once, someone took a dump on the floor, in the mens washroom, and none of the staff, from either the tim hortons or the wendys, cleaned it up for at least a week, the strangest thing. Anyways, its all grounds for cross-contamination.

Worst Wendy s I ve ever been to. They had no functioning bathrooms (the doors were permanently locked), the food was terrible and the place was absolutely filthy. I m usually not picky, but this place was so bad, that it deserved a review. I ll never go back.

its the worst wendys ive ever been too! i went there with my bestfriend that only speaks french. knowing that we are in quebec and that the menu is in french, the staff has to speak french. i told her to order while i was gonna make a call. she comes back saying that NONE OF THE STAFF SPOKE FRENCH! what the heck? why having a french fast food ans having no staff speaking french? this got on my nerve. the worst? the staff were so careless, they didnt even try to help my friend. also, the employees were very rude and arent bringing a lot of people here. why do they have long faces? mostly, why putting that on others? why dont you be nice and smile? as i did the order, ive made a mistake thinking i paid for my food. instead of being cooperative and gentle and kind, an employee with thick eyebrows comes all made and gets made at us saying she checked the cameras. to the point to even bring the manager. my bestfriend and i got our frostys but they werent even filled completely! what the heck? its a waste of money and time. again, the place is so dirty! why having so much staff if none of them clean atleat the tables? This place is getting worst every time I got there. Went there this afternoon. The place was empty very quiet but the food was trash. French fries were cold. I ordered 4 times. the first time was okay i loved it the second time I was nauseous. I thought it was a bad day and spit it out. the 3rd time I vomited the food. I said to myself it was a coincidence I took a 4th time to test and I threw up the food again the worst thing is their burger I find them really good. But my body rejects it, why? It was a good experience. Nothing too extraordinary worth mentioning. The long long wait for service was, as you guessed, a bit annoying. While The Fanta Delight Slushie (or whatever they called it) is a let-down. Ordinary Fanta is way better tasting. Just my preference I guess... Love Wendys tho

Lemonade was only water with no lemon taste. On top of that the parking has huge potholes cover with rain water and it kill yr car suspension. This exist for a long time and wendy is no where to repair and save customers suspension $$$ cost

I went to the drive-thru I start my order with a lady and two seconds later another lady shouts at me in English I dont understand so I go to the window the lady just speaks English dont understand what I want from her say . Dirty tables and toilets. The staff is very nonchalant and has real difficulty understanding French. Be very careful, if you leave their property and have a car parked in their parking lot, you will be towed in less than 5 minutes (its legal). You wont have a chance, whatever the reason. There is constant surveillance, very effective with a tow truck nearby.
If is Wendys (because is mixed with Tim Hortons,) the place needs as soon as possible to be renovated, the staff try the best with the costumer service but because is always full , they cant do their best. Is just a person cleaning that dirty place not even talking about the bathroom.. I dont understand how business who make big amounts of $$ is not able to invest in more staff and at least a proper place to sit and decently eat.

The service leaves something to be desired. Given that they hire staff who do not speak French, there are errors on orders half the time. At the drive-thru, we are rushed to give our order quickly even though there is no one behind us. I no longer go to this branch.

10 minutes is too long to wait for someone to take your order or even be acknowledged. Its 9pm - Its not a supper or lunch rush. If you cant get the convenience part correct then you may have forgotten that 5 minutes away is a well run Wendys, Burger King, and Harveys. I suggest going up to Jean-Talon for better service.

The food is great but the service is getting worse over the last 2 years. First the drive thru is often closed. They pretend it s cash register issues but they really want you to get inside and order. Once inside, you wait forever at the counter as all they cater to are Uber food delivery guys. In a nutshell, all their available resources cater to Uber and onsite clients wait forever. What happened to fast food?
I picked up a car order on February 8th at 5:30 p.m. The girl at the car order window had trouble understanding basic questions like the prices of items and comparative.sizes. She had just given me my order and commanded me to Move! I am on a timer! I was struggling with returned change (to put away) and my bought items (both hands were full). She repeatedly barked out her commands. Very impatient and very rude. I wont be making my way back here very soon..

Needs a major cleaning, I think the 2 dealerships are wondering who is mopping here and whoever loses, its going to take a scraper to remove the buildup on the steps at the entrance and all along the counter. Do you find your lettuce in a trash can or soak them in a bucket of water? I come there often and EVERY TIME your lettuce is thrown in the garbage. Also i added mayo to my sandwich (you can see the mayo i added) but could you put any less mayo? No impossible. Just look at that inedible lettuce so tempting

The Baconator is 6 bacons. I was right. I found 2 bacons(if I am being generous. 2 halves if I am being realistic) in the burger. When I asked them how many bacons are in the Baconator, the lady said we put 2 or 3. I answered: Its called the Baconator and not the hamburger with bacon. I think that there should be 6. They looked at me as if I was crazy. Now, after checking on their site, its 6 as I told them. It changes nothing in my life but how hard can it be to check instead of just looking at the customer funny?
