The food was excellent. We tried 4 courses and it was around 110$ / person and the food was worth the price. We tried steak , scallops & braised beef and every item was great. It severely lacked in atmosphere. It’s just in a lobby of a hotel. The service was good but I would not say excellent.
Rafael and Adrian served us last night for our honeymoon. We had the gnocchi, it was possibly the best I've ever had. Drinks were fantastic, dessert was delicious. The guys the made our night! Would definitely recommend. Love newlyweds Jess & Jon
We got the best foie gras so far - and we tried in many-many places. My tuna was excellent too. The only suggestion is to make the restaurant more visible: it’s inside an hotel and doesn’t have a separate sign outdoor.
Went to this place with a friend. And it's a high-end bistro restaurant. The food was good and also the cocktails. There three courses menu is worth to try. If you want something classic and not too expensive. This is a place for you.
We were staying in Monville hotel and our breakfast was in this restaurant. I have ordered first day Salmon Benedict and all was great. No complaints. However the next day i ordered Sante- similar dish which was supposed to come with mushrooms. However 1st the waiter brought me wrong breakfast, than when the waiter brought the correct one while eating i found inside a FLY! I showed it to waiter she apologized for inconvenience took the plate and thats it. Super unsatisfied of the hygiene and if such thing happens someone should do proper customer care. Wont be ever back to this hotel.

One of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The food was amazing and the ingredients blended extremely well together. The wine pairing was equally as amazing. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and having Maxime as your waiter. Very knowledgeable bartender and an overall great guy. I would definitely go back
Went for Mtl à table and it was a great experience! Value for money and food was delicious. The resto is in the open hotel lobby with some seating in the back so it feels segregated but still part of the larger lobby. Overall there was a nice ambiance.

We decided to take advantage of our start to the weekend and went to have a drink in your restaurant. Adrien was a quality host. We took a seat at the bar and he was able to advise us on the menu by listening to our tastes. The Bubble jam is a delight. What can we say about the decor and the atmosphere .

I went two nights in a row while staying at Hotel Monville. The best burger I have ever had!!
A little discovery well hidden inside the Monville hotel. Its a shame we dont hear more about it, because its a place to discover for a drink or to eat. During our visit, we were surprised to see that there was practically no one in the dining room and only a few people at the bar. The service is friendly, courteous, but slow. If the place had overflowed I would have apologized more, but that was not the case. The server was hardly present. The empty plates unfortunately remained in front of us for a while (were not removed until both people had finished) The atmosphere is cool with a modern and trendy side with a touch of nostalgia with vintage photos. The presentation of the dishes and the taste are there. A slightly negative point is that to go to the toilet you have to go one floor higher and wait for the elevator. Its a detail. All in all, the experience was interesting, but for a special occasion because the bill adds up quickly. I dont know if its always like this, but we were treated to a little shot before leaving. Nice attention Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the ground floor level and elevator available to go to the toilets
Dinner via gift received tuango! Wow, really impressive the service, the decor, the quality of the food and what about the quantity of dishes... impossible to finish any of the 4 courses. A real treasure to discover!

Nothing to say about the food: it was very good, the portions were adequate and the presentation was neat. We are here in the presence of a kitchen team who master their menu. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the service: expeditious, the waiter always asked who the dishes were for (there were two of us), no presentation of the origin of the oysters, no service of wine (we served ourselves our entire bottle throughout the meal) and the waiter spoke very loudly (even though the atmosphere was very quiet and everyone around heard what he was saying to us). In short, the service was in no way up to the advertised quality of the establishment. Bravo for the food, waiters to train, minimal wine list to improve.

The bar is elegant, beautifully spacious and simply perfect for a happy hour for a big group of people. The service was flawless with a friendly and professional crew of bartenders. Etienne is a cocktail whizz with a caring touch of warmth and competence. Go with the Monvilain cocktail - you wont regret it.

OK meal but its a hotel restaurant, empty on a Wednesday evening at 7 p.m., no atmosphere, waiter who doesnt know the dishes, average dishes. We do not recommend.

Went for mtl a table and everything was delicious. Loved the appetizers more than the main dish just cause every main dish had mushrooms and im not the biggest mushroom fan. Petoncles and carpacio was delicious. Also very good wine pairing. Restaurant is in the hotel lobby.

Adrian was our server, hustled even while short staffed. Very busy the night we were here. Still took the time to explain items to us, shared his enthusiasm about the locally distilled gin. The main dishes were excellent. The French fries were fine - expected better based on the entrees quality. They were frozen McCains or something similar. Cocktail was excellent- Monvillain (so?). Overall, a good experience though.
Tried the Monème for MTL at the Table with friends. Food OK nothing more, lacks a little taste. Perhaps lack of staff/management on duty, groups were waiting at the entrance for 10+ minutes without being answered, trash was lying around.
We went there during MTL at the table, both the food and the service were excellent! Very modern and welcoming setting, I recommend!

What to say? We tried this restaurant as part of Montreal at the table. No parking in the area, we used the hotels valet parking. The tables are scattered around a bar and in the hotel lobby, it is very bright and frankly, it lacks atmosphere. The food was good, the presentation ordinary and our server overwhelmed despite his kindness. This is not a place I would return to, unless I was at this hotel.
The food was really good but the portion is small. The place looks modern and stylish but somehow it feels cold .
We had a very good evening, we were seated at the bar, the different bartenders were very friendly, the service very good, the food excellent! Great discovery, we will come back.
