I got the salmon lox bagel (brunch nordique) and I really really enjoyed it!! It was perfectly salty and toasted and the sauce on it was really good. The potatoes on the side were amazing! The waiter was very nice and the service was really great. Would recommend!!
I tried the Santé and my wife got the Nordique. Both dishes were very good and I loved the goat cheese pesto on the Santé. Smoked salmon bagel was quite good, although it didn’t have a very smoky flavor. While I enjoyed it very much, I have to give it a 4 star for the price (paid $60 CAD before tax for 2 people). It is quite expensive, and prices are getting closer to a more upscale French restaurant, but the ambiance of this restaurant doesn’t match a fine dining experience. Many of the tables are long with bench seating shared with other customers. It was very loud as well and hard to hear someone across from you. I still liked the look of the restaurant and the waitress was very friendly, I just think prices should come down a little for what you get.
We had an excellent brunch at Le Cartet Resto Boutique. We ordered the CANTON, New York-style pancakes, and scrambled eggs – all of which were delicious! Their coffee and smoothies were also fantastic. Despite being Labor Day, the wait was only around 15 minutes, which was quite reasonable. The service was great, and we appreciated the option of both two-person tables and larger communal seating. The attached grocery store is a nice touch, offering pasta and various other items for purchase. A wonderful spot for a relaxed brunch with great food and service! Highly recommended.
A great restaurant in downtown Montreal, that offers an impressive combination of Montreal's French culinary traditions and modern flair. The food quality was excellent, blending classic flavors with contemporary touches. Our server was nice and polite, although the service was a bit slow. The restaurant also sells a wide range of treats, sweets, chocolates, olive oil, jams, wines, and other gourmet items, On the downside, the prices were quite high for brunch, costing us more than 100$ ( us $ for 3 people). Additionally, it seemed like the restaurant was eager to turn tables quickly, as they brought us the bill before we had finished our coffee. Finding parking around noon on weekends was also a challenge, adding to the overall inconvenience.
In the restaurant, the sense of touch, vision, taste, and smell are all labeled with elegance. There is both a sense of formal ritual and a psychological comfort zone. The food tastes great! The dish "canton" is great, with large pieces of meat filling the bottom of the pot, which is absolutely full. The duck Benedict is a little sweet because of the caramelized red onions. If you are not used to it, be mindful! Reservations are not available on weekends, you can only queue up. Arrive before 11 am and there will be a seat. Possibly queue up after that.
Best breakfast we had in Montreal and one of the best poached eggs we had in years. Very inspired combination of flavors for the Nordique dish with capers and onions. The fruits were very fresh and the bread was yummy! Cappuccino was exactly how it should be, not too much milk - so we could still taste the good quality coffee. Pancakes were good, but the eggs stole the show.
Very delicious breakfast! We tried their pancakes and eggs with asparagus. Both are fresh and delicious! The pancake has a unique flavor of having a strong milk flavor. Not overly sweet. Our friend’s grilled cheese with duck confit was delicious too. The vibe was nice and service efficient.
Great food for quick bites - limited but quite diverse menu offering basic French/Euro-inspired brunch items. Lovely and fast service, but wait times can get long during peak weekend hours (11am-1pm). The boutique of gourmet goods at the front of the restaurant is the icing on the cake.
My favorite breakfast spot in the city. Great classics, generous portions, excellent coffee, great and professional service. Perfect for business breakfast or lunch, catch up with friends or people watching on the weekend. Inside or outside. Also good takeout options.
Lovely atmosphere, great food and very friendly staff. A must anytime I m in Montreal. Merci!
Very bad experience! I went to Cartet last week to place an order for 30 pastries (for todays date), the lady asked me to leave her my email details. Cell..., which was done, she then confirmed to me that she had taken note of my order and that everything was fine. I arrive this morning at the agreed time, and to my great surprise the chef looks at me then says ahhh yes yes its true yes you yeah!! Then leaves...I understand that my order was indeed forgotten. The waiter started going back and forth then decided to take the pastries that were on the counter. So far so good, Im keeping calm. The lady comes back with the collected order, I pay for everything and leave a tip with a big smile! Then guess what she told me: Yes.. you had to send an email to confirm the order!! Hahaha I told him that I had come in person for this and that at no time was I asked to send a confirmation by email! Even the reservations I made for big events, just one phone call was enough and it was up to the establishment to send a written confirmation and not to the client! Why leave my email in this case and if you really didnt take my order seriously and you werent sure, the least you could do was call me since you have my cell phone. I discovered later that half of the pastries were those from the day before...shame on you! Out of all the cafes on McGill Street, I chose you... but by thinking you were smarter than the others, you lost a customer. THANKS
Second time coming in over 5 years and still as amazing as I remembered. Service was very friendly and the food is beyond good. Cozy on a cold morning and perfect for a date
Went in for a breakfast, a bit school cafeteria wibes from seating perspective but food was great (took a pulled pork grilled cheese) and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely go again to check out other breakfast options :)
Delicious
Good address, a little expensive (2 eggs Benedict, shredded duck and a few potatoes + 1 drink) $84 all inclusive for 2 people, this is also due, I think, to the staff in large numbers 12 or 13 for 34 customers at the time we were eating this does not encourage us to have a starter, a dessert and/or a coffee. That said, it was well cooked (small lack of seasoning but nothing serious) with fresh produce. Nice choice of products to take away.
There is nothing French in this boutique restaurant . Its expensive, and its bad. I strongly advise against trying to find something quality here. If you just want to enjoy a loft style decor it s perfect but it won t go any further. When it comes to food, however, it s really something to avoid. A distasteful cafe in a nice setting. The service is slow and unpleasant, and they are quick to ask for tips on takeaway meals.
Busy and lively cafe with a good atmosphere in Old Montreal. I ordered an americano which was tasty; more of a traditional Italian espresso blend. For food I ordered the Lac Brome which was decent but not anything spectacular. I found that it lacked a bit of flavour. The server was very professional and friendly! I would come back here but to try another item off of the menu.
Loved the atmosphere! Smoked salmon bagel was great but not as filling on its own. Poached egg was alright but the meal was large!
Food wasnt good. But the employees are professional.
Good food but breakfast skillets are very overpriced. Taste is okay. Pulled pork sandwhich was unique and delicious. Cappuccino was also good.
Perfect service! It s increasingly rare to be well served with good humor and professionalism. Really well done for being so warm and attentive! The food is also very good
French brunch is good
We really enjoyed this delightful little bistro/market. Our server was delightful. I forgot to take pictures. My scrambled eggs with asparagus and goat cheese was quite delightful. I would do it again for certain. My husband also enjoyed his croissant with ham eggs and cheese. Not much ham on the sandwich tho.
It looks like they are using hot sauce on their terrace to deter dogs from urinating there. Unfortunately, this practice can be harmful to dogs, potentially causing severe reactions like sneezing and vomiting, which could lead to an expensive vet visit. This approach is inconsiderate and could be dangerous for animals.
It wasnt bad but not good either, hence my average rating. I had the duck confit, which didnt have much flavor, the meat didnt come off the bone and the potatoes were a little undercooked. The service was good though.
Good tasty food,
The inside of the restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the service is good.
Lovely decor, super sweet service, delicious food. Would come back!
A good place for coffee/tea and weekend brunch. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, and good food.
The service is rotten. I waited a really long time and had to ask the other waitress to notify her colleague to come take our order. Plus there are lots of flies in the restaurant.
Food was good and service was great, but at any given time there were 10 flies buzzing around us. Horses have a convenient tail to wave flies away while eating, but we dont and trying to eat while shooing flies every 20 seconds was at the least extremely distracting.
Very good brunch, impeccable service
Best brunch I ve ever had
Another gem in Montreal! My husband said best brunch I ve had in my life . Delicious, well balanced food, and wonderful servers.
Definitely overrated! Too pricy for the food!
Nice breakfast place. Friendly staff
Had the crazy pancakes and they were excellent.
We wanted to sit down to have a coffee, we ordered at the entrance then waited to be seated. We were refused a table because apparently we ordered takeaway...
The food is so delicious and the ambience was very nice. Our hostess and server were very friendly. We enjoyed our meals to the fullest. We will definitely return on our next trip to Montreal.
Restaurant and food great. However, when paying for the bill, the %s of tip are not true. For example, the 15% was actually 17.5%, and on. Dishonesty and misleading. You don t need to trick people to get more tips.
Went for a breakfast and coffee. Really beautiful vibes! Their food was hood but their coffee was really really good. The staff were friendly. It was a bit pricey but worth it! Recommend Food
After so many year visiting Montreal, here is still one of my favor place to go for brunch. I had my usual Canton dish with fill with meat and tasty beans. The dark mocca with orange was a new try for me and I did not taste any orange aroma on it. Might as well go for regular dark mocca. Very attentive service and I enjoy the visit.
Great place to enjoy breakfast. Coffee is so good and food as well is delicious. I love the atmosphere, highly recommend
Very good
It was very good and very pricey for breakfast
So good, and the staff is so nice! Dont hesitate to stop by if youre looking for a good brunch (the canton is excellent) or a refreshing matcha milk (vegetable version possible) :) Dietary restrictions: Vegetable milk possible
Always happy to dine here. We stop by every time we visit Montreal. Great place Food
Cute brunch spot. We enjoyed the brunch options, but one dish came out a bit cold.
Great cafe. Tartine Champignons et Brie was amazing. Skip the green salad side dish and go for the Gazpacho. It was very good. The Québécois staff were very pleasant and understanding of my English-only language limitation.
Matcha green tea hot with their homemade syrup is the best . The skillet brkft was superb!! Ham sausage and thick sliced bacon was not salty but so flavourful. All homemade smoked and cured Potatoes and beans were a delicious addition. Hubby had thee best latte we have ever tasted, hands down. Highly, highly recommend this place for farm to table whole food. Bon appetite! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options available just ask.
Service was slow but the server was nice. Food was good. I would go back. Just make sure you re not in a hurry.
Super fresh breakfast. Poached eggs were perfectly soft and runny. Avacado toast was fresh. Fruit and vegetables were delicious and on point. Iced lattes were perfect. Highly recommend!
Great spot if you re health conscious! Service was amazing and food was delicious. Love the terrace!
We were on vacation from the US and found Le Cartet a block from our hotel. The food was delicious both times we had breakfast, once on the weekend and once during the week. We both cleaned our plates and certainly did not leave hungry. The service was excellent too. On the weekend it was a little loud inside because small but it was fine. The line was out the door when we left but not at 10am.
Very pleasant place and very good service, however the brunch did not live up to our expectations, although plentiful, seeing 4.5 on Google I expected much more taste.
Beautiful, open space with many different options to choose from. Love the idea of a restaurant combined with various of pret a manger options to choose from. Staff is quick and friendly.
Nice place to grab a simple meal. Ordered a ham and cheese croissant for breakfast. It was well done. You can stop at the coffee bar or have a sit down meal.
Very good, especially the smoked salmon bagel with Benedictine.
Great ambience, excellent food
Interesting restaurant for lunch, the menu is a little limited, the portions are correct, the cup of latte is too small. This is not a family restaurant. Its quite noisy, it seems like the high ceiling is echoing. You should expect to pay $60 or more for two for lunch. The service is excellent, good humor and smiles.
Excellent latte!
Very nice place for brunch on a Sunday morning, professional service and excellent food. To try.
Nice bright clean place. Friendly efficient staff. Food was quick and goid. Would recommend.
Great food, amazing service and a pretty good atmosphere overall! The breakfast skilled was delicious and it was lots of food! So be warned. Aperently the grilled cheese is also fantastic!
Breakfast poached eggs and spinach, fruits and yogurt with nuts, very healthy and yummy great service
Came here for a work brunch and the food didn t disappoint. The breakfast I got was huge and delicious. Eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, baked beans and potatoes. I also tried a Bloody Cesar, which is similar to a Bloody Mary, but not as heavy. It was very good and very spicy. Service was fast and friendly.
Incredible!
Always an amazing breakfast spot. Never disappoints. Its become a tradition to go here every time we are in Montreal!
Beautiful atmosphere, great decor, great food!!!
Food was amazing! Great service and vibes were sweet
Stopped for brunch on a Saturday around 11:30. Wasn t too crowded. The breakfast was incredibly fresh and not too heavy. Great service. Vegetarian options: My friend is vegetarian and had scrambled eggs with asparagus and cheese entree and loved it!
Really great breakfast food. I had the croissant sandwich and my wife had the salmon benedict, both were excellent. They also have a little coffee stand up front if you just want to grab and go. Highly recommend!
I started coming here for lunch in 2006 and always enjoyed the quality of the food, freshness, great atmosphere and the service!! I was in Montreal recently and unfortunately did not have a chance to visit it this time I will make sure I do next time :)
Its great abd the only reason i give 4 star for services its because the restaurant wasnt crowded and the waitress was distracted.
Excellent Avocado Toast with poached eggs. Delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere to relax and enjoy.
Great breakfast/brunch/lunch place, I love their scrambled egg with cheddar and asparagus
Excellent thats the word , one of my best experiences of food in canada
Found this place and wooo! The coffees are so good! I picked the Santé brunch, the goat cheese pesto was to die for. Service was smooth and so welcoming Cant recommend enough
Fantastic!
Very good
Good coffee, decent food. One of the few non-touristic spots in Old Port.
Food super tasty and pretty but small portion. Service and atmosphere were good
Had brunch with my adult sons. We had great food and service. The place was clean and great for photos.
Must visit if youre in MTL.
Mid and overpriced. Not worth coming back for
It s a pretty good brunch spot although nothing special. The food and service were all on point.
Great atmosphere and service. Top with delicious coffee and food. Excellent place for gluten free.
Very beautiful place with beautiful decoration! The service is really good and the staff are very kind :) The dishes are good (to take away) and there is a choice I highly recommend For the on-site its just as good but I find the accompaniment really light...
Large coffee is served in an actual bowl, how about that! Delicious brekkie and coffee, great choice for brunch
Very pleasant restaurant with honest and good food. Coffee/espresso is very good
Very nice space, food is very good, service is attentive! Highly recommended!
Outstanding ambiance, top-notch food quality, and excellent service. We sampled both the Canton and Toscan brunch plates, and they were both exceptional, though personally, I preferred the Canton. Each plate was generously portioned. A minor note: the ham included in some dishes is more like pulled meat than traditional sliced ham, which I enjoyed but my friend found the aroma too meaty. Our server, Benjamin, was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. Dont forget to explore the side menu for additional options. Ill definitely be returning and recommending it to others.
The food didn t have any taste, the duck Benedict was bland. I don t understand why the rating is high as neither of 3 meal course was average. The only point was the service. Food
Do not get food from the fridge. I payed 18$ for a Tofu General Tao Poke bole. The rice was definitely not cooked and the tofu smelled bad and I had to chew it so much.. It was probably sitting there for a while in the fridge section. The price on the drinks are not there and at the cash register they wanted to charge me 5.50 for a 16oz drink I looked at her funny and she changed it to 3.50.. idk it seems suspicious.. maybe the food that s cooked and brought to your table is better, but after that plastic rice and un chewable tofu, I would not recommend.
Delicious and accomodating a must try when in Montreal !!
A very nice place with great ambiance and service. However, pricing and portion size is now nuts. Paid 12 for a croissant sandwich and it was MINUSCULE. I know pricing for foodnhas gone up but this is just disrespectful. Always looked forward to passing by Le Cartet but will probably be curbing that now.
Recommended for brunch, very nice atmosphere, good coffee and great location to take a walk after Le Canton on the menu satisfied the cave man hunger i had
Everything was phenomenal! The attention to detail was noteworthy. The menu is small, which ensures that each item is perfected. Delicious eggs Benedict (with ridiculously delicious roasted potatoes), as well as a goat cheese/pesto/spinach toast with poached eggs and a dessert of yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. Earl Gray tea served with steamed milk (a small but thoughtful addition for the tea obsessed).
Amazing breakfast!! Do not miss this place. I had eggs blended with goat cheese and asparagus and it melted in my mouth. My partner got the pancakes and they were sooooooo gooooood. The graham crumble in the blueberry and maple sauce were just a beautiful and scrumptious touch. Server was excellent. Loved the ambiance. On my way out I acccidentally bought some of their house-made chocolate. One is a gift for me and one is a gift for my mom, if I can stop myself from eating it before I see her.
Its so delicious that I want to go again The matcha latte was also delicious~
The espresso beverages here are some of the best Ive ever had. I had a cappuccino and my partner had an oat latte- both were so delicious! On top of the amazing service, we got the pancakes for brunch and i havent stopped thinking about them since. I will absolutely come back.
Le Cartet Resto Boutique was buy far one of the most memorable brunch dining experiences. Wonderful play on classic breakfast. We enjoyed poached eggs, orange hollandaise and duck confit with a large bowl of Cafe au Lait. Fast, Friendly, Efficient. Wonderful spot in old Montréal for breakfast/brunch and more. Their boutique has all sorts of wonderful food items. Kid-friendliness: There were families here with children from babes in arms to feral toddlers running about.
The Canton dish was amazing, especially the bacon. Service was great as well.
A nice place for breakfast in Old Montreal with a wide selection of items. We all took the same since we had limited time for an early breakfast before heading to the office. I had a latte and their breakfast sandwich which was a perfect size. I ll be back another time to try other items on the menu as soon as many look really good. Worth the detour for breakfast or lunch. Vegetarian options: Several options for vegetarians to discover.
The quality of the food was great and the ingredients were fresh and healthy. We had a special lychee cocktail which was fantastic. The only thing was that portion of the Benedict that was a little bit less than typical.
Ordered the Atlantic breakfast you will not be disappointed. Second time here and always leave happy and satisfied.
Greqt lunch menu for a quick bite
Food was amazing and the coffee was even better! Staff was friendly and the service was extremely fast.
Bad experience with a waitress who forgot part of the change she was supposed to give me. When she came to beg for her tip, I informed her that she had already taken part of it in my change. She never recognized that she could have made a mistake (which can happen to anyone) and had a very unprofessional and childish attitude by shouting its impossible, Im not a thief, I Im not a thief!, while we were very calm and were still ready to give him his tip. Ultimately, it was a very bad experience in this restaurant, not for the forgotten money but rather for the attitude of the staff. For the rest, the food was pretty decent but nothing exceptional and a disappointment that coffee is not included in the brunch as is the case in all other establishments of the same type.
Went there as one of my friend suggested it and the place was full even on the public holiday that shows how good they are. The service was top of the class. Their kitchen closes at 2 so you might wanna go there before then. And Best place for coffee, brunch and breakfast. Vegetarian options: There were options for vegetarian options like pancakes and toast.
Food was really good and servers were very nice. Great brunch place but confusing parking outside.
We just left! It was excellent! The meal was delicious thank you for everything!!
Highly recommend. Excellent breakfast, we got there just before the rush. Canton breakfast skillet was excellent and the Brunch Nordique was delicious, such great flavors, I swapped the bagel for country toast which was perfect. All the food looked amazing. Next time pancakes!!!
UPDATE: It was so good that we went the next day too for brunch! Food was even better the second day! ORIGINAL: AMAZING! Our server Benjamin was probably the friendliest and most attentive server I ever had. He is so good. We came at around 11 am on Saturday and were seated with no issue but there was a line closer to 11:40 am. Food was amazing. Service was stellar. So happy we came here during our visit.
Good food. High quality and perfectly prepared authentic French recipes.Very polite staff and welcoming ambience
Our waitress was very friendly. Excellent service! Beautiful presentation of the dishes. A little noisy though. It feels like a cafeteria. For 4 people + tips. The bill came to $262 including a bottle of sparkling wine for the mimosas.
Best breakfast in Montreal. Service was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious and served quickly.
Food was very good. Though id say i wasn t a fan of the pancakes. I look forward to trying other items on the menu. The place can definitely use some ambience music as you hear the chatter of everyone and it can get quite loud at brunch I definitely recommend this place for the food!!
Very tasty food and such a nice Staff!
Great little market and breakfast spot in Old Montreal!
We had an amazing time enjoying delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. The brunch we had was seriously one of the best weve ever had! My son went for the pancakes, and I tried the smoked salmon. Surprisingly, we ended up swapping plates because we loved each others food so much! Let me tell you, those pancakes were something else! A little crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. And the smoked salmon I ordered was a perfect mix of flavors with just the right amount of pickled onions and sauce. We totally loved our choices! Forgot to mention, the roast potatoes taste amazing too! My son kept stealing them from my plate. The fruit smoothies were a bit different than we expected, not as icy, but they still hit the spot and tasted good.
Airy bistro at the foot of Montreal s old town. Breakfast is what we were seeking. They will feed you. Poached eggs on toast and avocado toast were exceptionally good. Wife said the chai latte was the best she s ever had. Very light and creamy. Coffee great too.
Great food, great presentation, great service. I felt good giving the food to the kids and they finished the fresh squeezed orange juice in no time. Would totally recommend this! The only thing I thought I would get was a beautiful cup of coffee art latte, but I guess I didnt order the right one.
Great food, service and spot!!
We came here after reading the great reviews, but was overall disappointed with the food. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is trendy, but $23-$26 depending on your choice of side plus one slice of avocado toast is over priced for sure especially if the food is just all right, nothing special. Also, a bit put off by the wait staff who touched the lip of my cup as well as my can of drink while pouring. Dont get why its like this everywhere I go in the States and Canada. You would think that people in the food industry would know by now how to handle food properly after Covid. You never see that in Asian parts of the world like Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc...
If I lived in Montreal, I d come back here every day. The coffee is excellent (I loved their iced caramel latte), the brunch is spectacular, and the service is great as well. 5 stars!!!
Amazing food and service, best poached eggs I ve ever had. Also, they removed Meat and salmon upon request for vegetarians.
I really didn t enjoy the back and forth, uncomfortable discussion with the young man( my waiter )about not being able to order a la carte. I dined there the previous day and the waitress said that you can t order a la carte on weekends but can on weekdays. I ve never had an issue ordering a la carte ( 2 eggs, toast, potatoes ) ultimately I left because people in service that want to prove their points or make customers feel bad during their experience is not for me. It s the simple things that make dining enjoyable. I could not stay, especially after telling the waiter that it is not enjoyable as a customer to have a negative back and forth as soon as you sit down. He said Well it s written on the menu and walked away not allowing me to respond. I left because the service is certainly not as good as the food. The food is good, but I can t stay when I m being made to feel like I m doing something wrong. Sorry guys.
We came for brunch, during a hen party! There were 17 of us, unfortunately the lunch was very disappointing Cooked egg benedict (not runny) and COLD there were 5 half baby potatoes, 2 slices of grapefruit and a strawberry on the side! An exorbitant price for the little food on the plate. We asked to do something about our eggs benedict NOT runny and cold, reply we can put it in the microwave. Very good service from Raphael, friends we had the brunch casserole (ham, egg, potato) this plate was very good (HOT and good quantity of food for the price). Despite everything, I do not recommend this restaurant.
We went here for Brunch of a visit for our friend Allys bachelorette and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and our server Rafael was absolutely lovely! He was attentive and very kind! Thank you so so much for giving us a great start to the weekend!
Good food, good service and a nice store
A little slow to get a menu, until we were informed of the QR code on the table. Perhaps it s been too long since we ve gone out. Haha. The coffee came quickly and so did the food. A little more than we wanted to spend, but WOW, was it ever worth every penny! Absolutely delicious, fresh & creative. Thank you for the experience.
Excellent place for breakfast in Montreal just outside old Montreal.
Taste better than Le Passé Composé! You can only taste salt in Le Passé Composé. But still the food presentation at Le Passé Composé is fancier, however, considering the price difference, this place is a much better choice!
On a Saturday morning, when the autumn sun grants beautiful Montréal with a golden light, Le Cartet has a lot to offer. The salmon version of the Benedict eggs is balanced and generous. The tempranillo red wine seems to come directly from Barcelona.
Nice spot for a great breakfast. Excellent service.
Top place. Excellent food and good price
This place is too real to be true. The staff was so polite and warmly welcomed (Giliane). The ambiance was so nice,Moreover the brunch was absolutely delicious , I ll post some pictures of the food so just to let you know what to order when here. Will surely come here again
Nice place to visit. Minimalistic, but creative. We ordered breakfast they have a decent menu with a lot of choice and portion has a good amount of food. Place was crowded but we enjoyed it anyway
This was such a wonderful spot for brunch! One of my favourites when I go to Montreal. Amazing service and amazing food! If you plan to go here on the weekends, please do come early because they do not take reservations and sometimes there is a line in the morning.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Not cheap. Not the biggest menu. Good quality. Extraordinarily fast. (It was a slow morning, though). Nice ambience.
Amazing food and service
Very good food and nice staff, thank you.
Good brunch downtown. A little noisy and very busy on Sundays, but you will enjoy a good, hearty brunch with mastered seasoning! The service is pleasant and warm. A little extra for the canteen atmosphere and for the shop where you can buy good products!
I recommend the particularly sublime carrot cake. Congratulations to the pastry chef
This was one of the best brunches Ive had in a while. We were able to walk in without a reservation and got seated promptly. High quality food and presentation, great selection of coffee, and lovely service. I would certainly recommend and come back for more.
What a cute cafe in montreal! I forgot what the name I got, but it was an eggs benedict with smoked salmon. It sounded so good all three of my friends and i got it and it was so good. Our waitress was very sweet and kind and gave us recommendations. I got the orange chocolate coffee and although i asked for it iced, it did come out hot, but nonetheless it was still really good hot. Would recommend coming!
Classic breakfast spot. Visiting from Calgary and staying downtown we came back 2 days in a row. Friendly staff, good breakfast and a lively environment. Not disappointed. Thank you for having us and look forward to visiting again
We shared a salmon pretzel and pancakes. Very good. Unfortunately no homemade whipped cream. Damage
the experience was fine. nothing crazily wow but everything in the goat cheese scrambled eggs tastes good. very good service tho and stylish interior atmosphere.
Really delicious food, excellent service and super friendly staff. Nice quirky place.
THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!! Not only is the Food unbelievable delicious but also beautifully presented The Staff is also super sweet and Friendly. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! Kid-friendliness: High Chairs/Booster Chairs available.
Open cafe with great breakfast. The scrambled eggs with asparagus and goat cheese was delicious. Lots of cafe drinks to pick from as well!
Upscale restaurant but not too pricey with friendly service. Food was excellent. Large selection of coffees - my Moka noire a lorange was amazing. Recommended
The food is always pleasant and very succulent. Its worth the detour.
I really like the brunch here. Try the Tuscan lunch with mornay sauce! I also often get a coffee to go and they have a nice selection of chocolate. Galerie au chocolat is my favorite brand. Well done
The restaurant was very crowded on a Saturday morning. I was surprised that we got seated so fast. Our server was really nice and took well care of us. The food was okay, it needed a little more flavour. Nonetheless, it was very good and I still enjoyed my time there. The breakfast is a little on the pricier side so make sure to plan this ahead.
Very good coffee! One of the best Ive had. Very good food, good service.
Stylish interior, nice atmosphere and service, food was great. Coffee (important to me) was excellent as well. Had Eggs Benedict. Honestly, you won t regret it.
New York pancakes is the best!!!
One more amazing place for brunch!
Great food, friendly service.
Probably one of the best brunch spots in town! I make it a point to bring visitors here for brunch.
Popped in for a spot of breakfast, and Im glad we did. The food that the wife and I had was amazing. I would definitely reccommend this bistro as a place to eat. After chatting a.little bit to our server, we got an interesting little history lesson on the differences between Canadian French and French French.
Nice trendy place for a hearty breakfast!
I really had a good experience with very good food. Big Thanks
Amazing!!! Big portion, beautiful presentation, delicious food, everything was on point. the service was great. Tried the pancakes, eggs benedict w. duck confit, and the avocado toast. All were great
